Abstract
Винахід належить до озонових систем очищення. Заявлений винахід описує промислову систему очищення (варіанти), виконану з можливістю виробництва та розподілу водного розчину озону, що включає в себе: генератор озону для виробництва озонового газу, інжектор, сполучений з генератором озону і з пристроєм водопостачання, причому інжектор виконаний з можливістю інжектування озонового газу з генератора озону у воду з пристрою водопостачання для формування водного розчину озону, реактор, сполучений по текучому середовищу з інжектором, для прийому водного розчину озону від інжектора, причому реактор включає в себе конічну поверхню з множиною кромок або виступів, причому реактор виконаний з можливістю зменшення розмірів бульбашок озонового газу в водному розчині озону, і контактний резервуар, сполучений по текучому середовищу з реактором, для прийому водного розчину озону з реактора, і насос, сполучений з контактним резервуаром, для розподілу водного розчину озону з контактного резервуара; реактор (варіант) для захоплення озонового газу у водний розчин у системі промислового очищення, що включає в себе: конічну поверхню з множиною кромок, причому конічна поверхня обмежує в основному порожнисту внутрішню частину, причому множина кромок контактує з, в основному, порожнистою внутрішньою частиною, вхідний отвір, сполучений по текучому середовищу з пристроєм подачі водного розчину озону для подачі водного розчину озону до конічної поверхні, причому вхідний отвір знаходиться знизу реактора, форсунки, сполучені по текучому середовищу з пристроєм водопостачання, причому форсунки знаходяться на верху реактора, причому форсунки спрямовують воду під тиском до конічної поверхні для обертання води навколо конічної поверхні, і вода змішується з водним розчином озону з вхідного отвору, і випуск, сполучений по текучому середовищу з промисловою системою очищення; спосіб виробництва водного розчину озону у промислових системах очищення (варіанти), що включає в себе етапи, на яких: забезпечують реактор для захоплення озонового газу у водний розчин у промислових системах очищення, що включає в себе етапи, на яких: забезпечують реактор для захоплення озонового газу у водний розчин у промисловій системі очищення, що включає в себе: конічну поверхню з множиною кромок, причому конічна поверхня обмежує, в основному, порожнисту внутрішню зону, а множина кромок контактує з, в основному, порожнистою внутрішньою зоною, вхідний отвір, сполучений по текучому середовищу з пристроєм подачі водного розчину озону, для подачі водного розчину озону до конічної поверхні, пристрій водопостачання, який спрямовує воду під тиском до конічної поверхні, випуск, сполучений по текучому середовищу з промисловою системою очищення, і спрямовують водний розчин озону через вхідний отвір до конічної поверхні, спрямовують воду до конічної поверхні, і надають обертання воді та змішують воду і водний розчин озону, водний розчин озону (варіанти), приготовлений за допомогою способу, що включає в себе: забезпечення реактора для захоплення озонового газу у водний розчин озону у промисловій системі очищення, що включає в себе: конічну поверхню з множиною кромок і виступів, згадана конічна поверхня обмежує внутрішню ділянку, і множину кромок і виступів, що контактують з внутрішньою зоною, згаданий реактор, сполучений по текучому середовищу з пристроєм водопостачання, згаданий реактор, сполучений по текучому середовищу з пристроєм подачі першого водного розчину озону, спрямування першого водного розчину озону до конічної поверхні, спрямування води до конічної поверхні, і змішування води з першим водним розчином озону і розбивання бульбашок озонового газу в першому водному розчині водою для формування другого водного розчину озону.
