Abstract
本發明係關於異型格子板之施工方法,該異型格子板係指格子板角落有缺口者。在鋪設有缺口之異型格子板時,會遭遇到格子板無法在柱子上保持平衡的問題,因此必須在格子板下方設置施工架以保持格子板的平衡。惟,施工架會阻礙施工動線。本發明之施工方法是異型格子板被固定於柱子上之前施予維持其平衡狀態之措施,待該異型格子板確實固定於柱子上後,再移除該維持平衡狀態之措施,此方法可免除為維持該異型格子板平衡而設置之施工架所造成之不良施工動線。
Description
本發明係關於異型格子板(或稱預鑄樓板)施工之技術。
在建築及土木工程技術上,為縮減施工時間,常使用預鑄工法。在預鑄工法中係將樑、柱、樓板(或格子板)等在現場之外即預鑄完成,施工時再將其運送至現場組裝、灌漿固定,如此,可不必佔用現場空間、不必大量使用施工架,使現場能有較佳之施工動線,另方面亦可大幅節省現場施工、作業時間。又因樑、柱、樓板(或格子板)係在施工現場以外的工廠製成,不但生產量高而迅速,精密度、平整度與品質皆容易達到所要求的程度,所以預鑄工法已成為目前建築技術中之主流。 格子板在目前土木及建築技術領域中已廣為使用,例如工廠廠房,尤其是晶圓廠廠房之樓板。格子板可在現場澆灌或在預鑄場預鑄製成。格子板內部佈有鋼筋以增加其強度,板面有許多中空的部分,該中空的部分之配置係便於廠房佈線之用,另方面亦可有效減輕格子板重量。 在鋪設廠房樓板時,可在一適當跨度範圍內利用預鑄之混凝土柱配合預鑄之格子板組合而成,以減少現場施工之作業量而達到縮減施工期的目的。 在預鑄工法中使用的預鑄格子板,其側邊預埋連結鋼筋,再以搭接鋼筋連接。鋪設格子板時是將其跨置在工字樑上,再灌注混凝土於該格子板間之空隙以將格子板固定。 在某些狀況,該格子板並非為正常矩形,例如,矩形之四個角落中之一角落係有缺角或有缺口之情形,又稱為異型格子板。異型格子板之使用常見於樓板需設一樓梯口時,在這種情況下,須從格子板切割出一缺口。正常格子板鋪設在四根柱子上時,係分別以四根柱子支撐該格子板之四個角落,故格子板能呈平衡狀態。異型格子板因缺一角落,只有三個角落受到支撐而無法呈平衡、穩定狀態,因此無法進一步予以固定在柱頭上,故施工時需另外設置施工架或支撐架予以支撐。然而施工架或支撐架會佔用空間、阻礙施工動線,造成施工不便。因此,異型格子板之施工方法尚有改善之必要。
本發明之目的在克服鋪設異型格子板所遭遇之問題。在鋪設格子板時,需將格子板置放於柱子上,利用四根柱子分別支撐該格子板之四個角落,格子板因而能在平衡狀態下被進一步固定在柱子上。反之,異型格子板因為缺一角落或有缺口,僅在三個角落受到柱子的支撐,在僅三點支撐的情況下,異型格子板被置放在柱頭上後將無法保持平衡。本發明之發明概念在於異型格子板被固定於柱子上之前施予維持其平衡狀態之措施,待該異型格子板確實固定於柱子上後,再移除該維持平衡狀態之措施。根據此一發明概念,發明人提出若干實施例。該實施例在後續之「實施方式」予以詳細說明。
正常格子板之鋪設方法可參考圖1。該格子板22四個角落分別由四根柱子10支撐,在將格子板22固定於柱頭之前,無需考慮格子板之平衡問題。 圖2顯示目前鋪設異型格子板普遍採用之施工方式。相較於鋪設正常格子板,鋪設異型格子板2需要克服不平衡之問題。鋪設異型格子板2時需在其下方設置施工架或支撐架30,以輔助異型格子板2保持平衡,然而支撐架會佔用空間、阻礙施工動線,造成施工不便。 圖3顯示本發明採用之一種施工方式,圖4獨立顯示圖3之異型格子板2與額外之鋼樑4。比較圖2所示之異型格子板2,,該異型格子板2增加了兩支鋼樑4。該兩支鋼樑4使原本有缺口之異型格子板2(如圖2示)形成完整之矩形輪廓,如此,該異型格子板2即可如正常格子板施工。施工步驟大致如下: (1) 在該異型格子板2之缺口處增加臨時鋼樑4,使該異型格子板2具有完整之矩形輪廓; (2) 吊掛該異型格子板2,並置放在已設置之柱子10之柱頭上; (3) 將該異型格子板2固定在該柱頭上;及 (4) 將該臨時鋼樑4自該異型格子板2移除。 圖5顯示本發明之另一施工方式之實施例,其係在兩柱子之柱頭之間增加一支鋼樑24,若有必要亦可於另外兩柱子之柱頭之間增設另一支鋼樑,使鋪設上去之異型格子板2能處在平衡之狀態。施工步驟大致如下: (1) 在已設置柱子10之柱頭上增設臨時鋼樑24; (2) 吊掛該異型格子板2,並置放在該柱頭上; (3) 將該異型格子板2固定在該柱頭上;及 (4) 將該臨時鋼樑24自柱頭移除。 以上敘述之實施例係為使本發明所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者更清楚瞭解本發明,並使其能據以實施,因此,該實施例並非用以限制本發明之範圍,在不脫離本發明之精神下,針對該實施例進行各種其他改變及修改仍應屬於本案之申請專利範圍中。

Claims (2)
- 一種異型格子板鋪設方法,包括: 在該異型格子板之缺口增加鋼樑,使該異型格子板具有完整之矩形輪廓; 將該異型格子板吊掛並置放在已設置之柱子之柱頭上; 將該異型格子板固定在該柱頭上;及 將該鋼樑自該異型格子板移除。
- 一種異型格子板鋪設方法,包括: 在已設置柱子之柱頭上增設臨時鋼樑; 將該異型格子板吊掛並置放在該柱頭上; 將該異型格子板固定在該柱頭上;及 將該臨時鋼樑自柱頭移除。
