Description
本創作提供一種踏步裝置之技術領域,尤指其技術上提供一種健身或腳踏車用之傳動裝置。
按,參閱申請案號第80200373號「多功能自行車之傳動機構」,包括在車架之主軸套管內設有一可自由迴轉之主軸,而在主軸之兩側分別固定一個鏈輪固定盤,及一個固定鎖盤,復於其兩側再裝上套有單向軸承之曲柄,並結合固定之,而在左右兩曲柄之套接部內側端,依序設一可自由迴轉之交替圓盤及一個在其內徑上設有數道軸向半圓凹槽之滑鎖盤,而滑鎖盤配對應於曲柄套接部之外徑上的半圓凹槽,並填球至僅能在曲柄上橫向移動而不能迴轉者,藉滑銷盤的橫移而或可與交替圓盤結合一體、或與固定鎖盤或鏈輪固定盤結為一體者;在車架之主軸套管下方另設有一副軸套管,其內設有一副軸,及在副軸兩端固定有一鏈輪,且將二條計算好長度之鏈條的一端分別固定於鏈輪之上,另一端則固定於曲柄上之交替圓盤頂端,而由側面看來,上述兩條鏈條呈X型之連結形態,至交替圓
盤其一為向下轉時,另一則為向上轉之交替運動者;副軸套管上方向其兩側設有橫架承架,分別樞接一控制曲臂,且各在其樞軸上套有一彈簧,使上述之兩個控制曲臂具有向內縮合之力量,而兩控制曲臂之頂端分別嵌置於前述之滑鎖盤上,及在控制曲臂尾端則由鋼絲連接到控制手把上,藉調整控制手把經鋼絲的牽引或放鬆,使控制曲臂達到操縱滑鎖盤作左右橫移者;據上述之機構組合後,可經調整控制手把,達到選擇自行車為上下交替之槓桿式運動,或一般曲柄旋轉式運動,或左右兩邊之曲柄可獨立作用,驅使主軸作單一方向旋轉者。
惟,上述習知多功能自行車之傳動機構,結構相當複雜,而其相關構件需要校準的位置相當多,稍有歪斜情形都會造成傳動不順暢,或可能損壞等的問題,所以組裝相當繁瑣不易,而其相關部件均採用金屬件為多,除了增加重量,也使其組裝焊接等的工序增加而難以製作,實有改進的空間。
是以,針對上述習知結構所存在之問題點,如何開發一種更具理想實用性之創新結構,實消費者所殷切企盼,亦係相關業者須努力研發突破之目標及方向。
有鑑於此,創作人本於多年從事相關產品之製造開發與設計經驗,針對上述之目標,詳加設計與審慎評
估後,終得一確具實用性之本創作。
本創作之主要目的在於提供一種健身或腳踏車用之傳動裝置,其主要線控組件卡夾採兩半併合的設計方便組裝,且相關構件設計成可塑膠製成,而其零組件採用與習知自行車相同規格,對正中心的組裝採凹凸的插接更準確,左右曲柄採不同旋向螺帽可防止鬆脫,零組件設計朝更簡化、更精準方向,使故障率大幅降低者。
為達上述目的,本創作提供一種健身或腳踏車用之傳動裝置,係包含有:一主軸,前述主軸係與鏈輪組藉由花鍵連接而達到連動的動作,兩曲柄踏板,前述兩曲柄踏板套接主軸兩端之接觸面設為單向軸承,據以使得兩曲柄踏板往後轉方向為傳動,往前轉方向為空轉,兩離合控制組,前述兩離合控制組藉由一線控組件控制,得使兩離合控制組與兩曲柄踏板分離或嚙合,且兩離合控制組只會與角度相差180度的兩曲柄踏板嚙合,使得兩曲柄踏板得進行一般自行車的踩踏模式,兩離合控制組與兩曲柄踏板分離,則兩曲柄踏板具有充分的自由度,可單邊踩踏,兩邊平行的同時踩踏等運動模式選擇。

本創作係提供一種健身或腳踏車用之傳動裝置之設計者。
為使 貴審查委員對本創作之目的、特徵及功效能夠有更進一步之瞭解與認識,茲配合實施方式及圖式詳述如後:參閱第一至第六圖所示,本創作提供一種健身或腳踏車用之傳動裝置,係包含有:一主軸10,前述主軸10係與一鏈輪組11藉由一花鍵101連接,而達到連動的動作;前述主軸10兩端分別套設有一軸套12;兩曲柄20踏板201,前述兩曲柄20踏板201之作用端軸孔21內組設有單向軸承22,前述兩曲柄20踏板201以單向軸承22組接至前述軸套12外周面;前述兩曲柄20踏板201朝向前述主軸10方向的表面設有一離合齒形23;
