Abstract

Теплообмінний блок містить оболонку (11), спіралеподібний теплообмінник (13), зону подачі другого теплопередавального рідкого середовища, призначеного для теплообміну з першим теплопередавальним рідким середовищем, утворену в оболонці (11) коаксіально і всередині відносно зазначеного теплообмінника (13), першу збірну камеру (15) другого теплопередавального рідкого середовища, утворену зовні відносно зазначеного теплообмінника (13) між радіально зовнішньої стінкою теплообмінника (13) і периферійною боковою стінкою (11с) оболонки (11) і другу камеру (16) для прийому другого теплопередавального рідкого середовища, щонайменше частково відмежовану щонайменше одним роздільним елементом (14). Оболонка (11) містить задню стінку (11d), передню стінку (22) і периферійну бокову стінку (11с). Спіралеподібний теплообмінник містить щонайменше один трубопровід для протікання першого теплопередавального рідкого середовища, звитий в множину витків навколо подовжньої осі спіралі, причому вказаний теплообмінник (13) встановлений у зазначеній оболонці (11). Роздільний елемент (14) встановлений в аксіально зовнішньому положенні відносно теплообмінника (13) таким чином, щоб утворювати другу камеру (16) для прийому другого теплопередавального рідкого середовища між роздільним елементом (14), периферійною боковою стінкою (11с) і задньою стінкою (11d) або передньою стінкою (22) оболонки (11). Перша збірна камера (15) і друга збірна камера (16) з'єднуються одна з одною по рідкому середовищу через щонайменше один канал (17а, 17а'; 17b-17g; 14e), виконаний з можливістю забезпечувати протікання другого теплопередавального рідкого середовища, по суті, паралельно периферійній боковій стінці (11с) оболонки (11) і поблизу неї. Роздільний елемент (14) містить теплообмінну частину, яка контактує з щонайменше однією частиною кінцевого витка теплообмінника (13) і виконану з можливістю забезпечення теплообміну між спіралеподібною частиною теплообмінника (13) і другою збірною камерою (16). Теплообмінний блок (10) також містить щонайменше один другий канал (35), який забезпечує вихід рідкого середовища з другої збірної камери (16), утворений по периферії в другій збірній камері (16) між аксіальним кінцем (11g) периферійної бокової стінки (11с) і задньою стінкою (11d) або передньою стінкою (22) оболонки (11).
