Abstract

Description

用於製備苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體的方法
本發明涉及一種用於製備苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體的方法。
文獻EP 0 534 235 B1公開了一種用於製備苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體的方法。經由混合部位將主擠出機中的苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體(SAN-熔體)混入到部分脫水的橡膠中。借助於側擠出機來以機械的方式對橡膠進行部分脫水,該側擠出機在混合部位處通入主擠出機中。在脫氣位置處,在混合部位之前和之後,從苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體和部分脫水的橡膠或它們的混合物中去除另外的水。隨後通過噴孔將混合物排出、冷卻和粒化。通過使苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體與部分脫水的橡膠混合來對所產生的熱塑性塑膠的衝擊強度進行調整。
本發明的目的是,提出一種方法,該方法能夠實現苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體的簡單、經濟的製備。該方法特別是希望以簡單並且準確的方式來製備按照期望的混合比例混合的、苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體和橡膠的混合物。
該目的通過用於製備苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體的方法實現,所述方法包括以下步驟:- 提供螺旋式機器,苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體位於該螺旋式機器中,- 提供部分脫水的橡膠並將該部分脫水的橡膠輸送到計量裝置中,- 借助於計量裝置將部分脫水的橡膠輸送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體中,和- 使部分脫水的橡膠混入並借助於螺旋式機器對由苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體和部分脫水的橡膠形成的混合物進行脫水。
借助於計量裝置將苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體被以計量的方式輸送給脫水的或已經部分脫水的橡膠。為此,將部分脫水的橡膠輸送到螺旋式機器中並且從那裡輸送到位於螺旋式機器中的苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體中。部分脫水的橡膠的提供在輸送到計量裝置中之前進行。橡膠也就被預先脫水。提供例如由此進行,即橡膠的部分脫水或脫水已經在製備時或在之前的方法步驟中進行。例如通過以下方式提供部分脫水的橡膠:使橡膠在單獨的螺旋式機器中脫水。由於將已經部分脫水的橡膠輸送到計量裝置中並且借助於計量裝置輸送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體中,苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體由於部分脫水的橡膠的低溫被冷卻,使得之後製備由苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體和橡膠形成的混合物可以非常經濟地進行。與現有技術相比,在本申請中在所形成的混合物 的破壞溫度以下的、可供使用的溫度運行窗和轉速運行窗更大。此外可以簡單、準確地計量部分脫水的橡膠,由此能以簡單的方式以期望的混合比例製備由苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體和部分脫水的橡膠形成的混合物。由此,所形成的混合物或熱塑性塑膠特別是具有以期望的方式調整的衝擊強度。提供部分脫水的橡膠所付出的成本通過橡膠的準確計量和混合物的經濟製備的優點被更好地補償。
螺旋式機器特別是設計為能沿同一方向轉動驅動的且緊密嚙合的多軸螺旋式機器、特別是兩軸螺旋式機器。作為橡膠可以使用天然橡膠和/或合成橡膠。作為合成橡膠例如可以使用丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)。
根據一種方法,部分脫水的橡膠在被輸送到計量裝置中時的含水量最高為27%的重量百分比、特別是最高為23%的重量百分比,特別是最高18%的重量百分比,該方法確保了簡單經濟地製備苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體。部分脫水的橡膠在輸送到計量裝置中時的含水量越低,還必須借助於螺旋式機器除去的水就越少。由於還必須借助於螺旋式機器除去的水較少,所以製備更簡單、更經濟。部分脫水的橡膠在被輸送到計量裝置中時的含水量在0.5%的重量百分比和27%的重量百分比之間,特別在1%的重量百分比和23%的重量百分比之間,特別在2%的重量百分比和18%的重量百分比之間,和特別在5%的重量百分比和15%的重量百分比之間。
根據一種方法,部分脫水的橡膠在被輸送到計量裝置中時具有第一含水量W1並且在從計量裝置中導出時具有第二含水量W2,其中,相對的含水量變化

