Abstract

Description

用于制备苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制备苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体的方法。
背景技术
文献EP 0 534 235 B1公开了一种用于制备苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体的方法。经由混合部位将主挤出机中的苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体(SAN-熔体)混入到部分脱水的橡胶中。借助于侧挤出机来以机械的方式对橡胶进行部分脱水,该侧挤出机在混合部位处通入主挤出机中。在脱气位置处,在混合部位之前和之后,从苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体和部分脱水的橡胶或它们的混合物中去除另外的水。随后通过喷孔将混合物排出、冷却和粒化。通过使苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体与部分脱水的橡胶混合来对所产生的热塑性塑料的冲击强度进行调整。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提出一种方法,该方法能够实现苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体的简单、经济的制备。该方法特别是希望以简单并且准确的方式来制备按照期望的混合比例混合的、苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体和橡胶的混合物。
该目的通过用于制备苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体的方法实现,所述方法包括以下步骤:
-提供螺旋式机器,苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体位于该螺旋式机器中,
-提供部分脱水的橡胶并将该部分脱水的橡胶输送到计量装置中,
-借助于计量装置将部分脱水的橡胶输送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体中,和
-使部分脱水的橡胶混入并借助于螺旋式机器对由苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体和部分脱水的橡胶形成的混合物进行脱水。
借助于计量装置将苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体被以计量的方式输送给脱水的或已经部分脱水的橡胶。为此,将部分脱水的橡胶输送到螺旋式机器中并且从那里输送到位于螺旋式机器中的苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体中。部分脱水的橡胶的提供在输送到计量装置中之前进行。橡胶也就被预先脱水。提供例如由此进行,即橡胶的部分脱水或脱水已经在制备时或在之前的方法步骤中进行。例如通过以下方式提供部分脱水的橡胶:使橡胶在单独的螺旋式机器中脱水。由于将已经部分脱水的橡胶输送到计量装置中并且借助于计量装置输送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体中,苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体由于部分脱水的橡胶的低温被冷却,使得之后制备由苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体和橡胶形成的混合物可以非常经济地进行。与现有技术相比,在本申请中在所形成的混合物的破坏温度以下的、可供使用的温度运行窗和转速运行窗更大。此外可以简单、准确地计量部分脱水的橡胶,由此能以简单的方式以期望的混合比例制备由苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体和部分脱水的橡胶形成的混合物。由此,所形成的混合物或热塑性塑料特别是具有以期望的方式调整的冲击强度。提供部分脱水的橡胶所付出的成本通过橡胶的准确计量和混合物的经济制备的优点被更好地补偿。
螺旋式机器特别是设计为能沿同一方向转动驱动的且紧密啮合的多轴螺旋式机器、特别是两轴螺旋式机器。作为橡胶可以使用天然橡胶和/或合成橡胶。作为合成橡胶例如可以使用丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)。
