本發明係關於一種界面活性劑組合物。
於生活者之日常必需品中存在玻璃、金屬、塑膠、衣類、肌膚、頭髮等之各種固體表面。其等之固體表面之觸感、潤滑性、潤濕性、帶電性等由其固體表面之性質決定,於其等之控制中通常使用界面活性劑或液體油。尤其是使液體油殘留於固體表面上可大大地改變潤濕性等固體表面之性質,故而為有效性極高之方法。
關於包含界面活性劑或液體油之洗淨劑或調節劑,先前以來提出有各種提案。
例如於日本專利特開2010-90278號(專利文獻1)中揭示有含有特定之第1及第2非離子性界面活性劑、具有SO3
基或SO4
基之陰離子性界面活性劑、特定之四級銨化合物、水不溶性聚矽氧化合物之衣類用液體洗淨劑組合物。
於日本專利特開2012-107104號(專利文獻2)中揭示有含有特定量之陰離子性界面活性劑、陽離子性界面活性劑、25℃下之動黏度為400萬mm2
/s以上之二甲基聚矽氧烷、及麥芽寡醣之毛髮、皮膚洗淨領域之洗淨劑組合物。
於日本專利特開2015-27977號(專利文獻3)中揭示有含有碳數12~24之內部烯烴磺酸鹽之皮膚或毛髮用洗淨劑組合物。

本發明者等人發現,藉由在含有陰離子界面活性劑、陽離子界面活性劑、液體油、及水之界面活性劑組合物中以特定比率調配分支型之陰離子界面活性劑與陽離子界面活性劑,可解決上述課題。

於本發明之界面活性劑組合物中,陰離子界面活性劑(A)(以下亦稱為「(A)成分」)與陽離子界面活性劑(B)(以下亦稱為「(B)成分」)之任一者或兩者包含分支型之界面活性劑。即,本發明之界面活性劑組合物包含分支型陰離子界面活性劑(a1)(以下亦稱為「(a1)成分」)與分支型陽離子界面活性劑(b1)(以下亦稱為「(b1)成分」)之任一者,較佳為包含(a1)成分與(b1)成分之兩者。
此處,所謂「分支型」,意指於具有疏水基與親水基之界面活性劑中,疏水基具有至少1個分支之結構,或具有複數個直鏈或支鏈之疏水基。作為分支型界面活性劑之疏水基,可列舉具有直鏈或支鏈結構之烴基、更佳為可包含取代基或連結基之具有直鏈或支鏈結構之烷基或芳基。

(a1)成分之量可藉由組合利用陽離子界面活性劑之滴定、NMR(Nuclear Magnetic Resonance,核磁共振)、LC-MS(Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry,液相層析-質譜)等分析法,又,藉由與同一結構之標本進行比較而求出。又,(b1)成分之量可藉由組合利用陰離子界面活性劑之滴定、NMR、LC-MS等分析法,又,藉由與同一結構之標本進行比較而求出。
藉由將本發明之界面活性劑組合物應用於固體表面上,可使液體油(C)高濃度殘留。換言之,本發明之界面活性劑組合物用於使液體油(C)高濃度殘留於固體表面。
可使液體油(C)高濃度殘留之理由雖未明確,但認為其原因在於,本發明之界面活性劑組合物可使液體油(C)於水中乳化,又,液體油之乳化滴容易附著於固體表面上。
又,認為藉由以特定比率含有(a1)成分與(b1)成分,可有效地提高液體油(C)之於固體表面之殘留性。
本發明之界面活性劑組合物之形態並無特別限制,就操作性之觀點而言,較佳為水系,較佳為含有本發明之界面活性劑組合物且將水設為連續相之水溶液。
<陰離子界面活性劑:(A)成分>
本發明之界面活性劑組合物中所含之(A)成分並無特別限制,較佳為包含選自磺酸鹽型界面活性劑及硫酸酯鹽型界面活性劑中之1種以上。
[磺酸鹽型界面活性劑]
作為磺酸鹽型界面活性劑,可列舉具有碳數6以上且22以下之脂肪族烴基之磺酸鹽型之界面活性劑,作為其較佳例,可列舉具有碳數6以上且22以下之烷基之烷基苯磺酸鹽、烷基磺基琥珀酸鹽、烷基磺酸鹽等。所謂碳數6以上且22以下之烷基,於烷基苯磺酸鹽之情形時,意指於苯環上進行取代之烷基,不包含苯骨架。就(C)成分之於固體表面之高濃度殘留性之觀點而言,烷基之碳數較佳為8以上、更佳為10以上、進而較佳為12以上,並且較佳為20以下、更佳為18以下。
作為上述之鹽,可列舉鈉、鉀等鹼金屬鹽、烷醇胺鹽、鎂、鈣等鹼土族金屬鹽等。其等之中,就與上述同樣之觀點而言,較佳為鹼金屬鹽,更佳為鈉鹽。
[硫酸酯鹽型界面活性劑]
作為硫酸酯鹽型界面活性劑,可列舉具有碳數10以上且18以下之脂肪族烴基之硫酸酯鹽型之界面活性劑。作為上述硫酸酯鹽之較佳例,可列舉聚氧伸烷基烷基醚硫酸酯鹽。
作為其具體例,可列舉伸烷氧基之平均加成莫耳數m為0以上、較佳為0.5以上、更佳為1以上,並且該m為5以下、較佳為4以下、更佳為3以下,且具有碳數為10以上、較佳為12以上,並且碳數為18以下、較佳為16以下之烷基者。
上述伸烷氧基較佳為包含伸乙氧基(EO基),亦可於平均加成莫耳數0.2~2莫耳之範圍內包含PO基。
作為上述之鹽,可列舉:鈉、鉀等鹼金屬鹽、烷醇胺鹽、鎂、鈣等鹼土族金屬鹽等。其等之中,就與上述同樣之觀點而言,較佳為鹼金屬鹽,更佳為鈉鹽。
本發明之界面活性劑組合物包含分支型陰離子界面活性劑(a1)。
作為(a1)成分,較佳為下述通式(1)所表示者。

