Abstract
一種裝飾膜,其具有:一圖案顯示層,其係由一透明耐熱層及印刷於該透明耐熱層之一表面上之一印刷層形成以提供一第一圖案,且該圖案顯示層具有彼此相對之一第一側及一第二側;一淋膜微結構層,形成在該圖案顯示層之所述第二側之一表面上,且其具有一微結構以提供一第二圖案;以及一反射層,覆蓋在該微結構上;於實際使用時,一觀察者能夠在該圖案顯示層之所述第一側看到由該第一圖案和該第二圖案所組成之一顯示圖案。另外,本新型亦提出利用該裝飾膜之包裝材和商標貼紙。
Description
本新型係有關一種裝飾膜,特別是關於一種可應用於軟包裝材、硬包裝材或商標貼紙的裝飾膜。
多層軟包裝膜廣用於食品、茶葉、咖啡等包裝。請參照圖1,其繪示一習知多層軟包裝膜構造之剖面示意圖。如圖1所示,其基本之構造為一透明耐熱層500、一印刷層510、一貼合膠層520及一熱封層530。
請參照圖2,其繪示另一習知多層軟包裝膜構造之剖面示意圖。如圖2所示,其基本之構造為一透明耐熱層600、一印刷層610、一貼合膠層620、一功能層625及一熱封層630,其中,該功能層525可為增加氣體阻絕性而加的鋁箔或尼龍EVOH等氣體阻絕層,或其他功能而增加的薄膜層。
該熱封層630則是為了熱封成各種大小的袋子。多使用如PP、PE、EVA等低熔點可熱封為熱封層。該印刷層610則印刷在以BOPET、Nylon等透明耐熱性材料實現之透明耐熱層600的表面上。以印刷為裝飾雖然漂亮,但未免單調,所以近年來有用鐳射膜(Holographic film)配合印刷做成更為繽紛亮麗的裝飾層。
增加裝飾性的功能如WO 93/008084所示,但WO 93/008084所揭示是在熱封層與原來的印刷裝飾層之間另加一層鐳射膜。請參照圖3,其繪示WO 93/008084專利之圖式1中所揭示之多層軟包裝膜構造之剖面示意圖。如圖3所示,該鐳射膜700是一熱塑性塑膠膜,其上塗佈一層環保水性塗層,經熱壓印而成。
但依此方法所製成的多層軟包裝膜因為多加鐳射膜700而導致成本太高,除增加鐳射膜700的成本外,尚須增加一次貼合的成本,導致製造成本高漲。且近年來有多種具高裝飾性的微結構圖案出現,如放大鏡膜(Fresnel film)、浮雕膜等,此等微結構亦可以鐳射圖案(鐳射圖案亦為一種微結構圖案)相互配合,重組成更具有裝飾性的圖案,再配合彩色印刷則成為最吸引人的裝飾性圖案。
另中國新型專利CN206032174U亦揭露了一種「高裝飾性多層軟包裝膜」,該新型專利係藉由在流延聚丙烯鍍鋁膜(VMCPP)上製作微結構以降低成本。然而,該技術方案只適用於以流延聚丙烯鍍鋁膜(VMCPP)做熱封層的軟式包裝材。而且,如果需將一鋁箔層加在熱封層的外側以阻卻氣體時,鋁箔層會擋到微結構的圖案。
為解決前述成本過高的問題,本領域亟需一新穎的裝飾膜結構。
本新型之主要目的在於揭露一種可在節省工序及降低成本之情形下,應用於軟包裝材、硬包裝材或商標貼紙的裝飾膜。
為達成上述目的,一種裝飾膜乃被提出,其具有:
一圖案顯示層,其係由一透明耐熱層及印刷於該透明耐熱層之一表面上之一印刷層形成以提供一第一圖案,且該圖案顯示層具有彼此相對之一第一側及一第二側;
一淋膜微結構層,形成在該圖案顯示層之所述第二側之一表面上,且其具有一微結構以提供一第二圖案;以及
一反射層,覆蓋在該微結構上;
於實際使用時,一觀察者能夠在該圖案顯示層之所述第一側看到由該第一圖案和該第二圖案所組成之一顯示圖案。
在一實施例中,該反射層之形成係以蒸鍍或濺鍍實現。
在一實施例中,該反射層之形成係先經由對該淋膜微結構層加以電暈(corona)處理或電漿(plasma)處理,再經由蒸鍍或濺鍍實現。
在可能的實施例中,該蒸鍍或濺鍍所採用的材料係鋁、銦、錫、鉻或ZnS(硫化鋅)。
在一實施例中,該淋膜微結構層之形成係經由在該圖案顯示層上進行一高分子材料淋膜作業及一滾輪壓花作業實現。
在一實施例中,該印刷層係位於該圖案顯示層之所述第二側。
