Abstract
本發明揭示一種管樂器用吹嘴製造方法,具體而言,在製作用於演奏管樂器時以嘴吹奏的吹嘴時,以高強度礦物材料與合成樹脂材料混合的狀態製作具備優異共鳴的吹嘴而容易演奏並提供鮮明豐富的音,改善製造工藝而能夠大量生產並降低生產成本,將丟棄的廢資源作為材料予以回收使用而有助於環保。亦即,本發明包含下列步驟:將合成樹脂材質第一材料與礦物材質第二材料各自予以粉末化;按照一定比率混合前述第一材料與第二材料;熔融前述混合後的材料並連續押出具有一定截面形狀的第一階段成型品;按照一定間距切斷前述押出的第一階段成型品;將前述切斷的第一階段成型品加工成吹嘴形態而形成第二階段成型品。
Description
本發明揭示一種管樂器用吹嘴製造方法,具體而言,在製作用於演奏管樂器時以嘴吹奏的吹嘴時,以高強度礦物材料與合成樹脂材料混合的狀態製作具備優異共鳴的吹嘴而容易演奏並提供鮮明豐富的音,改善製造工藝而能夠大量生產並降低生產成本,將丟棄的廢資源作為材料予以回收使用而有助於環保。
管樂器通常指的係用嘴向管內吹入空氣發出聲音的諸如豎笛、薩克斯風、低音號、法國號、巴松笛、短號、軍號、小號、長號之類的樂器,管樂器的音隨著樂器本身的結構與長度以及演奏者透過結合在管樂器的吹嘴吹入的空氣的振動而改變。
下面進一步說明結合在該管樂器的吹嘴(mouth piece),吹嘴相當於演奏者貼上嘴唇吹入空氣的過程中首次發生空氣振動的部分。此時所發生的空氣振動促使管內空氣振動而增強聲音的強度。吹嘴係決定音色、音的高低、音的持續時間的重要因素,會隨著吹嘴的形態及材質而大不相同。
目前為止的吹嘴大部分以手工作業製作而使得生產效率低落,目前利用一般製造法製作並廣泛普及的吹嘴適用的係硬質橡膠(Hard Rubber)或金屬(Metal)材質。硬質橡膠材質的吹嘴相比金屬材質的吹嘴具有價格低廉的優點,但其耐久性較弱並且熱傳導率不佳而無法發出豐富的音。與此相反,金屬材質的吹嘴雖然熱傳導率優秀但其材質特性導致不適合發出柔和聲音,其聲音生硬。
相關的先前技術可舉例大韓民國註冊專利第10-0900756號(含奈米銀的樂器用吹嘴)揭示下述技術,即,製造吹嘴時在吹嘴本體的外表面以包含乾式或濕式塗佈在內的蒸鍍、疊層、薄膜、沉積、鍍金、噴射中的某一個方法將奈米銀120粉末或將其稀釋的奈米銀溶液按照微米厚度予以塗佈處理。
前述先前技術係一種在吹嘴適用奈米銀塗佈的技術,其雖然能擁有銀材質的抗菌功能,但是卻無法以具有奈米大小粒子的塗層實現吹嘴的耐久性亦無法調節音色,亦不包含提高生產效率的製造工藝。

本發明旨在解決前述問題,本發明的目的係提供一種管樂器用吹嘴製造方法,其以礦物材料與合成樹脂材料混合的形態製造以便在一個吹嘴同時適用礦物材料的特性與合成樹脂材料的特性,相比於先前吹嘴具有較高的耐久性,憑藉材質特性獲得優異共鳴而能夠更輕易地發出聲音,能提供鮮明豐富的音。
而且,本發明的另一個目的係提供一種管樂器用吹嘴製造方法,其提供提高礦物材料與合成樹脂材料的混合效率、阻止礦物材料脫離而大幅減少不良率、適合大量生產的製造方法,提供價格低廉並且品質優異的吹嘴。
本發明包含下列步驟:將合成樹脂材質第一材料與礦物材質第二材料各自予以粉末化;按照一定比率混合前述第一材料與第二材料;熔融前述混合後的材料並連續押出具有一定截面形狀的第一階段成型品;按照一定間距切斷前述押出的第一階段成型品;將前述切斷的第一階段成型品加工成吹嘴形態而形成第二階段成型品。
