Description

小間距高速正交背板連接器
本發明涉及信號/電源傳輸裝置,具體涉及一種小間距高速正交背板連接器。
隨著通信技術的快速發展,為了達到信號的高速傳輸,在信號傳輸過程中的關鍵部件連接器逐漸向小型化、多針數及小間距趨勢,在有限的空間內,當前連接器中進行信號轉接的部件包括多塊基板和在基板上設置有多根不規則且長度較長的端子,每塊基板和其上設置的端子還需要設置一個獨立的殼體進行封裝相鄰的封裝殼體之間還需要設置起電磁遮罩作用的結構,使得整個連接器的結構複雜,設計、製造困難,且不易提高電連接器的傳輸速率。
針對現有技術中的上述不足,本發明提供的小間距高速正交背板連接器解決了現有連接器進行信號轉接的轉接部件結構複雜的問題。
為了達到上述發明目的,本發明採用的技術方案如下。
提供一種小間距高速正交背板連接器,包括至少一個信號傳輸元件,所述信號傳輸元件包括一插卡式連接器、一壓入式連接器和一PCB板;所述PCB板的一側邊上設置有一排焊墊,所述PCB板與焊墊所在側相鄰的側邊上設置有一排金手指;每一個所述焊墊通過所述PCB板上的走線與一個所述金手指一一對應,所述焊墊的延線均與所述金手指的延線垂直;所述插卡式連接器安裝在所述PCB板的所述焊墊側,並與所述焊墊導通;所述壓入式連接器安裝在所述PCB板的所述金手指側,並與所述金手指導通。
進一步地,該小間距高速正交背板連接器還包括基座,所述基座上開設有與所述信號傳輸元件數量相同、且用於安裝所述信號傳輸元件的一容納槽,每一個所述信號傳輸元件均設置有包裹其的一安裝殼。
進一步地,所述插卡式連接器和所述壓入式連接器兩端的一條形槽內均設置有與所述PCB板兩面接觸的一凸筋,所述凸筋下方開設有一容屑槽。
進一步地,所述插卡式連接器包括一插卡殼體和一端子元件,所述端子元件安裝於所述插卡殼體內的一組件卡槽內,並延伸出所述組件卡槽與所述PCB板的所述焊墊接觸;所述端子元件包括兩排端子和採用注塑方式形成於兩排所述端子上的連接板。
進一步地,每排所述端子包括若干第一端子和用於熱插拔的至少一根第二端子,所述第二端子的長度大於所述第一端子的長度。
進一步地,所述組件卡槽的兩端設置有傾斜向上、且向著所述組件卡槽中部延伸的一凸起部,所述連接板的兩端開設有與所述凸起部配合的一卡槽。

本發明的有益效果為:本發明通過兩個易於製造的所述插卡式連接器、所述壓入式連接器及所述導通插卡式連接器和所述壓入式連接器的所述PCB板替代現有難以製造的連接器,降低了小間距高速正交電連接器的製造難度。
其中,採用所述PCB板上導通的所述焊墊和所述金手指取代現有細長的端子,在所述PCB板導通所述焊墊和所述金手指的線路時,只要保證兩者一一對應即可,不需要類似端子考慮其具體採用怎樣的結構,具有多層佈線靈活的特點,更易於設計出高速正交類電連接器。

以下對本發明的具體實施方式進行描述,以便於本技術領域的技術人員理解本發明,但應該清楚,本發明不限於具體實施方式的範圍,對本技術領域的普通技術人員來講,只要各種變化在所附的申請專利範圍限定和確定的本發明的精神和範圍內,這些變化是顯而易見的,一切利用本發明構思的發明創造均在保護之列。
參考圖1,圖1顯示插卡式連接器2、壓入式連接器3和PCB板1組裝過程的示意圖。如圖1所示,該小間距高速正交背板連接器包括至少一個信號傳輸元件,使用者可以根據具體使用場所將多個本發明的信號傳輸元件組裝在一起構成一個傳遞更多信號的組合連接器,使得使用場所非常的靈活。
如圖1所示,信號傳輸元件包括插卡式連接器2、壓入式連接器3和PCB板1;使用者在進行兩塊電路板的導通時,其只需將壓入式連接器3的端子壓入電路板上的安裝孔,將另一塊電路板採用插卡的方式插入插卡式連接器2的端子之間即可實現兩塊電路板的導通,安裝非常方便。