作為(a1)成分,就(C)成分之乳化穩定性及於固體表面之高濃度殘留性之觀點而言,較佳為選自內部烯烴磺酸鹽(IOS)、烷基苯磺酸鹽、二級烷磺酸鹽及二烷基磺基琥珀酸鹽中之1種以上,更佳為IOS。
(內部烯烴磺酸鹽:IOS)
IOS可藉由使雙鍵位於烯烴鏈之內部(2位以上之位置)之內部烯烴進行碸化、中和、及水解等而獲得。若使內部烯烴進行碸化,則定量地生成β-磺內酯,β-磺內酯之一部分變化為γ-磺內酯、烯烴磺酸,進而該等在中和、水解步驟中轉換為羥基烷磺酸鹽(H體)與烯烴磺酸鹽(O體)(例如J. Am. Oil Chem. Soc. 69, 39(1992))。IOS為該等之混合物,主要為磺酸基存在於碳鏈(H體中之羥基烷烴鏈、或O體中之烯烴鏈)之內部(2位以上之位置)之磺酸鹽。
就與上述同樣之觀點而言,IOS之碳數較佳為14以上、更佳為16以上,並且較佳為20以下、更佳為18以下。上述碳數為酸型化合物換算之碳數。
作為IOS之鹽,可列舉鹼金屬鹽、鹼土族金屬(1/2原子)鹽、銨鹽或有機銨鹽。作為鹼金屬鹽,可列舉鈉鹽、鉀鹽。作為鹼土族金屬鹽,可列舉鈣鹽、鎂鹽。作為有機銨鹽,可列舉碳數2以上且6以下之烷醇銨鹽。
就與上述同樣之觀點而言,IOS中之碳數16之內部烯烴磺酸鹽(以下亦稱為「(16S)成分」)之含量與碳數18之內部烯烴磺酸鹽(以下亦稱為「(18S)成分」)之含量之質量比[(16S)成分/(18S)成分]較佳為50/50~99/1、更佳為60/40~95/5、進而較佳為70/30~90/10、進而更佳為75/25~85/15。
就與上述同樣之觀點而言,IOS中之(16S)成分與(18S)成分之合計含量較佳為50質量%以上、更佳為70質量%以上、進而較佳為90質量%以上,進而更佳為100質量%。
就與上述同樣之觀點而言,IOS中之磺酸基存在於2位之內部烯烴磺酸鹽之含量較佳為5質量%以上、更佳為7質量%以上、進而較佳為10質量%以上,並且較佳為35質量%以下、更佳為30質量%以下、進而較佳為28質量%以下。
IOS中之H體/O體之質量比、磺酸基之取代位置分佈等之測定可藉由高效液相層析質譜儀(HPLC-MS)、氣相層析法、核磁共振譜等而測定,更具體而言,可藉由日本專利特開2015-27977號公報、或日本專利特開2018-66102號公報中記載之方法而測定。
關於內部烯烴磺酸鹽之詳情、及其製法,可參照日本專利特開2015-27977號公報、日本專利第1633184號公報、日本專利第2625150號公報、Tenside Surf. Det. 31 (5) 299 (1994)等。
<陽離子界面活性劑:(B)成分>
就(C)成分之乳化穩定性及於固體表面之高濃度殘留性之觀點而言,本發明之界面活性劑組合物含有陽離子界面活性劑(B)。
(B)成分較佳為包含分支型陽離子界面活性劑(b1)。
就與上述同樣之觀點而言,(B)成分較佳為含有四級銨鹽型陽離子界面活性劑,更佳為含有選自下述通式(2)及(3)之任一者所表示者中之1種以上。就與上述同樣之觀點而言,(b1)成分更佳為選自下述通式(2)及(3)之任一者所表示者中之1種以上。
通式(2)及(3)之任一者所表示之四級銨鹽可使用式(2)及(3)之任一者中所含之具體之化合物之1種或組合2種以上而使用。該成分通常以包含複數種化合物之混合物之形式使用。

