发明领域
本发明涉及用于包装的全息软管层压制品(holographic flexible tubelaminate)及其制造方法。
全息压花图案(embossed pattern)被结合到包装中,以改善包在包装中的产品的审美和形象外观和/或指示产品的真实性,并防止产品的损害或伪造。本说明书中所使用的术语“图案”包括一个或多个图像、照片、设计、字母组合、标识语、图、商标或名字或设计或者其组合。
发明背景
用于包装的塑料膜提供有全息压花图案,这是通过用热塑性漆(thermoplastic lacquer)来涂敷膜,接着在取决于所用漆的特性的压力和温度条件下,在所涂的漆上全息地压印所需的图案来实现的。全息压花图案可选择地被真空金属化,并在印刷或层压之前接受电晕处理。膜的印刷面可选择地设置有保护性透明材料涂层,或者膜被层压到另一膜。此类全息压花膜可用作包装材料,或者可被制成类似包、袋、小包或类似物的容器。为了热封所制容器的接合处,全息压花膜的层压制品一般用可热封的膜层压。
包括被转印至纤维素纸上的全息压花图案的纤维素纸被用作包装或包裹材料。它不具备被制成和用作用于包装半固体材料或粘性材料如牙膏、药膏、洗液或类似物的软管的机械强度。用于包装半固体材料或粘性材料的配备有全息压花图案的软管层压制品通过将如上所述制造的全息压花膜夹入并层压在层压基底的层或层压结构之间,接着将层压基底制成管层压制品,并热封其边缘来制得。在软管层压制品的储存以及通过压和挤反复及严格处理的长期期间,具有全息压花图案的塑料膜和层压基底的层或层压结构之间的结合减弱,并导致膜掀开或脱层,从而降低管的完整性和粘合性,且也损害管的外观。即使膜不完全掀开,也将存在破坏管的完整性和粘合性及外观的脱层迹象。而且,因为图案被夹入层压基底的层压结构之间,全息压花图案的清晰度和可见度降低。用于包装半固体或粘性材料的非层压型软管一般由不支持直接全息压花的铝制成。全息压花膜在铝管基底上的层压结构不确保基底和膜之间形成持久的结合。因此,膜将脱层或掀开,从而破坏管的完整性和粘合性,以及也破坏管的外观。
发明目的
本发明的目的是提供一种用于包装的全息软管层压制品,该管层压制品结构简单,且能在很长时间内维持其完整性和粘合性,且也能维持美学和图形外观。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种用于包装的全息软管层压制品,该管层压制品赋予全息压花图案提高的清晰度和可见度。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种制造用于包装的全息软管层压制品的方法,该方法简单,且易于实现,并生产具有上述优点的管层压制品。
发明的详细描述
根据本发明,提供了一种用于包装的全息软管层压制品,所述管层压制品包括软层压基底,所述软层压基底应用有粘合剂层,具有转印到粘合剂层上的金属化全息压花图案,所述层压基底的全息面进一步任选地应用了电晕处理、印刷并应用了保护性透明材料涂层,所述层压基底的边缘不含粘合剂层,且通过热封来搭接,以形成管层压制品。
根据本发明,还提供了一种制造用于包装的全息软管层压制品的方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
(i)将金属化全息压花图案转印到粘合剂层上,该粘合剂层被应用在软层压基底上,忽略了层压基底的边缘;
(ii)任选地给予层压基底的全息面电晕处理;
(iii)印刷层压基底的全息面;
(iv)将保护性透明材料涂层应用在层压基底的印刷面上;及
(v)通过用热封搭接层压基底的边缘来将层压基底制成管。
优选地,软层压基底厚度为150-400微米,且其包括层压在一起的塑料膜或层压在一起的塑料膜和铝箔。用在层压基底上的粘合剂必须对层压基底有优良的粘合性。优选地,粘合剂层厚度为1.5GSM到5GSM,且其包括基于反应型聚氨基甲酸酯的粘合剂。优选地,保护性透明材料涂层厚度为0.5GSM到5GSM,且其包括紫外光固化漆。用于形成层压基底或全息压花图案的塑料膜选自聚酯膜(PET)、双向拉伸聚丙烯膜(BOPP)、流延聚丙烯膜(CPP)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)膜或定向尼龙膜(Oriented Polyamidefilm)。代替铝箔,可在层压基底中使用其它金属箔。
