目前市面上的移动终端,电池大多设置于该移动终端的背部,同时为了实现尽可能长的续航时间和较薄的机身设计,使得电池也采用扁平的设计结构,占据该移动终端背部的大部分面积。
而移动终端的后盖分可拆卸和不可拆卸两种,相对于不可拆卸后盖的移动设备,可拆卸后盖的移动设备可以实现更换电池、插拔电话卡和存储卡等功能,带给使用者较好的用户体验,但可拆卸后盖的移动终端在整机密封性上相对于不可拆卸后盖的移动终端还是有一定欠缺。
可拆卸后盖主要是以塑胶等非金属材料为主,为了保证后盖与中框能尽量贴合密封,后盖通常用卡扣结构与中框固定,同时在后盖和中框上预留相互配合的插股以防止发生相对窜动。但是,如果只设定少数的卡扣予以连接,将使得该移动终端出现密封不良的隐患;而设置过多的卡扣结构,虽然密封性能得到一定改善,但对消费者的打开后盖这一过程增加了难度,用户体验较差。

所述后盖01的四个直角处做圆弧过渡013,对于所述凹槽05的设置,可以放在所述圆弧过渡013的位置,这样可以在扣开所述凹槽05时,同时扣开所述长边011和所述短边012处的所述卡扣1,便于操作者开启整个所述后盖01。当与所述凹槽05相邻的所述长边011上的所述卡扣1统一为所述内卡扣03时,所述长边011上距所述凹槽05最近的所述卡扣1设置为所述外卡扣04。即与所述凹槽05相邻的是所述第一长边111时,所述第一长边111上距所述凹槽05最近的所述卡扣1被设置为所述外卡扣04;或所述凹槽05相邻的所述长边011上的所述卡扣1统一为所述外卡扣04时,所述长边011上距所述凹槽05最近的所述卡扣1设置为所述内卡扣03即与所述凹槽05相邻的是所述第二长边112时,所述第二长边112上距所述凹槽05最近的所述卡扣1被 设置为所述内卡扣03,这样的交叉设置可以进一步防止所述后盖01相对于所述中框02因外力作用向能够解脱所述卡扣1的扣合方向运动时,所述后盖01被意外开启。当所述后盖01上有一个反向解脱的所述卡扣1时,就能够避免此现象的发生。而且,因为反向的所述卡扣1在开启所述凹槽05的时候已经被打开,所以并不影响后续的同一方向开启所述后盖01的动作。同理的,所述短边012上也可进行类似的设计:当所述凹槽05相邻的所述短边012上的所述卡扣1统一为所述内卡扣03时,所述短边012上距所述凹槽05最近的所述卡扣1设置为所述外卡扣04,即与所述凹槽05相邻的是所述第一短边121时,所述第一短边121上距所述凹槽05最近的所述卡扣1被设置为所述外卡扣04;所述凹槽05相邻的所述短边012上的所述卡扣1统一为所述外卡扣04时,所述短边012上距所述凹槽05最近的所述卡扣1设置为所述内卡扣03,即与所述凹槽05相邻的是所述第二短边122时,所述第二短边122上距所述凹槽05最近的所述卡扣1被设置为所述内卡扣03。
所述第一长边111上的所述内卡扣03的数量与所述第二长边112上的所述外卡扣04数量不同,具体的说,与所述凹槽05相邻的所述长边011上的所述卡扣1数量较少。在使用本发明后盖结构后,由于拆卸的过程更加轻松,于是可以在所述后盖01的四周设置比普通后盖更多的所述卡扣1来实现更好的密封效果。特别是在只需要顺方向推出即可解脱的所述第二长边112上设置更多的所述卡扣1,因为不需要操作者专门开启,所以相对于所述第一长边111上的所述卡扣1数量,适当增加所述第二长边112上的数量可以进一步提高密封效果。同理的,可以设置所述第一短边121上的所述卡扣1数量比所述第二短边122上的所述卡扣1数量更少。
所述卡扣1的主要作用在于控制所述后盖01相对于所述中框02在竖直方向上的运动,而对于水平方向的相对运动,更多由所述插股2来限制。因此,所述第一长边111和所述第二长边112上至少设有一个所述插股2,所述至少 一个插股2设置于不与所述凹槽05相邻的所述长边011上时,在最后的解脱动作中只需要相对所述股座4沿所述固持面41的方向运动即可,此时所述固持面41与所述被固持面21之间保持平行的面接触,不发生相对的旋转。而所述插股2设置于所述第二长边112上时,在开启的过程中所述插股2因为沿所述第二长边112长度方向上有高度差,因此相对所述股座4会产生一定的偏角,容易造成所述插股2或所述股座4的损坏。同理的,所述第一短边121和所述第二短边122上至少设有一个所述插股2,所述至少一个插股2设置于不与所述凹槽05相邻的所述短边012上。
