Abstract

本發明係提供一種車燈之水平光形調整系統,其包含:一傾角感測單元,其係用以配置於一車輛以感測其傾角值;一處理單元,其係收受傾角值以對應換算產生一驅動量值;一驅動模組,其係依據驅動量值以令驅動裝置對應驅動旋轉一照明裝置;藉此,本發明係可配置於機車或電動車,並於車輛因應轉彎而傾斜時,處理單元將可透過驅動模組及驅動裝置,進而將照明裝置之光型轉正,並予補足暗區,使暗區可消弭而不產生暗區死角,以維持良好之行車視線,藉以於昏暗處行車並轉彎時,仍可具有全面之光型,藉可有效提升駕駛人與各用路人之行車安全者。

Description

車燈之水平光形調整系統
本發明係提供一種車燈之水平光形調整系統,尤指一種可因應車輛轉向時產生之傾角而對應旋轉照明裝置,使不產生暗區死角,而仍維持水平之光型,藉以提升於行車時之安全性者。
按,車輛係配置有車燈,其主要目的係在於令駕駛人可清晰觀察路況,並可令其餘之用路人可予識別車輛之方向及位置;而為防止車燈之光型中,其不必要之光線影響對向來車之駕駛人產生眩光,故各國皆制訂有相關法規,藉以規範其光型,且必須有清晰之明暗截止線,以防止影響對向來車,藉以提升各用路人之交通安全。
而就二輪之車輛,如:機車或電動機車而言,其光區A雖已因應法規,惟如第1圖所示者,由於二輪車輛於轉向時,其車身將會傾斜一角度θ,進而導致光區A隨車輛之傾斜而歪斜,此時,將導致大範圍之暗區D產生,尤其於向左轉彎時,其暗區D面積將會更大,其係由於明暗截止線之設計左側之光區較低,導致於左彎時之光區左上方產生明顯之暗部,使駕駛人無法清晰觀及其左前方之視野,若於夜晚或較為昏暗之場所時,此將構成左前方視線之暗部死角,其將大幅影響行車安全。
有鑑於此,吾等發明人乃潛心進一步研究車輛轉向時之光型調整,並著手進行研發及改良,期以一較佳發明以解決上述問題,且在經過不斷試驗及修改後而有本發明之問世。
爰是,本發明之目的係為解決前述問題,為達致以上目的,吾等發明人提供一種車燈之水平光形調整系統,其包含:一傾角感測單元,其係用以配置於一車輛,並係用以感測該車輛之一傾角值;一處理單元,其係連結於該傾角感測單元,以對應收受該傾角值,並對應換算產生一驅動量值;以及一驅動模組,其係耦接於該處理單元及一驅動裝置,該驅動裝置係對應旋轉傳動於一照明裝置;且該驅動模組係依據該驅動量值以令該驅動裝置對應驅動旋轉該照明裝置者。
據上所述之車燈之水平光形調整系統,其中,該驅動裝置更設有一馬達單元及一傳動元件,該馬達單元係對應傳動旋轉該傳動元件;該照明裝置包含一旋轉座,其軸向一端設有一導接部件,且該傳動元件係對應傳動組接於該導接部件者。
據上所述之車燈之水平光形調整系統,其中,該旋轉座於相對該導接部件一端,更設有至少一發光單元,且該旋轉座於所述發光單元一端,更罩設有一透鏡模組。
據上所述之車燈之水平光形調整系統,更包含一殼體,其係對應組設有一套盤,其係套接於該旋轉座,且該旋轉座與該套盤間設有一軸承單元。
據上所述之車燈之水平光形調整系統,其中,該軸承單元為薄壁軸承、滾珠軸承、套筒軸承或滾珠軸承。
據上所述之車燈之水平光形調整系統,其中,該傳動元件於相對該導接部件一端,更凹設有一傳動孔。
據上所述之車燈之水平光形調整系統,更包含一調整單元,其設有一調整部件,且該調整部件係對應傳動組接於該傳動元件之該傳動孔者。
據上所述之車燈之水平光形調整系統,更包含一殼體,該調整單元係對應樞設於該殼體,且該調整單元及該殼體間設有一彈性元件;並於該調整單元彈性壓縮該彈性元件時,該調整部件方對應傳動組接於該傳動元件者。
