随着通信技术的快速发展,为了达到信号的高速传输,在信号传输过程中的关键部件连接器逐渐向小型化、多针数及小间距趋势,在有限的空间内, 当前连接器中进行信号转接的部件包括多块基板和在基板上设置有多根不规则且长度较长的端子,每块基板和其上设置的端子还需要设置一个独立的壳体进行封装相邻的封装壳体之间还需要设置起电磁屏蔽作用的结构,使得整个连接器的结构复杂,设计、制造困难,且不易提高电连接器的传输速率。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供的小间距高速正交背板连接器解决了现有连接器进行信号转接的转接部件结构复杂的问题。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
提供一种小间距高速正交背板连接器,其包括至少一个信号传输组件,信号传输组件包括插卡式连接器、压入式连接器和PCB板;PCB板的一侧侧边上设置有一排焊盘, PCB板与焊盘所在侧相邻的侧边上设置有一排金手指;每一个焊盘通过PCB板上的走线与一个金手指一一对应,焊盘的延线均与金手指的延线垂直;插卡式连接器安装在PCB板的焊盘侧,并与焊盘导通;压入式连接器安装在PCB板的金手指侧,并与金手指导通。
进一步地,该小间距高速正交背板连接器还包括基座,基座上开设有与信号传输组件数量相同、且用于安装信号传输组件的容纳槽,每一个信号传输组件均设置有包裹其的安装壳。
进一步地,插卡式连接器和压入式连接器两端的条形槽内均设置有与PCB板两面接触的凸筋,凸筋下方开设有容屑槽。
进一步地,插卡式连接器包括插卡壳体和端子组件,端子组件安装于插卡壳体内的组件卡槽内,并延伸出组件卡槽与PCB板的焊盘接触;端子组件包括两排端子和采用注塑方式形成于两排端子上的连接板。
进一步地,每排端子包括若干第一端子和至少一根用于热插拔的第二端子,第二端子的长度大于第一端子的长度。
进一步地,组件卡槽的两端设置有倾斜向上、且向着组件卡槽中部延伸的凸起部,连接板的两端开设有与凸起部配合的卡槽。

本发明的有益效果为:本方案通过两个易于制造的插卡式连接器、压入式连接器及导通插卡式连接器和压入式连接器的PCB板替代现有难以制造的连接器,降低了小间距高速正交电连接器的制造难度。
其中,采用PCB板上导通的焊盘和金手指取代现有细长的端子,在PCB板导通焊盘和金手指的线路时,只要保证两者一一对应即可,不需要类似端子考虑其具体采用怎样的结构,具有多层布线灵活的特点,更易于设计出高速正交类电连接器。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式进行描述,以便于本技术领域的技术人员理解本发明,但应该清楚,本发明不限于具体实施方式的范围,对本技术领域的普通技术人员来讲,只要各种变化在所附的权利要求限定和确定的本发明的精神和范围内,这些变化是显而易见的,一切利用本发明构思的发明创造均在保护之列。
参考图1,图1示出了插卡式连接器2、压入式连接器3和PCB板1组装过程的示意图。如图1所示,该小间距高速正交背板连接器包括至少一个信号传输组件,用户可以根据具体使用场所将多个本方案的信号传输组件组装在一起构成一个传递更多信号的组合连接器,使得使用场所非常的灵活。
如图1所示,信号传输组件包括插卡式连接器2、压入式连接器3和PCB板1;用户在进行两块电路板的导通时,其只需将压入式连接器3的端子压入电路板上的安装孔,将另一块电路板采用插卡的方式插入插卡式连接器2的端子之间即可实现两块电路板的导通,安装非常方便。
PCB板1的一侧侧边上设置有一排焊盘11, PCB板1与焊盘11所在侧相邻的侧边上设置有一排金手指12;每一个焊盘11通过PCB板1上的走线与一个金手指12一一对应,焊盘11的延线均与金手指12的延线垂直;插卡式连接器2安装在PCB板1的焊盘11侧,并与焊盘11导通;压入式连接器3安装在PCB板1的金手指12侧,并与金手指12导通。