根据一种方法,部分脱水的橡胶在被输送到计量装置中时的含水量最高为27%的重量百分比、特别是最高为23%的重量百分比,特别是最高18%的重量百分比,该方法确保了简单经济地制备苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体。部分脱水的橡胶在输送到计量装置中时的含水量越低,还必须借助于螺旋式机器除去的水就越少。由于还必须借助于螺旋式机器除去的水较少,所以制备更简单、更经济。部分脱水的橡胶在被输送到计量装置中时的含水量在0.5%的重量百分比和27%的重量百分比之间,特别在1%的重量百分比和23%的重量百分比之间,特别在2%的重量百分比和18%的重量百分比之间,和特别在5%的重量百分比和15%的重量百分比之间。
根据一种方法,部分脱水的橡胶在被输送到计量装置中时具有第一含水量W1并且在从计量装置中导出时具有第二含水量W2,其中,相对的含水量变化
在数值方面满足:0%≤|ΔW|≤2%。特别是0.1%≤|ΔW|≤1%、和特别是0.2%≤|ΔW|≤0.5%,该方法确保了简单经济地制备苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体。由于部分脱水的橡胶借助于计量装置被以计量的方式仅输送给苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体并且基本上不被脱水,因此在计量装置中的相对的含水量变化非常小。由于在计量装置中基本上没有发生脱水,因此部分脱水的橡胶在被输送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体中时具有低温,由此苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体的温度被以有利的方式降低。此外确保了部分脱水的橡胶的准确的计量。
根据一种方法,将部分脱水的橡胶作为散料输送给计量装置、特别是作为散料输送给苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体,该方法确保了简单准确地输送橡胶。散料例如可以是粉末和/或粒料。部分脱水的橡胶特别是以粉末的形式被输送。
根据一种方法,部分脱水的橡胶在被输送到计量装置中时具有温度Tk0并且在被输送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体中时具有温度Tk1,其中,温度差ΔTk=Tk1-Tk0满足:ΔTK≤40℃、特别ΔTK≤30℃和特别ΔTK≤20℃,该方法确保了经济地制备由苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体和部分脱水的橡胶形成的混合物。由于计量装置仅用于以计量的方式输送部分脱水的橡胶,因此在计量装置中的部分脱水的橡胶的温度差ΔTK较低。由于在计量装置中的部分脱水的橡胶的温度几乎不升高,因此该温度在橡胶被输送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体中时较低,由此以有利的方式降低了苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体的温度。
根据一种方法,部分脱水的橡胶在被输送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体中时具有温度Tk1,其中,Tk1满足:Tk1≤60℃、特别是Tk1≤50℃、和特别是Tk1≤40℃,该方法确保了经济地制备由苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体和部分脱水的橡胶形成的混合物。由于部分脱水的橡胶的温度在被输送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体中时较低,因此苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体的温度被以有利的方式降低。为之后的混合物制备提供了相对大的温度运行窗和/或转速运行窗。

根据一种方法,混合物具有最大温度TMmax,其中,TMmax满足:TMmax≤280℃、特别是TMmax≤250℃和特别是TMmax≤220℃,该方法确保了经济地制备混合物。由于苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体通过部分脱水的橡胶的输送被显著地冷却,因此混合物达到较低的最大温度,由此确保了经济的制备。
根据一种方法,计量装置包括螺旋式输送装置,该螺旋式输送装置通入螺旋式机器中并且将部分脱水的橡胶输送给苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体,该方法以简单的方式确保了将部分脱水的橡胶输送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体中。螺旋式输送装置能够以简单的方式实现对以散料的形式存在的、部分脱水的橡胶的计量。螺旋式输送装置优选地设计为紧密啮合两轴式的侧装料机器,其特别沿同一方向被转动驱动。由于侧装料机器设计为紧密啮合的,因此能够在实现自洁的同时进行散料的无死区输送。