PCB板1的一側邊上設置有一排焊墊11,PCB板1與焊墊11所在側相鄰的側邊上設置有一排金手指12;每一個焊墊11通過PCB板1上的走線與一個金手指12一一對應,焊墊11的延線均與金手指12的延線垂直;插卡式連接器2安裝在PCB板1的焊墊11側,並與焊墊11導通;壓入式連接器3安裝在PCB板1的金手指12側,並與金手指12導通。
為了便於插卡式連接器2與焊墊11及壓入式連接器3與金手指12之間信號的有效傳遞,焊墊11和金手指12均設置成具有一定長度的觸點。其中,插卡式連接器2和壓入式連接器3可以採用焊接的方式與PCB板1固定安裝在一起,插卡式連接器2和壓入式連接器3也可以通過其上的端子的夾持力夾緊PCB板1。
在本發明的一個實施例中,該小間距高速正交背板連接器還包括基座5,基座5上開設有與信號傳輸元件數量相同、且用於安裝信號傳輸元件的容納槽51,每一個信號傳輸元件均設置有包裹其的安裝殼4,連接器設置基座5和安裝殼4後的結構可以參考圖3和圖4所示。
如圖3和圖4所示,基座5包括設置有容納槽51的基座本體和設置在基座本體兩側呈直角梯形的延伸臂,其中容納槽51貫穿於整個基座本體,這樣插卡式連接器2的端子才能穿過容納槽51實現電路板的卡接。
如圖5所示,在延伸臂的自由端固定安裝有具有一定厚度的連接部52(基座本體、延伸臂和連接部52三者可以為一體成型結構),在連接部52鄰近壓入式連接器3的端面設置有定位柱53和螺釘孔。
在進行兩塊電路板的信號導通時,定位柱53可以用於壓入式連接器3壓入電路板上的定位和導向,通過螺釘孔和螺釘的相互配合能夠將小間距高速正交背板連接器穩定地固定在電路板上。
當本發明設置有多個信號傳輸元件時,為了保證多個信號傳輸元件組裝在一起的穩定性,可以在安裝殼4遠離插卡式連接器2的端面上設置有將幾個信號傳輸元件固定在一起的卡板。
如圖6、圖7和圖13,在實施時,本發明較佳插卡式連接器2和壓入式連接器3兩端的條形槽內均設置有與PCB板1兩面接觸的凸筋211,凸筋211下方開設有容屑槽212(較佳容屑槽212設置在緊鄰凸筋211根部)。
凸筋211設置後,可以加強PCB板1與插卡式連接器2和壓入式連接器3組裝在一起的穩定性,當PCB板1、插卡式連接器2和壓入式連接器3三者採用焊接的方式固定在一起時,凸筋211還可以避免外界的力直接作用在焊點上。
在凸筋211下方增加容屑槽212後,PCB板1在與插卡式連接器2和壓入式連接器3的凸筋211接觸時產生的碎屑能夠掉入容屑槽212內,避免連接PCB板1時,因碎屑而裝配不到位,影響焊墊11和金手指12與插卡式連接器2和壓入式連接器3間的信號傳輸。
如圖6至圖9所示,插卡式連接器2包括插卡殼體21和端子元件22,端子元件22安裝於插卡殼體21內的組件卡槽215內,並延伸出組件卡槽215與PCB板1的焊墊11接觸;端子元件22包括兩排端子和採用注塑方式形成於兩排端子上的連接板224。
採用注塑的方式在兩排端子上形成所有端子組裝在一起的連接板224後,不需要在插卡殼體21的組件卡槽215側壁上開設細長、用於安裝單個端子的槽體,降低了插卡殼體21的加工難度,同時也避免了將端子一根一根地安裝入插卡殼體21,從而縮短了組裝時間,並降低了組裝難度。
在本發明的一個實施例中,插卡式連接器2的每排端子包括若干第一端子222和至少一根用於熱插拔的第二端子223,第二端子223的長度大於第一端子222的長度,具體參考圖2和圖8。
實施時,本發明較佳插卡式連接器2內位於同一排中的相鄰兩根第一端子222之間的間距設置為0.5mm~0.65mm,含兩邊的端點0.5mm和0.65mm;採用這種設計尺寸後,可以使插卡式連接器2的整體長度大幅度縮短,進而可以降低正交背板連接器的安裝空間。
另外,將插卡式連接器2內兩排端子中相對的端子形成錯位分佈,這樣設置後,其在兩根相鄰第一端子222間距縮小時,可以通過相對的第一端子222錯開一定的距離來達到降低信號串擾的問題。
