Abstract

本發明的具調光功能的積層體1包括多個片材2~6,該多個片材2~6包含於表背兩側分別配置於最外層的兩玻璃片材2、3以及配置於兩玻璃片材2、3相互之間的樹脂片材6及調光片材4,多個片材2~6藉由介於相鄰的片材彼此相互之間的黏接層7而積層一體化,且將鄰接於調光片材4的表側而配置的表側片材、與鄰接於背側而配置的背側片材均設為玻璃片材2、5。

Description

具調光功能的積層體
本發明是有關於一種具備玻璃片材、樹脂片材及調光片材的具調光功能的積層體。
如眾所周知般,存在可藉由液晶方式、熱致變色(thermochromic)方式、懸浮粒子元件(Suspended Particle Device,SPD)方式、電致變色(electrochromic)方式等來調節窗的光學特性(光的透過率或色調等)的調光窗。
再者,於謀求調光窗的輕量化時,有時代替構成調光窗的玻璃板,而利用如專利文獻1所揭示的、於樹脂片材的表背兩側分別經由黏接層貼合有玻璃片材的積層體。具體而言,於積層體的樹脂片材與玻璃片材之間經由黏接層而配置調光片材(伴隨電源的通斷(on-off)切換而調節光的透過率的片材等),製成具調光功能的積層體。該具調光功能的積層體較相同厚度的玻璃板而更輕,故而可相應地實現調光窗的輕量化。 [現有技術文獻] [專利文獻]

[發明所欲解決之課題] 然而,所述具調光功能的積層體存在下述般的需解決的問題。
即,由夾持調光片材而相向的玻璃片材與樹脂片材的熱膨脹係數之差導致產生應力,由於該應力而產生調光片材的功能降低或調光片材破損的不良狀況。若列舉具體例,則對於具備相向配置的兩片基材片材、及封入兩基材片材之間的液晶或配向粒子的調光片材而言,有時由於所述應力而兩基材片材的間隔變得不均勻從而光的透過率發生偏差,或基材片材剝離而調光片材破損。
鑒於所述情況而成的本發明的技術課題在於:於具備玻璃片材、樹脂片材及調光片材的具調光功能的積層體中,避免調光片材的功能降低或破損。 [解決課題之手段]
為了解決所述課題而創設的本發明是一種具調光功能的積層體,其包括多個片材,該多個片材包含於表背兩側分別配置於最外層的兩玻璃片材、以及配置於兩玻璃片材相互之間的樹脂片材及調光片材,多個片材藉由介於相鄰的片材彼此相互之間的黏接層而積層一體化,所述具調光功能的積層體的特徵在於:鄰接於調光片材的表側而配置的表側片材、與鄰接於背側而配置的背側片材均為玻璃片材,或均為樹脂片材。
根據此種結構,表側片材與背側片材均為玻璃片材,或均為樹脂片材,故而表側片材與背側片材具有類似的熱膨脹特性。藉此,可儘可能地抑制由表側片材與背側片材的熱膨脹係數之差所引起的應力的產生。其結果為,可避免調光片材的功能降低或破損。
所述結構中,較佳為關於表側片材與背側片材的熱膨脹係數,較大的值為較小的值的4倍以下。
根據此種結構,關於兩片材的熱膨脹係數,較大的值為較小的值的4倍以下,故而可進一步抑制由表側片材與背側片材的熱膨脹係數之差所引起的應力的產生。其結果為,可更可靠地避免調光片材的功能降低或破損。
所述結構中,較佳為表側片材與背側片材的組成相同。

所述結構中,表側片材與背側片材的厚度可相同亦可不同。
例如,於表側片材與背側片材中的一個片材為配置於最外層的玻璃片材的情形時,若使該玻璃片材的厚度大於另一片材(玻璃片材)的厚度,則可藉由其中一個片材的厚度而確保具調光功能的積層體對外力的強度,並且藉由另一片材的薄度而防止積層體的厚度的不當增大。進而,例如於表側片材與背側片材均為樹脂片材的情形時,若使其中一個片材的厚度大於另一片材的厚度,則可藉由其中一個片材的厚度而確保作為積層體的芯材的充分強度,並且藉由另一片材的薄度而防止積層體的厚度的不當增大。
所述結構中,配置於最外層的兩玻璃片材的厚度可相同亦可不同。
例如,於僅於具調光功能的積層體的厚度方向的單側一半配置有調光片材的情形時,若使不存在調光片材的一側的最外層的玻璃片材的厚度大於存在調光片材的一側的最外層的玻璃片材的厚度,則可取得表背兩側的剛性平衡,儘可能地抑制積層體的翹曲。
所述結構中,較佳為黏接層具有紫外線遮蔽功能。
若如此設定,則關於對紫外線的耐受性低的樹脂片材或調光片材,可保護該些片材免受由紫外線所致的劣化。
所述結構中,和調光片材的表面黏接的黏接層、與和背面黏接的黏接層的厚度亦可不同。
