Abstract
一種連續押出筒狀彈性體網格結構的製造方法,其步驟包含:將一熱可塑彈性體母料熔融混煉;以及將混煉完成後之該熱可塑彈性體以不同押出方向之數個同心圓的方式押出多條熱可塑彈性體塑膠條,該熱可塑彈性體塑膠條於連接處熔融連接形成該連續押出筒狀彈性體網格結構;本發明利用押出機模頭結構設計,減少既有製造網格結構繁瑣步驟,並且達到降低成本的優勢。
Description
一種網格結構的製造方法與設備,特別適用於製造強度高的連續筒狀彈性體網格結構製造方法與設備。
目前網格材料工業上製造的方法,主要是將材料經過拉絲、逐層鋪網、加熱定型與成卷等步驟,以製成網格、網布狀的材料,製造過程與步驟繁瑣耗時,成本較高;且利用既有製程所製出的網格、網布狀材料,主要材料是聚丙烯、聚乙烯等塑膠材質,因材料特性與複雜的製造工序,導致網格結構的經緯絲呈現兩層或無法均勻熔融的問題,不僅成品不美觀且也容易導致經緯絲因收受外力而分層破裂的問題,強度與耐用性堪慮。
為了解決目前既有之網格材料工業製程步驟複雜與繁瑣,且成品不美觀又容易脫層破裂等種種問題,本發明提供一種連續押出筒狀彈性體網格結構的製造方法,其步驟包含:將一熱可塑彈性體母料熔融混煉;以及將混煉完成後之該熱可塑彈性體以不同押出方向之數個同心圓的方式押出多條熱可塑彈性體塑膠條,該熱可塑彈性體塑膠條於連接處熔融連接形成該連續押出筒狀彈性體網格結構。
其中:進一步將該連續押出筒狀彈性體網格結構冷卻定型。
其中:進一步將該連續押出筒狀彈性體網格結構張撐或拉伸。
進一步地,本發明也提供對應前述製造方法的製造設備,其包含:一混煉螺桿;一入料管;一押出模頭;一冷卻單元;以及其中,該押出模頭包含同心設置且可相反方向旋轉之一外側出料單元以及一內側出料單元,該外側出料單元上設有複數個外側出料口,該內側出料單元上同樣設有複數個內側出料口,該外側出料口與該內側出料口為交錯設置。
其中,該內側出料口的出料方向角度朝向該外側出料口之方向。
進一步地,於兩外、內側出料單元之間以墊片夾峙的方式設置不轉動之一中間出料單元,該中間出料單元上同樣設有數個中間出料口。
藉由上述說明可知,本發明具有以下優點:
1.本發明利用押出機模頭結構設計,減少既有製造網格結構繁瑣步驟,並且達到降低成本的優勢。
2.本發明使用熱可塑彈性體材料搭配押出製程模頭設計,所製作之網格結構在不同方向之塑膠條的結構上融合良好,不容易產生脫層的問題,結構強度與耐用性大幅提昇,係一創新又優異的技術發展。

請參考圖1,本發明提供一種連續押出筒狀彈性體網格結構,其
為筒狀結構10,並係由交錯為網狀的多條熱可塑彈性體塑膠條11所組成,在該筒狀結構10上形成多個鏤空孔12,其中,複數條該熱可塑彈性體塑膠條11重疊處相互融熔結合。較佳地,該鏤空孔12為方形、菱形、三角形或六邊形等,於此不限定。
其中,本發明的該熱可塑彈性體較佳為熱可塑性彈性體,包含熱可塑聚氨酯(TPU)、聚烯系彈性體(TPO)、聚醯胺系彈性體(TPA)或聚酯系彈性體(TPEE),具有水溶特性且富有彈性。
請參考圖2,本發明進一步提供連續押出筒狀彈性體網格結構的押出設備與製造方法。該押出設備包含依序設置並流體導通之:一混煉螺桿20、一入料管21、一押出模頭30以及一冷卻單元40。首先,以形成該鏤空孔12為方形或菱形等四邊形之第一較佳實施例為例,請參看圖3,本發明的該押出模頭30的一較佳實施例示意圖,該押出模頭30包含同心設置且可相反方向旋轉之一外側出料單元31以及一內側出料單元33,該外側出料單元31上設有複數個外側出料口311,該內側出料單元33上同樣設有複數個內側出料口331,該外側出料口311與該內側出料口331為交錯設置,較佳地,該內側出料口331的出料方向角度朝向該外側出料口311之方向。本發明可透過兩外、內側出料單元31、33的相對轉動速度,達到使該鏤空孔12形狀大小與夾角調控的效果;一般而言,若兩外、內側出料單元31、33相對轉動較慢,自兩外、內側出料單元31、33分別擠出之該熱可塑彈性體塑膠條11交互重疊處的面積越小,夾角相對較大,反之當兩外、內側出料單元31、33相對轉動較快時,可使該熱可塑彈性體塑膠條11交互重疊處之面積增加,夾角相對較小的效果。
