本發明涉及一種殺菌組合物,尤其是含有一或多種三唑類殺菌劑及一種微量營養素的殺菌組合物。本發明亦涉及一種方法,可改善該等組合物殺菌性能及減低三唑類對植物(尤其是大豆類植物)引起的植物毒性。
真菌感染為重要的經濟農業作物所面對的主要威脅。例如,真菌核盤菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)引起的菌核病是一種在美國中北部影響大豆收成的主要疾病。此真菌主要在美國中北部,影響差不多全部雙子葉植物。由於寄主範圍廣,其為多種不同農業作物(包括幹豆、向日葵、菜籽油、馬鈴薯及所有豆料飼用植物)的主要病源體。
保護作物免受真菌感染,須要施用可預防或可直接或間接對抗病源體的化合物。該等化合物稱為殺菌劑。殺菌劑一般為內含一種有效成分的製劑,在許多情況下亦會含有一或多種助劑。
殺菌劑可以為不同種類的劑型,如水懸劑、濃懸乳劑、水溶性濃縮劑及乳劑。
三唑類屬常用殺菌劑,用於許多不同類別的種植物,包括田間作物、果樹、小果、蔬菜及草皮。三唑類殺菌劑對付多種真菌疾病非常有效,特別是白粉病、銹病及多種葉斑真菌。
三唑類殺菌劑可透過抑制一種特定的酶(固醇製造中起重要作用的C14-去甲基化酶),有效控制真菌感染。固醇如麥角醇對細胞膜的結構及功能而言是必需的,是真菌形成功能細胞壁的必要成分。因此,該等殺菌劑使真菌出現異常生長,最終死亡。
儘管三唑類成功用於控制真菌,但有消息指三唑類殺菌劑可能會使植物(特別是大豆類植物)出現葉焦。
若干報告顯示,使用三唑類(尤其是得克利)會導致大豆類植物出現藥害。在炎熱乾燥的情況下噴施其中一種三唑類殺菌劑(如得克利),會偶爾出現植物毒性,而倘殺菌劑含有介面活性劑,則可能會加劇症狀。此外,對三唑類殺菌劑(如得克利)的反應各有不同;根據伊利諾伊大學的研究,約25%的培育植物容易受植物毒性影響。得克利植物毒性的症狀與猝死綜合症(SDS)及褐莖腐病(BSR)的葉面症狀相似,即葉脈間呈黃色及褐色。然而,得克利植物毒性的症狀較平均地出現在田間,而SDS或BSR的症狀則不規則的分佈。
由於三唑類的作用部位非常專一,故亦有抗藥性產生。事實上,若干三唑類殺菌劑因真菌對其產生抗藥性而無法在疾病控制計畫中帶來理想效益或好處,因而退出市場。
為避免殺菌劑抗藥性,建議使用足量的殺菌劑,而非減少劑量。原意是減少劑量使真菌有機會適應殺菌劑,因為較少菌落會完全被消除;而足量可殺死更多菌落,削弱真菌向所採用的有效成分產生抗藥
性的能力。
因此,持續需要改良真菌控制方法的效能、安全性及抗藥性控制。
研究意外發現,倘三唑類與一種微量營養素聯合使用,則三唑類(如得克利)所引起的植物毒性影響將大幅減少。
因此,本發明涉及一種含有三唑類及微量營養素的殺菌組合物,其提供經改善的殺菌性能及較少的植物毒性。本發明亦涉及一種利用微量營養素以減低三唑類對大豆類植物引起的植物毒性的方法。
因此,第一方面,本發明提供一種含有三唑類殺菌劑及微量營養素的組合物。
另一方面,本發明提供一種利用微量營養素以減低三唑類對植物(包括但不限於大豆類植物)引起的植物毒性的方法。
再者,本發明提供一種改善所在地殺菌劑殺菌活性的方法,其特徵是於所在地施用殺菌劑及微量營養素。
本發明的第一方面提供一種含有殺菌有效的三唑類及微量營養素的殺菌組合物。本發明的三唑類殺菌劑可以為任何殺菌有效的三唑類化合物。該等化合物於本領域內廣為人知,並於市面有售。殺菌組合物可包括單一殺菌有效的三唑類或兩種或以上該等三唑類。三唑類