<液體油(C)>
本發明中使用之所謂液體油(C)係於使用時之溫度(0℃~100℃)下為液狀者。液體油(C)只要為水難溶性或非水溶性者,則並無特別限制,較佳為相對於20℃之水100 g之溶解度為1 g以下。又,就容易均勻地擴散於固體表面之觀點而言,較佳為於室溫(0℃~45℃)下為液狀者,進而較佳為於25℃下為液狀者。
作為液體油(C)之較佳例,可列舉選自酯油、醚油、脂肪族高級醇、烴油、及聚矽氧油中之1種以上。
作為酯油,可列舉:肉豆蔻酸異丙酯、肉豆蔻酸辛酯、棕櫚酸異丙酯、棕櫚酸辛酯、棕櫚酸硬脂酯、硬脂酸異丙酯、硬脂酸辛酯、硬脂酸硬脂酯、異硬脂酸異丙酯等。
作為醚油,可列舉:二己醚、二辛醚、二癸醚、二月桂醚、二肉豆蔻醚、二鯨蠟醚、二硬脂醚、二-二十烷基醚、二山萮醚等。
作為脂肪族高級醇,可列舉具有碳數8以上且26以下、較佳為碳數12以上且22以下、更佳為碳數16以上且20以下之直鏈或支鏈之烷基或烯基之醇等,更具體而言,可列舉:肉豆蔻醇、鯨蠟醇、硬脂醇、花生醇、山萮醇、異硬脂醇、2-辛基十二烷醇、油醇、及該等之混合物。
作為烴油,可列舉:α-烯烴低聚物、液態異構石蠟、液態石蠟、角鯊烷等。

作為液體油(C)之其他例,可列舉:三辛酸甘油酯、萼梨油、橄欖油、芝麻油、米糠油、紅花油、大豆油、玉米油、菜籽油、蓖麻油、棉籽油、貂油、三(2-乙基己酸)甘油酯、三(辛基・癸酸)甘油酯等三甘油酯;油酸、異硬脂酸等脂肪酸等。
(界面活性劑組合物中之各成分之含量)
就(C)成分之乳化穩定性及高濃度殘留性之觀點而言,本發明之界面活性劑組合物中之各成分之含量如以下所示。
陰離子界面活性劑(A)之含量於界面活性劑組合物中較佳為0.2質量%以上、更佳為0.5質量%以上、進而較佳為0.8質量%以上,並且較佳為20質量%以下、更佳為10質量%以下、更佳為6質量%以下、進而較佳為2質量%以下。
分支型陰離子界面活性劑(a1)、較佳為內部烯烴磺酸鹽(IOS)之含量於界面活性劑組合物中較佳為0.2質量%以上、更佳為0.5質量%以上、進而較佳為0.7質量%以上、進而更佳為0.8質量%以上,並且較佳為15質量%以下、更佳為10質量%以下、進而較佳為6質量%以下、進而更佳為2質量%以下。
陽離子界面活性劑(B)、較佳為分支型陽離子界面活性劑(b1)之含量於界面活性劑組合物中較佳為0.2質量%以上、更佳為0.8質量%以上、進而較佳為1質量%以上、進而更佳為1.2質量%以上,並且較佳為20質量%以下、更佳為10質量%以下、更佳為5質量%以下、進而較佳為3質量%以下。
界面活性劑組合物中之(A)成分之量相對於(A)成分與(B)成分之合計量之莫耳比RA
:{(A)/[(A)+(B)]}為0.25以上且0.60以下。
就(C)成分之乳化穩定性及高濃度殘留性之觀點而言,上述莫耳比RA