例如,若於調光片材的表面側的黏接層與背面側的黏接層中,使存在於光對具調光功能的積層體入射的一側(採光側)的黏接層的厚度大於另一黏接層的厚度,則可進一步提高保護樹脂片材或調光片材免受由紫外線所致的劣化的功能。
所述結構中,較佳為構成該具調光功能的積層體的玻璃片材的厚度為0.05 mm~1.5 mm的範圍內。
若如此設定,則可確保具調光功能的積層體的輕量性或強度,且防止積層體的厚度的不當增大,並且亦可抑制翹曲的產生。
所述結構中,較佳為構成該具調光功能的積層體的玻璃片材為由無鹼玻璃或化學強化玻璃形成的片材,或包含由無鹼玻璃形成的片材及由化學強化玻璃形成的片材。
於玻璃片材為由無鹼玻璃形成的片材的情形時,耐環境性優異,故而可適當地防止具調光功能的積層體的變質。另外,於採用電致變色方式的片材作為調光片材的情形時,適於防止由鹼成分引起的電致變色功能材料的變質。另一方面,於玻璃片材為由化學強化玻璃形成的片材的情形時,即便玻璃片材薄亦可確保充分的強度。該由化學強化玻璃形成的片材適合設為最外層的玻璃片材。
所述結構中,調光片材亦可為具有可撓性的液晶方式或SPD方式的片材。
於調光片材為具有可撓性的液晶方式或SPD方式的片材,且該片材經由黏接層而配置於樹脂片材與玻璃片材之間般的情形時,尤其容易產生調光片材的功能降低或破損。因此,若將本發明應用於調光片材為具有可撓性的液晶方式或SPD方式的片材的情形,則可更適當地享有所述效果。 [發明的效果]
根據本發明,可於具備玻璃片材、樹脂片材及調光片材的具調光功能的積層體中,避免調光片材的功能降低或破損。
以下,一方面參照隨附圖式一方面對本發明的實施形態的具調光功能的積層體進行說明。再者,實施形態的說明中所參照的圖式中,為方便起見,有時以與實際不同的比率來表示具調光功能的積層體所具備的多個片材的厚度之比率。進而,實施形態的說明中,將圖式上的具調光功能的積層體的上側表述作「表側」,將下側表述作「背側」。另外,「表側」為太陽光的入射側(採光側或外部環境側),但本發明的積層體不限定於此,例如亦可配置於太陽光不入射的內部環境。
<第一實施形態> 如圖1所示,本發明第一實施形態的具調光功能的積層體1(以下表述作「積層體1」)具備於表背兩側分別配置於最外層的兩玻璃片材2、3以及配置於兩玻璃片材2、3相互之間的調光片材4、玻璃片材5及樹脂片材6。關於該些多個片材2~6,黏接層7介於相鄰的片材彼此相互之間,藉由黏接層7將多個片材積層一體化。
本實施形態中,鄰接於調光片材4的表側及背側而分別配置有玻璃片材2、玻璃片材5。即,本實施形態中,玻璃片材2、玻璃片材5分別構成鄰接於調光片材4的表側而配置的表側片材、及鄰接於調光片材4的背側而配置的背側片材。
構成積層體1的玻璃片材2、玻璃片材3、玻璃片材5有時由無鹼玻璃形成,亦有時由化學強化玻璃形成。另外,亦有時玻璃片材2、玻璃片材3、玻璃片材5的一部分由無鹼玻璃形成,其餘由化學強化玻璃形成。再者,於使用由化學強化玻璃形成的片材的情形時,可將鋁矽酸鹽玻璃(aluminosilicate glass)的片材加以化學強化而使用。化學強化玻璃較佳為配置於表背兩側或表背一者的最外層。再者,亦可使用由無鹼玻璃及化學強化玻璃以外的玻璃形成的片材作為玻璃片材2、玻璃片材3、玻璃片材5。
玻璃片材2、玻璃片材3、玻璃片材5的厚度為0.05 mm~1.5 mm的範圍內。再者,更佳為0.1 mm~1.3 mm的範圍內,進而佳為0.2 mm~1.1 mm的範圍內。
本實施形態中,玻璃片材2(調光片材4的表側片材)與玻璃片材5(調光片材4的背側片材)的厚度相同。然而,不限於此,亦可如圖2所示的第一實施形態的第一變形例般,兩玻璃片材2、5的厚度不同。或者,亦可使配置於最外層的玻璃片材2、玻璃片材3的厚度大於配置於積層體1的內部的玻璃片材5的厚度。藉此,可減小配置於樹脂片材6的表側的玻璃片材2、玻璃片材5的合計厚度與配置於樹脂片材6的背側的玻璃片材3的厚度之差,於樹脂片材6的表側與背側剛性的平衡提昇,故而可儘可能地抑制積層體的翹曲。
另外,本實施形態中,配置於最外層的兩玻璃片材(玻璃片材2與玻璃片材3)的厚度相同。然而,不限於此,亦可如圖3所示的第一實施形態的第二變形例般,兩玻璃片材2、3的厚度不同。具體而言,亦可使兩玻璃片材2、3中調光片材4不鄰接的玻璃片材3的厚度大於調光片材4鄰接的玻璃片材2的厚度。於該情形時,較佳為將玻璃片材3的厚度設為玻璃片材2的厚度的7倍以下,更佳為設為6倍以下,最佳為設為4倍以下。藉此,可減小配置於樹脂片材6的表側的玻璃片材2、玻璃片材5的合計厚度與配置於樹脂片材6的背側的玻璃片材3的厚度之差,於樹脂片材6的表側與背側剛性的平衡提昇,故而可儘可能地抑制積層體的翹曲。