根据一种方法,螺旋式输送装置包括至少一个螺杆,该至少一个螺杆具有长度LZ和直径DZa的,其中,比例LZ/DZa满足:2≤LZ/DZa≤32,特别是4≤LZ/DZa≤16,该方法以简单的方式确保了对部分脱水的橡胶的准确计量。通过比例LZ/DZa一方面限制了螺旋式输送装置的空间需求,由此确保了部分脱水的橡胶的简单的输送。另一方面通过比例LZ/DZa确保了部分脱水的橡胶的可靠的和准确的输送。
根据一种方法,计量装置包括重量分析式的计量单元,该计量单元特别被设置在螺旋式输送装置前方并且对进入螺旋式输送装置中的部分脱水的橡胶进行计量,该方法以简单的方式确保了对部分脱水的橡胶的准确计量。重量分析式的计量单元确保了将部分脱水的橡胶精确地输送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体或螺旋式输送装置中。将部分脱水的橡胶特别是作为散料输送给重量分析式的计量单元。
根据一种方法,在部分脱水的橡胶的输送部位的上游,在螺旋式机器上布置有第一脱气装置,该方法以简单的方式确保了将水从螺旋式机器中或从由苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体和部分脱水的橡胶形成的混合物中导出。通过将部分脱水的橡胶输送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体中,提高了部分脱水的橡胶的温度,由此使另外的水从橡胶中排出并降低其含水量。产生的水蒸气可以通过第一脱气装置排出。由于第一脱气装置布置在输送部位的上游,因此该第一脱气装置提供了向后-脱气。第一脱气装置可以例如设计为单轴的或两轴的侧脱气机器或设计为布置在螺旋式机器上的单螺杆或双螺杆-脱气附件或设计为布置在螺旋式机器的上侧上的脱气拱顶。
根据一种方法,在输送部位的下游,在螺旋式机器上布置有至少一个另外的脱气装置,该方法以简单的方式确保了将水从螺旋式机器中或从由苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体和部分脱水的橡胶形成的混合物中导出。在制备在输送部位下游的混合物时,另外的水从混合物中排出。水蒸气可以借助于该至少一个另外的脱气装置从螺旋式机器中排出。优选地,在输送部位下游布置有两个脱气装置,这两个脱气装置形成第二脱气装置和第三脱气装置。布置在输送部位的下游的该至少一个另外的脱气装置形成向前-脱气。该至少一个另外的脱气装置可以设计为单轴的或两轴的侧脱气机器或设计为布置在螺旋式机器上的单螺杆或双螺杆-脱气附件或设计为布置在螺旋式机器的上侧上的脱气拱顶。
根据一种方法,在输送部位处,部分脱水的橡胶在所形成的混合物中的份额为5%的重量百分比到35%的重量百分比、特别是10%的重量百分比至30%的重量百分比、和特别是15%的重量百分比至25%的重量百分比,该方法确保了经济地制备苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体。通过部分脱水的橡胶的份额,苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体一方面被以期望的方式改性且另一方面被冷却,由此确保了经济的制备。

具体实施方式
下面根据图1和图2描述本发明的第一实施例。制备设备1用于通过混入部分脱水的橡胶3来制备苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体2(SAN-熔体)。
制备设备1包括多轴-螺旋式机器4,该多轴-螺旋式机器具有壳体5,该壳体包括多个依次布置的且被称为壳体臂节的壳体部段6至17。壳体部段6至17相互连接从而形成了壳体5。
在壳体5中设计有两个彼此平行且相互连通的壳体孔18、19,这两个壳体孔的横剖面呈放倒的“8”字形(即“∞”形)。在壳体孔18、19中同心地布置有两个轴20、21,这两个轴能由驱动马达22驱动从而围绕相应的转轴23、24转动。在轴20、21与驱动马达22之间布置有分支传动机构25,其中,在驱动马达22与分支传动机构25之间又布置有离合器26。轴20、21被沿同一方向、亦即沿相同的转动方向围绕转轴23、24驱动。
在与分支传动机构25相邻的第一壳体部段6中设计有第一输送口27,通过该第一输送口能将苯乙烯-丙烯腈-粒料28导入到壳体孔18、19中。螺旋式机器4沿输送方向29依次具有进入区30、熔化区31、输送区32、混合区33、脱气区34和输出区35。在最后的壳体部段17上布置有封闭壳体5的喷嘴板36,该喷嘴板形成输出口37。
为了输送苯乙烯-丙烯腈-粒料28,重量分析式的第一计量单元通入第一输送口27中。在进入区30中,在轴20、21上以抗转动的方式布置有螺旋元件39、39',该螺旋元件将苯乙烯-丙烯腈-粒料28输送到熔化区31。为了使苯乙烯-丙烯腈-粒料28熔化,在熔化区31中将塑形元件/锻造元件/揉捏元件40、40'抗转动地布置在轴20、21上。
在设置在输送区32前面的壳体部段8中设计有第一脱气口41。在第一脱气口41上连接有第一脱气装置42。第一脱气装置42例如设计为真空-脱气拱顶。第一脱气装置42布置在部分脱水的橡胶3的输送部位的上游并且因此形成向后-脱气。第一脱气装置42用于导出水蒸气。