誠如上文所載,本發明可採用任何殺菌有效的三唑類。優選的三唑類殺菌劑選自氧環唑(azaconazole)、比多農(bitertanol)、溴克座(bromuconazole)、環克座(cyproconazole)、苄氯三唑醇(diclobutrazole)、待克利(difenoconazole)、達克利(diniconazole)、恩康唑(enilconazole)、依普座(epoxiconazole)、乙環唑(etaconazole)、芬克座(fenbuconazole)、氟喹唑(fluquinconazole)、護矽得(flusilazole)、護汰芬(flutriafol)、菲克利(hexaconazole)、易胺座(imibenconazole)、種菌唑(ipconazole)、滅特座(metconazole)、邁克尼(myclobutanil)、巴克素(paclobutrazol)、平克座(penconazole)、普克利(propiconazole)、丙硫菌唑(prothioconazole)、矽氟唑(simeconazole)、得克利(tebuconazole)、四克利(tetraconazole)、三泰芬(triadimefon)、三泰隆(triadimenol)、滅菌唑(triticonazole)或任何上述組合。尤其優選的三唑類包括得克利、依普座、待克利、環克座及菲克利。更優選的三唑類殺菌劑為得克利。
本發明的組合物亦包括一種與三唑類殺菌劑聯合使用的微量營養素。誠如上文所述,本發明採用微量營養素以減低三唑類有效成分植
物毒性的影響。
本發明可採用單一微量營養素或兩種或以上微量營養素成分聯合使用。
一般而言,常量營養素為含有氮、磷及鉀化合物的組合物,被植物消耗量較大,可以整數或佔植物組織百分比(按乾重量基準計)表示。微量營養素為微量元素,一般從空氣、水及/或土壤所吸收,植物的需求少,植物中的濃度為5至100百萬分之一(ppm)不等(按植物質量計)。微量營養素對植物生長及健康是必不可少的。倘植物缺少所需的微量營養素,對其生長及/或作物品質及數量造成不利影響,繼而導致重大經濟損失。
本發明所採用的微量營養素包括金屬鹽,其中陽離子包括第I族、第II族或過渡金屬,尤其是鈉、鉀、鐵、錳、鋅、銅及鉬等陽離子的鹽,而陰離子來自無機或有機酸。本發明亦會使用銨鹽。適合的無機酸例子為氫鹵酸(例如氫氯酸及氫溴酸)、碳酸、硫酸、磷酸及硝酸。適合的有機酸例子為甲酸及鏈烷酸(例如醋酸、三氟醋酸、三氯醋酸及丙酸),以及乙醇酸、葡萄庚糖酸、硫氰酸、乳酸、琥珀酸、檸檬酸、苯甲酸、肉桂酸、草酸、烷基磺酸(具有1至20粒碳原子直鏈或支鏈烷基的磺酸)、芳香基磺酸或二磺酸(附有一或兩種磺酸基的芳香基團,如苯基及萘基)、烷基膦酸(具有1至20粒碳原子直鏈或支鏈烷基的膦酸)、芳香基膦酸或二膦酸(附有一或兩種膦酸基的芳香基團,
如苯基及萘基),其中,烷基或芳香基可附有其他取代基,例如對甲苯磺酸、水楊酸、對氨基水楊酸、2-苯氧基苯甲酸及2-乙醯氧基苯甲酸。
優選用作微量營養素的鹽為硫酸鹽、鉬酸鹽、磷酸鹽、亞磷酸氫鹽、硝酸鹽、鹵化物(尤其為氯化物)、硼酸鹽、碳酸鹽及礬。
本發明所採用的微量營養素可包括硼,如H2BO3-及HBO3 2的金屬鹽、硼酸及四硼酸鹽及聚硼酸鹽。