配置於樹脂片材6的表側的玻璃片材2、玻璃片材5的合計厚度t1(mm)與配置於樹脂片材6的背側的玻璃片材3的厚度t2(mm)之比(t1/t2)例如可設為2以下,較佳為設為1.5以下,更佳為設為1.2以下。另外,較佳為設為0.4以上,更佳為設為0.5以上,最佳為設為0.8以上。
玻璃片材2(調光片材4的表側片材)與玻璃片材5(調光片材4的背側片材)較佳為相同組成(例如相同組成的無鹼玻璃彼此、化學強化玻璃彼此等),或即便組成不同,亦關於兩玻璃片材2、5的熱膨脹係數而使較大的值為較小的值的4倍以下。再者,更佳為較大的值成為較小的值的3倍以下。
此處,玻璃片材2、玻璃片材3、玻璃片材5亦可經成膜,亦可藉由膜而具有熱線吸收性、熱線反射性、隔熱性。
調光片材4例如可使用液晶方式、SPD方式、熱致變色方式、電致變色方式、光致變色方式等的片材。本實施形態中,使用液晶方式的調光片材4。該調光片材4為伴隨電源的通斷切換而調節光的透過率的片材。此處,就節能的觀點而言,調光片材4較佳為使用透過率於非通電時上升且透過率於通電時下降的反轉模式型(reverse mode type)。然而,不限定於此,亦可使用透過率於通電時上升且透過率於非通電時下降的正常模式型(normal mode type)。
調光片材4為使分別成膜有透明導電膜的兩片基材片材平行地相向而配置,並且於兩基材片材相互之間封入液晶而成的片材。該調光片材4具有可撓性,調光片材4的厚度例如為200 μm以下。再者,基材片材的材質例如可採用聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(Polyethylene terephthalate,PET)。另外,基材片材的厚度例如為100 μm以下。
再者,於使用熱致變色方式的調光片材的情形時,外部環境的熱容易傳至調光片材,故而較佳為如本實施形態般,與配置於表側的最外層的玻璃片材2鄰接而配置調光片材。
樹脂片材6的材質例如可採用聚碳酸酯、亞克力(acrylic)、PET。樹脂片材6的厚度較佳為設為玻璃片材2、玻璃片材3、玻璃片材5的厚度的2倍~30倍,具體而言,較佳為設為0.5 mm~30 mm的範圍內。
黏接層7是由熱熔型(hot melt type)或黏著片材型的黏接劑形成。熱熔型的黏接劑可使用乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate copolymer,EVA)或熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂(熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯(Thermoplastic Polyurethane,TPU))。另一方面,黏著片材型的黏接劑例如可使用光學用透明黏著劑。再者,黏接層7較佳為具有紫外線遮蔽功能。另外,黏接層7的厚度較佳為設為0.02 mm~1.0 mm的範圍內。
本實施形態中,和調光片材4的表面黏接的黏接層7a、與和背面黏接的黏接層7b的厚度相同。然而,不限於此,亦可如圖4所示的第一實施形態的第三變形例、或圖5所示的第一實施形態的第四變形例(使積層體1的表背顛倒的形態)般,兩黏接層7a、7b的厚度不同。具體而言,兩黏接層7a、7b中,配置於光的入射側的黏接層7a可較黏接層7b而厚度更大。再者,兩黏接層7a、7b可由相同的黏接劑形成,亦可由不同的黏接劑形成。圖4的第三變形例由於外部環境的熱不易傳導至調光片材,因而適於使用容易因熱而變質的電致變色方式的調光片材的情形。
以下,對本發明其他實施形態的具調光功能的積層體進行說明。再者,其他實施形態的說明中,關於與所述第一實施形態中已說明的元件實質上相同的元件,藉由標註相同符號而省略重覆的說明,僅對與第一實施形態的不同點進行說明。
<第二實施形態> 如圖6所示,對於第二實施形態的積層體1而言,與所述第一實施形態不同的方面為以下方面:除了調光片材4以外,還配置有新的調光片材8;鄰接於調光片材8的表側及背側而分別配置有玻璃片材3、玻璃片材9;以及成為以積層體1的厚度方向的中央為基準而表側與背側對稱的結構。
