Abstract

一種圓狀體穿入防漏止密圈,其包括有:一防漏止密圈呈圓環狀形成有一環外緣部與一環內緣部,且該防漏止密圈於該環外緣部與該環內緣部之間形成有一第一弧面與一第二弧面,又該防漏止密圈於該環外緣部、該第一弧面及該第二弧面形成有圓弧狀的斷面形狀,且該防漏止密圈於環內緣部形成有一環形凹部,而該防漏止密圈於該環形凹部相鄰該第一弧面與該第二弧面之間皆凸設有一凸環部,該防漏止密圈於製造過程中必然產生的一合模線形成於該環形凹部內,利用該防漏止密圈之環形凹部讓合模線未對外形成接觸,藉此消除該合模線對該防漏止密圈進行使用時的不良影響。

Description

圓狀體穿入防漏止密圈
本創作係有關於一種止漏墊圈,尤指一種能消除合模線的不良影響之圓狀體穿入防漏止密圈。
按,如第8、9圖所示,習知之止漏圈30常見應用於管連接處,透過該止漏圈30達到管路防漏之使用目的,而習知的止墊圈30的斷面皆為圓形,令該止漏圈30具有最高的適用性,然而,該止漏圈30一般是以上模具蓋合下模具形成有止漏圈30形狀之容室,再於容室內射入液狀胚料,於冷卻後開模獲得止漏圈30,但由於上模具與下模具的合模會於該止漏圈30的內外周緣的中間處形成有一微小的合模線31,該合模線因為只是生產時必然產生的附加結構,因此其形體經常有不均勻之情況,該合模線31欲進一步加工去除將會大幅提高止墊圈30的生產成本,不符合經濟效益,若不去除合模線31,該止漏圈30於使用時將會以合模線31直接接觸該管路,該合模線31於接觸與磨擦該管路時容易有變形、破損或磨耗之情況,使該止漏圈產生止漏效果不佳之缺失,再進一步配合第10、11圖所示,該止漏圈30組裝於一快速接頭40之管體41內部,並於該管體41處依序裝入擋環42與爪環43,並以一蓋套44焊接固定於該管體41開口,而該蓋套44處穿設有一按壓套45,另以一連接管46由該按壓套45端連續穿過該爪環43、擋環42及止漏圈30,透過該爪環43夾固該連接管46,並以該按壓 套45解除該爪環43的夾固效果,實際上使用時,該連接管46於插入該管體41時會抵觸於該止漏圈30之合模線31,將可能因為該合模線31的形體不均勻而產生洩漏,或插入時的磨擦造成該合模線31的破損或變形,使該止漏圈30喪失防漏功能,又該快速接頭40為不可拆卸不能更換止漏圈之結構,該止漏圈若不具防漏效果就需要更換整個快速接頭40,使其快速接頭40的耐用性降低,此為本創作所欲解決之技術問題點。
詳觀上述習知結構不難發覺其尚存有些許不足之處,主要原因係歸如下:
有鑑於此,本創作人於多年從事相關產品之製造開發與設計經驗,針對上述之目標,詳加設計與審慎評估後,終得一確具實用性之本創作。
本創作所欲解決之技術問題在於針對現有技術存在的上述缺失,提供一種圓狀體穿入防漏止密圈。
一防漏止密圈呈圓環狀形成有一環外緣部與一環內緣部,且該防漏止密圈於該環外緣部與該環內緣部之間形成有一第一弧面與一第二弧面,又該防漏止密圈於該環外緣部、該第一弧面及該第二弧面形成有圓弧狀的斷面形狀,且該防漏止密圈於環內緣部形成有一環形凹部,而該防漏止密圈於該環形凹部相鄰該第一弧面與該第二弧面之間皆凸設有一凸環部。
其中,該環形凹部與二該凸環部形成有圓弧波浪狀之斷面形狀。
其中,該防漏止密圈以一上模具與一下模具所合模射出製成,使該製造過程中產生的一合模線形成於該環形凹部內,藉此消除該合模線對該防漏止密圈進行使用時的不良影響。
其中,該防漏止密圈用於裝設至一快速接頭內,並透過該防漏止密圈形成該快速接頭之防漏效果。
其中,該快速接頭包括有一管體及一圓狀體,且該管體內緣形成有一定位部,又該防漏止密圈裝設於該定位部,且該圓狀體插設於該管體,又該防漏止密圈以該環外緣部抵壓於該管體,而該防漏止密圈以該凸環部抵壓於該圓狀體。
其中,該快速接頭另包括有一定位圈、一卡合圈、一固定套及一快拆環,該定位圈容置於該管體內,並配合該定位部而形成對該防漏止密圈之該第一弧面與該第二弧面的夾合固定,又該卡合圈置於該管體內,並以該固定套阻擋該卡合圈,又該快拆環穿設於該固定套,使該圓狀體能穿過該快拆環、定位圈與卡合圈,又該卡合圈用於夾合該圓狀體,使該圓狀體僅能插入而無法抽離,而該快拆環用於解除該卡合圈對該圓狀體的夾合固定。
其中,該卡合圈內緣形成有複數個爪片,且該爪片皆朝向該固定套的相反方向呈傾置狀,又該定位圈朝向該卡合圈形成有一斜口部,並以該斜口部提供該爪片足夠的彈性變形空間。
其中,該快拆環一端形成有一錐狀部,且該快拆環另一端形成有一按壓部,又該快拆環之該錐狀部設於該管體內部,而該按壓部設於該管體外部,於按壓該快拆環之該按壓部能以該錐狀部推壓該卡合圈之爪 片。
其中,該固定套以焊接方式固定於該管體開口位置,且該快拆環之該錐狀部受該固定套的阻擋而無法抽離。
本創作的第一主要目的在於,該防漏止密圈於環內緣部形成有一環形凹部,而該防漏止密圈於該環形凹部相鄰該第一弧面與該第二弧面之間皆凸設有一凸環部,該防漏止密圈於製造過程中產生的一合模線形成於該環形凹部內,利用該防漏止密圈之環形凹部讓合模線未對外形成接觸,即能改善該合模線於使用時容易因為形體不均勻、變形、破損或磨耗而產生止漏效果不佳之缺失,當該防漏止密圈不再受到合模線的影響,就能提高該防漏止密圈的生產良率與使用穩定度。
本創作的第二主要目的在於,該防漏止密圈裝於該快速接頭內屬於不可被更換的,又該圓狀體將視需求進行對該管體的多次抽插組裝,透過該防漏止密圈的環形凹圓內縮該合模線,使該圓狀體只能抵觸和磨擦該凸環部,即能改善該合模線於使用時容易因為形體不均勻、變形、破損或磨耗而產生止漏效果不佳之缺失,藉此能提高該快速接頭之耐用性。

