Abstract

由專利文獻EP 3 114 955，此種類型的鞋為已知。從鞋子的鞋跟到鞋頭，一橡膠外鞋底連接到由膨化的聚氨基甲酸乙酯製成的第一舒適鞋底。一第二乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)的舒適鞋底是穿孔的，因此鞋面連接到第一鞋底和第二舒適鞋底。膨化的聚氨基甲酸乙酯增加了第一舒適鞋底的緩衝效果。
專利文獻FR 2 898 252也在引言中提到此類型的運動鞋，但其不同之處在於兩件式複合材料插件於鞋跟處連接到外鞋底和的舒適鞋底，並且在鞋子的鞋頭處附接至舒適鞋底和鞋面。此複合材料插入物部件增加了鞋子鞋頭的彈性。

根據本發明的第一實施例，在圖1至圖3中，一運動鞋在鞋頭1和鞋跟3之間延伸並且包括通過舒適鞋底9附接到外鞋底7的鞋面5。
外鞋底7由諸如橡膠的黏附材料製成，旨在提供良好的地面抓地力和良好的耐磨性。舒適鞋底9作用為避震器，並在鞋子與地面接觸時吸收衝擊，尤其是鞋跟3。舒適鞋底9還具有經過控制的扭轉和彎曲剛性特性。鞋面5用於保持足部封閉在鞋中，並且為此目的，其設置有使用鞋帶或快速緊固帶的閉合系統11。外鞋底7和舒適鞋底9彼此連接，例如通過黏合(gluing)，從鞋頭1到鞋跟3。外鞋底7可以在鞋子的鞋頭1處設有尖端71。
根據本發明，運動鞋包括由塑膠或複合材料製成的殼體13，其插入鞋面5和舒適鞋底9之間並且附接至鞋跟3。對應於鞋子的鞋跟3，鞋面5的後部位51係，舉例而言，黏合在殼體13的後部位17，同樣地，所述後部位17係黏合至舒適鞋底9的後部位91。黏合可以用膠合(cementing)代替。