类似于所述插股2的设置,一些实施例汇中,所述第一长边111和所述第二长边112上至少设有一个沿所述长边011设置的密封条06,所述至少一个密封条06设置于不与所述凹槽05相邻的所述长边011上。此时所述密封条06在解脱的过程中相对所述中框02的运动相对更小,更容易保护所述密封条06不受损害,提高所述密封条的寿命。同理的,所述第一短边121和所述第二短边122上至少设有一个沿所述短边012设置的密封条06,所述至少一个密封条06设置于不与所述凹槽05相邻的所述短边012上。
当然,也可以在所述两个长边011和所述两个短边012上同时设置所述插股2和/或所述密封条06,上述的设置是指优选项,在所述后盖01的四周设置所述插股2和/或所述密封条06可以实现更好的密封效果。
本发明移动终端可拆卸后盖结构,所述后盖与所述中框通过对所述卡扣与所述口座、所述插股与所述股座共同作用下实现定位。所述卡扣分为所述内卡扣和所述外卡扣,在所述后盖的相对两侧边上,一边设置所述内卡扣,另一边设置所述外卡扣,在开启所述后盖的过程中,只需要打开两侧边的所述卡扣,另外两侧边的所述卡扣可以顺着相同的方向推出即可实现解脱,而不需要像市面上的其它设备一样必须打开全部四边的所述卡扣才能解脱所述后盖,整个过程更加简单、流畅。同时,通过所述凹槽的设置,在两相对侧边上设置不同数 量的所述卡扣,以及所述插股和所述密封条的设置,可以在保证密封性的前提下,进一步有利于所述后盖的开启方便程度,提升用户体验。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可拆卸后盖结构,应用于移动终端,其特征在于:
    包括后盖和中框,所述后盖和所述中框均为长方形;
    所述后盖的第一长边内表面和第一短边内表面上统一设置内卡扣,所述内卡扣设被卡持面和底座,所述被卡持面由所述底座连接于所述后盖上,相对于所述底座朝向所述后盖内部延伸;
    所述后盖内表面的第二长边和第二短边上统一设置外卡扣,所述外卡扣设被卡持面,所述被卡持面由所述底座连接于所述后盖上,相对于所述底座朝向所述后盖外部延伸;
    所述中框在所述内卡扣和所述外卡扣的位置设有与之对应的卡座,所述卡座上设有水平的卡持面,所述卡持面与所述被卡持面配合,限制所述后盖与所述中框在竖直方向上的相对运动;
    所述后盖内表面设有插股,所述中框上设有与所述插股配合的股座,所述插股上设竖直方向上的被固持面,所述股座上设竖直方向上的固持面,所述固持面与所述被固持面配合,限制所述后盖与所述中框在水平方向上相对运动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述可拆卸后盖结构,其特征在于,在所述后盖与所述中框接触位置设置一段凹槽,所述凹槽位于所述后盖或所述中框上,用于辅助人手开启所述后盖。
  3. 如权利要求2所述可拆卸后盖结构,其特征在于,所述后盖四个直角处做圆弧过渡,所述凹槽设置于所述圆弧过渡位置,当所述凹槽与所述第一长边相邻时,所述第一长边上距所述凹槽最近的卡扣设置为所述外卡扣;所述凹槽与所述第二长边相邻时,所述第二长边上距所述凹槽最近的卡扣设置为所述外卡扣。
  4. 如权利要求2所述可拆卸后盖结构,其特征在于,所述后盖四个直角处做圆弧过渡,所述凹槽设置于所述圆弧过渡位置,当所述凹槽与所述第一短边相邻时,所述第一短边上距所述凹槽最近的卡扣设置为所述外卡扣;所述凹槽与所述第二短边相邻时,所述第二短边上距所述凹槽最近的卡扣设置为所述外卡扣。
  5. 如权利要求3所述可拆卸后盖结构,其特征在于,所述第一长边上的所述内卡扣数量与所述第二长边上的所述外卡扣数量不同,与所述凹槽相邻的所述长边上的所述卡扣数量较少。
  6. 如权利要求4所述可拆卸后盖结构,其特征在于,所述第一短边上的所述内卡扣数量与所述第二短边上的所述外卡扣数量不同,与所述凹槽相邻的所述短边上的所述卡扣数量较少。
  7. 如权利要求3所述可拆卸后盖结构,其特征在于,所述第一长边和所述第二长边上至少设有一个所述插股,所述至少一个插股设置于不与所述凹槽相邻的所述长边上。
  8. 如权利要求4所述可拆卸后盖结构,其特征在于,所述第一短边和所述第二短边上至少设有一个所述插股,所述至少一个插股设置于不与所述凹槽相邻的所述短边上。
  9. 如权利要求3所述可拆卸后盖结构,其特征在于,所述第一长边和所述第二长边上至少设有一个沿所述长边设置的密封条,所述至少一个密封条设置于不与所述凹槽相邻的所述长边上。
  10. 如权利要求1所述可拆卸后盖结构,其特征在于,所述第一短边和所述第二短边上至少设有一个沿所述短边设置的密封条,所述至少一个密封条设置于不与所述凹槽相邻的所述短边上。
