Abstract

Description
本發明有關於一種運動鞋,其特別包括通過舒適鞋底附接到外底的鞋面。
由專利文獻EP 3 114 955,此種類型的鞋為已知。從鞋子的鞋跟到鞋頭,一橡膠外鞋底連接到由膨化的聚氨基甲酸乙酯製成的第一舒適鞋底。一第二乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)的舒適鞋底是穿孔的,因此鞋面連接到第一鞋底和第二舒適鞋底。膨化的聚氨基甲酸乙酯增加了第一舒適鞋底的緩衝效果。
專利文獻FR 2 898 252也在引言中提到此類型的運動鞋,但其不同之處在於兩件式複合材料插件於鞋跟處連接到外鞋底和的舒適鞋底,並且在鞋子的鞋頭處附接至舒適鞋底和鞋面。此複合材料插入物部件增加了鞋子鞋頭的彈性。
根據此先前技術,本發明人發現在鞋跟處,鞋面係與舒適鞋底直接接觸。本發明的目的是改進此先前技術,以便更好地控制運動鞋的支撐面。
為此目的,本發明標的是一種符合引言中所述類型的運動鞋,其特徵在於該運動鞋包括由塑膠或複合材料製成的殼體,該殼體插入鞋面和舒適鞋底之間並且在鞋跟處附接至該運動鞋。
由塑膠或複合材料製成的殼體賦予鞋面扭轉和彎曲剛性,其抵消鞋子的鞋跟和地面之間的衝擊期間的腳部位移,從而有助於支撐的穩定性。通過彈性變形,本發明的鞋子還允許通過減少舒適鞋底消散的能量部分,在鬆弛期間恢復由衝擊所釋放的該能量部分。
較佳地,塑膠或複合材料製成的殼體插入並連接到鞋面和舒適鞋底直到鞋頭。
通過此種配置,殼體在整個步幅期間從鞋子的鞋跟到鞋頭彈性變形,並藉由返回儲存的能量提供刺激效果至被鞋面包圍的腳。
更佳地,塑膠或複合材料的殼體通過殼體底部和殼體側部插入並連接到鞋面和舒適鞋底。
殼體側部形成圍繞殼體底部的邊緣,以允許殼體在步幅期間使腳部相對於地面穩定。因此,在鞋跟與地面衝擊時,由鞋面包圍的腳保持在由鞋子保持的對齊中。另一方面,殼體側部的邊緣增加了殼體的彎曲和扭轉剛性。這種配置更具體地適用於路跑(road running)。
在其中一個實施例中,殼體側部圍繞殼體底部對應於鞋跟的一部位,並且沿著殼體底部對應於鞋頭的一部位斷開。

根據本發明的第一實施例,在圖1至圖3中,一運動鞋在鞋頭1和鞋跟3之間延伸並且包括通過舒適鞋底9附接到外鞋底7的鞋面5。
外鞋底7由諸如橡膠的黏附材料製成,旨在提供良好的地面抓地力和良好的耐磨性。舒適鞋底9作用為避震器,並在鞋子與地面接觸時吸收衝擊,尤其是鞋跟3。舒適鞋底9還具有經過控制的扭轉和彎曲剛性特性。鞋面5用於保持足部封閉在鞋中,並且為此目的,其設置有使用鞋帶或快速緊固帶的閉合系統11。外鞋底7和舒適鞋底9彼此連接,例如通過黏合(gluing),從鞋頭1到鞋跟3。外鞋底7可以在鞋子的鞋頭1處設有尖端71。
根據本發明,運動鞋包括由塑膠或複合材料製成的殼體13,其插入鞋面5和舒適鞋底9之間並且附接至鞋跟3。對應於鞋子的鞋跟3,鞋面5的後部位51係,舉例而言,黏合在殼體13的後部位17,同樣地,所述後部位17係黏合至舒適鞋底9的後部位91。黏合可以用膠合(cementing)代替。
在圖1至圖3所示的實施例中,殼體13從對應於鞋跟3的後部位17延伸到對應於鞋頭1的前部位19。然而,殼體13也可以僅延伸一段距離,此距離小於鞋跟3和鞋頭1之間的距離。元件符號21具有虛線,其示出了殼體13的前部位19的端部,其與後部位17的距離係小於鞋子的鞋跟3和鞋頭1之間的距離。在此情況中,鞋面5在鞋子的鞋頭1的未插入殼體13的部分中與舒適鞋底9直接接觸。

根據本發明的鞋體結構係基於一概念,根據該概念,鞋底的每個元件實現不同的功能,其模組可用於響應於不同的運動活動,無論是在道路上、在跑道上還是在山路上。其有助於將腳部保持在適當位置並引導腳部,並結合緩衝和步幅恢復。

Claims (3)
- 一種運動鞋,其在鞋頭(1)和鞋跟(3)之間延伸並且包括:通過舒適鞋底(9)附接到外鞋底(7)的鞋面(5);以及由塑膠或複合材料製成且插入於鞋面(5)和舒適鞋底(9)之間的殼體(13),並且該殼體(13)通過殼體底部(23)和殼體側部(25)連接在鞋跟(3)到鞋頭(1);其特徵在於,殼體側部(25)形成圍繞所述殼體底部(23)的一邊緣,並且具有配置在殼體(13)的前部位(19)處的凹口(27)。