在一實施例中,該印刷層係位於該圖案顯示層之所述第一側。
為達成上述目的,本新型進一步提出一種包裝材,其具有一基材及貼附在該基材上之如前述之裝飾膜。
在一實施例中,該基材為一軟性基材。
在一實施例中,該基材為一硬性基材。
在一實施例中,該基材具有:一鋁箔層,其一表面係與該反射層貼附以提供阻卻氣體及水氣的作用;以及一熱封層,係貼附於該鋁箔層之另一表面以為所述包裝材提供一熱封作用。
在可能的實施例中,該熱封層可為PP、PE或EVA。
在可能的實施例中,該熱封層可為單層或多層共擠出膜結構。
為達成上述目的,本新型進一步提出一種商標貼紙,其具有:如前述之裝飾膜;以及一離形紙層,係藉由一感壓膠層與該裝飾膜貼附。
為使 貴審查委員能進一步瞭解本新型之結構、特徵及其目的,茲附以圖式及較佳具體實施例之詳細說明如后。
請一併參照圖4及圖5,其繪示本新型之裝飾膜之一實施例示意圖;圖5繪示圖4之裝飾膜之淋膜微結構層之形成方式示意圖。
如圖4所示,一裝飾膜1由下至上包括一反射層10、一淋膜微結構層20、一印刷層30及一透明耐熱層40。
在裝飾膜1的製作過程中,係先將印刷層30印刷在透明耐熱層40之一表面上以共同形成一圖案顯示層以提供一第一圖案,且該圖案顯示層具有彼此相對之一第一側及一第二側,在此實施例中,印刷層30係位於該第二側,而該第一側係用以顯示圖案。另外,透明耐熱層40可由PET、OPP或尼龍薄膜實現。
淋膜微結構層20係形成在該圖案顯示層之所述第二側之一表面上,且其具有一微結構21以提供一第二圖案。
反射層10係覆蓋在微結構21上。
於實際使用時,一觀察者能夠在該圖案顯示層之所述第一側看到由該第一圖案和該第二圖案所組成之一顯示圖案。
另外,在可能的實施例中,反射層10之形成可以蒸鍍或濺鍍實現;或先經由對淋膜微結構層20加以電暈(corona)處理或電漿(plasma)處理,再經由蒸鍍或濺鍍實現。
另外,該蒸鍍或濺鍍所採用的材料可為鋁、銦、錫、鉻或ZnS(硫化鋅)。
另外,淋膜微結構層20之形成可經由在該圖案顯示層上進行一高分子材料淋膜作業及一滾輪壓花作業實現。
如圖5所示,淋膜微結構層20之形成方式為:以包含印刷層30及透明耐熱層40之所述圖案顯示層為底材,將呈液態之一高分子材料22由一T型模頭(T die)201流出以對所述圖案顯示層進行一淋膜作業,同時,利用一版輪202(其具有一微結構鎳版204)及一耐熱橡膠輪203對所述圖案顯示層及覆蓋在所述圖案顯示層表面之高分子材料22進行包夾,以進行所述的滾輪壓花作業。另外,在進行所述的滾輪壓花作業期間,版輪202中會有冷卻水通過以冷卻高分子材料22,從而使微結構21固化。
依上述的說明,本新型進一步提出一種包裝材,其具有一基材及貼附在該基材上之如前述之裝飾膜,且該基材可為一軟性基材或一硬性基材。請參照圖6,其繪示包含圖4之裝飾膜之包裝材之一實施例示意圖。如圖6所示,該包裝材具有包含一鋁箔層60及一熱封層70之一基材及貼附在該基材上之裝飾膜1,其中,鋁箔層60之一表面係與反射層10貼附以提供阻卻氣體及水氣的作用;以及熱封層70係貼附於鋁箔層60之另一表面以為所述包裝材提供一熱封作用。另外,熱封層70可由PP、PE或EVA實現,且其可為單層或多層共擠出膜結構。於實際應用時,圖6所示之包裝材可用於咖啡、茶葉及其他食品之包裝,且其成本亦較習知之包裝材低。
依上述的說明,本新型進一步提出一種商標貼紙,其具有裝飾膜1及承載裝飾膜1之一離形紙層。請參照圖7,其繪示包含圖4之裝飾膜之商標貼紙之一實施例示意圖。如圖7所示,該商標貼紙具有裝飾膜1、一感壓膠層80及一離形紙層90,其中,離形紙層90係藉由感壓膠層80與裝飾膜1貼附。
另外,請參照圖8,其繪示本新型之裝飾膜之另一實施例示意圖。如圖8所示,一裝飾膜2由下至上包括一反射層10、一淋膜微結構層20、一透明耐熱層40及一印刷層30。其中,反射層10、淋膜微結構層20、透明耐熱層40以及印刷層30之詳情請參照上述之說明,在此不擬重複贅述。裝飾膜2與圖4之裝飾膜1之差別僅在於將透明耐熱層40與印刷層30的位置對調。