為使 貴審查委員對本創作之目的、特徵及功效能夠有更進一步之瞭解與認識,以下茲請配合【圖式簡單說明】詳述如後:
先請由第1圖連續至第4圖所示觀之,一種圓狀體穿入防漏止密圈,其包括有:一防漏止密圈10呈圓環狀形成有一環外緣部11與一環內緣部12,該防漏止密圈10於該環外緣部11與該環內緣部12之間形成有一第一弧面13與一第二弧面14,又該防漏止密圈10於該環外緣部11、該第一弧面13及該第二弧面14形成有圓弧狀的斷面形狀,且該防漏止密圈10於環內緣部12形成有一環形凹部15,而該防漏止密圈10於該環形凹部15相鄰該第一弧面13與該第二弧面14之間皆凸設有一凸環部16,另該環形凹部15與二該凸環部16形成有圓弧波浪狀之斷面形狀,其中,該防漏止密圈10以一上模具A1與一下模具A2所合模射出製成,使該製造過程中必然產生的一合模線101形成於該環形凹部16內,利用該防漏止密圈10之環形凹部15讓合模線101未對外形成接觸,藉此消除該合模線101對該防漏 止密圈10進行使用時的不良影響。於製造時該防漏止密圈10之環外緣部11亦會形成有合模線101,而該環外緣部11所形成的合模線101不會影響使用時的防漏效果,因此本創作未針對該部份進行過多描述。
本創作實際使用之情況,再請由第4圖連續至第7圖所示觀之,該防漏止密圈10用於裝設至一快速接頭20內,並透過該防漏止密圈10形成該快速接頭20之防漏效果,而該快速接頭20包括有一管體21及一圓狀體22,且該管體21內緣形成有一定位部211,又該防漏止密圈10裝設於該定位部211,且該圓狀體22插設於該管體21,該防漏止密圈10以該環外緣部11抵壓於該管體21,並以該防漏止密圈10之該凸環部16抵壓於該圓狀體22,藉此提供該快速接頭20之防漏功能,而該圓狀體22為可提供水流動的水管或提供空氣流動的氣管,在此不局限該快速接頭20使用於特定用途,其中,該防漏止密圈10讓生產時所形成的合模線101設該環形凹部15內,就能讓該合模線101未抵觸該圓狀體22,即能改善該合模線101於使用時容易因為形體不均勻、變形、破損或磨耗而產生止漏效果不佳之缺失,當該防漏止密圈10不再受到合模線101的影響,就能提高該防漏止密圈10的生產良率與使用穩定度,俾以提高其實用性,再進一步說明,該快速接頭20另包括有一定位圈23、一卡合圈24、一固定套25及一快拆環26,該定位圈23容置於該管體21內,並配合該定位部211而形成對該防漏止密圈10之該第一弧面13與該第二弧面14的夾合固定,又該卡合圈24置於該管體21內,並以該固定套25阻擋該卡合圈24,又該快拆環26穿設於該固定套25,使該圓狀體22能穿過該快拆環26、定位圈23與卡合圈24,又該卡合圈24用於夾合該圓狀體22,使該圓狀體22僅能插入而無法抽離, 而該快拆環26用於解除該卡合圈24對該圓狀體22的夾合固定,其中,該卡合圈24內緣形成有複數個爪片241,且該爪片241皆朝向該固定套25的相反方向呈傾置狀,又該定位圈23朝向該卡合圈24形成有一斜口部231,並以該斜口部231提供該爪片241足夠的彈性變形空間,該快拆環26一端形成有一錐狀部261,且該快拆環26另一端形成有一按壓部262,又該快拆環26之該錐狀部261設於該管體21內部,而該按壓部262設於該管體21外部,於按壓該快拆環26之該按壓部262能以該錐狀部261推壓該卡合圈24之爪片241,令該爪片241未接觸該圓狀體22,藉此就能輕易的將該圓狀體22由該管體21處快速抽離,另該固定套25以焊接方式固定於該管體21開口位置,且該快拆環26之該錐狀部261受該固定套25的阻擋而無法抽離,而該卡合圈24之爪片251能頂推該快拆環26,使該快拆環26常態位於未按壓位置,是故該防漏止密圈10裝於該快速接頭20內屬於不可被更換的,又該圓狀體22將視需求進行對該管體21的多次抽插組裝,透過該防漏止密圈10的環形凹圓15內縮該合模線101,使該圓狀體22只能抵觸和磨擦該凸環部16,即能利用該防漏止密圈10的改良進一步提高該快速接頭20之耐用性,藉此上述結構能凸顯該防漏止密圈10之使用功效。
綜上所述,本創作確實已達突破性之結構設計,而具有改良之新型內容,同時又能夠達到產業上之利用性與進步性,且本創作未見於任何刊物,亦具新穎性,當符合專利法相關法條之規定,爰依法提出新型專利申請,懇請 鈞局審查委員授予合法專利權,至為感禱。
唯以上所述者,僅為本創作之一較佳實施例而已,當不能以之限定本創作實施之範圍;即大凡依本新型申請專利範圍所作之均等變化 與修飾,皆應仍屬本新型專利涵蓋之範圍內。

