Abstract
熱熔黏著劑組成物,其含有:1-丁烯均聚物、熔點未達80℃的乙烯系聚合物、熔點80℃以上的α-烯烴共聚物、增黏樹脂、蠟、及液狀軟化劑;並且,乙烯系聚合物,包含從由乙烯-α-烯烴共聚物及乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物所組成之群組中選出的至少1種共聚物。
Description
本發明有關一種熱熔黏著劑組成物。
汽車內裝材料亦即門、儀表板、車頂材料、背面托盤、車柱等,一般而言是由成形品及表皮材料所構成。作為成形品,主要是使用聚烯烴成形品。作為表皮材料,一直是使用:聚胺酯(polyurethane)發泡體、附有聚胺酯發泡體之織物、附有聚烯烴發泡體之薄片等的表皮材料。此等成形品與表皮材料,是經由黏著劑並以加壓成形工法、真空成形工法等來黏著。
作為汽車內裝用黏著劑,為了特別是滿足耐熱蠕變(潛變,creep)特性,一直使用溶劑型的一液反應系黏著劑(例如參照專利文獻1及2)。然而,環保的要求水準正在提高,因而正在期望從溶劑型黏著劑更換為無溶劑型黏著劑。
作為無溶劑型黏著劑,可舉例如熱熔黏著劑。熱熔黏著劑中,反應型熱熔黏著劑具有耐熱性優異這樣的優點,但會有難以獲得熟成時間與塗佈工作時和儲存時的安定性之間的平衡這樣的缺點。考慮到當被黏著體為聚烯烴成形品時的黏著性時,能夠使用一種反應型熱熔黏著劑,其是對聚烯烴進行矽烷改質而成(例如參照專利文獻3)。然而,這樣的反應型聚烯烴黏著劑會因熟成時的水解反應而將有機溶劑釋放至環境中,因而作為環保型黏著劑來使用時會有疑慮。
另一方面,非反應型熱熔黏著劑,由於不會有源自原料及水解反應而發生有機溶劑揮發的疑慮,故有希望作為環保型黏著劑。由於為非反應型,故無須將黏著劑與被黏著體貼合後的熟成時間,且塗佈工作時及儲存時的安定性亦高,因而使用方便。例如:專利文獻4揭示一種汽車內裝材料用預塗表皮材料,其是將非反應型熱熔黏著劑預先塗佈於汽車內裝用表皮材料的背面而成。

[發明所欲解決的問題]
因冬季在倉庫中保管、在寒冷地運送等,塗佈於表皮材料上的黏著劑無法維持充分的柔軟性,因而有時在將預塗表皮材料彎折時,黏著劑與表皮材料會一起龜裂。因此,低溫環境中,以捲筒狀來將預塗表皮材料保管、預塗表皮材料的處理工作等會有限制。於是,對於汽車內裝用的熱熔黏著劑,尋求不僅耐熱性優異並且在低溫時的柔軟性亦優異。
本發明的目的在於提供一種熱熔黏著劑組成物,其具有良好的黏著性及耐熱性,且在低溫時的柔軟性優異。
[解決問題的技術手段]
本發明的熱熔黏著劑組成物,其含有:1-丁烯均聚物、熔點未達80℃的乙烯系聚合物、熔點80℃以上的α-烯烴共聚物、增黏樹脂、蠟、及液狀軟化劑;並且,乙烯系聚合物,包含從由乙烯-α-烯烴共聚物及乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物所組成之群組中選出的至少1種共聚物。
乙烯系聚合物的熔點可為65℃以下。熔點80℃以上的α-烯烴共聚物,可包含丙烯-α-烯烴共聚物。增黏樹脂可包含氫化系增黏樹脂。蠟可包含聚丙烯系蠟。上述熱熔黏著劑組成物在180℃時的熔融黏度,可為100 Pa・s以下。
本發明的汽車內裝用的預塗表皮材料,具備熱熔黏著劑層及汽車內裝用表皮材料,該熱熔黏著劑層包含上述熱熔黏著劑組成物。本發明的汽車內裝材料,其藉由至少將汽車內裝用的預塗表皮材料與汽車內裝用成形品黏著在一起而成。
[功效]
根據本發明,能夠提供一種熱熔黏著劑組成物,其具有良好的黏著性及耐熱性,且在低溫時的柔軟性優異。
以下,詳細說明本發明的實施形態。但是,本發明並不受下述實施形態任何限定。
[熱熔黏著劑組成物]