为了输送部分脱水的橡胶3,计量装置44在输送区32中通入螺旋式机器4中。为此,在壳体部段9中设计有两个侧向的通孔,该通孔的横剖面呈放倒的“8”字形并且通入壳体孔19中。通孔形成第二输送口43。在输送区32中,螺旋元件45、45'抗转动地布置在轴20、21上。借助于螺旋元件45、45'将苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体2和被输送的部分脱水的橡胶3输送到混合区33。
计量装置44具有螺旋式输送装置46和重量分析式的第二计量单元47。螺旋式输送装置46包括壳体48,该壳体具有两个壳体孔49、50。在壳体孔49、50中布置有两个螺杆51、52,借助于驱动马达54能通过分支传动机构53驱动这两个螺杆以使它们围绕相应的转轴55、56沿同一方向转动。螺杆51、52通入第二输送口43中。螺旋式输送装置46设计为侧装料机器并且侧向地固定在壳体5上。在壳体48中设计有第三输送口57,重量分析式的第二计量单元47通入该第三输送口中。
在混合区33中,为了制备由苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体2和部分脱水的橡胶3形成的混合物58,将塑形元件59、59'抗转动地布置在轴20、21上。为了从混合物58中导出水蒸气,在脱气区34中在螺旋式机器4上布置有第二脱气装置60和第三脱气装置61。脱气装置60、61布置在输送部位的下游并且因此分别形成向前-脱气。第二脱气装置60设计为侧脱气机器。为此,在壳体部段13中侧向地设计有第二脱气口62。侧脱气机器60包括具有两个壳体孔64、65的壳体63,在这两个壳体孔中布置有两个螺杆66、67,借助于驱动马达69能通过分支传动机构68驱动这两个螺杆以使它们围绕相应的转轴70、71沿同一方向转动。螺杆66、67通入第二脱气口62中并且用于阻止混合物58进入壳体孔18、19中。真空-接口72通入壳体63中,该真空-接口用于抽吸水蒸气。
第三脱气装置61布置在第二脱气装置60的下游。第三脱气装置61设计为真空-脱气拱顶。为此,在壳体部段15中设计有第三脱气口73,在该第三脱气口上连接有第三脱气装置61。第三脱气装置61用于将水蒸气从混合物58中导出。在脱气区34中,螺旋元件74、74'和塑形元件75、75'抗转动地固定在轴20、21上。
在布置在后面的输出区35中,螺旋元件76、76'抗转动地布置在轴20、21上,该螺旋元件用于建立压力和从输出口37中排出混合物58。
塑形元件40、40'、59、59'、75、75'例如设计为单独的塑形片或设计为具有多个一体地相互连接的塑形片的至少一个塑形块。
制备设备1具有控制装置77以用于对该制备设备进行控制。借助于控制装置77能调节多轴-螺旋式机器4的转速,范围为50l/min到1200l/min,特别是150l/min到800l/min。
多轴-螺旋式机器4具有螺旋元件或塑形元件的外直径DMa和芯直径DMi。外直径DMa满足:16mm≤DMa≤200mm。比例DMa/DMi满足:1.22≤DMa/DMi≤1.9,特别是1.4≤DMa/DMi≤1.8。
螺旋式输送装置46的螺杆51、52具有外直径DZa和芯直径DZi。外直径DZa满足:0.25·DMa≤DZa≤2.0·DMa。此外比例DZa/DZi满足:1.36≤DZa/DZi≤2.0。螺杆51、52具有长度LZ,其中,比例LZ/DZa满足:2≤LZ/DZa≤32,特别是4≤LZ/DZa≤16。
侧脱气机器60的螺杆66、67具有外直径DEa和芯直径DEi。外直径DEa满足:0.25·DMa≤DEa≤2.0·DMa。此外,比例DEa/DEi满足:1.36≤DEa/DEi≤2.0。
制备设备1的工作原理如下:
借助于重量分析式的计量单元38将苯乙烯-丙烯腈-粒料28作为散料经过第一输送口27输送给螺旋式机器4。在进入区30中将苯乙烯-丙烯腈-粒料28输送到熔化区31,在那里使苯乙烯-丙烯腈-粒料28熔化。
在输送区32中将部分脱水的橡胶3输送给形成的苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体2。部分脱水的橡胶3借助于重量分析式的计量单元47输送给螺旋式输送装置46,该螺旋式输送装置将橡胶3经过第二输送口43输送到壳体孔18、19中。部分脱水的橡胶3被作为散料输送给计量装置44和苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体2。部分脱水的橡胶3特别设计为粒料和/或粉末。
部分脱水的橡胶3在输送到计量装置44中时具有第一含水量W1,该第一含水量最高为27%的重量百分比、特别是最高为23%的重量百分比、特别是最高为18%的重量百分比。在从计量装置44中导出时,部分脱水的橡胶具有第二含水量W2,其中,相对的含水量变化
在数值方面满足:0%≤|ΔW|≤2%、特别是0.1%≤|ΔW|≤1%、特别是0.2%≤|ΔW|≤0.5%。
由于部分脱水的橡胶3已经在输送到计量装置44中之前被预先脱水,也就是说具有低含水量W1,因此部分脱水的橡胶3借助于计量装置44仅被以计量的方式输送给苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体2并且在计量装置44中不继续脱水。橡胶3的脱水在之前的单独的制备步骤和/或制造步骤中进行,例如在制备橡胶3时和/或在之前的机械的脱水时借助于单独的螺旋式机器进行。