一線控組件30,包含由一上卡夾311與一下卡夾312組成之卡夾本體31,前述卡夾本體31得以一纜線32連結一線控切鈕33,前述纜線32另端以彈性元件34連結兩組肘節勾結構35;拉動前述纜線32得使肘節勾結構35往內拉動,放鬆前述纜線32則彈性元件34使肘節勾結構35復位;兩離合控制組40,分別由滑塊41、中環42與離合器43組成,其一側的離合控制組40之中環42並得設成中環鏈輪組42a,前述滑塊41、中環42或中環鏈輪組42a及離合器43間以三個彈簧螺絲44連結,前述滑塊41並設彈簧頂桿411頂接於前述卡夾本體31側面凹孔313,滑塊41兩側並設有方槽銷桿412供前述肘節勾結構35勾組,前述肘節勾結構35拉動前述滑塊41得迫使前述離合器43連動而脫離前述曲柄20踏板201之離合齒形23,前述肘節勾結構35復位則彈簧螺絲44迫使前述離合器43嚙合前述曲柄20踏板201之離合齒形23。
所述之健身或腳踏車用之傳動裝置,其中前述右曲柄20踏板201使用左旋螺帽24鎖緊,前述左曲柄20踏板201使用右旋螺帽25鎖緊,可避免交替操作時產生鬆動的情形。

本創作提供一種健身或腳踏車用之傳動裝置,係包含有:一主軸10,前述主軸10得以相當容易的穿組至健身車或腳踏車之車架50五通管51內,前述主軸10係與鏈輪組11藉由花鍵101連接而達到連動的動作,兩曲柄20踏板201,前述兩曲柄20踏板201套接主軸10兩端之接觸面設為單向軸承22,據以使得兩曲柄20踏板201往後轉方向為傳動,往前轉方向為空轉,兩離合控制組40,前述兩離合控制組40藉由一線控組件30控制,得使兩離合控制組40與兩曲柄20踏板201分離或嚙合,且兩離合控制組40只會與角度相差180度的兩曲柄20踏板201嚙合,使得兩曲柄20踏板201得進行一般自行車的踩踏模式,兩離合控制組40與兩曲柄20踏板分離,則兩曲柄20踏板201具有充分的自由度,可單邊踩踏,兩邊平行的同時踩踏等運動模式選擇。其主要線控組件30卡夾本體31採兩半併合的設計方便組裝,且相關構件設計成可塑膠製成,而其零組件採用與習知自行車相同規格,對正中心的組裝採凹凸的插接更準確,左右曲柄20踏板201採不同旋向螺帽可防止鬆

參閱第七至第十圖所示,線控組件30包含一樞軸36,前述樞軸36設有四個第一樞接點361及四個第二樞接點362,第一樞接點361樞接至卡夾本體31(參閱第二圖所示),四個第二樞接點362樞接至二個肘節352一端及四個勾端351樞接側,彈性元件34一端抵於卡夾本體31(參閱第三圖所示),彈性元件34另端抵於一樞接座37,樞接座37內設壓縮彈簧38穿組於纜線固定組39間,纜線固定組39包括橫向螺絲391穿貫樞接座37、壓縮彈簧38而鎖至纜線固定座392,縱向螺絲393纏繞纜線32一端而鎖固至纜線固定座392,據此,纜線32不會直接拉動樞接座37,係經由壓縮彈簧38再推動樞接座37,所以藉由壓縮彈簧38的緩衝,當有一側曲柄20踏板201是卡死的狀態時,不會有纜線32硬拉的狀況,藉由壓縮彈簧38的緩衝也使卡死獲得鬆解,線控組件壽命也得以延長。習用因沒有壓縮彈簧38所以拉纜線32直接傳動樞接座37,曲柄20踏板201卡死時硬拉纜線32必使習用線控組件30損壞。