本實施形態的黏著劑組成物,其含有:1-丁烯均聚物(以下有時稱為「(A)成分」)、熔點未達80℃的乙烯系聚合物(以下有時稱為「(B)成分」)、熔點80℃以上的α-烯烴共聚物(以下有時稱為「(C)成分」)、增黏樹脂(以下有時稱為「(D)成分」)、蠟(以下有時稱為「(E)成分」)、及液狀軟化劑(以下有時稱為「(F)成分」)。本實施形態的黏著劑組成物是非反應型及無溶劑型的熱熔黏著劑。
以下,詳述黏著劑組成物中所含的各成分。本實施形態的各成分的含量,是以(A)、(B)、(C)、(D)、(E)及(F)成分((A)~(F)成分)的總量100質量份作為基準時的比例。
((A)成分)
(A)成分亦即1-丁烯均聚物,能夠藉由源自均聚物的結晶性來對黏著劑組成物賦予耐熱性。(A)成分的熔體流動速率(MFR)無特別限定。考慮到黏著劑組成物在180℃時的熔融黏度,(A)成分的MFR,在190℃、負載2.16 kg的條件下,可為50 g/10分鐘以上、100 g/10分鐘以上、或150 g/10分鐘以上。(A)成分的MFR(190℃、2.16 kg)的上限值,可為例如1000 g/10分鐘以下、800 g/10分鐘以下、或500 g/10分鐘以下。
考慮到黏著劑組成物的耐熱性時,(A)成分的熔點可為80℃以上、100℃以上、或120℃以上。(A)成分的熔點的上限值可為例如150℃以下或140℃以下。(A)成分的熔點,是測定(A)成分從熔融狀態固化10日後的示差掃描熱量(DSC)時,熔融峰的頂點的溫度。作為(A)成分的市售物,可舉例如:LyondellBasell公司製的商品名「PB0800M」及「PB0801M」。(A)成分可單獨使用1種、或將2種以上組合來使用。
(A)成分的含量,從黏著劑組成物的耐熱性的觀點來看,可為10質量份以上,從提高黏著劑組成物的固化後的柔軟性的觀點來看,可為30質量份以下。(A)成分的含量以12~28質量份為佳,以15~25質量份較佳。
((B)成分)
(B)成分亦即熔點未達80℃的乙烯系聚合物,能夠對黏著劑組成物賦予在低溫時的耐龜裂性。我們推測:(B)成分具有聚乙烯結構,而能夠提高在低溫時的柔軟性。(B)成分包含從由乙烯-α-烯烴共聚物及乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物所組成之群組中選出的至少1種共聚物,因而黏著劑組成物在低溫時的柔軟性優異。
因能夠更加提高在低溫時的耐龜裂性,因此(B)成分的熔點可為75℃以下、70℃以下、65℃以下、或60℃以下。(B)成分的熔點的下限值可為例如0℃以上、10℃以上、或20℃以上,(B)成分亦可不具有熔點。(B)成分的熔點,能夠以與(A)成分的熔點相同的方法來進行測定。
作為用以構成乙烯-α-烯烴共聚物的α-烯烴,可舉例如:丙烯、1-丁烯、1-辛烯等碳數3~8的α-烯烴,以碳數3或4的α-烯烴較佳。
作為乙烯-α-烯烴共聚物的市售物,可舉例如:三井化學股份有限公司製的商品名「TAFMER DF605」、「TAFMER DF610」、「TAFMER DF640」、「TAFMER DF710」、「TAFMER DF740」、「TAFMER DF7350」、「TAFMER DF810」、「TAFMER DF840」、「TAFMER DF8200」、「TAFMER DF940」、及「TAFMER DF9200」(「TAFMER」為註冊商標)。乙烯-α-烯烴共聚物可單獨使用1種、或將2種以上組合來使用。

(B)成分的含量,從能夠更加提高在低溫時的耐龜裂性的觀點來看,可為1質量份以上、2質量份以上、或3質量份以上。(B)成分的含量,從更加提高耐熱性的觀點來看,可為20質量份以下、10質量份以下、或5質量份以下。