而且,在前述粉末化的步驟中,第一材料適用硬質橡膠(hard rubber)。
而且,在前述粉末化的步驟中,第二材料適用金、銀、銅、鉛、鋅、鐵、錳、鎢、輝鉬礦、錫、鉍、輝銻礦、石灰石、白雲石、矽土、矽砂、長石、蛇紋石、高嶺土、石墨、滑石、蠟石、矽藻土、石棉、螢石、雲母、絹雲母、紅柱石、砂金、獨居石、鋯石、鈦鐵礦、磁鐵礦、石榴石中的至少一種以上。
而且,在前述按照一定比率混合的步驟中,第二材料以10至70重量份混合。
本發明在製造吹嘴時將礦物材料與合成樹脂材料予以粉末化並加以混合後製造,憑藉礦物材料的特性比先前吹嘴具有較高的耐久性,提高每秒振動的強度與振動的周期性而發出優異的共鳴,從而容易演奏,適合表演出鮮明的音色、豐富的音量、有力度的音高(音的高低演出-讓柔和音更柔和、強音更強)、含餘音的音值(音的持續時間)。
而且,本發明提供將材料粉末化後混合並且透過第一次成型及第二次成型工藝阻止礦物材料脫離而大幅減少不良率並且適合大量生產的製造方法,既能降低吹嘴價格又能提供高品質的吹嘴。
與此同時,本發明可利用廢棄的廢舊資源製造礦物材料與合成樹脂材料而能夠減少廢棄物並發揮出環保效果。
下面結合圖式詳細說明本發明的理想實施例。如認為關於習知結構或功能的具體說明可能會混淆本發明的主旨則在說明本發明時將予以省略。
如圖1所示,本發明的管樂器用吹嘴製造方法包含下列步驟:將合成樹脂材質第一材料與礦物材質第二材料各自予以粉末化(步驟S-1);按照一定比率混合前述第一材料與第二材料(步驟S-2);熔融前述混合後的材料並連續押出具有一定截面形狀的第一階段成型品(步驟S-3);按照一定間距切斷前述押出的第一階段成型品(步驟S-4);將前述切斷的第一階段成型品加工成吹嘴形態而形成第二階段成型品(步驟S-5)。
前述粉末化的步驟(步驟S-1)係將合成樹脂材質第一材料與礦物材質第二材料各自透過粉碎機分解而予以粉末化分的過程。第一材料與第二材料因為存在著材質的強度差異,因此理想地使用相互不同的粉碎機在各自不同的環境下進行粉碎,此時為符合混合比率而粉碎成大小互相相同的粒子較佳。
理想地,前述第一材料適用硬質橡膠(hard rubber),第二材料適用金、銀、銅、鉛、鋅、鐵、錳、鎢、輝鉬礦、錫、鉍、輝銻礦及稀土之類的金屬性礦物材料或者適用石灰石、白雲石、矽土、矽砂、長石、蛇紋石、高嶺土、石墨、滑石、蠟石、矽藻土、石棉、螢石、雲母、絹雲母及紅柱石之類的非金屬性礦物材料或者適用砂金、獨居石、鋯石、鈦鐵礦、磁鐵礦、石榴石之類的砂礦床礦物資源,在其中適用至少一種以上。
與此同時,利用廢棄的廢舊資源製造第一材料與第二材料時能有效處理廢棄物而能夠提供環保的製造方法。如前所述地第一材料與第二材料使用廢舊資源時,理想地,在粉末化過程中進一步進行異物清除工藝及清洗工藝。
前述按照一定比率混合的步驟(步驟S-2)相當於按照一定比率將第一材料與第二材料投入一個混合機後予以均勻地混合的混合工藝。前述混合工藝所投入的第二材料以10至70重量份的混合比率進行。將第二材料的混合範圍如此擴大的理由係因為音色會隨著第二材料的混合量而不同,因此可根據演奏者的嗜好或傾向進行調節。亦即,如需要柔和的音色則減少第二材料的混合量,如需要較強的音色則增加第二材料的混合量。