滑塊件413的方槽銷桿412上,旋轉的旋轉盤415則以三個螺孔4151供三個彈簧螺絲44穿貫離合器43、中環42而鎖固至旋轉盤415螺孔4151,所以離合器43、中環42與旋轉盤415是鎖在一起轉動的(如第一圖所示),也因為三個鎖接點位在離合器43、中環42與旋轉盤415環面的中間位置,而不是如習用在接近軸心及外側,所以得以有更佳的拉動控制效果、動作更靈敏及更高的順暢度,而不會有偏斜或翹角、卡死、損壞、壽命減短者。
參閱第十三圖所示,本創作依兩曲柄相差180度的狀態設計有組裝防呆結構,即其主軸10右側花鍵101設一朝上的短齒1011,中環鏈輪組42a設一朝上的短齒槽421,確保只有唯一正確位置(S1)可組裝中環鏈輪組42a至主軸10右側花鍵101,中環鏈輪組42a以六凸齒422配合三穿孔423的位置,確保只有唯一正確位置可組裝離合器43。主軸10左側花鍵101設一朝下的短齒1012,中環42設一朝下的短齒槽424,確保只有唯一正確位置(S2)可組裝中環42至主軸10左側花鍵101,中環42以六凸齒425配合三穿孔426的位置,確保只有唯一正確位置可組裝離合器43。
參閱第十四圖所示,本創作之傳動裝置使用於健身車或腳踏車其結構都完全相同,雖一不同的就是腳踏車需使用到鏈輪組12(參閱第二圖所示),而健身車就必需使
用到皮帶輪13,所以依腳踏車或健身車等不同的使用模式,只需要更換鏈輪組12或皮帶輪13即可。
參閱第十五圖所示,習知卡夾採用一體的設計,所以除了不好安裝的問題,另一問題就是不能補強,因為組裝的過程需要適度的變形才能裝入,反觀本創作就沒有這些問題,本創作卡夾本體31由上卡夾311與下卡夾312組成,所以組裝過程均不需變形,因此上卡夾311本身與下卡夾312本身就可完全補強,且補強也完全不影響到組裝,上卡夾311與下卡夾312的方式也更容易無阻礙的組裝到車架50上。
參閱第十六圖所示,所述之健身或腳踏車用之傳動裝置,其中前述曲柄20踏板201之離合齒形23與離合器43之離合齒形431得為相互嚙合之形狀,且其形狀可為凸字型231或L字型232之不同型狀。凸字型231或L字型232的尖端得以大幅縮短習用槽齒寬度大餘隙大的缺點,尖端寬度極小餘隙小。
由其上述可知,本創作之健身或腳踏車用之傳動裝置,確為業界首見而符合新型專利之新穎性要件者,而其全面性之創新設計,符合新型專利之進步性要件,而其線控組件卡夾採兩半併合的設計方便組裝,且相關構件設計成可塑膠製成,而其零組件採用與習知自行車相同規
格,對正中心的組裝採凹凸的插接更準確,左右曲柄採不同旋向螺帽可防止鬆脫,零組件設計朝更簡化、更精準方向,使故障率大幅降低,符合較佳之產業利用性者。
前文係針對本創作之較佳實施例為本創作之技術特徵進行具體之說明;惟,熟悉此項技術之人士當可在不脫離本創作之精神與原則下對本創作進行變更與修改,而該等變更與修改,皆應涵蓋於如下申請專利範圍所界定之範疇中。
綜上所述,本創作係提供一種健身或腳踏車用之傳動裝置,其確已達到本創作之所有目的,另其組合結構之空間型態未見於同類產品,亦未曾公開於申請前,已符合專利法之規定,爰依法提出申請。

Claims (9)