((C)成分)
(C)成分亦即熔點80℃以上的α-烯烴共聚物,能夠在使黏著劑組成物熔融時賦予沾黏性,並且能夠提高黏著劑組成物的固化後的耐熱性。(C)成分能夠有助於提高黏著劑組成物的柔軟性、黏著性及耐熱性。
(C)成分的熔點以100℃以上為佳,以110℃以上較佳,以120℃以上更佳。(C)成分的熔點的上限值無特別限定,可為160℃以下或150℃以下。(C)成分的熔點能夠以與(A)成分的熔點相同的方法來進行測定。
從柔軟性的觀點來看,(C)成分在23℃時的拉伸彈性模數可為150 MPa以下、100 MPa以下、或50 MPa以下。拉伸彈性模數能夠依據ASTM D638,使用拉伸試驗機來進行測定。
從柔軟性的觀點來看,(C)成分在23℃時的儲存彈性模數(E’)可為150 MPa以下、100 MPa以下、或50 MPa以下。(C)成分的E’(23℃)的下限值無特別限定,可為例如1 MPa以上。E’(23℃)能夠使用一種將黏著劑組成物形成為0.5 mm厚度的薄片狀而成的樣品,並藉由拉伸模式下的動態黏彈性測定來進行測定,該動態黏彈性測定是以應變0.05%、頻率1 Hz、從-70℃以升溫速度3℃/分鐘的條件下來進行。
α-烯烴共聚物可為2種以上的α-烯烴單體的共聚物、或α-烯烴與α-烯烴以外的單體的共聚物。作為α-烯烴,可舉例如:丙烯、1-丁烯、1-辛烯等碳數3~8的α-烯烴,以碳數3或4的α-烯烴為佳。作為α-烯烴以外的單體,可舉例如:乙烯、醋酸乙烯酯等乙烯系化合物;(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸正丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸縮水甘油酯等具有(甲基)丙烯醯基的化合物;馬來酸酐等不飽和羧酸化合物。(C)成分較佳是包含丙烯-α-烯烴共聚物(丙烯與丙烯以外的α-烯烴的共聚物)。此處,所謂(甲基)丙烯酸酯,是意指丙烯酸酯或與其對應的甲基丙烯酸酯。
作為(C)成分的市售物,可舉例如:三井化學股份有限公司製的商品名「TAFMER BL2491M」、「TAFMER BL3450M」、「TAFMER BL3110M」、「TAFMER PN-2070」、「TAFMER PN-3560」、「TAFMER PN-2060」、「TAFMER PN-20300」、及「TAFMER PN-0040」(「TAFMER」為註冊商標)。(C)成分可單獨使用1種、或將2種以上組合來使用。
(C)成分的含量,從黏著性的觀點來看,可為7~27質量份、9~25質量份、或12~22質量份。

作為(D)成分亦即增黏樹脂,可舉例如:石油樹脂、純單體系石油樹脂、氫化石油樹脂、松香樹脂、松香酯樹脂、氫化松香樹脂、萜烯樹脂、萜烯酚樹脂、芳香族改質萜烯樹脂、氫化萜烯樹脂、香豆酮-茚樹脂、烷基酚樹脂、及二甲苯樹脂。為了在使黏著劑組成物熔融時賦予沾黏性,(D)成分可包含:氫化石油樹脂、氫化松香樹脂、氫化萜烯樹脂等氫化增黏樹脂。

(D)成分的軟化點可為90℃以上、100℃以上、115℃以上、或125℃以上。(D)成分的軟化點的上限值無特別限定,可為160℃以下、150℃以下、或140℃以下。該軟化點為環球法軟化點。
(D)成分的含量,從黏著性的觀點來看,可為10~50質量份、15~45質量份、或20~40質量份。
((E)成分)
