Description
本創作涉及一種防止穢氣溢出之空氣准入閥,尤指一種應用於空氣進氣裝置之所屬技術領域者。
按目前習知之空氣進氣管結構如圖5所示,其係由一管體50所構成,經由管體50所連結之裝置,以進行各種裝置之空氣進氣導入作用,另如圖6所示,其係以一管體50及一管蓋體60所構成,該管蓋體60頂面設有一網面61,其管蓋體60係蓋設於管體50頂端,藉由空氣經管蓋體60之網面61導入管體50,並導入管體50所連結之裝置,以進行各種裝置之空氣進氣導入作用,但其具有下列問題存在:
1.限止功能性不足: 其空氣經管蓋體之網面導入管體,並導入管體所連結之裝置,以進行各種裝置之空氣進氣導入作用,然其無法自動或經控制於大氣壓力狀態止密,而於負壓狀態時則導入空氣,故其限止功能性不足。
2.密閉穩定性差: 其空氣經管蓋體之網面導入管體,並導入管體所連結之裝置,以進行各種裝置之空氣進氣導入作用,然大氣壓力狀態穢氣無法止密仍會溢散出,故其密閉穩定性差。
本創作有鑑於習知之空氣進氣管結構之限止功能性不足及密閉穩定性差之問題,乃完成本創作之防止穢氣溢出之空氣准入閥。 本創作之主要目的在於提供一種防止穢氣溢出之空氣准入閥,其係由一本體、一外頂蓋體、一彈性止密組及一連接管體所構成,該本體外側上方環緣設有數定位凸片,而本體外側下方環緣設有一外結合部,該外結合部係為鎖合外螺紋,且本體內側設有一導口座,該導口座一側設有一進氣導口,而導口座另側設有一卡制凸部,該卡制凸部與進氣導口間設有相對之二勾持耳部,而外頂蓋體內側設有一內側緣部,且彈性止密組設有一止密蓋體、一止密墊圈體及一彈性體,該止密蓋體前側設有一蓋身部,而止密蓋體後側設有相對之一樞耳部及一容置凹槽,該樞耳部穿制樞設有一樞軸,且止密墊圈體固設於該蓋身部上方,而彈性體容設於該容置凹槽,另連接管體上方設有一連接頭部,該連接頭部內管壁設有一內結合部,該內結合部係為鎖合內螺紋,而連接管體下方設有一管身部,其外頂蓋體蓋設於本體上方,而外頂蓋體內之內側緣部抵持於本體外側上方所環設之數定位凸片,且彈性止密組之止密蓋體所設樞耳部,相對於本體內之導口座所設二勾持耳部,並以樞耳部所設樞軸穿制樞接,而止密蓋體之蓋身部所設止密墊圈體密封抵持於導口座之進氣導口下側,且止密蓋體之容置凹槽所設彈性體一端,卡制於本體內之導口座所設卡制凸部,該本體外側下方所設外結合部在與連接管體之連接頭部內側所設內結合部相互結合,藉由本體之導口座與彈性止密組配合,於連接管體之管身部受負壓時產生吸力,使止密蓋體之蓋身部與本體之導口座所設進氣導口呈開啟狀態,將乾淨空氣經本體與外頂蓋體間之間隙導入主體之導口座所設進氣導口,進一步導入連接管體之管身部中,以導入與管身部連結之裝置,當管身部與環境壓力平衡時,則止密蓋體之容置凹槽所設彈性體推動蓋身部,使蓋身部所設止密墊圈體緊蓋於本體之導口座所設進氣導口,有效密閉阻隔防止穢氣溢散,以達限止功能性佳及密閉穩定性佳之功效。
為使 貴審查委員能進一步瞭解本創作之結構,特徵及其他目的,玆以如后之較佳實施例附以圖式詳細說明如后,惟本圖例所說明之實施例係供說明之用,並非為專利申請上之唯一限制者。
請配合參閱圖1至3所示,係本創作防止穢氣溢出之空氣准入閥之立體組合、立體分解及剖面狀態示意圖,其係包括:
一本體10,該本體10外側上方環緣設有數定位凸片100,而本體10外側下方環緣設有一外結合部101,該外結合部101係為鎖合外螺紋,且本體10內側設有一導口座102,該導口座102一側設有一進氣導口102A,而導口座102另側設有一卡制凸部102B,該卡制凸部102B與進氣導口102A間設有相對之二勾持耳部102C;
一外頂蓋體20,該外頂蓋體20內側設有一內側緣部21,其外頂蓋體20蓋設於本體10上方,而內側緣部21抵持於本體10外側上方所環設之數定位凸片100;