界面活性劑組合物中之莫耳比Rb

液體油(C)之含量於界面活性劑組合物中為0.5質量%以上,較佳為1質量%以上、更佳為3質量%以上、進而較佳為6質量%以上,並且為60質量%以下,較佳為40質量%以下、更佳為20質量%以下、進而較佳為10質量%以下。
界面活性劑組合物中之液體油(C)之量相對於(A)成分與(B)成分之總量之質量比{(C)/[(A)+(B)]較佳為0.2以上、更佳為1以上、進而較佳為2以上、進而更佳為2.3以上,並且較佳為10以下、更佳為8以下、進而較佳為5以下、進而更佳為3以下。
水係以連續相之形式存在,其含量於界面活性劑組合物中較佳為35質量%以上、更佳為45質量%以上、進而較佳為55質量%以上、進而更佳為65質量%以上、進而更佳為75質量%以上,並且較佳為95質量%以下、更佳為90質量%以下。
(界面活性劑組合物中之其他成分)
於本發明之界面活性劑組合物中,可配合其用途而適當添加上述以外之界面活性劑、(C)成分以外之油劑、無機助洗劑(builder)、助溶劑、稀釋劑、觸感提高劑、螯合劑、抗氧化劑、保濕劑、紫外線吸收劑、pH值調整劑、香料等任意成分。
作為上述以外之界面活性劑,可列舉兩性界面活性劑、非離子界面活性劑。
作為兩性界面活性劑,可列舉:咪唑啉系甜菜鹼、烷基二甲基胺基乙酸甜菜鹼、脂肪醯胺丙基甜菜鹼、磺基甜菜鹼等甜菜鹼系界面活性劑、烷基二甲基氧化胺等氧化胺型界面活性劑等。
作為非離子界面活性劑,可列舉選自聚氧伸烷基烷基醚、及椰子油脂肪酸單乙醇醯胺等中之1種以上之脂肪酸單烷醇醯胺等。
於含有非離子界面活性劑之情形時,就使(C)成分高濃度殘留於固體表面之觀點而言,非離子界面活性劑(E)相對於陰離子界面活性劑(A)與陽離子界面活性劑(B)之總量之質量比{(E)/[(A)+(B)]}應為2.0以下,較佳為0.9以下、更佳為0.4以下、進而較佳為0.2以下。
作為無機助洗劑,可列舉:碳酸鈉、碳酸鉀、碳酸氫鈉、結晶性層狀矽酸鈉、矽酸鈉、沸石等鋁矽酸鹽等鹼性無機鹽、或硫酸鹽、亞硫酸鹽、硫酸氫鹽、鹽酸鹽、磷酸鹽等水溶性無機鹽類等。就使(C)成分高濃度殘留之觀點而言,界面活性劑組合物中之無機助洗劑之含量較佳為未達20質量%、更佳為未達10質量%、進而較佳為未達5質量%、進而更佳為未達1質量%、進而更佳為0質量%(即不含有)。
<界面活性劑組合物之製造>
本發明之界面活性劑組合物可藉由常規方法而製造。例如將離子交換水等純化水加熱至較佳為50℃以上、更佳為60℃以上、並且較佳為90℃以下、更佳為70℃以下,均勻地混合各界面活性劑成分並放置冷卻後,添加液體油(C)。視需要進而添加任意成分。根據情形,可添加酸或鹼,調整pH值而獲得本發明之界面活性劑組合物。
(界面活性劑組合物之形態等)
本發明之界面活性劑組合物之劑型並無特別限制,較佳為設為液體狀。
作為含有本發明之界面活性劑組合物之製品之形態,可較佳地列舉:潤絲精(hair rinse)、毛髮調節劑(hair conditioner)、護髮素(hair treatment)、髮膜等在浴室內以洗髮精洗髮後所使用者、即塗抹於毛髮後使之充分融合並沖洗而使用者、纖維柔軟劑等在洗滌後之沖洗時所使用者、車蠟等在洗車後所使用者等。該等之中,就發揮本發明之界面活性劑組合物之效果之觀點而言,更佳為作為毛髮調節劑而使用。
含有本發明之界面活性劑組合物之皮膚用洗淨劑、衣料用洗淨劑、食器用洗淨劑、住宅用洗淨劑等之劑型亦無特別限制,可藉由常規方法而適當製備。
[液體油(C)之殘留方法]
本發明之液體油(C)之殘留方法係使本發明之界面活性劑組合物與固體表面接觸之方法。
此處,「固體表面」並無特別限制。作為可應用本發明方法之較佳之固體,可列舉毛髮,除了天然纖維、合成纖維以外,亦可應用於玻璃、陶瓷、金屬、合成樹脂等疏水性固體。
接觸方法亦無特別限定,例如可列舉:於含有本發明之界面活性劑組合物之水溶液中浸漬固體之方法、將該水溶液噴霧或塗佈於固體表面之方法、利用該水溶液對固體表面進行洗淨之方法等。
[實施例]
(1)二甲基聚矽氧烷之動黏度之測定
二甲基聚矽氧烷之動黏度係基於日本工業標準JIS Z8803「液體之黏度測定方法」,使用烏氏黏度計,於25℃下進行測定。
(2)分支型陰離子界面活性劑(a1)、分支型陽離子界面活性劑(b1)之分支率之測定
於下述條件下進行1