調光片材8、玻璃片材9分別具有與調光片材4、玻璃片材2相同的結構。第二實施形態中,玻璃片材2、玻璃片材9為配置於最外層的兩玻璃片材,調光片材4的表側片材為玻璃片材2,調光片材4的背側片材為玻璃片材5,調光片材8的表側片材為玻璃片材3,調光片材4的背側片材為玻璃片材9。該積層體1中,藉由兩個調光片材4、8,可進行二階段的調光。再者,兩個調光片材4、8亦可將白色與黑色等不同種的片材組合。
<第三實施形態> 如圖7所示,對於第三實施形態的積層體1而言,與所述第一實施形態不同的方面為以下方面:鄰接於調光片材4的表側及背側而分別配置有樹脂片材10、樹脂片材11;以及成為以積層體1的厚度方向的中央為基準而表側與背側對稱的結構。
本實施形態中,樹脂片材10、樹脂片材11分別構成調光片材4的表側片材及背側片材。兩樹脂片材10、11的材質與所述的樹脂片材6相同。
本實施形態中,樹脂片材10與樹脂片材11的厚度相同。然而,不限於此,亦可如圖8所示的第三實施形態的第一變形例般,兩樹脂片材10、11的厚度不同。於該情形時,厚的樹脂片材10作為積層體1的芯材發揮作用,可確保積層體1的充分強度。另外,藉由薄的樹脂片材11而可防止積層體1的厚度的不當增大。
另外,本實施形態中,和調光片材4的表面黏接的黏接層7a、與和調光片材4的背面黏接的黏接層7b的厚度相同。然而,不限於此,亦可如圖9所示的第三實施形態的第二變形例般,兩黏接層7a、7b的厚度不同(本變形例中,兩樹脂片材10、11的厚度亦不同)。具體而言,兩黏接層7a、7b中,配置於光的入射側的黏接層7a可較黏接層7b而厚度更大。
<第四實施形態> 如圖10所示,對於第四實施形態的積層體1而言,與所述第一實施形態不同的方面為以下方面:除了調光片材4以外,還配置有新的調光片材12;鄰接於調光片材4的表側及背側而分別配置有樹脂片材13、樹脂片材14,並且鄰接於調光片材12的表側及背側而分別配置有樹脂片材14、樹脂片材15;以及成為以積層體1的厚度方向的中央為基準而表側與背側對稱的結構。
調光片材12具有與調光片材4相同的結構。另外,樹脂片材13~樹脂片材15的材質與所述的樹脂片材6相同。第四實施形態中,調光片材4的表側片材為樹脂片材13,調光片材4的背側片材及調光片材12的表側片材為樹脂片材14,調光片材12的背側片材為樹脂片材15。該積層體1中,藉由兩個調光片材4、12,可進行二階段的調光。再者,兩個調光片材4、8亦可將白色與黑色等不同種的片材組合。
本實施形態中,樹脂片材13~樹脂片材15的厚度相互相同。然而,不限於此,亦可如圖11所示的第四實施形態的變形例般,樹脂片材13~樹脂片材15的厚度不同。具體而言,樹脂片材13~樹脂片材15中,位於積層體1的厚度方向的中央的樹脂片材14的厚度可較兩樹脂片材13、15的厚度而更大。 [實施例]
作為本發明的實施例,分別製作具有以下的[表1]~[表9]所示的結構的9種具調光功能的積層體,作為比較例,製作具有以下的[表10]所示的結構的具調光功能的積層體。對該等積層體的調光片材有無功能降低或破損進行驗證。
以下的[表1]~[表10]中,上段為「表側」,下段為「背側」。例如,[表1]所示的結構的具調光功能的積層體中,自表側向背側依次配置有玻璃片材、黏接層、調光片材、黏接層、玻璃片材、黏接層、樹脂片材、黏接層、玻璃片材。另外,表中的「CTE」對於玻璃片材而言表示30℃~380℃的平均熱膨脹係數,對於樹脂片材而言表示20℃~120℃的平均熱膨脹係數。再者,[表1]~[表9]所示的結構的具調光功能的積層體分別相當於實施例1~實施例9,[表10]所示的結構的具調光功能的積層體相當於比較例。

對於實施例1~實施例9及比較例的具調光功能的積層體(500 mm×500 mm),交替反覆實施10次於60℃保持30分鐘的保溫處理、與於-10℃保持30分鐘的保冷處理,藉此賦予由熱膨脹係數之差所引起的應力。將經保溫處理及保冷處理的積層體以格子狀以100 mm×100 mm劃分為25個,將各區塊的面中心設定為調光特性的評價部。