本發明將熱插拔結構直接設置在小間距高速正交連接器上後,無論與其對插的電路板上是否設置熱插拔結構,採用本發明的連接器都能實現熱插拔功能,從而確保了本發明的連接器的通用性和使用範圍。
採用幾片長度大於第一端子222的第二端子223作為熱插拔結構,簡化了連接器實現熱插拔性能的加工製程,確保了通過連接器就能夠實現熱插拔功能的可行性。
本發明的熱插拔實現的原理為:當PCB板插入時,通過長針給系統預載入電源,並向系統發出指令為系統正式工作做好準備;而當拔出PCB板時,在短針脫離時,同時也會給系統發出指令讓系統做好關閉的準備,從而實現在不關閉系統、不切斷電源的情況下的操作避免損壞與其對插電路板和/或資料的丟失。
如圖7和圖9所示,實施時,本發明較佳組件卡槽215的兩端設置有傾斜向上、且向著組件卡槽215中部延伸的凸起部213,連接板224的兩端開設有與凸起部213配合的卡槽2241。
其中,插卡式連接器2上的條形槽與組件卡槽215連通,凸起部213較佳設置在組件卡槽215鄰近條形槽的側壁上,凸起部213與卡槽2241相互配合的側面相對於凸起部213的底面為一斜面,即斜面設置後,使凸起部213呈現出底面寬、頂面窄的結構。
設置卡槽2241和凸起部213後,端子元件22在裝入組件卡槽215時,若是工人不小心出現端子元件22反裝時,端子元件22不能裝入,從而防止因不正確方向裝入導致插卡式連接器2損壞。
如圖2、圖8和圖9所示,在插卡殼體21的長度方向上的側壁上開設有若干觀察端子元件22的第一端子222和第二端子223組裝到位情況的視窗214;視窗214的數量較佳與第一端子222和第二端子223一一對應,這樣設置後不僅便於觀察每顆第一端子222和第二端子223裝入情況,還可以作為散熱的通道,確保第一端子222和第二端子223產生的熱量能夠快速地擴散出去,從而確保了信號的傳輸速率及第一端子222和第二端子223的使用壽命。
如圖6、圖8和圖9所示,連接板224的寬度方向設置有一定位鍵221,定位鍵221的下端卡裝有一金屬帽23;焊墊11所在側的PCB板1上設置有與定位鍵221配合的弧形槽。金屬帽23的引入,提高了插卡式連接器2與電路板插拔壽命,使插卡式連接器2能夠承受多次插拔。
如圖10至圖14所示,壓入式連接器3包括端子殼體31,端子殼體31上開設有一條形安裝槽,安裝槽沿長度方向的側壁上個開設有一排端子插槽;其中一排端子插槽內卡裝有第三端子32,另一排端子插槽內卡裝有與第三端子32結構存在差異的第四端子33。為了簡化PCB板1設置焊墊11和金手指12的側邊的結構,實施時,壓入式連接器3的條形槽與安裝槽連通。
如圖11和圖12所示,在本發明的一個實施例中,第三端子32與第四端子33均由連接為一體的彎曲部321、平面連接板322和壓入部323所構成,第三端子32的平面連接板322鄰近其上彎曲部321的一段寬度等於彎曲部321的寬度,遠離彎曲部321的一段的寬度大於彎曲部321的寬度;第四端子33的平面連接板322的寬度大於其上彎曲部321的寬度,且平面連接板322上至少開設有一個安裝孔。
第四端子33為高速信號側的端子,其採用夾物成型方式製成,其他端子(第三端子32)為保證裝配的便利性採用後下往上的裝配方式裝配至端子殼體31內部,第四端子33上開設的安裝孔能夠提高其退出力。
實施時,本發明較佳端子殼體31的一端設置有一延伸部311,延伸部311上開設有卡裝PCB板1的插槽。延伸部311及其上的插槽的設置能夠對PCB板1的側壁進行包裹,從而提高了PCB板1與壓入式連接器3組裝在一起的穩定性。
實施時,較佳焊墊11設置在PCB板1寬度方向上的側邊上,金手指12設置在PCB板1長度方向上的側邊上,這樣再結合延伸部311能夠進一步提高PCB板1長度方向的穩定性。