- 一種健身或腳踏車用之傳動裝置,包括:一主軸,前述主軸係與一鏈輪組藉由一花鍵連接得連動;前述主軸兩端分別套設一軸套;兩曲柄踏板,包括右曲柄踏板及左曲柄踏板,前述兩曲柄踏板之作用端軸孔內組設單向軸承,前述兩曲柄踏板以前述單向軸承組接至前述軸套外周面;前述兩曲柄踏板朝向前述主軸方向的表面設有一離合齒形;一線控組件,包含由一上卡夾與一下卡夾組成之卡夾本體,前述卡夾本體得以一纜線連結一線控切鈕,前述纜線另端以一彈性元件連結兩組肘節勾結構;以及兩離合控制組,分別由滑塊、中環與離合器組成,其一側的離合控制組之中環並得包含前述鏈輪組設成中環鏈輪組,前述滑塊、中環或中環鏈輪組及離合器間以三個彈簧螺絲連結,前述滑塊並設彈簧頂桿頂接於前述卡夾本體側面凹孔,滑塊兩側並設有方槽銷桿供前述肘節勾結構勾組,以之組成傳動裝置。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之健身或腳踏車用之傳動裝置,其中前述右曲柄踏板使用左旋螺帽鎖緊,前述左曲柄踏板使用右旋螺帽鎖緊,可避免交替操作時產生鬆動的情形。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之健身或腳踏車用之傳 動裝置,其中前述主軸側面設有凹部,前述凹部恰可供側面呈凸形狀的前述軸套插組,並可準確對正主軸之軸心者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之健身或腳踏車用之傳動裝置,其中前述上卡夾與前述下卡夾得以塑膠成型製成。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之健身或腳踏車用之傳動裝置,其中前述曲柄踏板之離合齒形與前述離合器之前述離合齒形得為相互嚙合之形狀,且其形狀可為凸字型或L字型之不同型狀,前述凸字型或L字型的尖端寬度極小餘隙小。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之健身或腳踏車用之傳動裝置,其中前述線控組件包含一樞軸,前述樞軸設有四個第一樞接點及四個第二樞接點,前述四個第一樞接點樞接至前述卡夾本體,前述四個第二樞接點樞接至二個肘節的一端及四個勾端樞接側,前述彈性元件一端抵於前述卡夾本體,前述彈性元件另端抵於一樞接座,前述樞接座內設壓縮彈簧穿組於一纜線固定組間,前述纜線固定組包括一橫向螺絲穿貫前述樞接座、前述壓縮彈簧而鎖至前述纜線固定座,一縱向螺絲纏繞前述纜線一端而鎖固至前述纜線固定座。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之健身或腳踏車用之傳動裝置,其中前述滑塊包括由不旋轉的一滑塊件、中介的 一軸承及旋轉的一旋轉盤結合而成,前述肘節勾結構的一勾端勾於不旋轉的前述滑塊件的前述方槽銷桿上,旋轉的前述旋轉盤則以三個螺孔供前述三個彈簧螺絲穿貫前述離合器、前述中環而鎖固至前述旋轉盤螺孔,前述三個彈簧螺絲位在前述離合器、前述中環與前述旋轉盤環面的中間位置。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之健身或腳踏車用之傳動裝置,其中前述傳動裝置依前述兩曲柄踏板相差180度設有組裝防呆結構,包括前述主軸右側花鍵設一朝上的短齒,前述中環鏈輪組設一朝上的短齒槽,確保只有唯一正確位置(S1)可組裝前述中環鏈輪組至前述主軸右側花鍵,前述中環鏈輪組以六凸齒配合三穿孔的位置,可組裝前述離合器;前述主軸左側花鍵設一朝下的短齒,前述中環設一朝下的短齒槽,確保只有唯一正確位置(S2)可組裝前述中環至前述主軸左側花鍵,前述中環以六凸齒配合三穿孔的位置,可組裝前述離合器。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之健身或腳踏車用之傳動裝置,其中前述鏈輪組是使用於腳踏車,要使用於健身車就需要將前述鏈輪組換成一皮帶輪。