一彈性止密組30,該彈性止密組30設有一止密蓋體31、一止密墊圈體32及一彈性體33,該止密蓋體31前側設有一蓋身部310,而止密蓋體31後側設有相對之一樞耳部311及一容置凹槽312,該樞耳部311穿制樞設有一樞軸311A,且止密墊圈體32固設於該蓋身部310上方,而彈性體33容設於該容置凹槽312,其止密蓋體31所設樞耳部311,相對於本體10內之導口座102所設二勾持耳部102C,並以樞耳部311所設樞軸311A穿制樞接,而止密蓋體31之蓋身部310所設止密墊圈體32密封抵持於導口座102之進氣導口102A下側,且止密蓋體31之容置凹槽312所設彈性體33一端,卡制於本體10內之導口座102所設卡制凸部102B;以及
一連接管體40,該連接管體40上方設有一連接頭部41,該連接頭部41內管壁設有一內結合部410,該內結合部410係為鎖合內螺紋,而連接管體40下方設有一管身部42,其連接頭部41內側所設內結合部410與本體10外側下方所設外結合部相互結合;
藉由上述結構之配合以完成本創作之防止穢氣溢出之空氣准入閥。
請配合參閱圖2至4所示,係本創作防止穢氣溢出之空氣准入閥之立體分解、剖面狀態及負壓進氣作動狀態參考圖,其外頂蓋體20蓋設於本體10上方,而外頂蓋體20內之內側緣部21抵持於本體10外側上方所環設之數定位凸片100,且彈性止密組30之止密蓋體31所設樞耳部311,相對於本體10內之導口座102所設二勾持耳部102C,並以樞耳部311所設樞軸311A穿制樞接,而止密蓋體31之蓋身部310所設止密墊圈體32密封抵持於導口座102之進氣導口102A下側,且止密蓋體31之容置凹槽312所設彈性體33一端,卡制於本體10內之導口座102所設卡制凸部102B,該本體10外側下方所設外結合部101在與連接管體40之連接頭部41內側所設內結合部410相互結合,藉由本體10之導口座102與彈性止密組30配合,於連接管體40之管身部42受負壓時產生吸力,使止密蓋體31之蓋身部310與本體10之導口座102所設進氣導口102A呈開啟狀態,將空氣經本體10與外頂蓋體20間之間隙導入主體10之導口座102所設進氣導口102A,進一步導入連接管體40之管身部42中,以導入與管身部42連結之裝置,當管身部42與環境壓力平衡時,則止密蓋體31之容置凹槽312所設彈性體33推動蓋身部310,使蓋身部310所設止密墊圈體32緊蓋於本體10之導口座102所設進氣導口102A,可有效密閉阻隔防止穢氣溢散,以達限止功能性佳及密閉穩定性佳之功效。
綜上所述,本創作確實可達到上述諸項功能及目的,故本創作應符合專利申請要件,爰依法提出申請。

Claims (3)
- 一種防止穢氣溢出之空氣准入閥,其係包括: 一本體,該本體外側上方環緣設有數定位凸片,而本體外側下方環緣設有一外結合部,且本體內側設有一導口座,該導口座一側設有一進氣導口,而導口座另側設有一卡制凸部,該卡制凸部與進氣導口間設有相對之二勾持耳部; 一外頂蓋體,該外頂蓋體內側設有一內側緣部,其外頂蓋體蓋設於本體上方,而內側緣部抵持於本體外側上方所環設之數定位凸片; 一彈性止密組,該彈性止密組設有一止密蓋體及一彈性體,該止密蓋體前側設有一蓋身部,而止密蓋體後側設有相對之一樞耳部及一容置凹槽,該樞耳部穿制樞設有一樞軸,而彈性體容設於該容置凹槽,其止密蓋體所設樞耳部,相對於本體內之導口座所設二勾持耳部,並以樞耳部所設樞軸穿制樞接,而止密蓋體之蓋身部密封抵持於導口座之進氣導口下側,且止密蓋體之容置凹槽所設彈性體一端,卡制於本體內之導口座所設卡制凸部;以及 一連接管體,該連接管體上方設有一連接頭部,該連接頭部內管壁設有一內結合部,而連接管體下方設有一管身部,其連接頭部內側所設內結合部與本體外側下方所設外結合部相互結合。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之防止穢氣溢出之空氣准入閥,其中,該本體之外結合部係為鎖合外螺紋,而連接管體之內結合部係為鎖合內螺紋,其連接管體所設內結合部之鎖合內螺紋與本體所設外結合部之鎖合外螺紋相互鎖合固定。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之防止穢氣溢出之空氣准入閥,其中,該彈性止密組設有一止密墊圈體,而止密墊圈體固設於該蓋身部上方,其止密蓋體與本體之導口座樞接時,該止密蓋體上所設止密墊圈體密封抵持於導口座之進氣導口下側。
