Abstract

本創作係提供一種空氣壓縮機之外裝盒體的構造改良,該外裝盒體係由一上盒體、一下盒體所組合而成,上盒體之面板係凹設有一可安裝開關座之開關孔,於開關孔下端之兩對向處係向下延伸出有一隔離元件,其可讓開關座下端所設之正極端子及另一正極端子相互隔開,使分別與正極端子及另一正極端子連結之電線不會相互碰觸,使下盒體結合於上盒體時,下盒體不會壓迫到正極端子及另一正極端子,而能保持良好的隔離效果,避免產生正極端子及另一正極端子相互接通導致按鈕無法作有效地ON、OFF的切換功能,使空氣壓縮機之馬達會持續運轉並導致胎壓過高而有爆胎的危險,更嚴重地會因馬達持續運轉而導致馬達燒毀。

Description

空氣壓縮機之外裝盒體的構造改良
本創作係為一種空氣壓縮機之外裝盒體的構造改良,尤其是指一種可避免按鈕無法作有效地ON、OFF的切換功能的外裝盒體之構造。
空氣壓縮機係一種可將待充氣物品進行充氣的設備,一般廣泛應用於氣墊、輪胎之充氣用途,由於空氣壓縮機體積小易於被攜帶放置,同時也可藉由手提式直流電源供應器或是接至汽車點菸器插座處,可提供空氣壓縮機之動力電源,在操作及使用上相當簡易方便。一般而言,習知空氣壓縮機裝置之主要組成,其是利用一外裝盒體將空氣壓縮機裝設於內,該空氣壓縮機藉由一馬達驅動一活塞體在汽缸內進行往復式之壓縮動作,被壓縮之空氣則可傳輸至待充氣物品上,以達到充氣的目的,請參閱第七圖,習知安裝於上盒體4之開關座41下端所設之正極端子411及另一正極端子412係由下盒體5結合於上盒體4時才會由下盒體5所設置的隔離板51作為隔離,然而就實際操作來說,此時因為正極端子411及另一正極端子412與電線相連結,使正極端子411及另一正極端子412容易受到外力而偏斜,而容易導致下盒體5結合於上盒體4時,該下盒體5所設置的隔離板51會壓迫到正極端子411及另一正極端子412或與其相連結之電線,而容易產生正極端子411及另一正極端子412相互接通導致按鈕410無法作有效地ON、OFF的切換功能,使空氣壓縮機之馬達會持續運轉並導致胎壓過高而有爆胎的危險,更嚴重地會因馬達持續運轉而導致馬達燒毀。再觀目前應用小功率馬達於空氣壓縮機設備的汽車輪胎破損急救裝置,也就是說可提供汽車在輪胎破損後施以急救的灌膠補胎及同時充氣的急救裝置,由於有些國家的交通法令規定汽車駕駛人在行駛高速公路發生輪胎破損的時候,駕駛人需在法令規定的時限內完成修復並將汽車駛離事發點,以防止後方來車追撞,用以保護所有開車者的安全,因此,確保外裝盒體內的空氣壓縮機能順利供電並快速充氣為本創作之創作目的。
本創作之主要目的係提供一種空氣壓縮機之外裝盒體的構造改良,該外裝盒體係由一上盒體、一下盒體所組合而成,上盒體之面板係凹設有一可安裝開關座之開關孔,於開關孔下端之兩對向處係向下延伸出有一隔離元件,其可讓開關座下端所設之正極端子及另一正極端子相互隔開,使分別與正極端子及另一正極端子連結之電線不會相互碰觸,使下盒體結合於上盒體時,下盒體不會壓迫到正極端子及另一正極端子,而能保持良好的隔離效果。
為使更詳細了解本創作之結構,請參閱第一及二圖所示,本創作係提供一種空氣壓縮機3之外裝盒體的構造改良,其係包括有一外裝盒體及一空氣壓縮機3,該外裝盒體係由一上盒體1、一下盒體2所組合而成,而空氣壓縮機3係容置在上盒體1及下盒體2所組裝成之外裝盒體內。
請參閱第二至五圖所示,上盒體1,其實體概為矩形框體造型,該上盒體1係具有一面板10,該面板10係凹設有一可安裝開關座14之開關孔11,於開關孔11末端周圍向內水平環設有擋垣12,其可供開關座14置入於開關孔11時作為支撐固定,而擋垣12下端於開關孔11之兩對向處係向下延伸出有一隔離元件13,該隔離元件13係可為一U型結構,其可讓開關座14下端所設之正極端子141及另一正極端子142相互隔開,使分別與正極端子141及另一正極端子142連結之電線不會相互碰觸,如第五圖所示,上盒體1之隔離元件13亦可為一L型結構,如第六圖所示。
請參閱第五圖所示,當使用者欲將上盒體1及下盒體2相互組合時,該安裝於上盒體1之開關座14下端所設之正極端子141及另一正極端子142受隔離元件13相互隔開,且同時與正極端子141及另一正極端子142相連結之電線亦受隔離元件13相互隔開而不會產生碰觸,使下盒體2結合於上盒體1時,下盒體2不會壓迫到正極端子141及另一正極端子142,即能保持良好的隔離效果。
綜觀前論,本創作係提供一種空氣壓縮機之外裝盒體的構造改良,該外裝盒體係由一上盒體1、一下盒體2所組合而成,上盒體1之面板10係凹設有一可安裝開關座14之開關孔11,於開關孔11下端之兩對向處係向下延伸出有一隔離元件13,其可讓開關座14下端所設之正極端子141及另一正極端子142相互隔開,使分別與正極端子141及另一正極端子142連結之電線不會相互碰觸,使下盒體2結合於上盒體1時,下盒體2不會壓迫到正極端子141及另一正極端子142,而能保持良好的隔離效果。

  1. 一種空氣壓縮機之外裝盒體的構造改良,其係包括:一外裝盒體,該外裝盒體係設有一上盒體、一下盒體;一空氣壓縮機,其係容置在上盒體及下盒體所組裝成的外裝盒體內,其特徵在於:上盒體,其實體概為矩形框體造型,該上盒體係具有一面板,該面板係凹設有一可安裝開關座之開關孔,於開關孔下端之兩對向處係向下延伸出有一隔離元件,其可讓開關座下端所設之正極端子及另一正極端子相互隔開,使分別與正極端子及另一正極端子連結之電線不會相互碰觸。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之空氣壓縮機之外裝盒體的構造改良,其中,於開關孔末端周圍向內水平環設有擋垣,其可供開關座置入於開關孔時作為支撐固定。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之空氣壓縮機之外裝盒體的構造改良,其中,該隔離元件係可為一U型結構。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之空氣壓縮機之外裝盒體的構造改良,其中,該隔離元件係可為一L型結構。