为了便于插卡式连接器2与焊盘11及压入式连接器3与金手指12之间信号的有效传递,焊盘11和金手指12均设置成具有一定长度的触点。其中,插卡式连接器2和压入式连接器3可以采用焊接的方式与PCB板1固定安装在一起,插卡式连接器2和压入式连接器3也可以通过其上的端子的夹持力夹紧PCB板1。
在本发明的一个实施例中,该小间距高速正交背板连接器还包括基座5,基座5上开设有与信号传输组件数量相同、且用于安装信号传输组件的容纳槽51,每一个信号传输组件均设置有包裹其的安装壳4,连接器设置基座5和安装壳4后的结构可以参考图3和图4所示。
如图3和图4所示,基座5包括设置有容纳槽51的基座本体和设置在基座本体两侧呈直角梯形的延伸臂,其中容纳槽51贯穿于整个基座本体,这样插卡式连接器2的端子才能穿过容纳槽51实现电路板的卡接。
如图5所示,在延伸臂的自由端固定安装有具有一定厚度的连接部52(基座本体、延伸臂和连接部52三者可以为一体成型结构),在连接部52邻近压入式连接器3的端面设置有定位柱53和螺钉孔。
在进行两块电路板的信号导通时,定位柱53可以用于压入式连接器3压入电路板上的定位和导向,通过螺钉孔和螺钉的相互配合能够将小间距高速正交背板连接器稳定地固定在电路板上。
当本方案设置有多个信号传输组件时,为了保证多个信号传输组件组装在一起的稳定性,可以在安装壳4远离插卡式连接器2的端面上设置有将几个信号传输组件固定在一起的卡板。
如图6、图7和图13,在实施时,本方案优选插卡式连接器2和压入式连接器3两端的条形槽内均设置有与PCB板1两面接触的凸筋211,凸筋211下方开设有容屑槽212(优选容屑槽212设置在紧邻凸筋211根部)。
凸筋211设置后,可以加强PCB板1与插卡式连接器2和压入式连接器3组装在一起的稳定性,当PCB板1、插卡式连接器2和压入式连接器3三者采用焊接的方式固定在一起时,凸筋211还可以避免外界的力直接作用在焊点上。
在凸筋211下方增加容屑槽212后,PCB板1在与插卡式连接器2和压入式连接器3的凸筋211接触时产生的碎屑能够掉入容屑槽212内,避免连接PCB板1时,因碎屑而装配不到位,影响焊盘11和金手指12与插卡式连接器2和压入式连接器3间的信号传输。
如图6至图9所示,插卡式连接器2包括插卡壳体21和端子组件22,端子组件22安装于插卡壳体21内的组件卡槽215内,并延伸出组件卡槽215与PCB板1的焊盘11接触;端子组件22包括两排端子和采用注塑方式形成于两排端子上的连接板224。
采用注塑的方式在两排端子上形成所有端子组装在一起的连接板224后,不需要在插卡壳体21的组件卡槽215侧壁上开设细长、用于安装单个端子的槽体,降低了插卡壳体21的加工难度,同时也避免了将端子一根一根地安装入插卡壳体21,从而缩短了组装时间,并降低了组装难度。
在本发明的一个实施例中,插卡式连接器2的每排端子包括若干第一端子222和至少一根用于热插拔的第二端子223,第二端子223的长度大于第一端子222的长度,具体参考图2和图8。
实施时,本方案优选插卡式连接器2内位于同一排中的相邻两根第一端子222之间的间距设置为0.5mm~0.65mm,含两边的端点0.5mm和0.65mm;采用这种设计尺寸后,可以使插卡式连接器2的整体长度大幅度缩短,进而可以降低正交背板连接器的安装空间。
另外,将插卡式连接器2内两排端子中相对的端子形成错位分布,这样设置后,其在两根相邻第一端子222间距缩小时,可以通过相对的第一端子222错开一定的距离来达到降低信号串扰的问题。
