Abstract
一種型鋼連接件,係將一型鋼橫樑與一鋼樑連接在一起,該型鋼連接件包含一立板、二相對之支撐部,以及一連接部,二支撐部相互間隔且一體連接於立板,使得二支撐部及立板之間形成一定位槽定位型鋼橫樑,連接部位於定位槽之一側定位鋼樑,利用定位槽與連接部的特殊設置結構,可以讓型鋼橫樑與鋼樑能夠快速地完成定位,接著再搭配鎖固件加以固定,進而達到增加太陽能發電模組的組裝便利性目的。
Description
本創作與太陽能發電模組有關,特別是設置太陽能發電模組的一種型鋼連接件。
太陽能發電系統主要是將太陽能板所吸收的太陽光轉換成電能之後儲存起來以供使用,由於太陽能發電系統需要大面積的空間來架設太陽能板,所以為了達到充分利用空間的目的,目前的解決方式是將太陽能板架設於現有建築物的屋頂、戶外的地面或馬路邊。在太陽能發電模組的架設過程中,一般都得使用到相當多的零組件才能將用來支撐太陽能板之鋼構件(例如鋼樑與鋼柱之組合)鎖固在一起,除了產生定位不易及組裝麻煩的問題之外,在調整太陽能板的傾斜角度時亦不甚方便,進而造成後續使用上的不便。
本創作之主要目的在於提供一種型鋼連接件,其可用於架設太陽能發電模組,而且具有快速定位及容易組裝的特色。
為了達成上述主要目的,本創作之型鋼連接件,係將一型鋼橫樑與一鋼樑連接在一起,該型鋼連接件包含一立板、二相對之支撐部,以及一連接部,該二支撐部相互間隔且一體連接於該立板,使得該二支撐部及該立板之間形成一定位槽定位該型鋼橫樑,該連接部位於該定位槽之一側定位該鋼樑;藉以利用定位槽與連接部的特殊設置結構,可以讓型鋼橫樑與鋼樑能夠快速地完成定位,接著再搭配鎖固件加以固定,進而達到增加組裝便利性的目的。
更佳地,其中該二支撐部相互平行間隔且一體連接於該立板,該定位槽沿著橫向延伸且側向呈開放狀地定位該型鋼橫樑。
更佳地,其中該連接部一體延伸於該立板的底側,使該立板位於該定位槽之一側,該連接部與該立板同時利用鎖固件貫穿於該型鋼橫樑與該鋼樑,使得該型鋼連接件與該型鋼橫樑、該鋼樑相互固定結合在一起。
更佳地,其中該連接部一體連接於其中一該支撐部的兩相對側,使得該連接部與該其中一支撐部之間形成出一容置槽設該鋼樑。
更佳地,其中該鋼樑的頂端設有兩相互間隔的固定片,該連接部設於其中一該固定片內側面。
更佳地,其中該型鋼連接件與該鋼樑之間具有相對傾斜角度。

申請人首先在此說明,以下將要介紹之實施例以及圖式中,相同之參考號碼,表示相同或類似之元件或其結構特徵。本創作可應用於各類型的太陽能發電模組框架與對應的架設位置與設施。
請先參閱圖1及圖2,本創作第一較佳實施例所提供的型鋼連接件10,主要係將一型鋼橫樑20與一鋼樑22連接在一起,本較佳實施例所提供的型鋼橫樑20是以C型鋼作為舉例,鋼樑22的頂端設有兩相互間隔的固定片23。型鋼橫樑20是以橫向擺設的方式設置在直立狀鋼樑22的頂端,利用型鋼連接件10將兩者結合在一起。
型鋼連接件10包含一立板12、二相對間隔之支撐部14,以及一連接部16,於本較佳實施例的型鋼連接件10是以鈑金彎折成型,二支撐部14相互平行間隔且一體連接於立板12,使得二支撐部14及立板12之間形成一沿著橫向延伸的定位槽18可定位型鋼橫樑20,定位槽18朝立板12的側向呈開放狀,型鋼橫樑20是以橫向插設於定位槽18。
於本較佳實施例的連接部16是以片體做為舉例,連接部16一體延伸於立板12的底側,使立板12位於定位槽18之一側,連接部16設於鋼樑22的其中一固定片23內側面,連接部16與立板12同時利用鎖固件30貫穿於型鋼橫樑20與鋼樑22的固定片23,使得型鋼連接件10與型鋼橫樑20、鋼樑22相互固定結合在一起。
藉由上述組成構件,本創作可以將型鋼連接件10的連接部16預先固定在鋼樑22頂端,然後在施工場地或屋頂架設好鋼樑22之後,直接再把型鋼橫樑20設置在型鋼連接件10的定位槽18,最後完成型鋼橫樑20與型鋼連接件10的固定工作之後,鋼樑22即可與型鋼橫樑20相互固定在一起。
如圖3與圖4所示,本創作第二較佳實施例所提供型鋼連接件40的主要組成構件概同於第一較佳實施例,也包括含一立板12、二相對間隔之支撐部42,以及一連接部44,特點在於連接部44一體連接於其中一支撐部42的兩相對側,使得連接部44與上述支撐部42之間形成出一容置槽46,當鋼樑48為圓管的時候,鋼樑48頂端可以直接設置在容置槽46內部,再將鎖固件30貫穿於連接部44與鋼樑48,使型鋼連接件40同樣可固定在鋼樑48的頂端連結型鋼橫樑20。
綜上所陳,本創作之型鋼連接件利用定位槽與連接部的特殊設置結構,可以讓型鋼橫樑與鋼樑能夠快速地完成定位,接著再搭配鎖固件加以固定,進而達到增加組裝便利性的目的。
另外。本創作還可以根據實際需要進一步調整型鋼連接件與鋼樑之間的位置與傾斜角度,使得與型鋼橫樑組裝在一起之太陽能發電模組能同步達到調整效果。

Claims (6)
- 一種型鋼連接件,係將一型鋼橫樑與一鋼樑連接在一起,該型鋼連接件包含一立板、二相對之支撐部,以及一連接部,該二支撐部相互間隔且一體連接於該立板,使得該二支撐部及該立板之間形成一定位槽定位該型鋼橫樑,該連接部位於該定位槽之一側定位該鋼樑。
- 如請求項1所述之型鋼連接件,其中該二支撐部相互平行間隔且一體連接於該立板,該定位槽沿著橫向延伸且側向呈開放狀地定位該型鋼橫樑。
- 如請求項1所述之型鋼連接件,其中該連接部一體延伸於該立板的底側,使該立板位於該定位槽之一側,該連接部與該立板同時利用鎖固件貫穿於該型鋼橫樑與該鋼樑,使得該型鋼連接件與該型鋼橫樑、該鋼樑相互固定結合在一起。
- 如請求項1所述之型鋼連接件,其中該連接部一體連接於其中一該支撐部的兩相對側,使得該連接部與該其中一支撐部之間形成出一容置槽設該鋼樑。
- 如請求項1所述之型鋼連接件,其中該鋼樑的頂端設有兩相互間隔的固定片,該連接部設於其中一該固定片內側面。
- 如請求項1所述之型鋼連接件,其中該型鋼連接件與該鋼樑之間具有相對傾斜角度。
