插座電連接器
本新型創作是有關於一種電連接器,且特別是有關於一種插座電連接器。
電連接器為電子裝置上常見的零組件,可與其他電子裝置上相匹配的電連接器相互連接,以作為兩電子裝置之間的訊號與電力的傳輸媒介。現有的電連接器,例如通用序列匯流排(Universal Serial Bus, USB)電連接器。目前USB協定又新增了C型(Type C)電連接器之規格,其除可提供10Gbps的超高速的資料傳輸速率之外,且其插接口呈對稱而可正、反插接,因而廣泛應用在各種電子裝置,例如筆記型電腦。
本新型創作提供一種插座電連接器,用以安裝至電子裝置內部,以與匹配的插頭電連接器相連接。
本新型創作的一種插座電連接器,包括一屏蔽外殼、一絕緣本體及多個端子。絕緣本體設置於屏蔽外殼內並具有一舌板,舌板延伸至屏蔽外殼外。這些端子設置於絕緣本體,各端子具有一接觸段及一焊接段,接觸段位於舌板上且突出自舌板有一段距離,焊接段延伸自絕緣本體,且這些焊接段共面。
在本新型創作的一實施例中,上述的插座電連接器,包括一鎖固元件,其連接至屏蔽外殼並具有一對鎖固孔,用以鎖附至硬性電路板。
在本新型創作的一實施例中,上述的鎖固元件更具有一對定位片,用以夾持屏蔽外殼。
在本新型創作的一實施例中,上述的屏蔽外殼具有一對定位部,各定位片具有一定位孔,且對定位部分別配合對定位孔。
在本新型創作的一實施例中,上述的各端子具有一延伸段,其位於絕緣本體內,並傾斜於對應的接觸段及焊接段。
在本新型創作的一實施例中,上述的屏蔽外殼具有一後蓋部,且後蓋部具有一後蓋傾斜面,其平行於延伸段。
在本新型創作的一實施例中,上述的絕緣本體更具有一基座,舌板從基座延伸至屏蔽外殼外,這些端子設置於基座及舌板,這些焊接段延伸自基座,且基座具有一基座傾斜面,其平行於延伸段。
在本新型創作的一實施例中,上述的插座電連接器更包括一密封環,絕緣本體具有一環狀溝槽,密封環設置於環狀溝槽並與屏蔽外殼相密合。
在本新型創作的一實施例中,上述的密封環是套設於環狀溝槽的橡膠環圈或注入環狀溝槽的填充膠材。
在本新型創作的一實施例中,上述的絕緣本體更具有一注入口,其連通於環狀溝槽,用以注入填充膠材。
在本新型創作的一實施例中,上述的插座電連接器符合USB TYPE C之規格標準。
基於上述,在本新型創作中,絕緣本體的舌板延伸至屏蔽外殼外,以避免射頻干擾。端子的接觸段突出自舌板有一段距離。因此,當絕緣本體以插入模造(insert-molding)來製作時,絕緣膠料不易殘留端子的接觸段的頂面,因而有助於確保端子的表面接觸品質。經由鎖固元件可將插座電連接器鎖附至硬性電路板,以增加結構強度。端子的傾斜的延伸段、屏蔽外殼的後蓋部的外殼傾斜面和絕緣本體的基座傾斜面等構造可讓出空間給其他元件。
為讓本新型創作的上述特徵和優點能更明顯易懂,下文特舉實施例,並配合所附圖式作詳細說明如下。
請參考圖1至圖6,在本實施例中,插座電連接器100包括一屏蔽外殼110、一絕緣本體120及多個端子130。絕緣本體120設置於屏蔽外殼110內。這些端子130設置於絕緣本體120。絕緣本體120具有一舌板122,舌板122延伸至屏蔽外殼110外,以避免射頻干擾。當插座電連接器100符合USB TYPE C之規格標準時,這些端子130可位於舌板122的兩面,以與匹配的插頭電連接器100相互正、反插接。
如圖1及圖5所示,各端子130具有一接觸段132,而接觸段132位於舌板122上且突出自舌板122有一段距離D。具体而言,接觸段132突出自舌板122的表面122a有距離D。因此,當絕緣本體120以插入模造(insert-molding)來製作時,絕緣膠料不易殘留端子130的接觸段132的頂面132a,因而有助於確保端子130的表面接觸品質。各端子130還具有一焊接段134,而焊接段134延伸自絕緣本體120。這些焊接段134共面,即排列在同一幾何平面上,以焊接軟性電路板或硬性電路板。
在本實施例中,如圖1及圖4所示,插座電連接器100還包括一鎖固元件140,其連接至屏蔽外殼110並具有一對鎖固孔142,用以鎖附至硬性電路板,因而增加結構強度。舉例而言,可經由螺絲穿過鎖固孔142而將插座電連接器100固定在硬性電路板上。此外,鎖固元件140更具有一對定位片144,用以夾持屏蔽外殼110。在本實施例中,屏蔽外殼110具有一對定位部112(例如凸包),各定位片144具有一定位孔144a,且對定位部112分別配合對定位孔144a。