本方案将热插拔结构直接设置在小间距高速正交连接器上后,无论与其对插的电路板上是否设置热插拔结构,采用本方案的连接器都能实现热插拔功能,从而确保了本方案的连接器的通用性和使用范围。
采用几片长度大于第一端子222的第二端子223作为热插拔结构,简化了连接器实现热插拔性能的加工工艺,确保了通过连接器就能够实现热插拔功能的可行性。
本方案的热插拔实现的原理为:当PCB板插入时,通过长针给系统预加载电源,并向系统发出指令为系统正式工作做好准备; 而当拔出PCB板时,在短针脱离时,同时也会给系统发出指令让系统做好关闭的准备,从而实现在不关闭系统、不切断电源的情况下的操作避免损坏与其对插电路板和/或数据的丢失。
如图7和图9所示,实施时,本方案优选组件卡槽215的两端设置有倾斜向上、且向着组件卡槽215中部延伸的凸起部213,连接板224的两端开设有与凸起部213配合的卡槽2241。
其中,插卡式连接器2上的条形槽与组件卡槽215连通,凸起部213优选设置在组件卡槽215邻近条形槽的侧壁上,凸起部213与卡槽2241相互配合的侧面相对于凸起部213的底面为一斜面,即斜面设置后,使凸起部213呈现出底面宽、顶面窄的结构。
设置卡槽2241和凸起部213后,端子组件22在装入组件卡槽215时,若是工人不小心出现端子组件22反装时,端子组件22不能装入,从而防止因不正确方向装入导致插卡式连接器2损坏。
如图2、图8和图9所示,在插卡壳体21的长度方向上的侧壁上开设有若干观察端子组件22的第一端子222和第二端子223组装到位情况的视窗214;视窗214的数量优选与第一端子222和第二端子223一一对应,这样设置后不仅便于观察每颗第一端子222和第二端子223装入情况,还可以作为散热的通道,确保第一端子222和第二端子223产生的热量能够快速地扩散出去,从而确保了信号的传输速率及第一端子222和第二端子223的使用寿命。
如图6、图8和图9所示,连接板224的宽度方向设置有一定位键221,定位键221的下端卡装有一金属帽23;焊盘11所在侧的PCB板1上设置有与定位键221配合的弧形槽。金属帽23的引入,提高了插卡式连接器2与电路板插拔寿命,使插卡式连接器2能够承受多次插拔。
如图10至图14所示,压入式连接器3包括端子壳体31,端子壳体31上开设有一条形安装槽,安装槽沿长度方向的侧壁上个开设有一排端子插槽;其中一排端子插槽内卡装有第三端子32,另一排端子插槽内卡装有与第三端子32结构存在差异的第四端子33。为了简化PCB板1设置焊盘11和金手指12的侧边的结构,实施时,压入式连接器3的条形槽与安装槽连通。
如图11和图12所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,第三端子32与第四端子33均由连接为一体的弯曲部321、平面连接板322和压入部323,第三端子32的平面连接板322邻近其上弯曲部321的一段宽度等于弯曲部321的宽度,远离弯曲部321的一段的宽度大于弯曲部321的宽度;第四端子33的平面连接板322的宽度大于其上弯曲部321的宽度,且平面连接板322上至少开设有一个安装孔。
第四端子33为高速信号侧的端子,其采用夹物成型方式制成,其他端子(第三端子32)为保证装配的便利性采用后下往上的装配方式装配至端子壳体31内部,第四端子33上开设的安装孔能够提高其退出力。
实施时,本方案优选端子壳体31的一端设置有一延伸部311,延伸部311上开设有卡装PCB板1的插槽。延伸部311及其上的插槽的设置能够对PCB板1的侧壁进行包裹,从而提高了PCB板1与压入式连接器3组装在一起的稳定性。
实施时,优选焊盘11设置在PCB板1宽度方向上的侧边上,金手指12设置在PCB板1长度方向上的侧边上,这样再结合延伸部311能够进一步提高PCB板1长度方向的稳定性。