據上所述之車燈之水平光形調整系統,其中,該傾角感測單元為慣性測量單元。
據上所述之車燈之水平光形調整系統,其中,該車輛為機車或電動車者。
是由上述說明及設置,顯見本發明主要具有下列數項優點及功效,茲逐一詳述如下:
1.本發明透過傾角感測單元之設置,藉可即時的感測車輛之傾角值,而處理單元則可因應傾角值而對應換算產生驅動量值,令驅動模組可透過驅動裝置而對應的傳動照明裝置,使照明裝置之光型可因應車輛之傾角而轉正,故於昏暗之環境行車時,若因應轉向等情形而使車輛傾斜時,照明裝置之光型將可被轉正而補足暗區,使暗區可消弭而不產生暗區死角,以維持良好之行車視線,藉可有效提升駕駛人與各用路人之行車安全者。
2.本發明透過傳動元件之配置,除可令馬達單元可傳動於傳動元件,使其可傳動旋轉照明裝置外,亦可於馬達單元失效或產生歸零偏差時,可藉由手動方式,透過螺絲起子或調整單元以對應伸入傳動孔,藉可予以手動樞轉傳動元件,使藉以調整照明裝置之角度,或校正馬達單元之初始位置,以提升本發明之適用性者。
關於吾等發明人之技術手段,茲舉數種較佳實施例配合圖式於下文進行詳細說明,俾供  鈞上深入了解並認同本發明。
請先參閱第2圖至第6圖所示,本發明係一種車燈之水平光形調整系統,其包含:
一傾角感測單元1,其係用以配置於一車輛(如:機車或電動機車),並係用以感測該車輛之一傾角值;在一具體之實施例中,該傾角感測單元1係可為慣性測量單元(Inertial measurement unit, IMU),藉可量測車輛於三軸方向之加速度;
一處理單元2,其係連結於該傾角感測單元1,以對應收受該傾角值,並對應換算產生一驅動量值;以及
一驅動模組3,其係耦接於該處理單元2及一驅動裝置4,該驅動裝置4係對應旋轉傳動於一照明裝置5;且該驅動模組3係依據該驅動量值以令該驅動裝置4對應驅動旋轉該照明裝置5;而在一具體之實施例中,該驅動裝置4係可為馬達,如:伺服馬達或步進馬達,而該驅動量值係可設定為其對應之轉速、圈數或Pulse(脈波)數,藉以令處理單元2可因應傾角值而定義適配之驅動量值,以令驅動裝置4可旋轉該照明裝置5至對應於該傾角值之角度。
藉此,如第7圖所示者,於車輛於未傾斜時,其將垂直於地面,而此時之照明裝置5將投射出略呈水平之光型;而當車輛因應各種情事(如:轉向)而傾斜時,如第8圖及第9圖所示,如前述者,傾角感測單元1將可對應感測車輛傾斜之傾角θ,並對應產生一傾角值,而處理單元2於收受傾角值時,將可換算對應於驅動裝置4之驅動量值,進而透過驅動模組3傳輸並驅動該驅動裝置4,使其可傳動旋轉該照明裝置5,使照明裝置5可如第8圖所示者,對應的呈一旋轉角度,而較佳者,係令照明裝置5所投射之光型B可呈現水平,藉以無論車輛朝左方或右方傾斜,處理單元2皆可透過驅動裝置4旋轉照明裝置5,使照明裝置5所投射至之光型皆為水平,而不受車輛之傾斜而影響,藉以如第9圖所示者,對比於虛線所示習知車輛於轉向時之光型,本發明顯可補足習知轉向時光區A偏移產生之暗區D,使其消弭而不產生暗部死角,以維持良好之行車視線,藉以於昏暗處行車並轉彎時,仍可具有全面之光型,藉可有效提升駕駛人與各用路人之行車安全者。