  1. 一種圓狀體穿入防漏止密圈,其包括有:一防漏止密圈,該防漏止密圈呈圓環狀形成有一環外緣部與一環內緣部,且該防漏止密圈於該環外緣部與該環內緣部之間形成有一第一弧面與一第二弧面,又該防漏止密圈於該環外緣部、該第一弧面及該第二弧面形成有圓弧狀的斷面形狀,且該防漏止密圈於環內緣部形成有一環形凹部,而該防漏止密圈於該環形凹部相鄰該第一弧面與該第二弧面之間皆凸設有一凸環部。
  2. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之圓狀體穿入防漏止密圈,其中,該環形凹部與二該凸環部形成有圓弧波浪狀之斷面形狀。
  3. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之圓狀體穿入防漏止密圈,其中,該防漏止密圈以一上模具與一下模具所合模射出製成,使該製造過程中產生的一合模線形成於該環形凹部內,藉此消除該合模線對該防漏止密圈進行使用時的不良影響。
  4. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之圓狀體穿入防漏止密圈,其中,該防漏止密圈用於裝設至一快速接頭內,並透過該防漏止密圈形成該快速接頭之防漏效果。
  5. 根據申請專利範圍第4項所述之圓狀體穿入防漏止密圈,其中,該快速接頭包括有一管體及一圓狀體,且該管體內緣形成有一定位部,又該防漏止密圈裝設於該定位部,且該圓狀體插設於該管體,又該防漏止密圈以該環外緣部抵壓於該管體,而該防漏止密圈以該凸環部抵壓於該圓狀體。
  6. 根據申請專利範圍第5項所述之圓狀體穿入防漏止密圈,其中,該快速接頭另包括有一定位圈、一卡合圈、一固定套及一快拆環,該定位圈容置於該管體內,並配合該定位部而形成對該防漏止密圈之該第一弧面與該第二弧面的夾合固定,又該卡合圈置於該管體內,並以該固定套阻擋該卡合圈,又該快拆環穿設於該固定套,使該圓狀體能穿過該快拆環、定位圈與卡合圈,又該卡合圈用於夾合該圓狀體,使該圓狀體僅能插入而無法抽離,而該快拆環用於解除該卡合圈對該圓狀體的夾合固定。
  7. 根據申請專利範圍第6項所述之圓狀體穿入防漏止密圈,其中,該卡合圈內緣形成有複數個爪片,且該爪片皆朝向該固定套的相反方向呈傾置狀,又該定位圈朝向該卡合圈形成有一斜口部,並以該斜口部提供該爪片足夠的彈性變形空間。
  8. 根據申請專利範圍第7項所述之圓狀體穿入防漏止密圈,其中,該快拆環一端形成有一錐狀部,且該快拆環另一端形成有一按壓部,又該快拆環之該錐狀部設於該管體內部,而該按壓部設於該管體外部,於按壓該快拆環之該按壓部能以該錐狀部推壓該卡合圈之爪片。
  9. 根據申請專利範圍第8項所述之圓狀體穿入防漏止密圈,其中,該固定套以焊接方式固定於該管體開口位置,且該快拆環之該錐狀部受該固定套的阻擋而無法抽離。