於調光片材為液晶方式、SPD方式或電致變色方式的情形時,將調光片材設為調光狀態(遮光狀態),自各樣本(積層體)的表側向背側於常溫照射30,000 lx的照明,測定穿過各區塊的面中心而來的光的照度(lx)。於調光片材為熱致變色方式的情形時,自各樣本(積層體)的表側向背側於常溫照射30,000 lx的照明,測定穿過各區塊的面中心而來的光的照度(lx)。此時,將環境溫度設為60℃且將調光片材設為調光狀態(遮光狀態)。再者,任一方式下,於照射照明時調光功能消失的情形時視為破損。
根據由各區塊所得的25個照度的測定值而求出最大值、最小值及平均值,於最大值與最小值之差相對於平均值所佔的比率為15%以下的情形時視為無功能降低,於超過15%的情形時視為有功能降低。
關於[表1]~[表9]所示的實施例1~實施例9,未確認到調光片材的功能降低或破損。相對於此,[表10]所示的比較例中,構成調光片材的基材片材剝離,以至調光片材破損。設想其原因在於,相對於鄰接於調光片材的表側而配置的玻璃片材的熱膨脹係數的大小,鄰接於背側而配置的樹脂片材的熱膨脹係數的大小大至約17倍。
由以上內容推測,根據本發明的具調光功能的積層體,可避免調光片材的功能降低或破損。

Claims (13)

  1. 一種具調光功能的積層體,包括多個片材,所述多個片材包含於表背兩側分別配置於最外層的兩玻璃片材、以及配置於所述兩玻璃片材相互之間的樹脂片材及調光片材,所述多個片材藉由介於相鄰的片材彼此相互之間的黏接層而積層一體化,所述具調光功能的積層體的特徵在於:隔著所述接著層而鄰接配置於所述調光片材的表側的所述片材為表側片材、隔著所述接著層而鄰接配置於所述調光片材的背側的所述片材為背側片材時,所述表側片材以及所述背側片材的兩者為玻璃片材,或所述表側片材以及所述背側片材的兩者為樹脂片材。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的具調光功能的積層體,其中關於所述表側片材與所述背側片材的熱膨脹係數,較大的值為較小的值的4倍以下。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述的具調光功能的積層體,其中所述表側片材與所述背側片材的組成相同。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述的具調光功能的積層體,其中所述表側片材與所述背側片材的厚度相同。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述的具調光功能的積層體,其中所述表側片材與所述背側片材的厚度不同。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述的具調光功能的積層體,其中配置於所述最外層的兩玻璃片材的厚度相同。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述的具調光功能的積層體,其中配置於所述最外層的兩玻璃片材的厚度不同。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述的具調光功能的積層體,其中所述黏接層具有紫外線遮蔽功能。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述的具調光功能的積層體,其中和所述調光片材的表面黏接的所述黏接層與和背面黏接的所述黏接層的厚度不同。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述的具調光功能的積層體,其中構成所述具調光功能的積層體的玻璃片材的厚度為0.05mm~1.5mm的範圍內。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述的具調光功能的積層體,其中構成所述具調光功能的積層體的玻璃片材為由無鹼玻璃或化學強化玻璃形成的片材,或包含由無鹼玻璃形成的片材及由化學強化玻璃形成的片材。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述的具調光功能的積層體,其中所述調光片材為具有可撓性的液晶方式的片材。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述的具調光功能的積層體,其中所述調光片材為具有可撓性的懸浮粒子元件方式的片材。