优选地,金属化全息压花图案的转印是通过将具有金属化全息压花图案的塑料膜层压到软层压基底上,接着将膜分层来进行的。
根据本发明,全息压花和金属化图案被转印到良好地粘合在软层压基底的粘合剂层上,且层压制品的不含粘合剂的边缘被热封,以形成管。进一步,全息压花图案被保护性透明涂层保护,以防损害。转印到粘合剂层表面上的全息压花图案在管层压制品表面上维持良好粘合。因此,即使在经过一段时期的长期储存和反复及严格使用之后,管的完整性和粘合性以及美学需求及外观仍维持。全息压花图案的清晰度和可见度也被显著改善,因为其处于管层压制品的表面处。管层压制品是软的,且具有足够的机械强度用于包装半固体或粘性材料。如此,管层压制品的配置和结构被极大简化。本发明方法也简单,且易于实现。
应明确理解,根据本发明方法,任何软层压制品结构均可具有被转印到应用于其上的粘合剂层上的全息压花图案。如此形成的结构不必是管层压制品,且可为其它形状,或可为平的。全息压花图案到粘合剂层上的转印也可通过任何其它方式进行。本发明的结构和配置中的这些变化应被解释和理解为在本发明的范围之内。
下述实验性实施例是对本发明的示例,而不是对其范围的限制:
实施例1
12微米厚的聚酯膜在1巴压力及115℃温度下用包含醋酸丙酸纤维素和多乙酸乙烯酯的热塑性漆涂敷,以形成1GSM厚的涂层。此膜被全息压花,并进行真空金属化,且通过将全息压花膜层压到软层压基底上将全息压花和金属化图案转印到应用于软层压基底上的2.5GSM厚的基于反应型聚氨基甲酸酯的粘合剂层上,所述软层压基底包括聚乙烯膜和铝箔,且厚度为250微米。所述膜被分层,且具有全息压花图案的层压基底的粘合面接受电晕处理,接着印刷和应用紫外光固化漆涂层至1GSM厚。所述层压基底被切成9个卷,每一个均具有全息压花图案。卷被制成管,且从粘合剂层伸出的层压制品卷的边缘通过热封搭接。即使在长期储存和反复按压及扭曲之后,管层压制品也不会脱层和掀开。管层压制品的完整性和粘合性以及美学外观和需求被维持。全息压花图案的清晰度和可见度也仍然卓越。
Claims (12)
1.一种用于包装的全息软管层压制品,所述管层压制品包括软层压基底,所述软层压基底应用有粘合剂层,具有转印到所述粘合剂层上的金属化全息压花图案,所述层压基底的全息面进一步任选地应用了电晕处理、印刷并应用了保护性透明材料涂层,所述层压基底的边缘不含粘合剂层,且通过热封来搭接,以形成所述管层压制品。
2.如权利要求1所述的管层压制品,其中所述粘合剂层厚度为1.5GSM到5GSM,且所述粘合剂是基于反应型聚氨基甲酸酯的粘合剂。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的管层压制品,其中所述软层压基底厚度为150-400微米,且其包括层压在一起的塑料膜。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的管层压制品,其中所述软层压基底厚度为150-400微米,且其包括层压在一起的塑料膜和铝箔。
5.如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的管层压制品,其中所述保护性透明材料涂层厚度为0.5GSM到5GSM,且其包括紫外光固化漆。
6.一种制造用于包装的全息软管层压制品的方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
(i)将金属化全息压花图案转印到粘合剂层上,所述粘合剂层被应用在软层压基底上,忽略了所述层压基底的边缘;
(ii)任选地给予所述层压基底的全息面电晕处理;
(iii)印刷所述层压基底的全息面;
(vi)将保护性透明材料涂层应用在所述层压基底的印刷面上;及
(vii)通过用热封搭接所述层压基底的边缘来将所述层压基底制成管。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其中所述全息压花图案的转印是通过将具有金属化全息压花图案的塑料膜层压到所述软层压基底上,接着将所述膜分层来进行的。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的方法,其中所述粘合剂层厚度为1.5GSM到5GSM,且其包括基于反应型聚氨基甲酸酯的粘合剂。
9.如权利要求6到8中任一项所述的方法,其中所述软层压基底厚度为150-400微米,且其包括层压在一起的塑料膜。