向廣口標準瓶(東京硝子器械股份有限公司製造,PS-No.6)中添加表1中記載之各界面活性劑原料與水,於70℃之溫水浴中加溫1小時左右進行混合,放置冷卻至25℃後,添加二甲基聚矽氧烷。進行攪拌、振盪直至藉由目視確認到均勻地乳化、分散,獲得界面活性劑組合物。
使用所得之界面活性劑組合物,利用以下之方法測定各基板或基材上之液體油(C)之殘留量並進行評價。將結果示於表1。
實施例2-1~2-6、實施例3-1、比較例3-1、實施例4-1、比較例4-1、實施例5-1、比較例5-1
於實施例1-1中,變更為表2~5所示之條件,除此以外,與實施例1-1同樣地進行。將結果示於表2~5。
<陰離子界面活性劑(A)>
(1) a1-1:內部烯烴磺酸鈉(分支率:98莫耳%)
(1-1)利用日本專利特開2015-27977號公報之製造例5之方法而製造。
將碳數16之內部烯烴11.9 kg與碳數18之內部烯烴3.1 kg進行混合,獲得碳數16/18(質量比79.4/20.6)之內部烯烴15.0 kg。使用薄膜式碸化反應器,通入SO3
濃度2.8體積%之三氧化硫氣體,使所得之碳數16/18之內部烯烴進行碸化反應。
對所得之碸化物進行中和、水解,獲得碳數16/18之內部烯烴磺酸鈉。所得之內部烯烴磺酸鈉中之分子量為347.1,H體/O體之質量比為87/13,原料內部烯烴之含量未達100 ppm(未達GC檢測下限)。
(1-2)分支率之算出
利用日本專利特開2018-66102公報之段落[0174]中記載之方法[高效液相層析/質譜(HPLC-MS)法]測定分支磺酸之量。磺酸基存在於1位者(相當於直鏈型)之含量為2質量%,即2莫耳%。
(2) a1-2:十二烷基苯磺酸鈉(分支率:100莫耳%)
(2-1)花王股份有限公司製造,商品名:Neopelex G-15,有效量:16質量%,分子量:348.5
(2-2)分支率之算出
藉由1
H-NMR測定算出來自式(1)之R1
、R2
之末端甲基(6H)之質子之波峰(0.8 ppm)與來自連結R1
、R2
之次甲基(1H)之質子之波峰(2.6 ppm)之面積比,結果為6:1。因此,該等波峰來自分支型結構。又,未檢測到來自直鏈型結構之波峰(例如將R2
設為氫原子之情形時所產生之來自鄰接於R1
之亞甲基之波峰)。因此,分支率設為100莫耳%。
(3) a1-3:二烷基磺基琥珀酸鈉(分支率:100莫耳%)
(3-1)FUJIFILM Wako Pure Chemical股份有限公司製造,商品名:Aerosol OT,主成分:二-2-乙基己基磺基琥珀酸鈉,有效量:75質量%,分子量:444.6
(3-2)分支率之算出
藉由1
H-NMR測定算出來自式(1)之R1
、R2
之末端甲基(12H)之質子之波峰(0.8 ppm)與來自連結R1
、R2
之次甲基(1H)之質子之波峰(4.3 ppm)之面積比,結果為12:1。因此,該等波峰來自分支型結構。又,未檢測到來自直鏈型結構之波峰。因此,分支率設為100莫耳%。
(4) a1-4:二級烷磺酸鈉(分支率:86莫耳%)
(4-1)花王股份有限公司製造,商品名:Latemul PS,有效量:40質量%,分子量:314.5
(4-2)分支率之算出
藉由1
H-NMR測定算出來自式(1)之R1