當PCB板1部分包裹於延伸部311後,可以在延伸部311的側面上設置一個弧形凸起42,在弧形凸起42的正下方開設有貫穿延伸部311的槽體,通過在卡板41上開設與信號傳輸元件數量相匹配的弧形槽411,這樣卡板41通過槽體、弧形凸起42和弧形槽411的相互配合能夠穩定地將多個信號傳輸元件固定在一起。
如圖10和圖11所示,在端子殼體31的寬度方向上至少設置有一塊凸塊312,在PCB板1的金手指12側設置有與凸塊312配合的槽體;凸塊312和槽體的設置,可以防止PCB板1與壓入式連接器3對位不準,而損壞第三端子32、第四端子33和金手指12,保證了插拔的準確性。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種小間距高速正交背板連接器,包括至少一個信號傳輸元件,所述信號傳輸元件包括一插卡式連接器、一壓入式連接器和一PCB板;所述PCB板的一側邊上設置有一排焊墊,所述PCB板與所述焊墊所在側相鄰的側邊上設置有一排金手指;每一個所述焊墊通過所述PCB板上的走線與一個所述金手指一一對應,所述焊墊的延線均與所述金手指的延線垂直;所述插卡式連接器安裝在所述PCB板的所述焊墊側,並與所述焊墊導通;所述壓入式連接器安裝在所述PCB板的所述金手指側,並與所述金手指導通;以及一基座,所述基座上開設有與所述信號傳輸元件數量相同、且用於安裝所述信號傳輸元件的一容納槽,每一個所述信號傳輸元件均設置有包裹所述信號傳輸元件的一安裝殼。
  2. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的小間距高速正交背板連接器,其中,所述插卡式連接器和所述壓入式連接器兩端的一條形槽內均設置有與所述PCB板兩面接觸的一凸筋,所述凸筋下方開設有一容屑槽。
  3. 根據申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述的小間距高速正交背板連接器,其中,所述插卡式連接器包括一插卡殼體和一端子元件,所述端子元件安裝於所述插卡殼體內的一組件卡槽內,並延伸出所述組件卡槽與所述PCB板的所述焊墊接觸;所述端子元件包括兩排端子和採用注塑方式形成於兩排所述端子上的一連接板。
  4. 根據申請專利範圍第3項所述的小間距高速正交背板連接器,其中,每一排所述端子包括若干第一端子和用於熱插拔的至少一根第二端子,所述第二端子的長度大於所述第一端子的長度。
  5. 根據申請專利範圍第3項所述的小間距高速正交背板連接器,其中,所述組件卡槽的兩端設置有傾斜向上、且向著所述組 件卡槽中部延伸的一凸起部,所述連接板的兩端開設有與所述凸起部配合的一卡槽。
  6. 根據申請專利範圍第3項所述的小間距高速正交背板連接器,其中,所述連接板的寬度方向設置有一定位鍵,所述定位鍵的下端卡裝有一金屬帽;在所述PCB板的所述焊墊側上設置有與所述定位鍵配合的一弧形槽。
  7. 根據申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述的小間距高速正交背板連接器,其中,所述壓入式連接器包括一端子殼體,所述端子殼體上開設有一條形安裝槽,所述安裝槽沿長度方向的側壁上個開設有一排端子插槽;其中一排所述端子插槽內卡裝有一第三端子,另一排所述端子插槽內卡裝有與所述第三端子結構存在差異的一第四端子。
  8. 根據申請專利範圍第7項所述的小間距高速正交背板連接器,其中,所述第三端子與所述第四端子均由連接為一體的一彎曲部、一平面連接板和一壓入部所構成,所述第三端子的所述平面連接板鄰近其上所述彎曲部的一段寬度等於所述彎曲部的寬度,遠離所述彎曲部的一段的寬度大於所述彎曲部的寬度;所述第四端子的所述平面連接板的寬度大於其上所述彎曲部的寬度,且所述平面連接板上至少開設有一個安裝孔。
  9. 根據申請專利範圍第7項所述的小間距高速正交背板連接器,其中,所述端子殼體的一端設置有一延伸部,所述延伸部上開設有卡裝所述PCB板的一插槽。