在本實施例中,如圖1、圖2及圖6所示,絕緣本體120更具有一基座124,舌板122從基座124延伸至屏蔽外殼110外,這些端子130設置於基座124及舌板122,且這些焊接段134延伸自基座124。各端子130具有一延伸段136,其位於絕緣本體120內,並傾斜於對應的接觸段132及對應的焊接段134。
然而,如圖1、圖2及圖4所示,當插座電連接器100的後方需要讓出空間給其他元件時,端子130的延伸段136傾斜於對應的接觸段132及對應的焊接段134。同時,屏蔽外殼110具有一後蓋部114,且後蓋部114具有一後蓋傾斜面114a。基座124具有一基座傾斜面124a。後蓋傾斜面114a及基座傾斜面124a平行於端子130的延伸段136,因而傾斜於端子130的接觸段132及焊接段134。
在本實施例中,如圖3、圖4及圖6所示,絕緣本體120具有一環狀溝槽126,插座電連接器100更包括一密封環150(見圖6),密封環150設置於環狀溝槽126並與屏蔽外殼110相密合。在本實施例中,密封環150可以是套設於環狀溝槽126的橡膠環圈,或者是注入環狀溝槽126的填充膠材。就後者而言,如圖3及圖4所示,絕緣本體120更具有一注入口128,其連通於環狀溝槽126,用以注入填充膠材。
在本實施例中,如圖4及圖6所示,插座電連接器100更包括一密封膜160,其設於屏蔽外殼110與鎖固元件140之間,以防止液體穿過屏蔽外殼110的縫隙116。
綜上所述,在本新型創作中,絕緣本體的舌板延伸至屏蔽外殼外,以避免射頻干擾。端子的接觸段突出自舌板有有一段距離。因此,當絕緣本體以插入模造(insert-molding)來製作時,絕緣膠料不易殘留端子的接觸段的頂面,因而有助於確保端子的表面接觸品質。經由鎖固元件可將插座電連接器鎖附至硬性電路板,以增加結構強度。端子的傾斜的延伸段、屏蔽外殼的後蓋部的外殼傾斜面、絕緣本體的基座傾斜面等構造可讓出空間給其他元件。

Claims (12)

  1. 一種插座電連接器,包括:一屏蔽外殼;一絕緣本體,設置於該屏蔽外殼內並具有一舌板,該舌板延伸至該屏蔽外殼外;以及多個端子,設置於絕緣本體,其中各該端子具有一接觸段及一焊接段,該接觸段位於該舌板上且突出自該舌板一段距離,該焊接段延伸自該絕緣本體,且該些焊接段共面。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的插座電連接器,包括:一鎖固元件,連接至該屏蔽外殼並具有一對鎖固孔,用以鎖附至硬性電路板。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的插座電連接器,其中該鎖固元件更具有一對定位片,用以夾持該屏蔽外殼。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述的插座電連接器,其中該屏蔽外殼具有一對定位部,各該定位片具有一定位孔,且該對定位部分別配合該對定位孔。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的插座電連接器,其中各該端子具有一延伸段,其位於該絕緣本體內,並連接於該端子的該接觸段及該焊接段,且傾斜於該端子的該接觸段及該焊接段。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的插座電連接器,其中該屏蔽外殼具有一後蓋部,且該後蓋部具有一後蓋傾斜面,其平行於該延伸段。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的插座電連接器,其中該絕緣本體更具有一基座,該舌板從該基座延伸至該屏蔽外殼外,該些端子設置於該基座及該舌板,該些焊接段延伸自該基座,且該基座具有一基座傾斜面,其平行於該延伸段。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的插座電連接器,更包括:一密封環,該絕緣本體具有一環狀溝槽,該密封環設置於該環狀溝槽並與該屏蔽外殼相密合。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述的插座電連接器,其中該密封環是套設於該環狀溝槽的橡膠環圈。