花王股份有限公司製造,商品名:EMAL 0,有效量:99質量%,分子量:288.4
<陽離子界面活性劑(B)>
(1) b1-1:氯化二烷基(C12-18)二甲基銨(分支率:100莫耳%)
(1-1)花王股份有限公司製造,商品名:Quartamin D-2345P,式(2)之化合物,有效量:75質量%,分子量:474.3
(1-2)藉由1
H-NMR測定算出來自式(2)之R3
、R4
中之與氮相隔1個亞甲基之亞甲基(4H)之質子之波峰(1.7 ppm)與來自R5
、R6
之甲基(6H)之質子之波峰(3.1 ppm)之面積比,結果為4:6。因此,該等波峰來自分支型結構。又,未檢測到來自直鏈型結構之波峰。因此,分支率設為100莫耳%。
(2) b1-2:通式(3)所表示之四級銨鹽(分支率:63莫耳%)
(2-1)b1-2係利用以下之方法而製造。
向1 L反應容器中加入三乙醇胺(1.0莫耳,日本觸媒股份有限公司製造,三乙醇胺-S)與半氫化棕櫚油脂肪酸(1.65莫耳,ACIDCHEM公司製造,Palmac605T)、BHT 0.28 g,進行氮氣置換。繼而,一面通入氮氣,一面於170℃下歷時1小時自常壓減壓至13.3 kPa,進行7小時之酯化反應,獲得酸值2.0 mgKOH/g之三乙醇胺酯569 g。
將所得之三乙醇胺酯512 g(0.9莫耳)與BHT 0.7 g進行混合,於氮環境下、常壓、45~65℃之條件下歷時2小時滴加二甲基硫酸107.8 g(0.855莫耳)。於60~65℃下熟成1.5小時後,以最終之四級銨鹽中之溶劑量成為12質量%之方式添加乙醇84.9 g,於55~65℃下混合0.5小時,獲得四級銨鹽。
藉由高效液相層析(HPLC)法對所得之四級銨鹽進行分析,使用溴化四辛基銨作為內部標準物質進行定量,結果反應物包含通式(3)所表示之四級銨鹽88質量%、乙醇12質量%。分子量為716.2。
(2-2)分支率之算出
進行利用高效液相層析法之分析,結果為單酯體(5 min)、二酯體(10 min)及三酯體(23 min)之混合物。該等之莫耳比為37:52:11。由於二酯體與三酯體相當於分支型,故而分支率成為63莫耳%。
(3) b1-3:苄烷銨鹽型四級銨鹽(分支率:100莫耳%)
(3-1)花王股份有限公司製造,商品名:Sanisol C,有效量:50質量%,分子量:368.1
(3-2)分支率之算出
藉由1
H-NMR測定算出來自式(2)之R3
中之與氮相隔1個亞甲基之亞甲基(2H)之質子之波峰(1.9 ppm)與來自R4
中之與氮相鄰之苄基位(2H)之質子之波峰(4.5 ppm)與來自R5
、R6
之甲基(6H)之質子之波峰(3.0 ppm)之面積比,結果為2:2:6。因此,該等波峰來自分支型結構。又,未檢測到來自直鏈型結構之波峰。因此,分支率設為100莫耳%。