而就驅動裝置4對於照明裝置5之旋轉配置而言,如第5、10、11圖所示,在一實施例中,該驅動裝置4係設有一馬達單元41及一傳動元件42,該馬達單元41係對應傳動旋轉該傳動元件42;具體而言,驅動裝置4係可配置有一馬達座43,其係可容置馬達單元41,且該傳動元件42係對應樞設於馬達座43,而馬達單元41係可直接對應傳動於傳動元件42,在其他實施例中,亦可依扭力及傳動需求,而配置對應之齒輪組,以進行其減速比之微調,以提升其對於照明裝置5旋轉角度調整之精度;惟其僅係舉例說明,並不以此作為限定;而照明裝置5則係包含一旋轉座51,其於軸向一端設有一導接部件511,且該傳動元件42係對應傳動組接於該導接部件511;而在一具體之實施例中,導接部件511係可配置為一非圓形且具有輪廓特徵之凹孔,而傳動元件42則係可配置為對應特徵之凸軸,藉使傳動元件42可對應組接並傳動於該導接部件511,使傳動該旋轉座51旋轉。
而旋轉座51則係可於相對該導接部件511一端設置有至少一發光單元52,藉以提供光源,且該旋轉座51於所述發光單元52一端,更罩設有一透鏡模組53,以對應防護所述發光單元52,並可將發光單元52所發之光源進行投射,並調整至符合法規之光型。
而就車燈整體之配置而言,在一實施例中,係配置有一殼體6,其係對應組設有一套盤7,其係套接於該旋轉座51,且該旋轉座51與該套盤7間設有一軸承單元71;藉此,套盤7可提供對於旋轉座51之支撐,並且透過軸承單元71之設置,使套盤7對於旋轉座51之支撐不產生阻尼之效果,藉以令馬達單元41可藉由傳動元件42而順暢的轉動該旋轉座51;於本實施例中,軸承單元71係配置為薄壁軸承,而在其他實施例中,亦可為滾珠軸承、套筒軸承或滾珠軸承,惟其僅係舉例說明,並不以此做為限定。
而傾角感測單元1、處理單元2及驅動模組3之位置配置,在一實施例中,其係可集成設置於一電路板21,並對應配置於一控制盒8內,而該控制盒8則係可固接於殼體6一端,使其整體可一體化模組配置,在其他實施例中,亦可透過電線組串接獨立擺設於車輛之車體端,藉以降低本發明整體之配置成本,並可直接適配於現有之車輛,使提升本發明整體之適用性者。
而於本實施例中,係可於旋轉座51於所述發光單元52一端,更組設有一飾框54,藉以對透鏡模組53進行定位,且可遮蓋旋轉座51,並提供其裝飾效果,且可知悉者,該飾框54係設有一透光孔541,藉以令透鏡模組53可予以組設,並藉其投射光線者;而為因應其旋轉座51之旋轉配置,所述飾框54係可與旋轉座51相互固設,使其可同步旋轉,而軸承單元71則係配置於套盤7及飾框54之間,以如前述者,提供支撐並增進於轉動時之流暢性;而殼體6係可於套盤7相對該旋轉座51一端,更組設一燈殼61,藉以對套盤7、飾框54及旋轉座51進行防護者。
而為利於對照明裝置5之位置或馬達單元41歸零點進行微調,或可於馬達單元41失效時,對照明裝置5進行於旋轉角度上之調整,故在一實施例中,如第10圖所示者,該傳動元件42於相對該導接部件511一端,更凹設有一傳動孔421,其係呈非圓形之凹孔設置;藉此,若需對照明裝置5之位置或馬達單元41傳動之位置進行調整時,係可透過由殼體6上所開設之維修孔,直接透過一工件,如:螺絲起子,在不使用特殊工具之情形下,即可經維修孔而直接伸入傳動孔421,並透過旋轉工件而轉動傳動元件42,使傳動元件42可傳動旋轉照明裝置5,同時,亦可傳動於馬達單元41內部軸心之旋轉位置,藉以達致前述微調之功效。
