Abstract
Modular stairway (100), having baseplate (1), two side plates (2), foot boards (3), steel reinforcement framework (10) and cement concrete filling layer (6), wherein foot boards (3) are arranged in a stepped way and fixedly connected with two side plates (2) through angle supports (4). Baseplate (1) is fixedly connected with two side plates (2) through angle supports (5). Steel reinforcement framework (10) corresponds to a space defined by baseplate (1), two side plates (2), and foot boards (3), and consists of horizontal frame (32), and right-angled steel reinforcements (31). Horizontal frame steel reinforcements (32) include longitudinal steel reinforcements (11), and transverse steel reinforcements (12). The space defined by baseplate (1), two side plates (2), and foot boards (3) is filled with cement concrete filling layer (6) which wraps steel reinforcement framework (10), the exposed surface of the cement concrete filling layer (6) under each foot board (3) is vertical to foot board (3).
Description
CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION
The present application claims the benefit of China Patent Application Serial No. 201720007782.0, filed January 4, 2017, now China Utility Model PatentNo. CN 206397009 U, granted August 11, 2017, which contents are incorporated herein in its entirety.
1. Technical Field
The present invention relates to a building component, in particular to a modular stairway.
2. Description of Related Art
In the current art, the stairways of most buildings are constructed on site. During the construction, procedures such as scaffolding, framework supporting, pouring and tamping, waiting, framework removing and decoration are needed, which generally cause the shortcomings of a complicated construction procedure, a long construction period, serious waste, and the like. Especially in the construction of integrated and modular houses, the technical problem to be solved urgently at present is to provide a building component which can be created in one step.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a modular stairway which can be prefabricated in a plant and assembled on site, with respect to the disadvantages of the prior art.
The present invention is implemented as a modular stairway, having a baseplate, two side plates, a plurality of foot boards, a steel reinforcement framework and a cement concrete filling layer. The baseplate, the two side plates and the plurality of foot boards all can be glass fiber reinforced cement slabs. The plurality of foot boards can be arranged in a stepped way, and fixedly connected with the two side plates through angle supports. The baseplate can be fixedly connected with the two side plates through angle supports.
The steel reinforcement framework corresponds to a space defined by the baseplate, the two side plates and the plurality of foot boards. The steel reinforcement framework consists of a horizontal frame and a plurality of right-angled steel reinforcements. The horizontal steel reinforcements include a plurality of longitudinal steel reinforcements and a plurality of transverse steel reinforcements. The arrangement positions of the transverse steel reinforcements can correspond to the positions of low points of the steps. The right-angled steel reinforcements can correspond to the positions of the foot boards. Both ends of each right-angled reinforcement can be respectively fixed to two adjacent transverse steel reinforcements. The space defined by the baseplate, the two side plates and the plurality of foot boards can be filled with a cement concrete filling layer which wraps the steel reinforcement framework. The exposed surface of the cement concrete filling layer under each foot board is vertical to the foot board.
Compared with the prior art, the modular stairway provided by the present invention has the following advantages: the product adopts commercially-purchased glass fiber reinforced cement slabs to form the framework of a stairway, and then the steel reinforcement framework and the cement concrete filling layer are arranged in the space defined by the baseplate, the two side plates and the foot boards to finish the construction of the stairway.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
The present invention will be further described below in connection with FIG. 1, which shows a modular stairway 100, having baseplate 1, two side plates 2, plurality of foot boards 3, steel reinforcement framework 10 and a cement concrete filling layer 6. Baseplate 1, two side plates 2, and plurality of foot boards 3 can be all glass fiber reinforced cement slabs, such as ” Crazy Magic Stone” artificial building material, which is commercially available from WINSUN BUILDING TECH (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD, Shanghai, CN. Plurality of foot boards 3 can be arranged in a stepped way, and can be fixedly connected with two side plates 2 through angle supports 4. Baseplate 1 can be fixedly connected with the two side plates 2 through angle supports 5. Steel reinforcement framework 10 corresponds to a space defined by baseplate 1, two side plates 2 and plurality of foot boards 3.
The present invention is described above with reference to the drawing and embodiments, which are not intended to limit the present invention. Those skilled in the art can make adjustments according to actual needs and various variants or modifications made within the scope of appended claims shall fall within the scope of protection.
The present invention can find utility in the building/construction industry. The modular stairway is simple in structure, convenient for construction, can be prefabricated in a plant completely and also can be connected with other components by using the two side plates, thus saving the costs of on-site construction, improving the working efficiency, saving time, material and labor, and also saving the construction cost.

- A modular stairway, comprising:a baseplate;two side plates;a plurality of foot boards;a steel reinforcement framework; anda cement concrete filling layer,wherein the baseplate, the two side plates and the plurality of foot boards are all glass fiber reinforced cement slabs,wherein the plurality of foot boards are arranged in stepped way and fixedly connected with the two side plates through angle supports,wherein the baseplate is fixedly connected with the two side plates through angle supports,wherein the steel reinforcement framework corresponds to a space defined by the baseplate, the two side plates and the plurality of foot boards,wherein the steel reinforcement framework consists of a horizontal frame and a plurality of right-angled steel reinforcements,wherein the horizontal steel reinforcements include a plurality of longitudinal steel reinforcements and a plurality of transverse steel reinforcements,wherein the arrangement positions of the transverse steel reinforcements correspond to the positions of low points of the steps,wherein the right-angled steel reinforcements correspond to the positions of the foot boards, both ends of each right-angled reinforcement are respectively fixed to two adjacent transverse steel reinforcements,wherein the space defined by the baseplate, the two side plates and the plurality of foot boards is filled with a cement concrete filling layer.wherein the cement concrete filling layer wraps the steel reinforcement framework, andwherein the exposed surface of the cement concrete filling layer under each foot board is vertical to the foot board.