・EXCEPARL IPM:花王股份有限公司製造,肉豆蔻酸異丙酯,有效量:100質量%
・KF-96L-50cs:信越化學工業股份有限公司製造,聚矽氧油,動黏度:50 mm2
/s(25℃),有效量:100質量%
<兩性界面活性劑>
・Amphitol 20AB:花王股份有限公司製造,月桂醯胺丙基甜菜鹼,有效量:30質量%
<界面活性劑組合物之於各基板或基材上之殘留量定量>
[液體油(肉豆蔻酸異丙酯)之定量1]
將各組合物100 mg塗佈於基板,利用10 mL之自來水進行沖洗。其後,浸漬於20 mL之CHCl3
中,施加30分鐘超音波,抽出殘留於基板之液體油(肉豆蔻酸異丙酯)。將以甲醇稀釋所得之抽出液所得者設為測定用溶液,使用高效液相層析質譜儀(島津製作所股份有限公司製造,LCMS-2020),於下述測定條件下對液體油之殘留量進行定量。

[液體油(聚矽氧)之定量2]
將各界面活性劑組合物100 mg均勻地塗佈於下述基板或基材之表面,利用10 mL之自來水沖洗後,加入氘化氯仿(CDCl3
)直至該基板或基材完全浸漬其中(於玻璃基板、聚丙烯基板之情形時為2 mL,於不鏽鋼基板、木棉・毛髮基材之情形時為10 mL)。
施加30分鐘超音波,抽出殘留於基板或基材之液體油(聚矽氧),向該抽出液中添加作為內部標準之吡𠯤,使用Agilent Technologies公司製造之超導傅立葉變換核磁共振裝置「400-MR」進行1
H-NMR測定。
聚矽氧之殘留量係由吡𠯤(8.6 ppm)與聚矽氧(0.0 ppm)之波峰面積積分比算出。

・聚丙烯(PP)基板:Nippon Testpanel股份有限公司,1×17×25 mm
・玻璃基板:松浪硝子工業股份有限公司,1×17×25 mm
・不鏽鋼基板:Standard Testpiece股份有限公司,1×20×50 mm

・毛髮基材:Beaulax股份有限公司,1 g

[產業上之可利用性]
本發明之界面活性劑組合物作為可使液體油高濃度殘留於固體表面上之界面活性劑組合物而有用。
Claims (14)
- 一種界面活性劑組合物,其係含有陰離子界面活性劑(A)、陽離子界面活性劑(B)、液體油(C)、及水者,且將水設為連續相,陰離子界面活性劑(A)包含分支型陰離子界面活性劑(a1),陽離子界面活性劑(B)包含分支型陽離子界面活性劑(b1),上述分支型意指於具有疏水基與親水基之界面活性劑中,疏水基具有至少1個分支之結構,或具有複數個直鏈或支鏈之疏水基,分支型陰離子界面活性劑(a1)為下述通式(1)所表示,分支型陽離子界面活性劑(b1)為選自下述通式(2)及(3)之任一者所表示者中之1種以上,
- 如請求項1之界面活性劑組合物,其中陰離子界面活性劑(A)為選自磺酸鹽型界面活性劑及硫酸酯鹽型界面活性劑中之1種以上。
- 如請求項1或2之界面活性劑組合物,其中分支型陰離子界面活性劑(a1)為內部烯烴磺酸鹽。
- 如請求項3之界面活性劑組合物,其中內部烯烴磺酸鹽之碳數為14以上且22以下。
- 如請求項1或2之界面活性劑組合物,其中陽離子界面活性劑(B)為四級銨鹽型陽離子界面活性劑。
- 如請求項1或2之界面活性劑組合物,其中陰離子界面活性劑(A)之含量為0.2質量%以上且20質量%以下。
- 如請求項1或2之界面活性劑組合物,其中陽離子界面活性劑(B)之含量為0.2質量%以上且20質量%以下。
- 如請求項1或2之界面活性劑組合物,其中液體油(C)之含量為0.5質量%以上且60質量%以下。
- 如請求項1或2之界面活性劑組合物,其中液體油(C)之量相對於陰離子界面活性劑(A)與陽離子界面活性劑(B)之總量之質量比{(C)/[(A)+(B)]}為0.2以上且10以下。
- 如請求項1或2之界面活性劑組合物,其中水之含量為35質量%以上。
- 如請求項1或2之界面活性劑組合物,其中水之含量為45質量%以上且95質量%以下。
- 如請求項1或2之界面活性劑組合物,其用於使液體油(C)殘留於固體表面。
- 一種液體油(C)之殘留方法,其係使如請求項1至11中任一項之界面活性劑組合物與固體表面接觸。
- 一種如請求項1至12中任一項之界面活性劑組合物之用途,其係用於潤絲精、毛髮調節劑、護髮素、或髮膜。
