Abstract
本發明公開一種可回收蒸煮袋及其可回收蒸煮聚酯膜。可回收蒸煮聚酯膜包括一熱封層以及至少一聚酯層。熱封層是由間苯二甲酸、新戊二醇、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯、1,4-環己烷二甲醇以及聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-環己烷二甲醇酯所形成。至少一聚酯層形成於所述熱封層上,且至少一聚酯層是由一聚酯組合物所形成。聚酯組合物包含一聚酯樹脂,其可選用PET瓶片回收,利用物理法、化學法製成聚酯樹脂,其具有一介於0.62分升/克至1.0分升/克之間的固有黏度。可回收蒸煮袋是由可回收蒸煮聚酯膜所製成的。
Description
本發明涉及一種蒸煮袋,特別是涉及一種可回收蒸煮袋及其可回收蒸煮聚酯膜。
蒸煮袋,又被稱為「軟罐頭」,是一種可以進行加熱處理的塑膠薄膜袋,其同時具有耐沸水塑膠袋與罐頭容器兩大優點,為理想的包裝容器。依據消毒等級可將蒸煮袋分為三類:(1) 121°C高溫蒸煮(約40至60分鐘);(2) 135°C高溫蒸煮(約20分鐘);(3) 145°C超高溫短時間蒸煮(約2至5分鐘)。
在現有技術中,一般高溫蒸煮袋為複合層,其基本結構由外而內依序為:表面層、中間層、熱封層,將不同的基材以膠黏劑貼合所構成。其中,表面層的基材需要具備良好的支撐度、耐熱性以及印刷性;中間層的基材則考慮遮光性、阻隔性以及雙面複合性;熱封層主要選用具備耐熱性、耐化學性、耐穿刺性以及低吸附性的基材。
常用的蒸煮袋雙層結構為:聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(polyethylene terephthalate, PET)/聚乙烯(polyethylene, PE)、PET/流延聚丙烯(cast polypropylene, CPP)或雙向拉伸尼龍(biaxially oriented polyamide, BOPA)/CPP。常用的蒸煮袋三層結構為:PET/鋁箔(aluminum foil, AL)/CPP、BOPA/AL/CPP、PET/ BOPA/CPP等。
由於蒸煮袋是由多層不同基材貼合而成,製作過程非常複雜,膠黏劑的選用不當、用量不當或是複合輥具有貼合誤差、壓力或溫度不足,都有可能會造成蒸煮袋容易起泡、起皺、變形等生產瑕疵;此外,蒸煮袋的複合貼合膜層也容易造層蒸煮袋在蒸煮後脫層剝離或破袋,更無法被回收再利用,進而造成塑膠汙染。
故,如何通過結構配方的改良,簡化蒸煮袋的製備步驟、降低蒸煮袋破袋機率以及讓蒸煮袋可回收再利用,來克服上述的缺陷,已成為該項事業所欲解決的重要課題之一。
本發明所要解決的技術問題在於,針對現有技術的不足提供一種可回收蒸煮袋及其可回收蒸煮聚酯膜。
為了解決上述的技術問題,本發明所採用的其中一技術方案是,提供一種可回收蒸煮聚酯膜,其包括一熱封層以及至少一聚酯層。所述熱封層是由間苯二甲酸、新戊二醇、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯、1,4-環己烷二甲醇以及聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-環己烷二甲醇酯所形成;至少一所述聚酯層形成於所述熱封層上,且至少一所述聚酯層是由一聚酯組合物所形成;其中,所述聚酯樹脂包含PET瓶片回收後,利用物理法、化學法物理法所製成的聚酯樹脂,且所述聚酯樹脂具有一介於0.62分升/克至1.0分升/克之間的固有黏度。在本發明的一實施例中,所述聚酯組合物還進一步包含一抗氧化成分、一晶核劑以及一流動助劑。
在本發明的一實施例中,以所述聚酯組合物的總重為基準,其包含95重量百分比至99重量百分比的所述聚酯樹脂;0.5重量百分比至2重量百分比的所述抗氧化成分;0.5重量百分比至2重量百分比的所述晶核劑;以及0.1重量百分比至0.5重量百分比的所述流動助劑。
