本实用新型提供一种圆状体穿入防漏止密圈,其包括有:一防漏止密圈本体,该防漏止密圈本体呈圆环状并形成有一环外缘部与一环内缘部,且该防漏止密圈本体于该环外缘部与该环内缘部之间形成有一第一弧面与一第二弧面,又该防漏止密圈本体于该环外缘部、该第一弧面及该第二弧面形成有圆弧状的断面,且该防漏止密圈本体于该环内缘部形成有一环形凹部,而该防漏止密圈本体于该环形凹部相邻该第一弧面与该第二弧面之间皆凸设有一凸环部。本实用新型利用该防漏止密圈的环形凹部让合模线未对外形成接触,借此消除该合模线对该防漏止密圈进行使用时的不良影响。

技术领域
本实用新型有关于一种止漏垫圈,尤指一种能消除合模线的不良影响的圆状体穿入防漏止密圈。
背景技术
如第图8、图9所示,已知的止漏圈30常见应用于管连接处,通过该止漏圈30达到管路防漏的使用目的,而已知的止垫圈30的断面皆为圆形,令该止漏圈30具有最高的适用性,然而,该止漏圈30一般是以上模具盖合下模具形成有止漏圈30形状的容室,再于容室内射入液状胚料,于冷却后开模获得止漏圈30,但由于上模具与下模具的合模会于该止漏圈30的内外周缘的中间处形成有一微小的合模线31,该合模线因为只是生产时必然产生的附加结构,因此其形体经常有不均匀的情况,该合模线31欲进一步加工去除将会大幅提高止垫圈30的生产成本,不符合经济效益,若不去除合模线31,该止漏圈30于使用时将会以合模线31直接接触该管路,该合模线31于接触与磨擦该管路时容易有变形、破损或磨耗的情况,使该止漏圈产生止漏效果不佳的问题,再进一步配合图10、图11所示,该止漏圈30组装于一快速接头40的管体41内部,并于该管体41处依序装入挡环42与爪环43,并以一盖套44焊接固定于该管体41开口,而该盖套44处穿设有一按压套45,另以一连接管46由该按压套45端连续穿过该爪环43、挡环42及止漏圈30,通过该爪环43夹固该连接管46,并以该按压套45解除该爪环43的夹固效果,实际上使用时,该连接管46于插入该管体41时会抵触于该止漏圈30的合模线31,将可能因为该合模线31的形体不均匀而产生泄漏,或插入时的磨擦造成该合模线31的破损或变形,使该止漏圈30丧失防漏功能,又该快速接头40为不可拆卸且不能更换止漏圈的结构,该止漏圈若不具防漏效果就需要更换整个快速接头40,使其快速接头40的耐用性降低,此为本实用新型所欲解决的技术问题点。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种圆状体穿入防漏止密圈。
为了达到上述的目的,本实用新型提供一种圆状体穿入防漏止密圈,其特征在于,包括有:
一防漏止密圈本体,该防漏止密圈本体呈圆环状并形成有一环外缘部与一环内缘部,且该防漏止密圈本体于该环外缘部与该环内缘部之间形成有一第一弧面与一第二弧面,又该防漏止密圈本体于该环外缘部、该第一弧面及该第二弧面形成有圆弧状的断面,且该防漏止密圈本体于该环内缘部形成有一环形凹部,而该防漏止密圈本体于该环形凹部相邻该第一弧面与该第二弧面之间皆凸设有一凸环部。
其中,该环形凹部与二该凸环部形成有圆弧波浪状的断面。
其中,该防漏止密圈本体以一上模具与一下模具所合模射出制成,使该制造过程中产生的一合模线形成于该环形凹部内,借此消除该合模线对该防漏止密圈进行使用时的不良影响。
其中,该防漏止密圈本体装设于一快速接头内,并通过该防漏止密圈形成该快速接头的防漏效果。
其中,该快速接头包括有一管体及一圆状体,且该管体内缘形成有一定位部,又该防漏止密圈本体装设于该定位部,且该圆状体插设于该管体,又该防漏止密圈本体以该环外缘部抵压于该管体,而该防漏止密圈本体以该凸环部抵压于该圆状体。
