Abstract
本創作提供一種鞋底結構,包括大底、碳纖維片及中底片。大底係由橡膠上片、中底布及橡膠底片依序由上而下組成。碳纖維片設置於大底上,具有底部、兩側彎折部以及後彎折部。中底片設置於碳纖維片上。其中,兩側彎折部係由底部朝中底片及彼此之方向延伸彎曲。後彎折部係由底部朝中底片及兩側彎折部之方向延伸彎曲。
Description
本創作係提供一種鞋底結構;具體而言,特別是一種具避震功能的鞋底結構。
隨著科技的發展,鞋子的功能性也日新月異,例如籃球鞋、慢跑鞋、休閒鞋等,可依照不同場合/用途選擇所需要的鞋款。
現今的運動鞋款,於避震的功能上來說,大致採用例如氣墊的方式製作。其係以類似高壓的方式灌入堅韌的合成橡膠內,特殊的大分子氣體體積大於合成橡膠層的細微縫隙,致使氣墊中的氣體不會流失,氣體分子吸收外來的震動和衝擊壓力實現緩衝。
然而,其對橡膠材質和充入氣體均勻特殊的要求,且製作工藝比較複雜,難度也較大。
有鑑於此,本創作之目的在於提供一種具有避震功能的鞋底結構。鞋底結構包括大底、碳纖維片及中底片。大底係由橡膠上片、中底布及橡膠底片依序由上而下組成。碳纖維片設置於大底上,具有底部、兩側彎折部以及後彎折部。中底片設置於碳纖維片上。
其中,兩側彎折部係由底部朝中底片及彼此之方向延伸彎
曲。後彎折部係由底部朝中底片及兩側彎折部之方向延伸彎曲。
相較於先前技術,本創作能提供較易製作且避震效果更佳的鞋底結構。

以下將以圖式配合文字敘述揭露本創作的複數個實施方式,為明確說明起見,許多實務上的細節將在以下敘述中一併說明。然而,應瞭解到,這些實務上的細節不應用以限制本創作。此外,為簡化圖式起見,一些習知的結構與元件在圖式中將以簡單示意的方式繪出。
請參閱圖1A及圖1B,鞋底結構1包括中底片11A、碳纖維片12及大底13。中底片11A較佳為彈性體材料,較佳但不限於熱塑性聚酯彈性體(Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer,TPEE)、熱可塑性聚氨酯樹脂(Thermoplastic Polyurethane,TPU),或其兩者之混合材質,具有良好的延展性、耐熱性等特性。大底13係由橡膠上片131、中底布132及橡膠底片133依序由上而下組成。中底布132的材質較佳但不限於玻璃纖維強化塑膠(Fiber Glass Reinforced Plastics,FRP)。碳纖維片12設置於大底13上,較佳但不限於由彈性碳纖維所製成,具有底部121、兩側彎折部122以及後彎折部123。中底片11A較佳則設置於碳纖維片12之兩側彎折部122以及後彎折部123的上方。
其中,橡膠底片133的側邊具有邊牆(即圖中由橡膠底片133側邊向上延伸之高度)。邊牆可與鞋款的鞋面縫合、接合或黏合等方式連接。本實施例之鞋底結構較佳但不限使用於籃球鞋。
詳細來說,碳纖維片12較佳係包含底部121、兩個側彎折部122及後彎折部123。其外觀以斷面來看,大致上呈現類似C型之態樣。兩側彎折部122分別由底部121左右兩側朝中底片11A及彼此的方向延伸彎曲。後彎折部123係由底部121朝中底片11A及兩側彎折部122的方向延伸彎曲。主要是利用彈性碳纖維彎折後產生的回彈力而形成的避震結構。然而,於其他實施例中,兩側彎折部122及後彎折部123亦可朝反方向延伸彎曲,亦即,兩側彎折部122分別由底部121左右兩側朝大底13及彼此的方向延伸彎曲,後彎折部123係由底部121朝大底13及兩側彎折部122的方向延伸彎曲。
兩側彎折部122係大致對應於中底片11A之中後端部分,後彎折部123係大致對應於中底片11A之尾端部分。於實際使用上,兩側彎折部122大致對應於人體足弓部位;後彎折部123則大致對應於人體腳跟的部位。
於本實施例中,中底布132較佳為藉由不限制織法形成具有複數個網格之網格結構的織布,其中每一網格的大小範圍較佳為介於0.2mm至4mm之間,但不以此為限。此外,橡膠上片131、中底布132及橡膠底片133係以上下熱加壓方式使橡膠上片131穿透中底布132的網格結構而和橡
膠底片133黏合以形成大底13。據此,本創作之大底13具有較佳的強度,不會像一般的薄橡膠容易扯斷。
中底片11A較佳但不限制貼合於碳纖維片12上。必須注意的是,碳纖維片12可貼合或不貼合於大底13上,具體來說,碳纖維片12係設置覆蓋於橡膠上片131上,且碳纖維片12較佳與橡膠上片131可彼此固定/黏合或不固定/黏合。其中,橡膠上片131較佳可透過黏著劑與碳纖維片12A黏合,但不以此為限。於其他實施例中,也可以透過擠壓黏著、射出接著等方式實現。
當使用者穿著球鞋進行彎曲及/或跳耀動作時,由於橡膠上片131並未和碳纖維片12相互黏合,因此碳纖維片12不會和大底13同步彎曲,此時可使跳躍彎折的應力發生在碳纖維片12,並且讓緩衝應力發揮在中底片11A上,進而可增加球鞋的整體彈性並提供緩衝的效果。