根據一種方法,螺旋式輸送裝置包括至少一個螺桿,該至少一個螺桿具有長度LZ和直徑DZa的,其中,比例LZ/DZa滿足:2LZ/DZa 32,特別是4LZ/DZa 16,該方法以簡單的方式確保了對部分脫水的橡膠的準確計量。通過比例LZ/DZa一方面限制了螺旋式輸送裝置的空間需求,由此確保了部分脫水的橡膠的簡單的輸送。另一方面通過比例LZ/DZa確保了部分脫水的橡膠的可靠的和準確的輸送。
根據一種方法,計量裝置包括重量分析式的計量單元,該計量單元特別被設置在螺旋式輸送裝置前方 並且對進入螺旋式輸送裝置中的部分脫水的橡膠進行計量,該方法以簡單的方式確保了對部分脫水的橡膠的準確計量。重量分析式的計量單元確保了將部分脫水的橡膠精確地輸送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體或螺旋式輸送裝置中。將部分脫水的橡膠特別是作為散料輸送給重量分析式的計量單元。
根據一種方法,在部分脫水的橡膠的輸送部位的上游,在螺旋式機器上佈置有第一脫氣裝置,該方法以簡單的方式確保了將水從螺旋式機器中或從由苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體和部分脫水的橡膠形成的混合物中導出。通過將部分脫水的橡膠輸送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體中,提高了部分脫水的橡膠的溫度,由此使另外的水從橡膠中排出並降低其含水量。產生的水蒸氣可以通過第一脫氣裝置排出。由於第一脫氣裝置佈置在輸送部位的上游,因此該第一脫氣裝置提供了向後-脫氣。第一脫氣裝置可以例如設計為單軸的或兩軸的側脫氣機器或設計為佈置在螺旋式機器上的單螺桿或雙螺桿-脫氣附件或設計為佈置在螺旋式機器的上側上的脫氣拱頂。
根據一種方法,在輸送部位的下游,在螺旋式機器上佈置有至少一個另外的脫氣裝置,該方法以簡單的方式確保了將水從螺旋式機器中或從由苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體和部分脫水的橡膠形成的混合物中導出。在製備在輸送部位下游的混合物時,另外的水從混合物中排出。水蒸氣可以借助於該至少一個另外的脫氣裝置從螺旋式機器中 排出。優選地,在輸送部位下游佈置有兩個脫氣裝置,這兩個脫氣裝置形成第二脫氣裝置和第三脫氣裝置。佈置在輸送部位的下游的該至少一個另外的脫氣裝置形成向前-脫氣。該至少一個另外的脫氣裝置可以設計為單軸的或兩軸的側脫氣機器或設計為佈置在螺旋式機器上的單螺桿或雙螺桿-脫氣附件或設計為佈置在螺旋式機器的上側上的脫氣拱頂。
根據一種方法,在輸送部位處,部分脫水的橡膠在所形成的混合物中的份額為5%的重量百分比到35%的重量百分比、特別是10%的重量百分比至30%的重量百分比、和特別是15%的重量百分比至25%的重量百分比,該方法確保了經濟地製備苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體。通過部分脫水的橡膠的份額,苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體一方面被以期望的方式改性且另一方面被冷卻,由此確保了經濟的製備。