雖然如前所述地較廣泛地適用第二材料的混合比率,但是如果第二材料的混合比率低於10重量份則礦物材料的特性過低而使得效果降低,如果第二材料的混合比率超過70重量份則負責成型的第一材料的比率相對減少而較難順利地進行成型。
前述連續押出的步驟(步驟S-3)係一種將處於第一材料與第二材料按照一定比率混合的狀態的材料在押出成型機予以熔融後連續押出具有一定截面形狀的棒狀第一階段成型品的成型工藝。在這個過程中,理想地,不以相當於礦物材料的第二材料的熔融溫度設定熔融溫度而係以相當於合成樹脂材質的第一材料為基準設定熔融溫度,若以過高的溫度熔融可能會失掉第一材料的特性。
但亦有例外情形,即,第二材料適用眾多礦物材料中具有低熔融溫度的材質時亦可以設定成能將第一材料、第二材料全部熔融的熔融溫度。
前述切斷的步驟(步驟S-4)係一種按照一定間距將以棒狀押出的第一階段成型品予以切斷的工藝。此時,切斷間距可以根據吹嘴的大小自由調節,在第一階段成型品完全乾燥的狀態下進行切斷過程。
接著,形成第二階段成型品的步驟(步驟S-5)將按照吹嘴大小切斷的第一階段成型品投入切削表面的精密加工機械後精密加工成吹嘴形態而形成第二階段成型品。
本發明先將不具備吹嘴形態的棒狀第一階段成型品予以切斷後精密加工成第二階段成型品時能大幅提高生產效率。將處於第一材料與第二材料均勻混合狀態的堅固的第一階段成型品加工成具有吹嘴形態的第二階段成型品,因此,不必顧慮礦物材料從成型的吹嘴脫離,而且礦物材料的分佈度均勻。
若單純地以模具方式進行成型,生產效率會降低並且礦物材料可能會脫離,吹嘴所含礦物材料進一步會在成型過程中往一側集中。
與此同時,如圖2所示,本發明在形成前述第二階段成型品的步驟(步驟S-5)之後進一步能包含增強吹嘴表面的後處理步驟(步驟S-6)。前述後處理步驟(步驟S-6)可隨著第二材料的混合比率而不同,第二材料的混合比率高於第一材料時能透過熱處理工藝與乾燥工藝實現,第二材料的混合比率低於第一材料時熱處理可能會導致第一材料的熔融問題,因此可適用表面塗佈工藝。
前文結合前述實施例說明本發明,但可以在本發明的技術精神範圍內實現各種變形實施例,此為理所當然者。

Claims (3)
- 一種管樂器用吹嘴製造方法,其中,包含下列步驟:將合成樹脂材質第一材料與礦物材質第二材料各自予以粉末化(步驟S-1);按照一定比率混合該第一材料與第二材料(步驟S-2);熔融該混合後的材料並連續押出具有一定截面形狀的第一階段成型品(步驟S-3);按照一定間距切斷該押出的第一階段成型品(步驟S-4);將該切斷的第一階段成型品加工成吹嘴形態而形成第二階段成型品(步驟S-5);在該按照一定比率混合的步驟(步驟S-2)中,該第二材料以10至70重量份混合,該第一材料以剩餘的重量份混合。
- 如請求項1所述之管樂器用吹嘴製造方法,其中,在該粉末化的步驟(步驟S-1)中,第一材料適用硬質橡膠(hard rubber)。
- 如請求項1所述之管樂器用吹嘴製造方法,其中,在該粉末化的步驟(步驟S-1)中,第二材料適用金、銀、銅、鉛、鋅、鐵、錳、鎢、輝鉬礦、錫、鉍、輝銻礦、石灰石、白雲石、矽土、矽砂、長石、蛇紋石、高嶺土、石墨、滑石、蠟石、矽藻土、石棉、螢石、雲母、絹雲母、紅柱石、砂金、獨居石、鋯石、鈦鐵礦、磁鐵礦、石榴石中的至少一種以上。