当PCB板1部分包裹于延伸部311后,可以在延伸部311的侧面上设置一个弧形凸起42,在弧形凸起42的正下方开设有贯穿延伸部311的槽体,通过在卡板41上开设上与信号传输组件数量相匹配的弧形槽411,这样卡板41通过槽体、弧形凸起41和弧形槽411的相互配合能够稳定地将多个信号传输组件固定在一起。
如图10和图11所示,在端子壳体31的宽度方向上至少设置有一块凸块312,在PCB板1的金手指12侧设置有与凸块312配合的槽体;凸块312和槽体的设置,可以防止PCB板1与压入式连接器3对位不准,而损坏第三端子32、第四端子33和金手指12,保证了插拔的准确性。

Claims (10)

1.小间距高速正交背板连接器,其特征在于,包括至少一个信号传输组件,所述信号传输组件包括插卡式连接器、压入式连接器和PCB板;所述PCB板的一侧侧边上设置有一排焊盘, PCB板与所述焊盘所在侧相邻的侧边上设置有一排金手指;每一个焊盘通过PCB板上的走线与一个金手指一一对应,所述焊盘的延线均与所述金手指的延线垂直;所述插卡式连接器安装在PCB板的焊盘侧,并与所述焊盘导通;所述压入式连接器安装在PCB板的金手指侧,并与所述金手指导通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小间距高速正交背板连接器,其特征在于,还包括基座,所述基座上开设有与信号传输组件数量相同、且用于安装信号传输组件的容纳槽,每一个信号传输组件均设置有包裹其的安装壳。
3.根据权利要求1所述的小间距高速正交背板连接器,其特征在于,所述插卡式连接器和压入式连接器两端的条形槽内均设置有与PCB板两面接触的凸筋,所述凸筋下方开设有容屑槽。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的小间距高速正交背板连接器,其特征在于,所述插卡式连接器包括插卡壳体和端子组件,所述端子组件安装于所述插卡壳体内的组件卡槽内,并延伸出组件卡槽与PCB板的焊盘接触;所述端子组件包括两排端子和采用注塑方式形成于两排端子上的连接板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的小间距高速正交背板连接器,其特征在于,每排端子包括若干第一端子和至少一根用于热插拔的第二端子,所述第二端子的长度大于第一端子的长度。
6.根据权利要求4所述的小间距高速正交背板连接器,其特征在于,所述组件卡槽的两端设置有倾斜向上、且向着组件卡槽中部延伸的凸起部,所述连接板的两端开设有与所述凸起部配合的卡槽。
7.根据权利要求4所述的小间距高速正交背板连接器,其特征在于,所述连接板的宽度方向设置有一定位键,所述定位键的下端卡装有一金属帽;所述焊盘所述在侧的PCB板上设置有与所述定位键配合的弧形槽。
8.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的小间距高速正交背板连接器,其特征在于,所述压入式连接器包括端子壳体,所述端子壳体上开设有一条形安装槽,所述安装槽沿长度方向的侧壁上个开设有一排端子插槽;其中一排端子插槽内卡装有第三端子,另一排端子插槽内卡装有与第三端子结构存在差异的第四端子。
9.根据权利要求8所述的小间距高速正交背板连接器,其特征在于,所述第三端子与第四端子均由连接为一体的弯曲部、平面连接板和压入部,所述第三端子的平面连接板邻近其上弯曲部的一段宽度等于弯曲部的宽度,远离弯曲部的一段的宽度大于弯曲部的宽度;所述第四端子的平面连接板的宽度大于其上弯曲部的宽度,且所述平面连接板上至少开设有一个安装孔。
10.根据权利要求8所述的小间距高速正交背板连接器,其特征在于,所述端子壳体的一端设置有一延伸部,所述延伸部上开设有卡装所述PCB板的插槽。
