本实用新型提供一种空气压缩机的外装盒体的改良构造,该外装盒体由一上盒体、一下盒体所组合而成,上盒体的面板凹设有一安装开关座的开关孔,于开关孔下端的两对向处向下延伸出有一隔离元件,其可让开关座下端所设的正极端子及另一正极端子相互隔开,使分别与正极端子及另一正极端子连接的电线不会相互碰触,使下盒体结合于上盒体时,下盒体不会压迫到正极端子及另一正极端子,而能保持良好的隔离效果,避免产生正极端子及另一正极端子相互接通导致按钮无法作有效地ON、OFF的切换功能,使空气压缩机的马达会持续运转并导致胎压过高而有爆胎的危险,更严重地会因马达持续运转而导致马达烧毁。

技术领域
本实用新型为一种空气压缩机的外装盒体的改良构造,尤其是指一种可避免按钮无法作有效地ON、OFF的切换功能的外装盒体的构造。
背景技术
空气压缩机为一种可将待充气物品进行充气的设备,一般广泛应用于气垫、轮胎的充气用途,由于空气压缩机体积小易于被携带放置,同时也可借由手提式直流电源供应器或是接至汽车点烟器插座处,可提供空气压缩机的动力电源,在操作及使用上相当简易方便。一般而言,习知空气压缩机装置的主要组成,其是利用一外装盒体将空气压缩机装设于内,该空气压缩机借由一马达驱动一活塞体在汽缸内进行往复式的压缩动作,被压缩的空气则可传输至待充气物品上,以达到充气的目的,请参阅图7,习知安装于上盒体4的开关座41下端所设的正极端子411及另一正极端子412由下盒体5结合于上盒体4时才会由下盒体5所设置的隔离板51作为隔离,然而就实际操作来说,此时因为正极端子411及另一正极端子412与电线相连接,使正极端子411及另一正极端子412容易受到外力而偏斜,而容易导致下盒体5结合于上盒体4时,该下盒体5所设置的隔离板51会压迫到正极端子411及另一正极端子412或与其相连接的电线,而容易产生正极端子411及另一正极端子412相互接通导致按钮410无法作有效地ON、OFF的切换功能,使空气压缩机的马达会持续运转并导致胎压过高而有爆胎的危险,更严重地会因马达持续运转而导致马达烧毁。再观目前应用小功率马达于空气压缩机设备的汽车轮胎破损急救装置,也就是说可提供汽车在轮胎破损后施以急救的灌胶补胎及同时充气的急救装置,由于有些国家的交通法令规定汽车驾驶人在行驶高速公路发生轮胎破损的时候,驾驶人需在法令规定的时限内完成修复并将汽车驶离事发点,以防止后方来车追撞,用以保护所有开车者的安全,因此,确保外装盒体内的空气压缩机能顺利供电并快速充气为本实用新型的创作目的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种空气压缩机的外装盒体的改良构造,该外装盒体由一上盒体、一下盒体所组合而成,上盒体的面板凹设有一可安装开关座的开关孔,于开关孔下端的两对向处向下延伸出有一隔离元件,其可让开关座下端所设的正极端子及另一正极端子相互隔开,使分别与正极端子及另一正极端子连接的电线不会相互碰触,使下盒体结合于上盒体时,下盒体不会压迫到正极端子及另一正极端子,而能保持良好的隔离效果。

为能更详细了解本实用新型的结构,请参阅图1及图2所示,本实用新型提供一种空气压缩机3的外装盒体的改良构造,其包括有一外装盒体及一空气压缩机3,该外装盒体由一上盒体1、一下盒体2所组合而成,而空气压缩机3容置在上盒体1及下盒体2所组装成的外装盒体内。
请参阅图2至图5所示,上盒体1,其实体概为矩形框体造型,该上盒体1具有一面板10,该面板10凹设有一可安装开关座14的开关孔11,于开关孔11末端周围向内水平环设有挡垣12,其可供开关座14置入于开关孔11时作为支撑固定,而挡垣12下端于开关孔11的两对向处向下延伸出有一隔离元件13,该隔离元件13可为一U型结构,其可让开关座14下端所设的正极端子141及另一正极端子142相互隔开,使分别与正极端子141及另一正极端子142连接的电线不会相互碰触,如图5所示,上盒体1的隔离元件13亦可为一L型结构,如图6所示。
请参阅图5所示,当使用者欲将上盒体1及下盒体2相互组合时,该安装于上盒体1的开关座14下端所设的正极端子141及另一正极端子142受隔离元件13相互隔开,且同时与正极端子141及另一正极端子142相连接的电线亦受隔离元件13相互隔开而不会产生碰触,使下盒体2结合于上盒体1时,下盒体2不会压迫到正极端子141及另一正极端子142,即能保持良好的隔离效果。
综观前论,本实用新型提供一种空气压缩机的外装盒体的改良构造,该外装盒体由一上盒体1、一下盒体2所组合而成,上盒体1的面板10凹设有一可安装开关座14的开关孔11,于开关孔11下端的两对向处向下延伸出有一隔离元件13,其可让开关座14下端所设的正极端子141及另一正极端子142相互隔开,使分别与正极端子141及另一正极端子142连接的电线不会相互碰触,使下盒体2结合于上盒体1时,下盒体2不会压迫到正极端子141及另一正极端子142,而能保持良好的隔离效果。

1.一种空气压缩机的外装盒体的改良构造,其包括,
一外装盒体,该外装盒体设有一上盒体、一下盒体;
一空气压缩机,其容置在上盒体及下盒体所组装成的外装盒体内,其特征在于:
上盒体,其实体概为矩形框体造型,该上盒体具有一面板,该面板凹设有一安装开关座的开关孔,于开关孔下端的两对向处向下延伸出有一隔离元件,其让开关座下端所设的正极端子及另一正极端子相互隔开,使分别与正极端子及另一正极端子连接的电线不会相互碰触。
2.如权利要求1所述的空气压缩机的外装盒体的改良构造,其特征在于:于开关孔末端周围向内水平环设有挡垣,其供开关座置入于开关孔时作为支撑固定。
3.如权利要求1所述的空气压缩机的外装盒体的改良构造,其特征在于:该隔离元件为一U型结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的空气压缩机的外装盒体的改良构造,其特征在于:该隔离元件为一L型结构。