優選用作微量營養素的化合物為金屬鹽,其中陽離子為鐵、錳、鋅、銅及鉬,而陰離子為氯化物、溴化物、硫酸鹽、碳酸鹽、碳酸氫鹽、磷酸鹽、亞磷酸鹽、磷酸氫鹽、亞磷酸氫鹽、甲酸鹽、醋酸鹽及葡萄醣庚酸鹽;硼酸鈉;硼酸鈣;四硼酸鈉(硼砂);四水八硼酸鈉;聚硼酸鈉;及硼酸。
在本發明中,上述所有微量營養素均可單獨施用或與其他成份聯合施用。
組合物可含有任何適合份量的三唑類殺菌劑,一般份量為組合物重量的0.5%至80%,優選為組合物重量的1%至60%,較優選為組合物重量的2%至50%。

合物中三唑類殺菌劑及微量營養素可以任何相對比例存在或於所在地施用。尤其是,,兩種組分在組合物中獨立或於所在地施用的重量比優選為100:1至1:100,較優選為1:50至50:1,進一步優選好為1:20至20:1。
得克利連同其他三唑類較大部份其他葉面殺菌劑為人所知悉,因為在一般提供足夠控制對抗真菌病害所需的施用量其對植物是有毒的(植物毒性)。在較高使用率下於許多作物品種(例如大豆、可哥、早熟禾及甜瓜)均錄得得克利的植物毒性。於大部份個案中,症狀包括葉片組織明顯死亡。得克利的植物毒性影響於施用在面對乾旱脅迫的植物時更為嚴重。高溫及於殺菌劑桶混加入植物油亦視為會增加植物對植物毒性的敏感度。於部分物種中,植物毒性影響亦顯示會因品種類不同而有所差別,例如早熟禾(Poa annua)及大豆。種植地點的環境或周圍溫度亦會影響植物所顯示的植物毒性。例如,當溫度超過華氏86度時,部分巴西大豆品種會顯示因施用得克利而引起的植物毒性。
概括而言,現時得克利的乳劑及水懸劑製劑可能對作物造成嚴重藥害。乳劑製劑對大豆作物構成植物毒性,而水懸劑製劑對部分品種造成作物藥害。
研究意外發現微量營養素可用作「安全劑」,即可將三唑類殺菌劑(特別是得克利)對作物的有害影響減至最低。因此,本發明大大減少施用三唑類殺菌劑引起的副作用或藥害。換言之,微量營養素增加作物對三唑類殺菌劑的耐藥性。值得一提的是,本發明使三唑類殺菌劑(例如得克利)可施用於所有脆弱植物品種(例如大豆),特別是單獨施用三唑類殺菌劑時受到嚴重藥害的品種。
另外,研究亦意外發現,於植物聯合施用三唑類殺菌劑及微量營養素
對控制真菌有顯著改善,尤其是對抗名為核盤菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)的真菌。換言之,真菌對殺菌劑的敏感度因微量營養素而提升,繼而減低出現具抗藥性真菌的機會。
此外,由於真菌對三唑類有效成分的敏感度增加,加上作物耐藥性提升,為決定有效成分劑量上提供更大靈活性。用戶可於考慮效力及副作用後更自由地選擇劑量。
本發明的三唑類殺菌劑可為任何殺菌有效的三唑化合物。該等化合物於本領域內廣為人知,亦於市面有售。三唑類有效成分可單獨使用,亦可使用兩種或以上三唑化合物。三唑類有效成分亦可聯合其他農用化學有效成分使用。
優選的三唑類殺菌劑選自氧環唑、比多農、溴克座、環克座、苄氯三唑醇、待克利、達克利、恩康唑、依普座、乙環唑、芬克座、氟喹唑、護矽得、護汰芬、菲克利、易胺座、種菌唑、滅特座、邁克尼、巴克素、平克座、普克利、丙硫菌唑、矽氟唑、得克利、四克利、三泰芬、三泰隆、滅菌唑或任何上述組合。
尤其優選的三唑類包括得克利、依普座、待克利、環克座及菲克利。更優選的三唑類殺菌劑為得克利。

本發明的組合物對名為核盤菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)的真菌(導致白黴的真菌病源體)尤其有效。
