Abstract

一種兒童安全座椅，包括一座椅殼體及一緩衝件。座椅殼體包括一背靠部和兩個側壁，背靠部具有一個朝向前方並適於支撑兒童背部的前表面，兩個側壁分別設於座椅殼體的左右兩側並適於限制兒童乘坐於座椅殼體時側向地移動，兩個側壁中之一者具有一個位於前表面前方的側壁部分。緩衝件與座椅殼體相連接，緩衝件可被配置為側向地突出於側壁部分的外側。

Description

兒童安全座椅
本發明涉及一種兒童安全座椅。
兒童安全座椅通常用於車輛中，以在車輛發生撞擊等意外時適當地限制兒童。尤其，當車輛發生前撞或後撞時，兒童安全座椅可藉由限制兒童前移或後移提供保護作用。除了提供前撞或後撞的保護以外，市面上的一些兒童安全座椅亦可設有側撞保護結構，以利於分散側撞的撞擊能量。然而，傳統的側撞保護結構有可能導致兒童安全座椅的側壁產生不理想的變形，不利於兒童的保護。
因此，目前有需要一種改良的兒童安全座椅，其提供更佳的保護，且至少改善以上的缺失。
本發明一目的在於提供一種兒童安全座椅，為兒童可提供更佳的側撞保護。根據一實施例，兒童安全座椅包括：一座椅殼體，包括一背靠部和兩個側壁，所述背靠部具有一個朝向前方並適於支撑兒童背部的前表面，所述兩個側壁分別設於所述座椅殼體的左右兩側並適於限制兒童乘坐於所述座椅殼體時側向地移動，所述兩個側壁中之一者具有一個位於所述前表面前方的側壁部分；及一緩衝件，與所述座椅殼體相連接，所述緩衝件可被配置為側向地突出於所述側壁部分的外側。
根據一實施例，所述前表面與一垂直平面垂直地交叉，而所述前表面與所述緩衝件投射於所述垂直平面上的影像之間的最小距離為1毫米至200毫米。
根據一實施例，所述前表面與一垂直平面垂直地交叉，而所述前表面與所述緩衝件投射於所述垂直平面上的影像之間的最小距離為5毫米至170毫米。
根據一實施例，所述前表面與一垂直平面垂直地交叉，而所述前表面與所述緩衝件投射於所述垂直平面上的影像之間的最小距離為10毫米至140毫米。
根據一實施例，所述前表面與一垂直平面垂直地交叉，而所述前表面與所述緩衝件投射於所述垂直平面上的影像之間的最小距離為15毫米至100毫米。
根據一實施例，所述垂直平面離所述兩個側壁的距離大致相等。
根據一實施例，所述緩衝件與所述側壁部分活動地連接，使所述緩衝件可介於第一位置與第二位置之間移動，其中，所述緩衝件處於第一位置時朝向所述側壁部分縮進，所述緩衝件處於第二位置時為側向地突出於所述側壁部分的外側。
根據一實施例，所述緩衝件與所述側壁部分相樞接。
所述的兒童安全座椅，其特徵在於：所述緩衝件鄰近於乘坐兒童的肩膀高度。
根據一實施例，所述緩衝件設於所述側壁部分上距離一乘坐平面約280毫米至約370毫米間的高度，所述乘坐平面大致對應所述兒童安全座椅中為接收兒童乘坐的支撑表面。
根據一實施例，所述緩衝件設於所述側壁部分上自所述背靠部的所述前表面向前方延伸約75毫米以內的區域中。
圖1-2分別繪示本發明一實施例所提供的兒童安全座椅100的立體圖和側視，圖3繪示兒童安全座椅100中有兒童200乘坐的立體圖，圖4則繪示沿圖3的垂直平面S的部分剖視圖。參閱圖1-4，兒童安全座椅100包括一支撑底座102、及一個設置於支撑底座102上的兒童座椅104。支撑底座102適於安裝在車輛座椅上，以提供兒童安全座椅100穩定的支撑。根據一實施例，支撑底座102可包括一底座殼體106、兩個鎖定裝置108及一支撑腳110。兩個鎖定裝置108可分別設於底座殼體106的左右兩側鄰近於其一端處，並與底座殼體106相組接。支撑腳110設置於底座殼體106中在鎖定裝置108的相對側處，並可伸出於底座殼體106的底部。支撑底座102安裝在車輛座椅上時，兩個鎖定裝置108可位於鄰近車輛座椅的椅背並與車輛內的錨定結構（例如ISOFIX錨定件）以可解開的方式相卡合，以便將支撑底座102鎖固於車輛座椅上。另外，支撑腳110可與車輛座椅前方的底面相抵接，以防止兒童安全座椅100翻覆。
參閱圖1-3，兒童座椅104可包含一座椅殼體112、一頭靠114和兩個側撞保護模組130。座椅殼體112可設置於支撑底座102上，並包括一座椅部116、一背靠部118和兩個側壁120。根據一實施例，包括座椅部116、背靠部118和兩個側壁120的座椅殼體112可為硬質材料，其包括，但不限於，硬質塑膠材料。座椅殼體112在座椅部116、背靠部118和兩個側壁120之間可界定出兒童乘坐空間。頭靠114與座椅殼體112相滑接，使頭靠114可沿座椅殼體112的背靠部118上下滑動。背靠部118具有一個朝向前方的前表面118A，其適於支撑兒童背部。兩個側壁120分別設於座椅殼體112的左右兩側並向前方凸出，且自背靠部118的頂端延伸至座椅部116。因此，兒童200乘坐於座椅殼體112時，兩個側壁120可限制兒童側向地移動。