其中,该快速接头另包括有一定位圈、一卡合圈、一固定套及一快拆环,该定位圈容置于该管体内,并配合该定位部而形成对该防漏止密圈本体的该第一弧面与该第二弧面的夹合固定,又该卡合圈置于该管体内,并以该固定套阻挡该卡合圈,又该快拆环穿设于该固定套,使该圆状体能穿过该快拆环、定位圈与卡合圈,又该卡合圈夹合该圆状体,使该圆状体仅能插入而无法抽离,而该快拆环用于解除该卡合圈对该圆状体的夹合固定。
其中,该卡合圈内缘形成有复数个爪片,且该爪片皆朝向该固定套的相反方向呈倾置状,又该定位圈朝向该卡合圈而形成有一用于提供该爪片足够弹性变形空间的斜口部。
其中,该快拆环一端形成有一锥状部,且该快拆环另一端形成有一按压部,又该快拆环的该锥状部设于该管体内部,而该按压部设于该管体外部,于按压该快拆环的该按压部能以该锥状部推压该卡合圈的爪片。
其中,该固定套以焊接方式固定于该管体的开口位置,且该快拆环的该锥状部受该固定套的阻挡而无法抽离。

本实用新型所提供的圆状体穿入防漏止密圈,该防漏止密圈本体于环内缘部形成有一环形凹部,而该防漏止密圈本体于该环形凹部相邻该第一弧面与该第二弧面之间皆凸设有一凸环部,该防漏止密圈本体于制造过程中产生的一合模线形成于该环形凹部内,利用该防漏止密圈本体的环形凹部让合模线未对外形成接触,即能改善该合模线于使用时容易因为形体不均匀、变形、破损或磨耗而产生止漏效果不佳的问题,当该防漏止密圈本体不再受到合模线的影响,就能提高该防漏止密圈本体的生产合格率与使用稳定度。
本实用新型所提供的圆状体穿入防漏止密圈,该防漏止密圈本体装于该快速接头内属于不可被更换的,又该圆状体将视需求进行对该管体的多次抽插组装,通过该防漏止密圈本体的环形凹圆内缩该合模线,使该圆状体只能抵触和磨擦该凸环部,即能改善该合模线于使用时容易因为形体不均匀、变形、破损或磨耗而产生止漏效果不佳的问题,借此能提高该快速接头的耐用性。

先请由图1连续至图4所示,一种圆状体穿入防漏止密圈,其包括有:一防漏止密圈本体10,呈圆环状并形成有一环外缘部11与一环内缘部12,该防漏止密圈本体10于该环外缘部11与该环内缘部12之间形成有一第一弧面13与一第二弧面14,又该防漏止密圈本体10于该环外缘部11、该第一弧面13及该第二弧面14形成有圆弧状的断面,且该防漏止密圈本体10于环内缘部12形成有一环形凹部15,而该防漏止密圈本体10于该环形凹部15相邻该第一弧面13与该第二弧面14之间皆凸设有一凸环部16,另该环形凹部15与二该凸环部16形成有圆弧波浪状的断面,其中,该防漏止密圈本体10以一上模具A1与一下模具A2所合模射出制成,使该制造过程中必然产生的一合模线101形成于该环形凹部16内,利用该防漏止密圈本体10的环形凹部15让合模线101未对外形成接触,借此消除该合模线101对该防漏止密圈本体10进行使用时的不良影响。于制造时该防漏止密圈本体10的环外缘部11亦会形成有合模线101,而该环外缘部11所形成的合模线101不会影响使用时的防漏效果,因此本实用新型未针对该部份进行过多描述。