由于部分脱水的橡胶3借助于计量装置44仅被输送给苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体2,因此几乎没有能量进入到部分脱水的橡胶3中。部分脱水的橡胶3在输送到计量装置44中时具有温度TK0和在输送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体2中时具有温度TK1,其中,温度差ΔTk=Tk1-Tk0满足:ΔTK≤40℃、特别是ΔTK≤30℃、和特别是ΔTK≤20℃。此外,Tk1满足:Tk1≤60℃、特别是Tk1≤50℃、特别是Tk1≤40℃。
由于部分脱水的橡胶3在输送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体2中时具有低温Tk1,因此苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体2通过部分脱水的橡胶3的输送被冷却。苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体2在输送部位之前具有温度TS,而在输送部位之后在混合物58中具有温度TM。苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体2通过部分脱水的橡胶3的输送被冷却了温度ΔTS=TS-TM,其中,ΔTS满足:ΔTS≥10℃、特别是ΔTS≥20℃、特别是ΔTS≥40℃。
在输送部位处,部分脱水的橡胶3在所形成的混合物58中的份额为5%的重量百分比至35%的重量百分比、特别是10%的重量百分比至30%的重量百分比、特别是15%的重量百分比至25%的重量百分比。
而部分脱水的橡胶3的温度Tk1由于被输送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体2中而升高,其中,剩余的水从部分脱水的橡胶3中蒸发。产生的水蒸气通过第一脱气口41和第一脱气装置42排出。
部分脱水的橡胶3在混合区33中熔化并且与苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体2混合。剩余的水从混合物58中蒸发。由此产生的水蒸气在脱气区34中借助于第二脱气装置60和第三脱气装置61分别经过第二脱气口62和第三脱气口73导出。混合物58在输出区35中经过输出口37从螺旋式机器4中导出且例如被输送给粒化设备。在输送部位的下游,混合物58具有最大温度TMmax,其中,TMmax满足:TMmax≤280℃、特别是TMmax≤250℃、特别是TMmax≤220℃。
第一脱气装置42产生在100mbar~1013mbar、特别是在500mbar~1013mbar的范围中的真空。至少一个另外的脱气装置60、61产生在1mbar~900mbar、特别是在20mbar~300mbar的范围中的真空。
部分脱水的橡胶3例如是天然橡胶和/或合成橡胶。优选地,部分脱水的橡胶3是合成橡胶、例如丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)。
由于苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体2通过部分脱水的橡胶3冷却,因此混合物58可以被经济地制备。能量消耗可以整体上降低。通过输送部分脱水的橡胶3,苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体2基于蒸发焓冷却,由此混合物58实现了明显更低的温度分布并且因此可以被更经济地制备。用于混合和分布苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体2中的部分脱水的橡胶3的温度运行窗和/或转速运行窗被明显扩大,使得苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体2的制备和混合物58的制备简化。由于与现有技术相比能量输入更低,所以混合物58的制备的能效更高。
下面根据图3描述本发明的第二实施例。与第一实施例的区别在于,通过第一输送口27输送苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体2。在输入区30中将苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体2输送到脱气区78。在脱气区78中侧向地设计有第一脱气口41。第一脱气装置42相应于第二脱气装置60设计为侧脱气机器。在第一脱气装置42的构造和工作原理方面可参考第二脱气装置60的上面的描述。在脱气区78中,水从苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体2中蒸发并且经过第一脱气口41和设计为侧脱气机器的脱气装置42排出。提供的苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体2在输送区32中以描述的方式被输送了部分脱水的橡胶3。在工作原理和制备设备1的其它构造方面可以参考对上面的实施例的描述。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于制备苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
