一种储物盒 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种储物盒。
背景技术
由于一些食品的包装盒或者包装袋采用一次性密封的设计,即一经撕开之后不能实现再次密封,但很多的食品并不是一次性就能全部食用,故经常采用带密封作用的储物盒来存储食品,但由于现有的储物盒的气密性较差,不利于水流性或者需要防潮食品的存储。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种储物盒,其能提高气密性,便于食品的存储。
本实用新型的目的采用以下技术方案实现:
一种储物盒,包括均采用硅胶制成的盒体和盒盖,所述盒体靠近其开口一端的内壁内凹形成有环向槽;所述盒盖包括盖板和由盖板向下延伸形成并围绕于所述盒体外的第一挡板;所述第一挡板的内壁和所述盒体的外壁紧密贴合;所述盖板向下延伸形成有匹配插接于所述盒体开口内的密封部,所述密封部外壁凸出有围绕于所述密封部外并与环向槽密封插装的凸起结构;所述盒盖向外延伸形成有提拉部。
优选的,所述盒体外壁向外延伸有第二挡板,所述第二挡板形成有与第一挡板底壁贴合的贴合面。
优选的,所述密封部为中空结构。
优选的,所述密封部的底端向上弯折形成弯折板,所述弯折板采 用硅胶制成。
优选的,所述盖板与所述第一挡板之间为圆滑过渡连接。
优选的,所述盒体呈柱状。
优选的,所述盒体任意相邻的两面之间为圆滑过渡连接。
优选的,所述第一挡板的内壁凸出有卡条,所述盒体的外壁内凹形成与所述卡条卡接配合的卡接槽。
相比现有技术,本实用新型通过盒体的环向槽和盒盖的凸起结构密封插装配合,且盒体和盒盖均采用硅胶材料制成,具有弹性和韧性,在外力作用下将密封部挤压进盒体内,凸起结构贴紧环向槽,从而提高盒体和盒盖的密封效果,同时,环向槽和凸起结构的配合起到加强盒盖与盒体连接的牢固性;再者,采用硅胶材料制成,具有较好的韧性,防摔效果好。本实用新型适用于婴儿食用辅食的存储。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本实用新型做进一步描述:
如图1-2所示,一种储物盒,包括均采用硅胶制成的盒体1和盒盖2,所述盒体1靠近其开口一端的内壁内凹形成有环向槽11;所 述盒盖2包括盖板21和由盖板21向下延伸形成并围设于所述盒体1外的第一挡板22;所述第一挡板22的内壁和所述盒体1的外壁紧密贴合;所述盖板21向下延伸形成有匹配插接于所述盒体1开口内的密封部23,所述密封部23外壁凸出有围绕于所述密封部23上并与环向槽11密封插装的凸起结构231;所述盒盖2向外延伸形成有提拉部25。所述盒体1的开口位于盒体1靠近盒盖2的一端,使用时,挤压密封部23使其插装进盒体1内,凸起结构231密封插装在环向槽11内,且配硅胶材料的韧性和弹性,使得凸起结构231挤压盒体1内壁,而加强了盒盖2和盒体1的密封效果,同时,环向槽11和凸起结构231的配合起到加强盒盖2与盒体1连接的牢固性;而所述第一挡板22的内壁和所述盒体1的外壁紧密贴合,缩小了盒盖2与盒体1之间的间隙,进一步加强密封效果;再者,采用硅胶材料制成,具有较好的韧性,防摔效果好。而需要打开盒盖2时,可通过拨动提拉部25进而将盒盖2打开,提拉部25提供了一个着力点,便于盒盖2的开启;本实施例中的环向槽是指围绕于所述盒体1且其延伸轨迹为闭合形状的环形,所述环形并不限于圆形或者方形等形状。
由于盒盖2在使用过程中可能发生形变而使第一挡板22和盒体1之间的间隙变大,所述盒体1外壁向外延伸有第二挡板12,所述第二挡板12形成有与第一挡板22底壁贴合的贴合面,利用第二挡板12封堵第一挡板22与盒体1之间的间隙,进一步提高气密性。
优选的,所述密封部23为中空结构,在将密封部23挤压进盒体1内时,提高密封部23形变的空间,提高紧闭盒盖2与盒体1的 简易度。
所述密封部23的底端向上弯折形成弯折板24,所述弯折板24采用硅胶制成,利用硅胶的韧性即弹性,在密封部23挤压进盒体1之后,弯折板24被挤压变形之后由于韧性而具有恢复原状的力,进而挤压并紧贴盒体1,进一步加强密封效果。
所述盖板21与所述第一挡板22之间为圆滑过渡连接;或者,所述盒体1呈柱状,所述盒体1任意相邻的两面之间为圆滑过渡连接,采用圆滑过滤连接的方式,相对于以直角方式的连接,能避免其连接处对人造成刺伤或刮伤,提高使用安全性。
本实施例中,所述第一挡板22的内壁凸出有卡条31,所述盒体1的外壁内凹形成与所述卡条31卡接配合的卡接槽32,利用卡条31与卡接槽32的卡接配合加强盒盖2与盒体1连接的牢固性,防止本储物盒跌落时,盒盖2与盒体1脱离,所述卡条31可为围绕盒体的环向的闭合结构。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变,而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本实用新型权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种储物盒,其特征在于,包括均采用硅胶制成的盒体和盒盖,所述盒体的开口位于盒体靠近盒盖的一端,且所述盒体靠近其开口一端的内壁内凹形成有环向槽;所述盒盖包括盖板和由盖板向下延伸形成并围设于所述盒体外的第一挡板;所述第一挡板的内壁和所述盒体的外壁紧密贴合;所述盖板向下延伸形成有匹配插接于所述盒体开口内的密封部,所述密封部外壁凸出有围绕于所述密封部上并与环向槽密封插装的凸起结构;所述盒盖向外延伸形成有提拉部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的储物盒,其特征在于,所述盒体外壁向外延伸有第二挡板,所述第二挡板形成有与第一挡板底壁贴合的贴合面。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的储物盒,其特征在于,所述密封部为中空结构。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的储物盒,其特征在于,所述密封部的底端向上弯折形成弯折板,所述弯折板采用硅胶制成。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的储物盒,其特征在于,所述盖板与所述第一挡板之间为圆滑过渡连接。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的储物盒,其特征在于,所述盒体呈柱状。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的储物盒,其特征在于,所述盒体任意相邻的两面之间为圆滑过渡连接。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的储物盒,其特征在于,所述第一挡板的内壁凸出有卡条,所述盒体的外壁内凹形成与所述卡条卡接配合的卡接槽。