於本實施例中,中底布132較佳可由兩個彼此分離的第一中底布1321及第二中底布1322所構成。第一中底布1321與第二中底布1322之間所夾距離在此定義為第一間距。第一中底布1321的設置位置大致對應於碳纖維片12之前端部份,於使用時大致對應至人體腳掌的部位;第二中底布1322的設置位置則大致對應於碳纖維片12之後端部份,於使用時大致對應至人體的腳跟部位;第一間距至少部份對應於碳纖維片12之兩側彎折部122,於使用時大致對應於人體足弓部位。
橡膠底片133較佳可由三個彼此分離的第一橡膠底片1331、第二橡膠底片1332及第三橡膠底片1333所構成。其中第一橡膠底片1331與第二橡膠底片1332之間具有第二間距,第二橡膠底片1332與第三橡膠底片
1333之間具有第三間距。第一橡膠底片1331的設置位置係對應於靠近第一中底布1321的前段部分,第二橡膠底片1332的設置位置係對應於靠近第一中底布1321的後段部分,第三橡膠底片1333的設置位置係對應於第二中底布1322,第三間距係大致對應於第一間距。第二間距較佳是小於第三間距,且第二間距較佳是大致對應於第一中底布1321的中間部分。
請繼續參閱圖1A,第一橡膠底片1331之側邊具有第一邊牆(即,向上延伸之高度),第二橡膠底片1332之側邊具有第二邊牆,第三橡膠底片1333之側邊具有第三邊牆。第一邊牆、第二邊牆及第三邊牆可分別以貼合、黏合或縫合的方式與鞋面作連接。
其中,第一邊牆較佳是從第一橡膠底片1331的兩側邊分別向上延伸且部分相連而形成,可視為對應於人體腳尖的位置相互連接(亦即圍繞於人體腳尖處),第一邊牆遮蔽至少部分第一中底布1321之前段部分;第二邊牆是從第二橡膠底片1332的兩側邊分別向上延伸形成,且遮蔽至少部分第一中底布1321之後段部分;第三邊牆較佳是從第三橡膠底片1333的兩側邊分別向上延伸且部分相連而形成,可視為對應於人體腳後跟的位置相互連接(亦即圍繞於人體腳跟處),第三邊牆遮蔽至少部分兩側彎折部122及部分後彎折部123。
本創作之另一實施例,請參閱圖2,鞋底結構1大致與前述實施例相同,其差異在於本實施例的中底片11B係由乙烯/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate,EVA)材質所製成,其優點在於具有類似塑膠的物理剛性,及類似橡膠的彈性,並能兼顧環保要求。其餘細部結構及功效不再贅述。
本創作之另一實施例,請參閱圖3A及圖3B。主要係將前述實施例之鞋底結構與鞋面作結合,以形成一鞋款2。本實施例之鞋款2較佳包含但不限於籃球鞋。須說明的是,圖3A及圖3B係將大底省略,以此能更了解碳纖維片12之構造與其對應位置。兩側彎折部122大致對應於人體足弓部位;後彎折部123則大致對應於人體腳跟的部位。主要是利用彈性碳纖維彎折後產生的回彈力而形成的避震結構。
相較於先前技術,本創作能提供較易製作且避震效果更佳的鞋底結構。
藉由以上較佳具體實施例之詳述,係希望能更加清楚描述本創作之特徵與精神,而並非以上述所揭露的較佳具體實施例來對本創作之範疇加以限制。相反地,其目的是希望能涵蓋各種改變及具相等性的安排於本創作所欲申請之專利範圍的範疇內。因此,本創作所申請之專利範圍的範疇應該根據上述的說明作最寬廣的解釋,以致使其涵蓋所有可能的改變以及具相等性的安排。
Claims (11)
- 一種鞋底結構,包含:一大底,其側邊具有一邊牆;一碳纖維片,設置於該大底上,具有一底部、兩側彎折部以及一後彎折部;以及一中底片,設置於該些側彎折部以及該後彎折部之上方,其中,該兩側彎折部係由該底部朝該中底片及彼此之方向延伸彎曲,以及該後彎折部係由該底部朝該中底片及該兩側彎折部之方向延伸彎曲。
- 如請求項1所述之鞋底結構,其中該大底係由一橡膠上片、一中底布及一橡膠底片依序由上而下組合而成。
- 如請求項2所述之鞋底結構,其中該中底布包括一第一中底布及一第二中底布,該第一中底布與該第二中底布之間具有一第一間距,該第一中底布係對應於該碳纖維片之前端,該第二中底布係對應於該碳纖維片之後端,該第一間距至少部份對應該碳纖維片之該兩側彎折部。
- 如請求項3所述之鞋底結構,其中該橡膠底片包括一第一橡膠底片、一第二橡膠底片及一第三橡膠底片,該第一橡膠底片與該第二橡膠底片之間具有一第二間距,該第二橡膠底片與該第三橡膠底片之間具有一第三間距,該第一橡膠底片係對應於該第一中底布的前段部分,該第二橡膠底片係對應於該第一中底布的後段部分,該第三橡膠底片係對應於該第二中底布,該第三間距係對應於該第一間距。
- 如請求項4所述之鞋底結構,其中該第二間距小於該第三間距。
- 如請求項5所述之鞋底結構,其中該第二間距大致對應於該第一中底布的中間部分。
- 如請求項4所述之鞋底結構,其中該第一橡膠底片之側邊具有一第一邊牆,該第二橡膠底片之側邊具有一第二邊牆,該第三橡膠底片之側邊具有一第三邊牆。