(E)成分亦即蠟,除了藉由黏著劑組成物的加熱熔融時的黏度降低效果來對被黏著體賦予潤濕性以外,亦有助於黏著劑組成物的冷卻固化後的耐熱性顯現。(E)成分的軟化點及/或熔點可為100℃以上、120℃以上、或140℃以上。(E)成分的熔點,能夠以與(A)成分的熔點相同的方法來進行測定。考慮到黏著劑組成物對聚丙烯的黏著性時,(E)成分較佳是包含具有聚丙烯結構之聚丙烯系蠟。
作為(E)成分的市售物,可舉例如:三洋化成工業股份有限公司製的商品名「VISCOL 660-P」及「VISCOL 550-P」(「VISCOL」為註冊商標)。(E)成分可單獨使用1種、或將2種以上組合來使用。
(E)成分的含量,從耐熱性的觀點來看,可為4質量份以上,從柔軟性的觀點來看,可為26質量份以下。(E)成分的含量以8~22質量份為佳,以10~20質量份較佳。
((F)成分)
(F)成分亦即液狀軟化劑由於在常溫為液狀,故在黏著劑組成物的加熱熔融時會更加增強黏著性,而會提高對被黏著體的密合性,且對在黏著劑組成物固化後形成的被膜賦予柔軟性。
作為(F)成分,可舉例如:流動石蠟、石蠟系處理油、環烷烴系處理油、芳香系處理油、酸酐改質液狀烴、液狀聚異戊二烯等液狀橡膠、及液狀聚丁烯。考慮到與其它成分之間的良好的相溶性時,(F)成分較佳是包含液狀聚丁烯等液狀烴。
(F)成分在100℃時的動黏度可為3 mm2
/s以上、30 mm2
/s以上、50 mm2
/s以上、或100 mm2
/s以上。(F)成分在100℃時的動黏度的上限值可為1500 mm2
/s以下、1000 mm2
/s以下、或800 mm2
/s以下。動黏度能夠依據JIS K2283來進行測定。
作為(F)成分的市售物,可舉例如:日油股份有限公司製的商品名「日油POLYBUTENE 200N」、「日油POLYBUTENE 30N」、「日油POLYBUTENE 10N」、及「日油POLYBUTENE 3N」;三井化學股份有限公司製「LUCANT HC-2000」、「LUCANT HC-600」、及「LUCANT HC100」(「LUCANT」為註冊商標)。(F)成分可單獨使用1種、或將2種以上組合來使用。
(F)成分的含量,從密合性及柔軟性的觀點來看,可為5質量份以上,從耐熱性的觀點來看,可為30質量份以下。(F)成分的含量以10~25質量份為佳,以13~22質量份較佳。
(其它成分)
本實施形態的黏著劑組成物,可因應需要來進一步含有:抗氧化劑、安定劑、著色劑、相溶化劑、抗結塊劑等添加劑。相對於(A)~(F)成分的總量100質量份,添加劑的含量可為20質量份以下、10質量份以下、或5質量份以下。
從塗佈性及耐熱性的觀點來看,黏著劑組成物在180℃時的熔融黏度可為100 Pa・s以下、10~100 Pa・s、或15~80 Pa・s。熔融黏度能夠依據JIS K6862,並使用B型黏度計來進行測定。
從能夠熔融的溫度及耐熱性的觀點來看,黏著劑組成物的軟化點可為115~170℃、125~160℃、或135~150℃。軟化點能夠依據JIS K6863,以環球法來進行測定。
本實施形態的黏著劑組成物,能夠例如以下述步驟來製作。首先,使用設定在180℃的揉合機來將(B)成分、(C)成分及(D)成分揉合並使其完全熔融後,添加(A)成分並揉合後,使其完全熔融。然後,添加(E)成分及(F)成分並揉合,而獲得熔融物。將所獲得的熔融物填充在脫模箱等之中、或切割成顆粒(pellet)狀等,並冷卻固化,而製作黏著劑組成物。
本實施形態的黏著劑組成物為非反應型熱熔黏著劑,具有良好的黏著性及耐熱性,且在低溫時的柔軟性優異。該黏著劑組成物能夠在低溫時賦予優異的耐龜裂性,並且能夠對將被黏著體彼此黏著後的成形品賦予優異的耐熱蠕變特性。