本發明的組合物及方法適用於多種植物,尤其可施用於以下作物:穀類(小麥、大麥、黑麥、燕麥、玉米、穀、蜀黍、黑小麥及有關作物);甜菜(糖用甜菜及飼料甜菜);豆科植物(豆、扁豆、豌豆、大豆);油科植物(油菜、芥菜、向日葵);葫蘆科植物(西葫蘆、黃瓜、甜瓜);纖維植物(棉花、亞麻、大麻、黃麻);蔬菜(菠菜、萵苣、蘆筍、捲心菜、胡蘿蔔、洋蔥、番茄、馬鈴薯、紅辣椒);以及觀賞植物(花卉、灌木、闊葉樹及常綠植物(如針葉樹))。特別適合的目標植物包括小麥、大麥、黑麥、燕麥、黑小麥、玉米及大豆。本發明的組合物及方法發現對處理大豆真菌侵害特別有效。
本發明的組合物可含有或混有其他農藥,如其他殺菌劑、殺蟲劑及殺
線蟲劑。本發明的組合物可含有或混有其他肥料,如氮肥及磷肥。
本發明組合物的施用(使用)量因應用途類別、作物類別、組合中特定活性成份、植物類別而有所不同,惟組合內有效成分須為可提供所需功能(如控制病害或害蟲)的有效份量。組合物於特定狀況下的施用量可以試驗釐定。
一般就處理大豆而言,本發明組合物的施用量可為每公頃5至2000克組合物(克/公頃)。施用量將取決於組合物的特定的製劑、三唑類的濃度、組合物中的微量營養素及預定目的。熟知本領域者很容易地決定適合的施用量。
三唑類有效成份的施用量一般為1至1000克/公頃,更優選為10至500克/公頃。
微量營養素的施用量一般為1至10000克/公頃,更優選為10至5000克/公頃。同樣,熟知本領域者很容易地決定三唑類及微量營養素的施用量。

使用該等製劑時,可直接使用(即未經稀釋)或以適合的溶劑(尤
其是水)稀釋使用。植物及所在地可獲處理及保護免受損害(如病原體),方法有噴灑、傾注或浸入。
本發明實施方案中各自及/或任何技術特徵可自由及彼此獨立與本發明任何其他實施方案組合;即是,本發明任何實施方案的一或多種技術特徵可再與任何其他技術特徵組合。
本發明透過以下實施例作闡述,惟本發明並不局限於以下實施例。實施例製劑按上述一般程式以本領域內廣為人知的方法調製。
含有得克利及一種微量營養素成分的水溶性濃縮劑按下表所列成分調製:
微量營養素含有50%硫酸亞鐵、30%硫酸鋅及20%硫酸錳。
含有得克利及一種微量營養素成分的乳劑按下表所列成分調製:得克利 50克
微量營養素含有40%硫酸亞鐵、20%硫酸鋅、20%硫酸錳、10%硫酸銅、4%鉬酸銨及6%四磷酸鈉。
含有菲克利及一種微量營養素成分的水分散性粉劑按下表所列成分調製:
微量營養素含有20%硼酸、10%硝酸鉀、10%氯化銨、50%磷酸二氫鉀及10%氯化鉀。
含有環克座作為殺菌有效成分及一種微量營養素成分的水分散性粒劑按下表所列成分調製:環克座 60克
微量營養素含有50%硼砂、10%硫酸鉀、10%氯化銨、20%四硼酸鈉及10%氯化鉀。
調製了含有待克利作為殺菌有效成分及一種微量營養素成分的懸浮液製劑。懸浮液製劑的成分概述於下表:
微量營養素含有50%硼砂、10%硫酸銅、10%綠礬、20%四硼酸鈉及10%氯化鉀。
調製了含有得克利及一種微量營養素成分的水溶性濃縮劑製劑。水溶性濃縮劑製劑的成分概述於下表:
微量營養素含有40%硼酸鈣、20%四硼酸鈉、20%四水八硼酸鈉、10%聚硼酸鈉及10%硼酸。
調製了含有依普座及一種微量營養素成分的水分散性粒劑,其成分概述於下表:
微量營養素含有40%氯化鈣、10%碳酸銅、10%硝酸鉀、20%硫酸亞鐵及20%甘醇酸鈉。
懸浮種衣劑組合物按下表所列成分調製:
微量營養素含有40%氯化銅、10%碳酸鉀、10%硝酸鈉、20%聚硼酸鈉及20%甘醇酸鈉.