另外,請參照圖9,其繪示包含圖8之裝飾膜2之包裝材之一實施例示意圖。如圖9所示,該包裝材具有包含一鋁箔層60及一熱封層70之一基材及貼附在該基材上之裝飾膜2,其中,鋁箔層60之一表面係與反射層10貼附以提供阻卻氣體及水氣的作用;以及熱封層70係貼附於鋁箔層60之另一表面以為所述包裝材提供一熱封作用。另外,熱封層70可由PP、PE或EVA實現,且其可為單層或多層共擠出膜結構。於實際應用時,圖9所示之包裝材可用於咖啡、茶葉及其他食品之包裝,且其成本亦較習知之包裝材低。
另外,請參照圖10,其繪示包含圖8之裝飾膜2之商標貼紙之一實施例示意圖。如圖10所示,該商標貼紙具有裝飾膜2、一感壓膠層80及一離形紙層90,其中,離形紙層90係藉由感壓膠層80與裝飾膜2貼附。
由以上的說明可知,本新型之裝飾膜具有以下優點:
1、不需要另加一層微結構膜;
2、可節省工序及降低成本;
3、可應用於包裝材及商標貼紙。
本案所揭示者,乃較佳實施例,舉凡局部之變更或修飾而源於本案之技術思想而為熟習該項技藝之人所易於推知者,俱不脫本案之專利權範疇。
綜上所陳,本案無論目的、手段或功效,皆顯示其迥異於習知技術,且其首先創作合於實用,確實符合新型之專利要件,懇請 貴審查委員明察,並早日賜予專利俾嘉惠社會,是為至禱。

Claims (10)
- 一種裝飾膜,其具有:一圖案顯示層,其係由一透明耐熱層及印刷於該透明耐熱層之一表面上之一印刷層形成以提供一第一圖案,且該圖案顯示層具有彼此相對之一第一側及一第二側;一淋膜微結構層,形成在該圖案顯示層之所述第二側之一表面上,且其具有一微結構以提供一第二圖案;以及一反射層,覆蓋在該微結構上;於實際使用時,一觀察者能夠在該圖案顯示層之所述第一側看到由該第一圖案和該第二圖案所組成之一顯示圖案。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之裝飾膜,其中該反射層之形成係以蒸鍍或濺鍍實現,或該反射層之形成係先經由對該淋膜微結構層加以電暈(corona)處理或電漿(plasma)處理,再經由蒸鍍或濺鍍實現,且該蒸鍍或濺鍍所採用的材料為由鋁、銦、錫、鉻和ZnS(硫化鋅)所組成的群組所選擇的一種材料。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之裝飾膜,其中該淋膜微結構層之形成係經由在該圖案顯示層上進行一高分子材料淋膜作業及一滾輪壓花作業實現。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之裝飾膜,其中該印刷層係位於該圖案顯示層之所述第二側。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之裝飾膜,其中該印刷層係位於該圖案顯示層之所述第一側。
- 一種包裝材,其具有一基材及貼附在該基材上之如申請專利範圍第1至3項中任一項所述之裝飾膜。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之包裝材,其中,該基材為一軟性基材。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之包裝材,其中,該基材為一硬性基材。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之包裝材,其中,該基材具有:一鋁箔層,其一表面係與該反射層貼附以提供阻卻氣體及水氣的作用;以及一熱封層,係貼附於該鋁箔層之另一表面以為所述包裝材提供一熱封作用,其係由PP、PE和EVA所組成的群組所選擇的一種材料實現,且其為單層或多層共擠出膜結構。
- 一種商標貼紙,其具有:如申請專利範圍第1至3項中任一項所述之裝飾膜;以及一離形紙層,係藉由一感壓膠層與該裝飾膜貼附。