本实用新型实际使用的情况,再请由图4连续至图7所示,该防漏止密圈本体10用于装设至一快速接头20内,并通过该防漏止密圈本体10形成该快速接头20的防漏效果,而该快速接头20包括有一管体21及一圆状体22,且该管体21内缘形成有一定位部211,又该防漏止密圈本体10装设于该定位部211,且该圆状体22插设于该管体21,该防漏止密圈本体10以该环外缘部11抵压于该管体21,并以该防漏止密圈本体10的该凸环部16抵压于该圆状体22,借此提供该快速接头20的防漏功能,而该圆状体22为可提供水流动的水管或提供空气流动的气管,在此不局限该快速接头20使用于特定用途,其中,该防漏止密圈本体10让生产时所形成的合模线101设该环形凹部15内,就能让该合模线101未抵触该圆状体22,即能改善该合模线101于使用时容易因为形体不均匀、变形、破损或磨耗而产生止漏效果不佳的问题,当该防漏止密圈本体10不再受到合模线101的影响,就能提高该防漏止密圈本体10的生产合格率与使用稳定度,俾以提高其实用性,再进一步说明,该快速接头20另包括有一定位圈23、一卡合圈24、一固定套25及一快拆环26,该定位圈23容置于该管体21内,并配合该定位部211而形成对该防漏止密圈本体10的该第一弧面13与该第二弧面14的夹合固定,又该卡合圈24置于该管体21内,并以该固定套25阻挡该卡合圈24,又该快拆环26穿设于该固定套25,使该圆状体22能穿过该快拆环26、定位圈23与卡合圈24,又该卡合圈24用于夹合该圆状体22,使该圆状体22仅能插入而无法抽离,而该快拆环26用于解除该卡合圈24对该圆状体22的夹合固定,其中,该卡合圈24内缘形成有复数个爪片241,且该爪片241皆朝向该固定套25的相反方向呈倾置状,又该定位圈23朝向该卡合圈24形成有一斜口部231,并以该斜口部231提供该爪片241足够的弹性变形空间,该快拆环26一端形成有一锥状部261,且该快拆环26另一端形成有一按压部262,又该快拆环26的该锥状部261设于该管体21内部,而该按压部262设于该管体21外部,于按压该快拆环26的该按压部262能以该锥状部261推压该卡合圈24的爪片241,令该爪片241未接触该圆状体22,借此就能轻易的将该圆状体22由该管体21处快速抽离,另该固定套25以焊接方式固定于该管体21开口位置,且该快拆环26的该锥状部261受该固定套25的阻挡而无法抽离,而该卡合圈24的爪片251能顶推该快拆环26,使该快拆环26常态位于未按压位置,是故该防漏止密圈本体10装于该快速接头20内属于不可被更换的,又该圆状体22将视需求进行对该管体21的多次抽插组装,通过该防漏止密圈本体10的环形凹圆15内缩该合模线101,使该圆状体22只能抵触和磨擦该凸环部16,即能利用该防漏止密圈本体10的改良进一步提高该快速接头20的耐用性,借此上述结构能凸显该防漏止密圈本体10的使用功效。

6.根据权利要求5所述的圆状体穿入防漏止密圈,其特征在于,该快速接头另包括有一定位圈、一卡合圈、一固定套及一快拆环,该定位圈容置于该管体内,并配合该定位部而形成对该防漏止密圈本体的该第一弧面与该第二弧面的夹合固定,又该卡合圈置于该管体内,并以该固定套阻挡该卡合圈,又该快拆环穿设于该固定套,使该圆状体能穿过该快拆环、定位圈与卡合圈,又该卡合圈夹合该圆状体,使该圆状体仅能插入而无法抽离。
7.根据权利要求6所述的圆状体穿入防漏止密圈,其特征在于,该卡合圈内缘形成有复数个爪片,且该爪片皆朝向该固定套的相反方向呈倾置状,又该定位圈朝向该卡合圈而形成有一用于提供该爪片足够弹性变形空间的斜口部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的圆状体穿入防漏止密圈,其特征在于,该快拆环一端形成有一锥状部,且该快拆环另一端形成有一按压部,又该快拆环的该锥状部设于该管体内部,而该按压部设于该管体外部,于按压该快拆环的该按压部能以该锥状部推压该卡合圈的爪片。
9.根据权利要求8所述的圆状体穿入防漏止密圈,其特征在于,该固定套以焊接方式固定于该管体的开口位置,且该快拆环的该锥状部受该固定套的阻挡而无法抽离。