參閱圖1-4，兩個側撞保護模組130具有相同的結構，為包括兩個與座椅殼體112相連接的緩衝件132。更具體而言，各側壁120可具有一個位於背靠部118的前表面118A前方的側壁部分120A，而兩個緩衝件132可分別與兩個側壁120的側壁部分120A相連接。藉此，緩衝件132可被配置為側向地突出於側壁部分120A的外側。
根據一實施例，緩衝件132與側壁部分120A活動地連接，使緩衝件132可介於第一位置與第二位置之間移動，其中，緩衝件132處於第一位置時為朝向側壁部分120A縮進的收折狀態，緩衝件132處於第二位置時為側向地突出於側壁部分120A的外側的展開狀態。例如，緩衝件132與側壁部分120A相樞接，使緩衝件132可介於第一位置與第二位置之間轉動，如圖1中所示的箭頭R。根據一實施例，側壁部分120A可具有一開口134，緩衝件132處於第一位置時為縮進開口134。
當車輛遭遇側向撞擊時，側向地突出於側壁部分120A的緩衝件132可撞到車輛內部的側板體(例如車門)並產生變形，從而起緩衝作用。尤其，經研究發現，緩衝件132所連接的側壁部分120A位於背靠部118的前表面118A前方時，緩衝件132在發生側向撞擊的情況下可迫使側壁部分120A向座椅殼體112內側彎曲，為兒童可提供更佳的保護作用。參見圖3、4，根據一實施例，垂直平面S離兩個側壁120的距離大致相等並與背靠部118的前表面118A垂直地交叉，而前表面118A與緩衝件132投射於垂直平面S上的影像之間的最小距離D（顯示於圖4）可為1毫米(mm)至200毫米。根據另一實施例，最小距離D可為5毫米至170毫米。根據另一實施例，最小距離D可為10毫米至140毫米。根據另一實施例，最小距離D可為15毫米至100毫米。舉例而言，前表面118A可沿一縱軸線P與垂直平面S交叉（即縱軸線P離兩個側壁120的距離大致相等），緩衝件132投射於垂直平面S上的影像位於前表面118A前方而不會穿越縱軸線P，而最小距離D可定義於縱軸線P與緩衝件132投射於垂直平面S上的影像之間。
配合圖3和圖4，圖5繪示沿圖3之垂直平面S的另一部分剖視圖。參閱圖3-5，兒童200乘坐於兒童安全座椅100時，緩衝件132可位於鄰近兒童200的肩膀高度H。肩膀高度H可為兒童肩膀相對於座椅部116之乘坐平面F的高度，其中，乘坐平面F大致對應兒童安全座椅100中為接收兒童200乘坐的支撑表面。根據一實施例，肩膀高度H介於約280毫米和約370毫米之間，而緩衝件132位於鄰近肩膀高度H。另外，緩衝件132投射於垂直平面S上的影像可位於區域M內，其中，區域M介於背靠部118的前表面118A和兒童200的肩膀平面Q之間延伸。肩膀平面Q與背靠部118的前表面118A實質上平行，且與兒童200的肩膀相交。根據一實施例，在垂直平面S中介於背靠部118的前表面118A和肩膀平面Q間的距離N介於0和約75毫米之間。
根據本發明一實施例，緩衝件132所連接的側壁部分120A可位於背靠部118的前表面118A前方且鄰近於乘坐兒童的肩膀高度H。緩衝件132可設於側壁部分120A上鄰近肩膀高度H且位在背靠部118的前表面118A和兒童200的肩膀平面Q之間的區域內。例如，緩衝件132可設於側壁部分120A上距離乘坐平面F約280毫米至約370毫米間的高度，且位於自背靠部118的前表面118A向前方延伸約75毫米以內的區域中。此外，前表面118A與緩衝件132投射於垂直平面S上的影像之間的最小距離D可如同上述的範圍。發生側向撞擊時，所配置的緩衝件132可迫使側壁部分120A向座椅殼體112內側彎曲，尤其在鄰近兒童的肩膀處向座椅殼體112內側彎曲，為兒童可提供有效的保護作用。
本發明的兒童安全座椅在發生側向撞擊時可為兒童提供更佳的保護作用，使兒童安全座椅使用上更安全。
以上所揭露的僅為本發明的較佳實施例而已，當然不能以此來限定本發明之權利範圍，因此依本發明申請專利範圍所作的等同變化，仍屬本發明所涵蓋的範圍。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種兒童安全座椅，包括：一座椅殼體，包括一背靠部和兩個側壁，所述背靠部具有一個朝向前方並適於支撑兒童背部的前表面，所述兩個側壁分別設於所述座椅殼體的左右兩側並適於限制兒童乘坐於所述座椅殼體時側向地移動，所述兩個側壁中之一者具有一個位於所述前表面前方的側壁部分；及一緩衝件，與所述座椅殼體相連接，所述緩衝件可被配置為側向地突出於所述側壁部分的外側，其中，所述緩衝件設於所述側壁部分上自所述背靠部的所述前表面向前方延伸約75毫米以內的區域中。
  2. 如請求項1所述的兒童安全座椅，其中，所述緩衝件與所述側壁部分活動地連接，使所述緩衝件可介於第一位置與第二位置之間移動，其中，所述緩衝件處於第一位置時朝向所述側壁部分縮進，所述緩衝件處於第二位置時為側向地突出於所述側壁部分的外側。
  3. 如請求項1所述的兒童安全座椅，其中，所述緩衝件與所述側壁部分相樞接。