下面根據圖1和圖2描述本發明的第一實施例。製備設備1用於通過混入部分脫水的橡膠3來製備苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體2(SAN-熔體)。
製備設備1包括多軸-螺旋式機器4,該多軸-螺旋式機器具有殼體5,該殼體包括多個依次佈置的且被稱為殼體臂節(Gehäuseschüssen)的殼體部段6至17。殼體部段6至17相互連接從而形成了殼體5。
在殼體5中設計有兩個彼此平行且相互連通的殼體孔18、19,這兩個殼體孔的橫剖面呈放倒0“8”字形(即“”形)。在殼體孔18、19中同心地佈置有兩個軸20、21,這兩個軸能由驅動馬達22驅動從而圍繞相應的轉軸23、24轉動。在軸20、21與驅動馬達22之間佈置有分支傳動機構25,其中,在驅動馬達22與分支傳動機構25之間又佈置有離合器26。軸20、21被沿同一方向、亦即沿相同的轉動方向圍繞轉軸23、24驅動。
在與分支傳動機構25相鄰的第一殼體部段6中設計有第一輸送口27,通過該第一輸送口能將苯乙烯-丙烯腈-粒料28導入到殼體孔18、19中。螺旋式機器4沿輸送方向29依次具有進入區30、熔化區31、輸送區32、混合區33、脫氣區34和輸出區35。在最後的殼體部段17上佈置有封閉殼體5的噴嘴板36,該噴嘴板形成輸出口37。
為了輸送苯乙烯-丙烯腈-粒料28,重量分析式的第一計量單元通入第一輸送口27中。在進入區30中,在軸20、21上以抗轉動的方式佈置有螺旋元件39、39', 該螺旋元件將苯乙烯-丙烯腈-粒料28輸送到熔化區31。為了使苯乙烯-丙烯腈-粒料28熔化,在熔化區31中將塑形元件/鍛造元件/揉捏元件40、40'抗轉動地佈置在軸20、21上。
在設置在輸送區32前面的殼體部段8中設計有第一脫氣口41。在第一脫氣口41上連接有第一脫氣裝置42。第一脫氣裝置42例如設計為真空-脫氣拱頂。第一脫氣裝置42佈置在部分脫水的橡膠3的輸送部位的上游並且因此形成向後-脫氣。第一脫氣裝置42用於導出水蒸氣。
為了輸送部分脫水的橡膠3,計量裝置44在輸送區32中通入螺旋式機器4中。為此,在殼體部段9中設計有兩個側向的通孔,該通孔的橫剖面呈放倒的“8”字形並且通入殼體孔19中。通孔形成第二輸送口43。在輸送區32中,螺旋元件45、45'抗轉動地佈置在軸20、21上。借助於螺旋元件45、45'將苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體2和被輸送的部分脫水的橡膠3輸送到混合區33。
計量裝置44具有螺旋式輸送裝置46和重量分析式的第二計量單元47。螺旋式輸送裝置46包括殼體48,該殼體具有兩個殼體孔49、50。在殼體孔49、50中佈置有兩個螺桿51、52,借助於驅動馬達54能通過分支傳動機構53驅動這兩個螺桿以使它們圍繞相應的轉軸55、56沿同一方向轉動。螺桿51、52通入第二輸送口43中。螺旋式輸送裝置46設計為側裝料機器並且側向地固定在殼體5上。在殼體48中設計有第三輸送口57,重量分析式的第二 計量單元47通入該第三輸送口中。
在混合區33中,為了製備由苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體2和部分脫水的橡膠3形成的混合物58,將塑形元件59、59'抗轉動地佈置在軸20、21上。為了從混合物58中導出水蒸氣,在脫氣區34中在螺旋式機器4上佈置有第二脫氣裝置60和第三脫氣裝置61。脫氣裝置60、61佈置在輸送部位的下游並且因此分別形成向前-脫氣。第二脫氣裝置60設計為側脫氣機器。為此,在殼體部段13中側向地設計有第二脫氣口62。側脫氣機器60包括具有兩個殼體孔64、65的殼體63,在這兩個殼體孔中佈置有兩個螺桿66、67,借助於驅動馬達69能通過分支傳動機構68驅動這兩個螺桿以使它們圍繞相應的轉軸70、71沿同一方向轉動。螺桿66、67通入第二脫氣口62中並且用於阻止混合物58進入殼體孔18、19中。真空-接口72通入殼體63中,該真空-接口用於抽吸水蒸氣。
第三脫氣裝置61佈置在第二脫氣裝置60的下游。第三脫氣裝置61設計為真空-脫氣拱頂。為此,在殼體部段15中設計有第三脫氣口73,在該第三脫氣口上連接有第三脫氣裝置61。第三脫氣裝置61用於將水蒸氣從混合物58中導出。在脫氣區34中,螺旋元件74、74'和塑形元件75、75'抗轉動地固定在軸20、21上。
在佈置在後面的輸出區35中,螺旋元件76、76'抗轉動地佈置在軸20、21上,該螺旋元件用於建立壓力和從輸出口37中排出混合物58。
塑形元件40、40'、59、59'、75、75'例如設計為單獨的塑形片或設計為具有多個一體地相互連接的塑形片的至少一個塑形塊。
製備設備1具有控制裝置77以用於對該製備設備進行控制。借助於控制裝置77能調節多軸-螺旋式機器4的轉速,範圍為50l/min到1200l/min,特別是150l/min到800l/min。
多軸-螺旋式機器4具有螺旋元件或塑形元件的外直徑DMa和芯直徑DMi。外直徑DMa滿足:16mmDMa 200mm。比例DMa/DMi滿足:1.22DMa/DMi 1.9,特別是1.4DMa/DMi 1.8。
螺旋式輸送裝置46的螺桿51、52具有外直徑DZa和芯直徑DZi。外直徑DZa滿足:0.25.DMa DZa 2.0.DMa。此外比例DZa/DZi滿足:1.36DZa/DZi 2.0。螺桿51、52具有長度LZ,其中,比例LZ/DZa滿足:2LZ/DZa 32,特別是4LZ/DZa 16。

製備設備1的工作原理如下:借助於重量分析式的計量單元38將苯乙烯-丙烯腈-粒料28作為散料經過第一輸送口27輸送給螺旋式機器4。在進入區30中將苯乙烯-丙烯腈-粒料28輸送到熔化區31,在那裡使苯乙烯-丙烯腈-粒料28熔化。
在輸送區32中將部分脫水的橡膠3輸送給形成的苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體2。部分脫水的橡膠3借助於重量分析式的計量單元47輸送給螺旋式輸送裝置46,該螺旋式輸送裝置將橡膠3經過第二輸送口43輸送到殼體孔18、19中。部分脫水的橡膠3被作為散料輸送給計量裝置44和苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體2。部分脫水的橡膠3特別設計為粒料和/或粉末。
部分脫水的橡膠3在輸送到計量裝置44中時具有第一含水量W1,該第一含水量最高為27%的重量百分比、特別是最高為23%的重量百分比、特別是最高為18%的重量百分比。在從計量裝置44中導出時,部分脫水的橡膠具有第二含水量W2,其中,相對的含水量變化