而在一較佳之實施例中,係可於本發明直接配置一調整單元9,其設有一調整部件91,該調整單元9及該殼體6間設有一彈性元件92,且該調整部件91係對應傳動組接於該傳動元件42之該傳動孔421;而調整單元9在一實施例中,係對應樞設於該殼體6,並可藉由一C型扣93以對應扣接固定之;而該殼體6係可對應配置有一通孔62,藉以令調整部件91可予穿伸至傳動孔421處,而於正常狀態下,如第6圖所示,為防止馬達單元41對於傳動元件42進行傳動時一併傳動該調整單元9,造成馬達單元41傳動時之阻力,故透過彈性元件92及C型扣93之配置,使彈性元件92可對應彈性抵頂該調整單元9,令調整部件91於正常狀態下不組接於傳動孔421,並受C型扣93於軸向方向之卡掣定位;而當欲對照明裝置5或馬達單元41進行位置上之調整時,如第12圖所示,則可透過將C型扣93移除後,予以推動調整單元9,使調整部件91對應組設於傳動孔421,同時彈性元件92將被受力壓縮,此時,即可透過旋轉調整單元9,以藉由調整部件91傳動於傳動元件42,進而可進行如前述對照明裝置5或馬達單元41進行調整。
綜上所述,本發明所揭露之技術手段確能有效解決習知等問題,並達致預期之目的與功效,且申請前未見諸於刊物、未曾公開使用且具長遠進步性,誠屬專利法所稱之發明無誤,爰依法提出申請,懇祈  鈞上惠予詳審並賜准發明專利,至感德馨。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之數種較佳實施例,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,即大凡依本發明申請專利範圍及發明說明書內容所作之等效變化與修飾,皆應仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種車燈之水平光形調整系統,其包含:一傾角感測單元,其係用以配置於一車輛,並係用以感測該車輛之一傾角值;一處理單元,其係連結於該傾角感測單元,以對應收受該傾角值,並對應換算產生一驅動量值;以及一驅動模組,其係耦接於該處理單元及一驅動裝置,該驅動裝置係對應旋轉傳動於一照明裝置;且該驅動模組係依據該驅動量值以令該驅動裝置對應驅動旋轉該照明裝置;該驅動裝置更設有一馬達單元及一傳動元件,該馬達單元係對應傳動旋轉該傳動元件;該照明裝置包含一旋轉座,其軸向一端設有一導接部件,且該傳動元件係對應傳動組接於該導接部件。
  2. 如請求項1所述之車燈之水平光形調整系統,其中,該旋轉座於相對該導接部件一端,更設有至少一發光單元,且該旋轉座於所述發光單元一端,更罩設有一透鏡模組。
  3. 如請求項1所述之車燈之水平光形調整系統,更包含一殼體,其係對應組設有一套盤,其係套接於該旋轉座,且該旋轉座與該套盤間設有一軸承單元。
  4. 如請求項3所述之車燈之水平光形調整系統,其中,該軸承單元為薄壁軸承、滾珠軸承、套筒軸承或滾珠軸承。
  5. 如請求項1所述之車燈之水平光形調整系統,其中,該傳動元件於相對該導接部件一端,更凹設有一傳動孔。
  6. 如請求項5所述之車燈之水平光形調整系統,更包含一調整單元,其設有一調整部件,且該調整部件係對應傳動組接於該傳動元件之該傳動孔者。
  7. 如請求項5所述之車燈之水平光形調整系統,更包含一殼體,該調整單元係對應樞設於該殼體,且該調整單元及該殼體間設有一彈性元件;並於該調整單元彈性壓縮該彈性元件時,該調整部件方對應傳動組接於該傳動元件者。
  8. 如請求項1所述之車燈之水平光形調整系統,其中,該傾角感測單元為慣性測量單元。
  9. 如請求項1所述之車燈之水平光形調整系統,其中,該車輛為機車或電動車者。