在本發明的一實施例中,所述抗氧化成分包含50重量百分比至60重量百分比的一級抗氧化劑以及40重量百分比至50重量百分比的二級抗氧化劑。
在本發明的一實施例中,所述可回收蒸煮聚酯膜還進一步包括一印刷層,其形成於至少一所述聚酯層上,且所述印刷層是由水性聚酯樹脂、水性聚氨酯樹脂、水性壓克力樹脂中的其中一種或兩種以上,以及硬化劑所形成。
為了解決上述的技術問題,本發明所採用的另外一技術方案是,提供一種可回收蒸煮袋,其是所述可回收蒸煮聚酯膜所製成。
本發明的其中一有益效果在於,本發明所提供的可回收蒸煮袋及其可回收蒸煮聚酯膜,其能通過“所述熱封層是由間苯二甲酸、新戊二醇、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯、1,4-環己烷二甲醇以及聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-環己烷二甲醇酯所形成”以及“至少一所述聚酯層是由一聚酯組合物所形成;所述聚酯樹脂包含PET瓶片回收後,利用物理法、化學法物理法所製成的聚酯樹脂,且所述聚酯樹脂具有一介於0.62分升/克至1.0分升/克之間的固有黏度的技術方案,讓可回收蒸煮聚酯膜的材料都是由聚酯材料所形成的,具有良好的熱封性以及耐高溫蒸煮性,同時不需要使用膠黏劑貼合,可避免脫層的情況發生,更可以被回收再利用。

由於現有技術的蒸煮袋是由不同基材通過膠黏劑貼合而成,具有工藝性複雜、無法被回收以及容易脫層破袋等問題。因此,本發明提供了一種使用聚酯材料共擠多層膜作為蒸煮膜,不需使用膠黏劑貼合,加工簡便又可以回收再利用的技術方案。
以下是通過特定的具體實施例來說明本發明所公開有關“環保型聚酯膜及其環保型聚酯組合物”的實施方式,本領域技術人員可由本說明書所公開的內容瞭解本發明的優點與效果。本發明可通過其他不同的具體實施例加以施行或應用,本說明書中的各項細節也可基於不同觀點與應用,在不悖離本發明的構思下進行各種修改與變更。另外,本發明的附圖僅為簡單示意說明,並非依實際尺寸的描繪,事先聲明。以下的實施方式將進一步詳細說明本發明的相關技術內容,但所公開的內容並非用以限制本發明的保護範圍。
應當可以理解的是,本文中所使用的術語“或”,應視實際情況可能包括相關聯的列出項目中的任一個或者多個的組合。
除非另外定義,否則本文中使用的所有技術及科學術語,都具有與本領域技術人員通常所理解含義相同的含義。當術語以單數形式出現時,涵蓋此術語的複數形式。
除非另有指示,否則本文中提到的所有百分比都為重量百分比。當提供一系列上、下限範圍時,涵蓋所提到的範圍的所有組合,如同明確列出各組合。
[第一實施例]
參閱圖1及圖2所示,本發明第一實施例提供一種可回收蒸煮聚酯膜F ,其包括一熱封層10以及至少一聚酯層20,至少一聚酯層20形成於熱封層10上。熱封層10是由間苯二甲酸、新戊二醇、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯、1,4-環己烷二甲醇以及聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-環己烷二甲醇酯所形成。進一步而言,添加聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-環己烷二甲醇酯作為熱封層10可以讓熔點降低,進而達到良好的熱封效果。聚酯層20可以是一層(如圖1所示),或兩層(如圖2所示)或多層;聚酯層20是由一聚酯組合物所組成,聚酯組合物至少包含聚酯樹脂,其可選用PET瓶片回收,利用物理法、化學法物理法製成聚酯樹脂,其具有一介於0.62分升/克至1.0分升/克之間的固有黏度,其包括所述物理性回收聚酯樹脂以及所述化學性回收聚酯樹脂;其中,所述化學性回收聚酯樹脂的重量比例為大於或等於5wt%。
