Abstract
A seal and saver container is composed of a bottle and a cover. The bottle has an opening bored at its top and a blocking ring positioned around its inner wall. The cover placed on the top of the bottle is provided with a first upper cover, a second upper cover, a compression spring, a sleeve, an anti-leaking ring and a grip. In using, place the cover on the bottle and move the grip to keep it tilted aside, so that the sleeve is dragged to move up and simultaneously the anti-leaking ring is also moved up to keep its bottom squeezed to project outward so as to lock with the blocking ring of the bottle. So, the opening of the bottle is totally sealed up to prevent the liquid in the bottle from leaking out.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- This invention relates to a seal and saver container, particularly to one able to keep its bottle sealed tightly with its cover. The bottle has an opening bored at its top and a blocking ring positioned around its inner wall. The cover placed on the top of the bottle is provided with a first upper cover, a second upper cover, a compression spring, a sleeve, an anti-leaking ring and a grip. In using, place the cover on the bottle and move the grip to keep it tilted aside, so that the sleeve is dragged to move up and simultaneously, and the anti-leaking ring is also moved up to keep its bottom squeezed to project outward so as to lock with the blocking strip of the bottle. So, the opening of the bottle is totally sealed up to prevent the liquid in the bottle from leaking out. Therefore, the invention provides an easy and convenient container for a user to carry out.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- Commonly, a conventional thermos (vacuum flask) is provided with a cover used to seal at its top by locking on its bottle or engagement of male and female threads respectively made in the cover and the bottle. Actually, once the conventional thermos falls down, the liquid in it is possible to leak out.
- The objective of this invention is to offer a seal and saver container, which can keep the liquid in it from leaking out, making it easy and convenient for a user to carry out.
- The main characteristics of the invention are a bottle and a cover. The bottle has an opening bored at its top and a blocking ring positioned around its inner wall. The cover placed on the top of the bottle is provided with a first upper cover, a second upper cover, a compression spring, a sleeve, an anti-leaking ring and a grip. The second upper cover is installed underneath the first upper cover, provided with a through hole and a plugging ring. The sleeve is inserted through the second upper cover to engage with the first upper cover, provided with a pivotal connecting rod extended in the compression spring and out of the first upper cover through the through hole to connect pivotally with the grip by means of a bolt, and a projected ring. The anti-leaking ring is wrapped around the sleeve, provided with a fitting groove formed around its bottom to fit with the projected ring of the sleeve, a deformed portion located outside the fitting groove, and a plugging slot located around its top to correspond with the plugging ring of the second upper cover. And, the grip has a pair of arc-like rims shaped at two sides of its bottom.
- This invention is better understood by referring to the accompanying drawings, wherein:
-
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a preferred embodiment of a seal and saver container in the present invention; -
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the preferred embodiment of a seal and saver container in the present invention; -
FIG. 3 is a side cross-sectional view of the preferred embodiment of a seal and saver container in the present invention; and -
FIG. 4 is a side sectional view of the preferred embodiment of a seal and saver container in the present invention, showing it being sealed up. - First, as shown in
FIGS. 1 and 2 , a preferred embodiment of a seal and saver container in the present invention is composed of abottle 1 and acover 2. - The
bottle 1 is provided with anopening 10 opened at its top, ablocking strip 11 positioned on its inner wall, andplural locking edges 12 formed at its top. - The
cover 2 is placed on the top of thebottle 1, provided with a firstupper cover 20, a secondupper cover 21, acompression spring 22, asleeve 23, ananti-leaking ring 24 and agrip 25. The firstupper cover 20 is provided with athrough hole 200 bored at its center, and anengaging portion 201 formed at its center, too. The secondupper cover 21 installed underneath the firstupper cover 20 is provided with athrough hole 210 bored at its center for theengaging portion 201 of the firstupper cover 20 to pass through, and aplugging ring 211 set around the throughhole 210. Thesleeve 23 is inserted through the secondupper cover 21 to engage with the firstupper cover 20, provided with a pivotal connectingrod 230 extended upward from its center and in thecompression spring 22 and aflange 231 extending out of its bottom. The pivotal connectingrod 230 is inserted through the throughhole 200 to extend out of the firstupper cover 20 so as to connect pivotally with thegrip 25 by means of apivotal pin 3. Theanti-leaking ring 24 is wrapped around thesleeve 23, provided with afitting groove 240 formed around the bottom of its inner wall, adeformed portion 241 located around the bottom of its outer wall, and aplugging slot 242 formed around its top to correspond with theplugging ring 211 of the secondupper cover 21. And, thegrip 25 has a pair of arc-like rims 250 formed at one side of its bottom. - In assembly, as shown in
FIGS. 1˜3 , wrap theanti-leaking ring 24 around the bottom of thesleeve 23 and keep thefitting groove 240 of theanti-leaking ring 24 fitted with the projectedring 231 of the sleeve, enabling thesleeve 23 tightly wrapped by theanti-leaking ring 24 due to elasticity of theanti-leaking ring 24. Next, mount thecompression spring 22 around the pivotal connectingrod 230 of thesleeve 23 and put the secondupper cover 21 and the firstupper cover 20 on thesleeve 23 in order, keeping theplugging sheet 211 of the secondupper cover 21 inserted in theplugging slot 242 of theanti-leaking ring 24 and thesleeve 23 passing through the throughhole 210 of the secondupper cover 21 to be fitted with theengaging portion 201 of the firstupper cover 20. By the time, the pivotal connectingrod 230 is positioned in the throughhole 200 to extend out of the firstupper cover 20, ready for connecting pivotally with thegrip 25 by means of thepivotal pin 3. - In using, as shown in
FIGS. 2˜4 , first, place thecover 2 on thebottle 1 and keep the inner corners of the secondupper cover 21 fixed restrictively with thelocking edges 12 of thebottle 1. Next, start to move thegrip 25 of thecover 2 to keep it tilted aside along the arc-like rims 250, so that thesleeve 23 is dragged to move up along theengaging portion 201 of the firstupper cover 20. Simultaneously, theanti-leaking ring 24 is also pushed to move up by the projectedring 231 of thesleeve 23, enabling thedeformed portion 241 squeezed to become projected so as to lock with the blockingring 11 of thebottle 1. So, the opening 10 of thebottle 1 is totally sealed up to prevent the liquid in the bottle from leaking out. - While the preferred embodiment of the invention has been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made therein and the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications that may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