本實施形態的被黏著體的黏著方法,可包括:將上述黏著劑組成物塗佈於第1被黏著體來形成熱熔黏著劑層的步驟;使熱熔黏著劑層再活化的步驟;及,經由經再活化的熱熔黏著劑層來將第1被黏著體與第2被黏著體壓合的步驟。黏著劑組成物在第1被黏著體上的塗佈量,可為例如10~300 g/m2
。
[預塗表皮材料]
本實施形態的黏著劑組成物為考慮環境問題而得的無溶劑型黏著劑,且塗佈後的處理限制較少。該黏著劑組成物能夠作為汽車內裝用黏著劑使用,該汽車內裝用黏著劑會對聚烯烴等成形品顯示優異的黏著性。將黏著劑組成物塗佈於汽車內裝用表皮材料上而形成熱熔黏著劑層,即能夠製作汽車內裝用的預塗表皮材料。本實施形態的預塗表皮材料,能夠具備汽車內裝用表皮材料、及形成於該表皮材料上之本實施形態的熱熔黏著劑層。經由預塗表皮材料的熱熔黏著劑層來將汽車內裝用成形品黏著,即能夠製作汽車內裝材料。本實施形態的汽車內裝材料,其藉由至少將汽車內裝用的預塗表皮材料與汽車內裝用成形品黏著在一起而成。
本實施形態的預塗表皮材料,能夠以下述方式製作:使用輥塗佈器等塗佈裝置,來將上述黏著劑組成物塗佈於聚胺酯發泡體、附有聚胺酯發泡體之織物、附有聚烯烴發泡體之薄片等的表皮材料上,而形成熱熔黏著劑層。預塗表皮材料,例如:即使在0℃以下的低溫環境中彎折,仍不會發生龜裂。因此,預塗表皮材料的保管及搬運時的限制較少。能夠以下述方式獲得汽車內裝材料:將預塗表皮材料加熱,並在熱熔黏著劑層熔融後,藉由加壓成形或真空成形來使其與聚烯烴成形品黏著。本實施形態的汽車內裝材料,在以80℃、負載100 g來進行24小時的耐熱蠕變試驗後的剝離長度,能夠作成10 mm以下。換言之,本實施形態的黏著劑組成物,作為汽車內裝用黏著劑,具有良好的黏著性及耐熱性,且在低溫時的柔軟性優異。
[實施例]
藉由實施例及比較例來更詳細說明本發明,但本發明並不受此等例所限定。
準備下述(A)~(F)成分及抗氧化劑。
((A)成分:1-丁烯均聚物)
1-丁烯均聚物:LyondellBasell公司製的商品名「PB0800M」(熔點124℃、MFR(190℃,2.16 kg負載)200 g/10分鐘)
((B)成分:熔點未達80℃的乙烯系聚合物)
α-烯烴共聚物(1):三井化學股份有限公司製的商品名「TAFMER DF7350」(乙烯-α-烯烴共聚物,熔點55℃,MFR(190℃,2.16 kg負載)35 g/10分鐘,拉伸彈性模數(23℃)10 MPa,E’(23℃) 9 MPa)
α-烯烴共聚物(2):三井化學股份有限公司製的商品名「TAFMER DF640」(乙烯-α-烯烴共聚物,熔點39℃,MFR(190℃,2.16 kg負載)3.6 g/10分鐘,拉伸彈性模數(23℃)5 MPa,E’(23℃) 4 MPa)
EVA(1):TOSOH股份有限公司製的商品名「Ultrathene 735」(乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物,醋酸乙烯酯含量28質量%,熔點67℃,MFR(190℃,2.16 kg負載)1000 g/10分鐘)
EVA(2):TOSOH股份有限公司製的商品名「Ultrathene 710」(乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物,醋酸乙烯酯含量28質量%,熔點69℃,MFR(190℃,2.16 kg負載)18 g/10分鐘)
((C)成分:熔點80℃以上的α-烯烴共聚物)
α-烯烴共聚物(3):三井化學股份有限公司製的商品名「TAFMER BL3450M」(1-丁烯-α-烯烴共聚物,熔點100℃,MFR(190℃,2.16 kg負載)4.0 g/10分鐘,拉伸彈性模數(23℃):250 MPa,E’(23℃):200 MPa)
