Description
特許文献3によりプラスチックを処理するための装置が知られている。ここでは処理されるプラスチックは充填開口部を通して切断圧縮機の容器に充填され、そこで支持板に配置された切断攪拌装置によって粉砕される。粉砕されたプラスチック材料は、切断圧縮機の底部領域にある流出開口部を通って、内部に搬送スクリュー対が配置されている混合装置の流入開口部に到達する。混合装置は、加熱可能に構成された固有のハウジングを有しており、それによって粉砕されたプラスチック材料は軟化される。搬送スクリューは水平かつ互いに平行に配置されて反対方向に駆動されている。混合装置のハウジングは切断圧縮機の立形ハウジングに対して接線方向に配置されている。プラスチック材料は混合装置内で搬送スクリューによってほぼ均一に混合され、搬送スクリューによって出口開口部を通って後段に配置された分級ステーションに送られ、既に軟化したプラスチック材料がこれを通過する。分級ステーションは混合装置のハウジングからの流出開口部と、スクリュー押出機のハウジング内の流入開口部との間に配置されている。分級ステーションでは加熱により既に可塑化されたプラスチック材料の粗い成分が分別される。分級ステーションを通過した後、プラスチック材料は押出機のハウジング内に搬送される。

- スクリュー状に形成された前記搬送装置(6)は左巻きのピッチを有し、前記少なくとも1つの押出機スクリュー(11)も同様に左巻きのピッチを有しており、前記搬送装置(6)も前記押出機スクリュー(11)もそれぞれ搬送方向に見て時計方向回りに駆動されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか一つに記載の処理設備(1)。
- スクリュー状に形成された前記搬送装置(6)は右巻きのピッチを有し、前記少なくとも1つの押出機スクリュー(11)は左巻きのピッチを有しており、前記搬送装置(6)はその搬送方向に見て反時計方向回りに駆動され、前記押出機スクリュー(11)はその搬送方向に見て時計方向回りに駆動されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか一つに記載の処理設備(1)。
- スクリュー状に形成された前記搬送装置(6)は左巻きのピッチを有し、前記少なくとも1つの押出機スクリュー(11)は右巻きのピッチを有しており、前記搬送装置(6)はその搬送方向に見て時計方向回りに駆動され、前記押出機スクリュー(11)はその搬送方向に見て反時計方向回りに駆動されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか一つに記載の処理設備(1)。