由於部分脫水的橡膠3借助於計量裝置44僅 被輸送給苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體2,因此幾乎沒有能量進入到部分脫水的橡膠3中。部分脫水的橡膠3在輸送到計量裝置44中時具有溫度TK0和在輸送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體2中時具有溫度TK1,其中,溫度差△Tk=Tk1-Tk0滿足:△TK 40℃、特別是△TK 30℃、和特別是△TK 20℃。此外,Tk1滿足:Tk1 60℃、特別是Tk1 50℃、特別是Tk1 40℃。
由於部分脫水的橡膠3在輸送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體2中時具有低溫Tk1,因此苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體2通過部分脫水的橡膠3的輸送被冷卻。苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體2在輸送部位之前具有溫度TS,而在輸送部位之後在混合物58中具有溫度TM。苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體2通過部分脫水的橡膠3的輸送被冷卻了溫度△TS=TS-TM,其中,△TS滿足:△TS 10℃、特別是△TS 20℃、特別是△TS 40℃。
在輸送部位處,部分脫水的橡膠3在所形成的混合物58中的份額為5%的重量百分比至35%的重量百分比、特別是10%的重量百分比至30%的重量百分比、特別是15%的重量百分比至25%的重量百分比。
而部分脫水的橡膠3的溫度Tk1由於被輸送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體2中而升高,其中,剩餘的水從部分脫水的橡膠3中蒸發。產生的水蒸氣通過第一脫氣口41和第一脫氣裝置42排出。
部分脫水的橡膠3在混合區33中熔化並且與苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體2混合。剩餘的水從混合物58中蒸發。 由此產生的水蒸氣在脫氣區34中借助於第二脫氣裝置60和第三脫氣裝置61分別經過第二脫氣口62和第三脫氣口73導出。混合物58在輸出區35中經過輸出口37從螺旋式機器4中導出且例如被輸送給粒化設備。在輸送部位的下游,混合物58具有最大溫度TMmax,其中,TMmax滿足:TMmax 280℃、特別是TMmax 250℃、特別是TMmax 220℃。
第一脫氣裝置42產生在100mbar~1013mbar、特別是在500mbar~1013mbar的範圍中的真空。至少一個另外的脫氣裝置60、61產生在1mbar~900mbar、特別是在20mbar~300mbar的範圍中的真空。
部分脫水的橡膠3例如是天然橡膠和/或合成橡膠。優選地,部分脫水的橡膠3是合成橡膠、例如丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)。
由於苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體2通過部分脫水的橡膠3冷卻,因此混合物58可以被經濟地製備。能量消耗可以整體上降低。通過輸送部分脫水的橡膠3,苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體2基於蒸發焓冷卻,由此混合物58實現了明顯更低的溫度分佈並且因此可以被更經濟地製備。用於混合和分佈苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體2中的部分脫水的橡膠3的溫度運行窗和/或轉速運行窗被明顯擴大,使得苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體2的製備和混合物58的製備簡化。由於與現有技術相比能量輸入更低,所以混合物58的製備的能效更高。
下面根據圖3描述本發明的第二實施例。與第一實施例的區別在於,通過第一輸送口27輸送苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體2。在輸入區30中將苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體2輸送到脫氣區78。在脫氣區78中側向地設計有第一脫氣口41。第一脫氣裝置42相應於第二脫氣裝置60設計為側脫氣機器。在第一脫氣裝置42的構造和工作原理方面可參考第二脫氣裝置60的上面的描述。在脫氣區78中,水從苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體2中蒸發並且經過第一脫氣口41和設計為側脫氣機器的脫氣裝置42排出。提供的苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體2在輸送區32中以描述的方式被輸送了部分脫水的橡膠3。在工作原理和製備設備1的其它構造方面可以參考對上面的實施例的描述。

Claims (13)

  1. 一種用於製備苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體的方法,所述方法包括以下步驟:- 提供螺旋式機器,苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體位於該螺旋式機器中,- 提供部分脫水的橡膠並將該部分脫水的橡膠輸送到計量裝置中,- 借助於計量裝置將部分脫水的橡膠輸送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體中,和- 使部分脫水的橡膠混入並借助於螺旋式機器對由苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔體和部分脫水的橡膠形成的混合物進行脫水,其中,部分脫水的橡膠在被輸送到計量裝置中時的含水量(W1)最高為27%的重量百分比。
  2. 如請求項1所述的方法,其特徵在於,部分脫水的橡膠在被輸送到計量裝置中時具有第一含水量W1並且在從計量裝置中排出時具有第二含水量W2,其中,相對的含水量變化