-提供螺旋式机器(4),苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体(2)位于该螺旋式机器中,
-提供部分脱水的橡胶(3)并将该部分脱水的橡胶(3)输送到计量装置(44)中,
-借助于计量装置(44)将部分脱水的橡胶(3)输送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体(2)中,和
-使部分脱水的橡胶(3)混入并借助于螺旋式机器(4)对由苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体(2)和部分脱水的橡胶(3)形成的混合物(58)进行脱水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,部分脱水的橡胶(3)在被输送到计量装置(44)中时的含水量(W1)最高为27%的重量百分比。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,部分脱水的橡胶(3)在被输送到计量装置(44)中时具有第一含水量W1并且在从计量装置(44)中排出时具有第二含水量W2,其中,相对的含水量变化
Δ W = W 2 - W 1 W 1
在数值方面满足:0%≤|ΔW|≤2%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,将部分脱水的橡胶(3)作为散料输送给计量装置(44)、特别是作为散料输送给苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体(2)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,部分脱水的橡胶(3)在被输送到计量装置(44)中时具有温度Tk0并且在被输送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体(2)中时具有温度Tk1,其中,温度差ΔTk=Tk1-Tk0满足:ΔTK≤40℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,部分脱水的橡胶(3)在被输送到苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体(2)中时具有温度Tk1,其中,Tk1满足:Tk1≤60℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过输送部分脱水的橡胶(3)使苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体(2)被冷却了温度ΔTS,其中,ΔTS满足:ΔTS≥10℃。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,混合物(58)具有最大温度TMmax,其中,TMmax满足:TMmax≤280℃。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,计量装置(44)包括螺旋式输送装置(46),该螺旋式输送装置通入螺旋式机器(4)中并且将部分脱水的橡胶(3)输送给苯乙烯-丙烯腈-熔体(2)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,螺旋式输送装置(46)包括至少一个螺杆(51、52),该至少一个螺杆具有长度LZ和直径DZa的,其中,比例LZ/DZa满足:2≤LZ/DZa≤32。
11.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,计量装置(44)包括重量分析式的计量单元(47)。
12.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在部分脱水的橡胶(3)的输送部位的上游,在螺旋式机器(4)上布置有第一脱气装置(42)。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,在输送部位的下游,在螺旋式机器(4)上布置有至少一个另外的脱气装置(60、61)。
14.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在输送部位处,部分脱水的橡胶(3)在所形成的混合物(58)中的份额为5%的重量百分比到35%的重量百分比。