α-烯烴共聚物(4):三井化學股份有限公司製的商品名「TAFMER PN-2070」(丙烯-α-烯烴共聚物,熔點140℃,MFR(230℃,2.16 kg負載)7.0 g/10分鐘,拉伸彈性模數(23℃):14 MPa,E’(23℃):15 MPa)
((D)成分:增黏樹脂)
增黏樹脂(1):荒川化學股份有限公司製的商品名「ARKON P140」(氫化石油樹脂,軟化點:140℃)
增黏樹脂(2):荒川化學股份有限公司製的商品名「ARKON P125」(氫化石油樹脂,軟化點:125℃)
((E)成分:蠟)
聚丙烯蠟:三洋化成工業股份有限公司製的商品名「VISCOL 660-P」(熔點:145℃)
((F)成分:液狀軟化劑)
液狀聚丁烯:日油股份有限公司製的商品名「日油POLYBUTENE 30N」(動黏度(100℃):670 mm2

受阻酚系抗氧化劑:BASF Japan股份有限公司製的商品名「Irganox 1010」

[黏著劑組成物的製作]
(實施例1)
使用一種設定在180℃的內容積2 L的揉合機,以使原料饋入量合計成為1 kg的方式,將受阻酚系抗氧化劑0.5質量份、磷系抗氧化劑0.5質量份、α-烯烴共聚物(1)3.0質量份、α-烯烴共聚物(4)17.0質量份、及增黏樹脂(2)30.0質量份揉合,並使其完全熔融後,添加1-丁烯均聚物19.0質量份並揉合後,使其完全熔融。然後,添加聚丙烯蠟14.0質量份及液狀聚丁烯17.0質量份並揉合後,使其熔融。將所獲得的熔融物填充在脫模箱中,而獲得黏著劑組成物。
(實施例2)
除了將α-烯烴共聚物(1)變更為α-烯烴共聚物(2)以外,其餘與實施例1同樣地進行,而獲得黏著劑組成物。
(實施例3)
除了將α-烯烴共聚物(1)變更為EVA(1)以外,其餘與實施例1同樣地進行,而獲得黏著劑組成物。
(實施例4)
除了將α-烯烴共聚物(1)變更為EVA(2)以外,其餘與實施例1同樣地進行,而獲得黏著劑組成物。
(實施例5)
除了將增黏樹脂(2)的量變更為27.0質量份、將聚丙烯蠟的量變更為17.0質量份以外,其餘與實施例1同樣地進行,而獲得黏著劑組成物。
(實施例6)
除了將增黏樹脂(2)30.0質量份變更為增黏樹脂(1)27.0質量份、將聚丙烯蠟的量變更為17.0質量份以外,其餘與實施例2同樣地進行,而獲得黏著劑組成物。
(比較例1)
除了將1-丁烯均聚物的量變更為22.0質量份、不添加α-烯烴共聚物(1)以外,其餘與實施例1同樣地進行,而獲得黏著劑組成物。
(比較例2)
除了將α-烯烴共聚物(1)變更為α-烯烴共聚物(3)以外,其餘與實施例1同樣地進行,而獲得黏著劑組成物。
(比較例3)
除了將1-丁烯均聚物的量變更為36.0質量份、不添加α-烯烴共聚物(4)以外,其餘與實施例1同樣地進行,而獲得黏著劑組成物。
(比較例4)
除了不添加1-丁烯均聚物、將α-烯烴共聚物(4)的量變更為36.0質量份以外,其餘與實施例1同樣地進行,而獲得黏著劑組成物。
(比較例5)
除了將聚丙烯蠟的量變更為31.0質量份、不添加液狀聚丁烯以外,其餘與實施例1同樣地進行,而獲得黏著劑組成物。
(比較例6)
除了不添加聚丙烯蠟、將液狀聚丁烯的量變更為31.0質量份以外,其餘與實施例1同樣地進行,而獲得黏著劑組成物。
[評估]
對在實施例及比較例中所製得的黏著劑組成物,進行下述評估。結果是如表1及表2所示。
(1)軟化點測定
依據JIS K6863,以環球法來測定黏著劑組成物的軟化點。
(2)黏度測定
依據JIS K6862,使用B型黏度計來測定黏著劑組成物在180℃時的熔融黏度。
(3)試驗片的製作
