Abstract
本發明係揭露一種石膏板,其係包含一石膏基質,且此石膏基質中分布有相對石膏之至少1重量百分比(wt%)之一聚合添加物,此石膏基質更嵌有第一群組之纖維質料與第二群組之纖維質料,第一群組之纖維質料的平均長度是第二群組之纖維質料的平均長度的至少三倍。
Description
本發明係有關一種用於建築結構之面板,特別是關於一種能提供分隔區之面板,以供水槽、電視或散熱器固定之。
輕重量之面板,例如石膏板(如石膏材料之石膏板)、聚苯乙烯板與纖維板,一般在建築物中提供分隔區,在應用上的優點包含重量輕,且安裝迅速。
然而,在某些狀況中,如此輕重量之面板有一缺點,即強度不夠支撐設備(例如水槽、電視、散熱器、滅火器、架子及其他任何需與面板貼附之物)。在如此狀況裡,設備的重量會造成固定裝置(例如螺絲釘)從面板上脫落,使設備從此分隔區上掉離。
通常,此問題係以提供膠合板來增加面板的固定強度來解決。在此例中,膠合板係設於面板之一側,其與設備安裝在面板之另一側面彼此相對。膠合板可以增加強度,以保持固定裝置(例如螺絲釘)固定,進而將設備牢定於面板上。通常,膠合板位於分隔架構內,且石膏板固定於膠合板,使石膏板位於分隔架構外側。
或者使用另一種選擇,即提供金屬支撐裝置,其係包含固定薄板、通道、金屬帶或金屬扣件。如同膠合板之狀況,金屬支撐裝置通常設於面板之一側,其與設備安裝在面板之另一側彼此相對,金屬支撐裝置接受並穩定固定裝置,例如固定螺絲釘,其係能用於將設備安裝於面板上。
上述安裝有一些缺點,此安裝需要面板與額外的支撐元件彼此固定。此外,當使用金屬支撐裝置時,需要複數支撐裝置去支撐全組的固定裝置,以固定設備於面板上。因此安裝程序不但耗時且昂貴。
再者,金屬支撐裝置或膠合板之附加會增加分隔區之重量與厚度,及/或造成腔壁空間的縮減。一般來說,膠合板必須被切割以改變尺寸,進而增加所需要的安裝時間,並可能導致粉末灰塵之釋放及有害成分的出現。
所以,需要提供一種改進式面板,其係能保持固定裝置與支撐設備,且不需耗時之安裝過程。
利用石膏板中的纖維質料之混合物,可增進面板保持固定裝置的能力,以製造出較堅固的石膏板或具有可接受強度之較輕石膏板。
利用纖維質料之混合物,以降低灰泥漿之黏度,進而輕易製作出石膏板。
因此,在第一方面,本發明提供一種石膏板,其係包含一石膏基質,此石膏基質嵌有相對石膏之至少1重量百分比(wt%)一聚合添加物。此石膏基質有纖維質料嵌入其中,纖維質料包含有機纖維與無機纖維之混合物。
一般來說,有機纖維與無機纖維之混合物相對石膏基質係佔有小於20重量百分比之比例,較佳為小於15重量百分比,更佳為小於10重量百分比。
較佳地,無機纖維為玻璃纖維。玻璃纖維通常具有大於1厘米之平均長度,較佳為大於2厘米,最佳為大於3厘米。一般來說,玻璃纖維具有小於10厘米之平均長度,較佳為小於8厘米。
較佳地,玻璃纖維係以膠黏劑塗佈,以增加此兩者對石膏的親和性,此在先前技術中為已知。
較佳地,有機纖維為纖維素基之纖維,例如纖維素之纖維或木纖維。纖維素基之纖維通常具有大於100微米之平均長度,較佳大於200微米。一般來說,纖維素基之纖維具有小於1.8厘米之平均長度,較佳小於1厘米,最佳小於800微米。一般來說,纖維素基之纖維之厚度大於10微米,較佳為大於20微米。通常,纖維素基之纖維之厚度小於60微米,較佳小於40微米。
在併入石膏產品之前的纖維素基之纖維的視密度(apparent density)通常小於250克/公升(g/L)。
在其他實施例中,有機纖維例如為聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚酯纖維。
較佳地,聚合添加物係分布於石膏基質中,並佔有至少2重量百分比之比例,最佳為至少3重量百分比。
通常地,聚合添加物為澱粉。
較佳地,聚合添加物佔有相對石膏基質之小於20重量百分比之比例,最佳為小於15重量百分比。
在第二方面,本發明提供一種石膏板,其係包含一石膏基質,此石膏基質中分布有相對石膏之至少1重量百分比之一聚合添加物。此石膏基質更嵌有第一群組之纖維質料與第二群組織纖維質料,第一群組之纖維質料的平均長度是第二群組之纖維質料的平均長度的至少三倍。
較佳地,第一群組之纖維質料的平均長度是第二群組之纖維質料的平均長度的至少四倍。
在避免增加使用於製作板子之灰泥漿之黏度時,利用較短之纖維與較長之纖維,可增加石膏板之強度。為了避免增加灰泥漿之黏度,過度的灰泥漿之黏度係與空隙之成型及/或於生產過程中降低線路速度之需求有關。
第一群組之纖維質料包含無機纖維,例如玻璃纖維。玻璃纖維具有先前在第一方面所陳述關於玻璃纖維之一個或更多特性。
第二群組之纖維質料包含有機纖維,例如纖維素基之纖維。纖維素基之纖維具有先前在第一方面所陳述關於纖維素基之纖維之一個或更多特性。
通常地,第一群組之纖維質料具有大於1厘米之平均長度,較佳為大於2厘米,最佳為大於3厘米。一般來說,第一群組之纖維質料具有小於10厘米之平均長度,較佳為小於8厘米。
通常地,第二群組之纖維質料具有大於100微米之平均長度,較佳為大於200微米。一般來說,第二群組之纖維質料具有小於1.8厘米之平均長度,較佳為小於1厘米,最佳為小於800微米。
一般來說,第二群組之纖維質料之厚度大於10微米,較佳為大於20微米。通常地,第二群組織纖維質料之厚度小於60微米,較佳為小於40微米。
一般來說第一群組與第二群組之纖維質料佔有相對石膏基質之小於20重量百分比之比例,較佳為小於15重量百分比,最佳為小於10重量百分比。
較佳地,聚合添加物係以至少2重量百分比分布於石膏基質中,最佳為至少3重量百分比。
通常地,聚合添加物為澱粉,較佳地,聚合添加物相對石膏基質佔有小於20重量百分比之比例,較佳為小於15重量百分比。
在本發明之第一方面與第二方面之某些實施例中,石膏板具有紙飾面,其係包含纖維素之纖維與玻璃纖維,以增進石膏板之抗火性。在其他例子中,石膏板在表面部分或完全嵌有框邊,例如玻璃框邊。
在本發明之第一方面與第二方面之某些實施例中,石膏基質包含疏水性添加物,例如矽樹脂或石蠟。
在本發明之第一方面與第二方面之某些實施例中,石膏基質包含能破壞生物的物質(biocide)。
在本發明之第一方面與第二方面之某些實施例中,石膏基質包含抗收縮劑,例如未展開蛭石、微矽土與/或黏土,以增進產品之抗火性。
本發明之第一方面與第二方面之某些實施例包含滅火泡沫或輕重量之聚集物,例如珍珠岩。如此添加物在習知為已知,藉此產生較低密度且具有可接受之厚度的板子。