進一步而言,聚酯樹脂可以是由一種或以上的二羧酸單元以及一種或以上的二元醇單元所形成。二羧酸單元的具體例包括:間苯二甲酸、對苯二甲酸、鄰苯二甲酸、環己烷二羧、萘二羧酸或其任意組合。二元醇單元的具體例包括:甲二醇、1,4-環己烷二甲醇、乙二醇、偕乙二醇、丙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、2,2-丙二醇、丁二醇、1,2-丁二醇、1,3-丁二醇、1,4-丁二醇、2,3-丁二醇、1,1-丁二醇、2,2-丁二醇、異丁二醇、1,2-異丁二醇、1,3-異丁二醇、1,1-異丁二醇、戊二醇、新戊二醇、1,5-戊二醇、己二醇、2,3-二甲基-2,3-丁二醇、2,5-二甲基-2,5-己二醇、二甘醇或其任意組合。
在一些實施例中,聚酯樹脂可以是經過固態聚合處理的聚酯顆粒。聚酯樹脂可以是選自聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)、聚對苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PPT)、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇脂(PEN)、聚萘二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBN)、聚對苯二甲酸環己烷二甲醇酯(PCT)、聚碳酸酯(PC)或聚芳酯;優選的聚酯樹脂為PET,最佳為PET瓶片回收。聚酯樹脂的固有黏度(intrinsic viscosity, IV)可介於0.62分升/克至1.0/克之間,優選為介於0.65分升/克至0.75分升/克之間,如此能減少聚酯樹脂於成型時受到的負荷(如環境負荷、外力負荷等),並且能減少剪切加工所產生的熱量,而避免聚酯樹脂發生熱分解。
於本實施例中,聚酯層20中的聚酯組合物包含95重量百分比至99重量百分比的聚酯樹脂;0.5重量百分比至2重量百分比的抗氧化成分;0.5重量百分比至2重量百分比的晶核劑;以及0.1重量百分比至0.5重量百分比的流動助劑。值得一提的是,聚酯組合物的配方可以提升雙向延伸薄膜的結晶配向度。
抗氧化劑成分包括50重量百分比至60重量百分比的一級抗氧化劑及40重量百分比至50重量百分比的二級抗氧化劑;值得一提的是,一級抗氧化劑與二級抗氧化劑能很好地發揮協同作用,以提供更好的抗氧化效果。進一步而言,一級抗氧化劑能快速和過氧化自由基(peroxy radical, ROO•)發生反應,以終止自由基連鎖反應;二級抗氧化劑能與氫過氧化物(ROOH)反應,將其轉化為無自由基且無反應活性的產物。一級抗氧化劑可選自酚類化合物或胺類化合物,具體可舉出商標名為Irganox 1010、Irganox 1425、Irganox 245、Anox 1315、Anox PP18、Anox 20、Lowinox 1790、Lowinox TBM-68及Naugard 445的市售品;二級抗氧化劑可選自亞磷類化合物或硫酯類化合物,具體可舉出商標名為Sandostab P-EPQ、Irgafos 168及Naugard 412S的市售品。
晶核劑能提高聚酯膜的耐熱性;此外,晶核劑能促進結晶成長,使結晶大小微細化;晶核劑可為礦物材料、金屬氧化物、矽化合物、有機酸或無機酸的金屬鹽、芳香族磷酸酯金屬鹽、多元醇衍生物、磺醯亞胺化合物、玻璃粉末、金屬粉末或其任意組合。礦物材料的具體例包括:石墨、滑石及高嶺土;金屬氧化物的具體例包括:氧化鋅、氧化鋁及氧化鎂;矽化合物的具體例包括:氧化矽、矽酸鈣及矽酸鎂;有機酸或無機酸的金屬鹽的具體例包括:碳酸鎂、碳酸鈣、碳酸鈉、碳酸鉀等碳酸金屬鹽、硫酸鋇、硫酸鈣、苯甲酸鈉及對叔丁基苯甲酸鋁;磷酸酯金屬鹽可舉出芳香族磷酸酯金屬鹽;多元醇衍生物可舉出二亞苄基山梨醇;考量耐熱性,優選的晶核劑為無機材料。
流動助劑能改善聚酯膜的透明度和表面光澤度;流動助劑可為季戊四醇硬脂酸酯(PETS)或其類似物,其在高溫下具有良好的熱穩定性、低揮發性和好的脫模和流動性能,且對部分結晶的聚酯有很好的成核作用。
[第二實施例]
