Abstract

Unidad de intercambio térmico autobombeante.#Además de eliminar eficientemente los residuos de la pared interna de los tubos interiores (20), reducir la pérdida de carga y mejorar sustancialmente el coeficiente de transferencia térmica, permite asimismo obtener diferentes caudales de bombeo del fluido producto. Más en particular, la unidad de intercambio térmico (1) destaca por comprender una barra giratoria (30) alargada dispuesta dentro de al menos un tubo interior (20) y que está dotada de unos medios de limpieza que comprenden unos elementos rascadores (40) adaptados para rascar y desprender el fluido producto acumulado en la pared interna del al menos un tubo interior (20); y una espiral sinfín (50) dimensionalmente adaptada para rodear longitudinalmente a la barra giratoria (30) por los espacios existentes entre los elementos rascadores (40), estando dicha espiral sinfín (50) adaptada para provocar un desplazamiento del fluido producto circulante a través del al menos un tubo interior (20), generando un efecto autobombeante.