本發明係以下列實例來描述。
石膏材質之石膏板係利用下列方式來準備:
灰泥與其他乾性添加物置於一袋體中重壓並搖晃來進行混合。水與濕性添加物置於一碗體中重壓。纖維質料進行重壓,並加入碗體中的濕性添加物,且利用電子攪拌器混合30秒。
乾性粉體添加物加入至碗體中的濕性添加物中,並以電子攪拌器混合30秒。
合成泥漿係被夾置在二片臨界紙之間,並以從混合時間開始量測25分鐘來進行水合。板子在烤箱以攝氏180度與大於80%之相對濕度烘烤50分鐘。
實例 1
石膏材質之石膏板係由下列成分準備而成: ‧灰泥; ‧乙基化澱粉,其係佔有相對灰泥之5重量百分比(此澱粉可從Grain Processing Corporation之Coatmaster K57F取得); ‧玻璃纖維,其係佔有相對灰泥之5重量百分比。玻璃纖維具有6厘米之平均長度; ‧纖維素之纖維,其係佔有相對灰泥之2重量百分比。纖維素之纖維具有500微米之平均長度與35微米之平均直徑。
實例 2

螺絲拔出強度
在攝氏23度與50%之相對濕度的條件下,對100厘米×100厘米的樣本進行螺絲拔出測試。具有50厘米的單螺紋之木製螺絲插入樣本中,並經過樣本之表面上的一金屬負載轉移元件。此負載轉移元件具有一第一部分與一第二部份,此第一部分設置在螺絲頭與樣本表面之間,第二部份則是與一測試機器接合,以供負載沿螺絲之軸線施加在螺絲上。螺絲被繃緊到1牛頓-米(N-m)之力矩。
此樣本設置在茲維克通用測試機台(Zwick Universal Testing Machine)上,且10牛頓之預負載沿著螺絲之軸線施加在螺絲上。接著,負載依據10厘米/分鐘之固定十字頭速度而逐漸增加,直到螺絲拔出為止。
結果顯示在表1,這些是平均值,每一個實例係取自於八個樣本。

- 一種石膏板,包含一石膏基質,該石膏基質中分布有相對石膏之至少1重量百分比(wt%)之一聚合添加物,該石膏基質更嵌有第一群組之纖維質料與第二群組之纖維質料,該第一群組之該纖維質料的平均長度是該第二群組之該纖維質料的平均長度的至少三倍。