調製了含有得克利作為有效成分的水溶性濃縮劑,其成分概述於下表:
微量營養素含有40%檸檬酸鈉、10%碳酸鉀、10%亞磷酸氫鈉、20%聚硼酸鈉及20%甘醇酸鈉。

微量營養素含有40%碳酸氫鈣、10%磷酸鉀、10%亞磷酸氫鈉、20%聚硼酸鈉及20%甘醇酸鈉。
若干大豆品種於長出5組三葉時以市售得克利製劑(Bayer的Folicur®)及上文所載實施例1至10各製劑處理。三唑類有效成分及微量營養素(實施例1至10製劑所含者)的施用量載於下文表A至C。施藥日期起計4星期後,根據葉片顯示組織壞死的範圍評估植物藥害。
由表A至C的日期所見,在向大豆類植物施藥時加入微量營養素成分,大大減低了三唑類有效成分的植物毒性影響。與比較測試相比,在低至中等濃度時,微量營養素減低了得克利的植物毒性。在高濃度時,微量營養素成分有效消除組織壞死。
大豆類植物幼苗噴上了白黴(核盤菌Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)的分生孢子懸浮液,並於20℃及相對空氣濕度100%的環境下培育48小時;然後噴上得克利(Bayer的Folicur®)及施以上文實施例1至10的製劑。保存於15℃及相對空氣濕度80%的溫室內12日後評估殺菌效力。評估結果載於下文表D,其中,100%指並無觀察到真菌感染,而0%與對照處理的效力。
由表D的日期所見,與無加入微量營養素相比,加入微量營養素成分大幅加強三唑類有效成分的殺菌活性。尤其是,將三唑類與微量營養素組合至特定濃度,有效完全抵抗真菌侵害。
Claims (7)
- 一種減低三唑類殺菌劑對目標植物引起的植物毒性的方法,其中目標植物為大豆,該方法包括在微量營養素存在下提供三唑類殺菌劑予目標植物,該微量營養素包含含有銨陽離子的鹽及含有鉀陽離子的鹽;其中微量營養素以足以降低三唑類殺菌劑之植物毒性的量存在;該微量營養素以10至10000克/公頃之量及三唑類相對於微營養素1:20至1:100之重量比例施用。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項之方法,其中對目標植物施用的三唑類及微量營養素是在同一組合物中。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1或2項之方法,其中三唑類殺菌劑選自氧環唑、比多農、溴克座、環克座、苄氯三唑醇、待克利、達克利、恩康唑、依普座、乙環唑、芬克座、氟喹唑、護矽得、護汰芬、菲克利、易胺座、種菌唑、滅特座、邁克尼、巴克素、平克座、普克利、丙硫菌唑、矽氟唑、得克利、四克利、三泰芬、三泰隆、滅菌唑及任何上述組合。
- 根據申請專利範圍第3項之方法,其中三唑類殺菌劑是選自得克利、依普座、待克利、環克座及菲克利。
- 根據申請專利範圍第4項之方法,其中三唑類殺菌劑為得克利。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1或2項之方法,其中微量營養素包含含有第II族金屬或過渡金屬陽離子之鹽。
- 根據申請專利範圍第6項之方法,其中微量營養素包含含有鈉、鐵、錳、鋅、銅或鉬陽離子的鹽。