準備附有聚丙烯發泡體之熱塑性聚烯烴(TPO)薄片(聚丙烯發泡體層厚度為2.0 mm,TPO薄片厚度為0.5 mm,聚丙烯發泡體的發泡倍率為20倍)來作為表皮材料,並準備經異丙醇進行脫脂處理後的聚丙烯成形品(日立化成股份有限公司製,商品名「KOBE POLYSHEET PP」的成形板,厚度為2.0 mm)來作為聚烯烴成形品。使用一種設定在190℃的輥塗佈器,以100 g/m2
來將黏著劑組成物塗佈於附有聚丙烯發泡體之TPO薄片的聚丙烯發泡體層側,而製作一種具有熱熔黏著劑層之預塗表皮材料。在25℃將預塗表皮材料放置24小時後,使用遠紅外線加熱器來將熱熔黏著劑層加熱,並在熱熔黏著劑層的表面溫度成為160℃時,從遠紅外線加熱器將預塗表皮材料取出至25℃環境中。然後,在熱熔黏著劑的表面溫度成為120℃的瞬間,藉由加壓成形(0.05 MPa,10秒)來將預塗表皮材料與25℃的聚丙烯成形品壓合,而製作試驗片。比較例4的黏著劑組成物由於黏度顯著增加而無法使用輥塗佈器來塗佈,故無法製作試驗片。
(4)耐熱蠕變
在製作試驗片後24小時後,在80℃環境中,對試驗片的表皮材料的一端施加垂直方向100 g/25 mm的負載,而進行24小時的蠕變試驗,並測定剝離長度。表1及2中,「A」表示從聚丙烯成形品側的界面破壞,「B」表示表皮材料的材質破壞,「C」表示黏著劑層的凝集破壞。比較例3及5的黏著劑組成物的試驗片,由於發生龜裂,故不評估耐熱蠕變。
(5)剝離黏著強度
在製作試驗片後24小時後,在23℃環境中,使用拉伸試驗機來測定180剝離黏著強度(拉伸速度:200 mm/分鐘,測定試驗片寬度為25 mm)。表1及表2中,「A」表示從聚丙烯成形品側的界面破壞,「B」表示表皮材料的材質破壞,「C」表示黏著劑層的凝集破壞。比較例3及5的黏著劑組成物的試驗片,由於發生龜裂,故不評估剝離黏著強度。
(6)耐龜裂性
在23℃環境中,將預塗表皮材料放置48小時後,將切割成100×50 mm大小的預塗表皮材料,放置於低溫槽內。在低溫槽內,將預塗表皮材料放置30分鐘後,將與低溫槽相同溫度的直徑20 mm的圓棒壓住預塗表皮材料的中央部,並將預塗表皮材料以捲取的方式在3秒內折彎180抵接圓棒的面為黏著劑層側的情形及表皮材料側的情形來實施。將在雙方的試驗中皆未發生龜裂的情形判定為耐龜裂性為「OK」,將在至少其中一方的試驗中發生龜裂的情形判定為耐龜裂性為「NG」。

Claims (8)
- 一種熱熔黏著劑組成物,其含有:1-丁烯均聚物、熔點未達80℃的乙烯系聚合物、熔點80℃以上的α-烯烴共聚物、增黏樹脂、蠟、及液狀軟化劑;並且,前述乙烯系聚合物,包含從由乙烯-α-烯烴共聚物及乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物所組成之群組中選出的至少1種共聚物。
- 如請求項1所述之熱熔黏著劑組成物,其中,前述乙烯系聚合物的熔點為65℃以下。
- 如請求項1所述之熱熔黏著劑組成物,其中,前述熔點80℃以上的α-烯烴共聚物,包含熔點80℃以上的丙烯-α-烯烴共聚物。
- 如請求項1所述之熱熔黏著劑組成物,其中,前述增黏樹脂包含氫化系增黏樹脂。
- 如請求項1所述之熱熔黏著劑組成物,其中,前述蠟包含聚丙烯系蠟。
- 如請求項1至5中任一項所述之熱熔黏著劑組成物,其在180℃時的熔融黏度為100Pa‧s以下。
- 一種汽車內裝用的預塗表皮材料,其具備熱熔黏著劑層及汽車內裝用表皮材料,該熱熔黏著劑層包含請求項1至6中任一項所述之熱熔黏著劑組成物。
- 一種汽車內裝材料,其藉由至少將請求項7所述之汽車內裝用的預塗表皮材料與汽車內裝用成形 品黏著在一起而成。