本發明另一較佳實施例,以形成該鏤空孔12為三角形為例,除了前述第一較佳實施例所使用的兩相反方向旋轉之該外、內側出料單元31、33外,進一步於兩外、內側出料單元31、33之間以墊片夾峙的方式設置不轉動之一中
間出料單元32,該中間出料單元32上同樣設有數個中間出料口321,藉由外、中、內側之出料單元31、32、33之相對轉動關係,達到擠出不同平行方向之該熱可塑彈性體塑膠條11,以達成該鏤空孔12為三角形之效果。
進一步地,針對該鏤空孔12的大小與夾角的調整,除了前述透過各出料單元的相對旋轉速度調整外,也可以於該連續押出筒狀彈性體網格結構剛成形時,因塑料尚未完全結合固定,此時透過外力撐張也可達到該鏤空孔12的大小與夾角的調整效果,或甚至在該鏤空孔12甫成形為四邊形時,透過外力拉撐使該熱可塑彈性體塑膠條11重疊交接處延伸增長,造成該鏤空孔12最終形成六邊形的效果。
搭配前述之押出設備的製造步驟包含:提供至少一熱可塑彈性體母料於該混煉螺桿20中進行熔融混煉。其中,本發明除使用單一數量之該混煉螺桿20外,亦可使用數量為二或以上之該混煉螺桿20,以製造出不同材質之熱可塑彈性體塑膠條。
將熔融混煉後之該熱可塑彈性體材料自該入料管21分別送至該押出模頭30的至少該外側出料單元31以及該內側出料單元33,或較佳地,也送至該中間出料單元32,但本實施例僅先敘述該外側出料單元31以及該內側出料單元33之實施範例,並非用以限定僅可使用該外側出料單元31以及該內側出料單元33。
同時將該熱可塑彈性體材料自該外側出料單元31的該外側出料口311以及該內側出料單元33的該內側出料口331擠出,形成多條熱可塑彈性體塑膠條11,由於該內側出料口331的出料方向角度朝向該外側出料口311之方向,自不同出料口311、331擠出之該熱可塑彈性體塑膠條11會相互接觸並利用材料混煉時的餘溫餘連接處熔融連接,形成筒狀的連續押出彈性體網格結構。
將該連續押出筒狀彈性體網格結構押出至冷卻單元40中冷卻成
型,該冷卻單元40較佳係一冷卻水盆或水池,基本與目前塑膠製程的冷卻裝置相同,本發明於此不再贅述。
本發明在應用上可將該連續押出筒狀彈性體網格結構裁切為面片材,搭配黏貼其他織物,作為增加機械強度的支撐材使用,亦或是利用熱可塑彈性體加熱熔融並產生黏性的特點,可作為熱融黏膠使用。本發明具有高彈性與高透氣性的優勢,適用的領域可包含鞋材(運動鞋)、家具面料(座椅面料)、包裝材(水果包裝網袋)、過濾材(家庭廚房使用或冷氣濾網)或貼合材等。
本發明也可透過將不同方向,例如縱向該熱可塑彈性體塑膠條11以及橫向該熱可塑彈性體塑膠條11使用不同材質或顏色的材料擠出,達到所形成的網格結構更為多變化的特性與外觀需求。
以上所述僅為本發明的較佳實施例而已,並非用以限定本發明主張的權利範圍,凡其它未脫離本發明所揭示的精神所完成的等效改變或修飾,均應包括在本發明的申請專利範圍內。

- 一種連續押出筒狀彈性體網格結構的製造方法,其步驟包含:將一熱可塑彈性體母料熔融混煉;將混煉完成後之該熱可塑彈性體以不同押出方向之數個同心圓的方式朝重力方向押出多條熱可塑彈性體塑膠條,該熱可塑彈性體塑膠條於連接處熔融連接形成該連續押出筒狀彈性體網格結構;該連續押出筒狀彈性體網格結構包含交錯為網狀的多條熱可塑彈性體塑膠條並形成多個鏤空孔,該鏤空孔為四邊形;於該鏤空孔甫成形為四邊形,且熱可塑彈性體尚未完全固定結合時,將該連續押出筒狀彈性體網格結構張撐或拉伸,使該熱可塑彈性體塑膠條重疊交接處延伸增長,造成該鏤空孔形成六邊形;以及將該連續押出筒狀彈性體網格結構冷卻定型。
