Abstract
一種真空泵浦結構,包括有一馬達及二泵體,此二泵體分別與馬達連接且受馬達驅動;各泵體分別設有一泵室,且設有一用以連接抽氣管路之連接埠。一握把以其兩端分別連接於兩泵體而可提供手提之用途,其中握把之內部設有一連接兩泵體之泵室的連通管路,據此達到利用兩個泵體在同一時間聯合執行兩個工作的工作模式,以提高工作效率。
Description
本發明與真空泵浦有關,尤指一種具有雙泵體之真空泵浦。
常見的電氣設備,如冷氣機、電冰箱等係以冷媒在其管路系統中循環流動,經由蒸發和冷凝的過程達到致冷的效果,為避免冷媒運作過程中因空氣殘留在管路系統內而導致系統損壞,故必須先使用真空泵浦抽離管路系統中的空氣,即所謂抽真空。
而常見的真空泵浦具有一個馬達及一個泵體,該泵體以抽氣管路連接至欲進行抽氣的空間,並由該馬達驅動該泵體進行抽氣。然而僅以一個泵體進行抽氣的工作效率不足,而有耗費過多時間的缺點,因而業界開發一種具有兩個泵體的真空泵浦,其係由一馬達連接兩個泵體,各泵體具有一用以連接抽氣管路之連接埠,使用時可如第5圖所示,各泵體7A、7B以一抽氣管路71A、71B分別連接至不同的抽氣空間8A、8B,則在該馬達9的驅動下,各泵體7A、7B可同時對其對應連接的空間8A、8B進行抽氣,此為利用兩個泵體7A、7B在同一時間分頭執行兩個工作之使用例。
上述習知裝置的另一種使用狀態如第6圖所示,兩泵體7A、7B的連接埠以一三通管路72連接,而該三通管路72再連接至一欲進行抽氣的空間8C,則在該馬達9的驅動下,該抽氣空間8C可受到兩泵體7A、7B同時進行抽氣,此為利用兩個泵體7A、7B在同一時間執行一個工作之使用例。
惟上述習知裝置在第6圖所示的使用狀態下,各泵體7A、7B的連接埠已被三通管路72佔用,因而無法再外接別的抽氣管路,導致其只能透過該三通管路72對一個抽氣空間8C進行抽氣,即只能執行一個工作,而無法達到「利用兩個泵體7A、7B在同一時間聯合執行兩個工作」的工作模式。
有鑑於此,如何改進上述問題即為本發明所欲解決之首要課題。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種真空泵浦結構,其內建一連通管路連接兩個泵體,藉此空出各泵體的連接埠,以供分別連接至不同的抽氣空間,令各抽氣空間可同時受到兩泵體的聯合抽氣作用,藉以提升抽氣的工作效率。
本發明之另一目的在於利用真空泵浦的手提握把埋設連通兩泵體的管路,使其整體上無須多增加額外的構造。
為達前述之目的,本發明提供一種真空泵浦結構,其包括有: 一馬達; 二泵體,分別與該馬達連接且受該馬達驅動,各泵體分別設有一泵室,且該泵室設有一用以連接抽氣管路之連接埠; 一握把,其兩端分別連接於兩泵體而可提供手提之用途;該握把之內部設有一連通管路,其中該連通管路連接兩泵體之泵室。
而本發明之上述目的與優點,不難從下述所選用實施例之詳細說明與附圖中獲得深入了解。
請參閱第1圖,所示者為本發明提供之真空泵浦結構,其包括有一馬達1及二泵體2A、2B,其中該馬達1設置於一座體3上,而兩泵體2A、2B分別位於該馬達1之兩側且連接該馬達1,各泵體2A、2B分別設有一泵室(圖中未示),且該泵室設有一用以連接抽氣管路之連接埠21A、21B。兩泵體2A、2B分別可受該馬達1之驅動而運轉,藉此進行抽氣動作。
如第2圖所示,各連接埠21A、21B中靠近該泵室22之處設有一逆止閥23,當空氣經該抽氣管路抽進該泵室22時,一旦經過該逆止閥23就會受其阻擋而無法再回流,據此確保抽氣作業順利進行。又該連接埠21A、21B於該逆止閥23之前設有一用以測量真空程度的壓力計24,據此可正確量測真空度。於本實施例中,該連接埠21A、21B於該逆止閥23之前設有一分支管路25,而該壓力計24則設置於該分支管路25上。
承上,一握把4以其兩端分別固定連接於兩泵體2A、2B上,藉此提供使用者手提搬運整台裝置之用途。上述該握把4之內部如第3圖所示地設有一連通管路41,該連通管路41係連接兩泵體2A、2B之泵室,使二者之空間形成連通狀態。據此,當該馬達1驅動兩泵體2A、2B運轉抽氣時,兩泵體2A、2B將可透過該連通管路41產生聯合作業的作用,進而提升抽氣的工作效率。換言之,就被連接進行抽氣的空間而言,由於兩泵體2A、2B以該連通管路41構成連通,可使該抽氣空間同時被兩泵體2A、2B運轉抽氣,因而提升抽氣的工作效率。
更進一步地,本發明更適合用於同時執行兩個抽氣工作的使用場合。如第4圖所示,對於欲進行抽氣的兩個抽氣空間5A、5B,可將本發明其中一個泵體2A的連接埠21A以一抽氣管路6A連接至抽氣空間5A,而另一個泵體2B的連接埠21B以一抽氣管路6B連接至抽氣空間5B,則啟動該馬達1使兩泵體2A、2B運轉後,兩抽氣空間5A、5B將會同時被抽氣。然而由於兩泵體2A、2B以該連通管路41構成連通,令泵體2A除了連通抽氣空間5A之外,更經由該連通管路41連通抽氣空間5B,而泵體2B除了連通抽氣空間5B之外,更經由該連通管路41連通抽氣空間5A,使兩泵體2A、2B對個別抽氣空間5A、5B的抽氣工作均會產生貢獻,使個別抽氣空間5A、5B可同時受到兩泵體2A、2B的抽氣作用,藉此構成「利用兩個泵體2A、2B在同一時間聯合執行兩個工作」的工作模式,並使個別抽氣空間5A、5B的抽氣工作效率均獲得提升。
本發明之另一優點在於藉由將連通兩泵體2A、2B之連通管路41埋設於握把4中,無須額外新增其他構造即可達到連接兩泵體2A、2B之目的,藉此簡化整體結構。
惟,以上實施例之揭示僅用以說明本發明,並非用以限制本發明,故舉凡等效元件之置換仍應隸屬本發明之範疇。
綜上所述,可使熟知本項技藝者明瞭本發明確可達成前述目的,實已符合專利法之規定,爰依法提出申請。

- 一種真空泵浦結構,其包括有: 一馬達; 二泵體,分別與該馬達連接且受該馬達驅動,各泵體分別設有一泵室,且該泵室設有一用以連接抽氣管路之連接埠; 一握把,其兩端分別連接於兩泵體而可提供手提之用途;該握把之內部設有一連通管路,其中該連通管路連接兩泵體之泵室。
- 如請求項1所述之真空泵浦結構,其中,至少一泵體的連接埠設有用以測量真空程度的壓力計。
- 如請求項1所述之真空泵浦結構,其中,各泵體之連接埠設有一逆止閥,且該連接埠於該逆止閥之前設有一用以測量真空程度的壓力計。