參閱圖3所示,本發明第二實施例提供一種可回收蒸煮聚酯膜F’,其包括一熱封層10、至少一聚酯層20以及一印刷層30;於本實施例中,聚酯層20的數量為一層,其形成於熱封層10上;印刷層30形成於聚酯層20上,且印刷層是由水性聚酯樹脂、水性聚氨酯樹脂、水性壓克力樹脂中的其中一種或兩種以上,以及硬化劑所形成。其中,熱封層10和聚酯層20的材質同本發明第一實施例所述,於此不再贅述。
進一步而言,印刷層30的表面可以進行電暈處理,藉以達到易接著油墨的效果以及良好的印刷品質。
可回收蒸煮聚酯膜的具體製備方法可以是將經過固態聚合處理過的熱封層、聚酯層(以及印刷層)的母料分別加入不同的雙螺桿擠出機,並分別調整擠出機溫度至母料熔融,舉例而言,母料可以是包括聚酯成分、抗氧化成分、晶核劑、流動助劑等,經過混練、酯化反應熔融冷卻和造粒後所得到的;母料經過熔融、過濾後,以共擠多層膜方式製成疊層片,在經過橫向延伸加工與縱向延伸加工,形成可回收蒸煮聚酯膜。然而,上述所舉的例子只是其中一可行的實施例而並非用以限定本發明。
本發明另外提供一種可回收蒸煮袋,其是由本發明的可回收蒸煮聚酯膜所製成的,可用於食品包裝。
[耐蒸煮試驗]
由可回收蒸煮聚酯膜所製成的可回收蒸煮袋具有耐高溫蒸煮的效果。可回收蒸煮袋在121°C水中蒸煮30分鐘,或在135°C水中蒸煮15分鐘後,其表面不變形、不起皺、層與層之間不脫層分離。
[實施例的有益效果]
本發明的其中一有益效果在於,本發明所提供的可回收蒸煮袋及其可回收蒸煮聚酯膜,其能通過“所述熱封層是由聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-環己烷二甲醇酯所形成”以及“至少一所述聚酯層是由一聚酯組合物所形成;其中所述聚酯組合物包含一聚酯樹脂,所述聚酯樹脂包含PET瓶片回收後,利用物理法、化學法物理法所製成的聚酯樹脂,且所述聚酯樹脂具有一介於0.62分升/克至1.0分升/克之間的固有黏度的技術方案,讓可回收蒸煮聚酯膜的各層材料都是由聚酯材料所形成的,具有良好的熱封性以及耐高溫蒸煮性,同時不需要使用膠黏劑貼合,可避免脫層的情況發生,更可以被回收再利用。
進一步而言,本發明的可回收蒸煮聚酯膜,是以聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-環己烷二甲醇酯取代CPP作為熱封層,其具有良好的熱穩定性、耐水蒸煮性以及熱封性,且其熱封強度於180度熱封時性能與CPP相當;聚酯層具有一介於0.62分升/克至0.80分升/克之間的固有黏度,其不需要使用膠黏劑即可以有效黏合熱封層,不易脫層,使得工藝製程簡單。此外,印刷層上的表面經過電暈處理,可以有效增加印刷上色效果。

Claims (6)
- 一種可回收蒸煮聚酯膜,其包括:一熱封層,其是由間苯二甲酸、新戊二醇、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯、1,4-環己烷二甲醇以及聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-環己烷二甲醇酯所形成;以及至少一聚酯層,其形成於所述熱封層上,且至少一所述聚酯層是由一聚酯組合物所形成;其中,所述聚酯組合物包含一聚酯樹脂,所述聚酯樹脂包含PET瓶片回收後,利用物理法、化學法物理法所製成的聚酯樹脂,且所述聚酯樹脂具有一介於0.62分升/克至1.0分升/克之間的固有黏度。
- 如請求項1所述的可回收蒸煮聚酯膜,其中,所述聚酯組合物還進一步包含一抗氧化成分、一晶核劑以及一流動助劑。
- 如請求項2所述的可回收蒸煮聚酯膜,其中,所述抗氧化成分包含50重量百分比至60重量百分比的一級抗氧化劑以及40重量百分比至50重量百分比的二級抗氧化劑。
- 如請求項1所述的可回收蒸煮聚酯膜,還進一步包括一印刷層,其形成於至少一所述聚酯層上,且所述印刷層是由水性聚酯樹脂、水性聚氨酯樹脂、水性壓克力樹脂中的其中一種或兩種以上,以及硬化劑所形成。
- 如請求項4所述的可回收蒸煮聚酯膜,其中,所述印刷層的表面經過電暈處理。
- 一種可回收蒸煮袋,其是由如請求項1至5任一項所述的可回收蒸煮聚酯膜所製成。
