Description

用於機械之手輪離合器
本發明與機械有關,特別是指一種用於機械之手輪離合器。
一般的加工機具在使用刀具對工件進行加工之前通常需要先以手動方式驅動手輪旋轉,使手輪在轉動過程中透過手輪軸將工作平台進給到適當的加工位置,但是手輪與手輪軸之間在傳統的結構配置上並未有離合的設計,以至於手輪很容易被周遭的人員所碰撞,如此將會連帶造成工作平台的偏移而影響加工精度,其至運行中可能引發撞刀而發生危險。
為了解決上述問題,中華民國公告第M492221號專利案是利用控制件來控制操作輪與軸心管之間的離合效果,當拉動控制件時,控制件會先帶動插桿產生軸向移動,再由插桿帶動活動塊朝定位塊的方向移動,使活動塊與定位塊之間卡合在一起,此時的操作輪可以帶動軸心管轉動,當釋放控制件時,透過彈性件對活動塊的推力,使活動塊與定位塊之間相互脫離,此時的操作輪僅能相對軸心管自由轉動。然而,前述習用專利案在結構方面的限制條件過多,所以會產生組裝不易及維修困難的問題,迫使使用者必須向原始製造廠端購買高價零件,一旦缺件發生,將導致機台停工。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種用於機械之手輪離合器,其具有結構簡單且組裝方便的特色,並且能夠提供穩定良好的離合效果。
為了達成上述目的,本發明之手輪離合器包含有一手輪固定單元與一離合單元。該手輪固定單元具有一軸套與至少一螺帽,該軸套具有至少一外螺紋部與一外環齒部,該外環齒部與該外螺紋部之間相隔有一預定距離,該螺帽具有一內螺孔,該螺帽藉由該內螺孔螺設於該軸套之外螺紋部,用以將該軸套固定於一手輪軸;該離合單元具有一離合件與一復位彈性件,該離合件用以供一手輪組裝,而且,該離合件具有一套孔與一內環齒部,該套孔套設於該軸套,該內環齒部設於該套孔之孔壁,該復位彈性件套設於該軸套且推頂於該離合件之內環齒部。
藉此,當該離合件位於一第一位置時,該離合件之內環齒部與該軸套之外環齒部之間相互脫離,此時該離合件能相對該軸套空轉,使得該手輪無法帶動該手輪軸轉動,當該離合件位於一第二位置時,該離合件之內環齒部嚙接於該軸套之外環齒部,此時該離合件能與該軸套同步轉動,使得該手輪能帶動該手輪軸轉動。

請參閱第1及2圖,本發明用於機械之手輪離合器10包含有一手輪固定單元20與一離合單元30。
手輪固定單元20具有一軸套21與二螺帽25,其中的軸套21是用來套設於一手輪軸12(如第3圖所示)。軸套21之兩端分別具有一外螺紋部22,而且,軸套21之外周面具有一外環齒部23,外環齒部23介於該二外螺紋部22之間;各螺帽25螺設於軸套21之外螺紋部22,藉此,當軸套21套設於手輪軸12之後再將螺帽25鎖緊,即可讓軸套21與手輪軸12固定在一起。此外,軸套21之外螺紋部22更具有四條剖溝24(實際上只要至少一條即可),藉由剖溝24的設置,軸套21之外螺紋部22在螺帽25鎖緊之後會進一步產生徑向變形,使軸套21能夠增加與手輪軸12之間的固定效果。
離合單元30具有一離合件31,離合件31用以供一手輪14套設(如第3圖所示)且藉由一平鍵32與手輪14固定在一起,此外,離合件31具有一套孔33,離合件31藉由套孔33套設於軸套21,使得離合件31能沿著軸套21之軸向相對軸套21於一第一位置P1(如第3圖所示)與一第二位置P2(如第4圖所示)之間位移。離合件31具有一內環齒部34,內環齒部34設於套孔33之孔壁,當離合件31位於如第3圖所示之第一位置P1時,離合件31之內環齒部34與軸套21之外環齒部23之間相互脫離,當離合件31位於如第4圖所示之第二位置P2時,離合件31之內環齒部34嚙接 於軸套21之外環齒部23。再如第3圖所示,離合件31與軸套21之間設有一軸承35,當離合件31位於第一位置P1時,離合件31能藉由軸承35相對軸套21自由轉動。此外,離合單元30更具有一復位彈性件36、一固定環37,以及一活動環38,復位彈性件36套設於軸套21且位於離合件31之套孔33內,固定環37套設於軸套21且抵接於復位彈性件36之一端,使得固定環37被復位彈性件36所推頂而緊靠於一固定於軸套21之C形扣環39,活動環38套設於軸套21且抵接於復位彈性件36之另一端,使得活動環38被復位彈性件36所推頂而緊靠於離合件31之內環齒部34。
由上述結構可知,當要讓手輪14能夠帶動手輪軸12轉動時,首先將離合件31從如第3圖所示之第一位置P1拉動至如第4圖所示之第二位置P2,當離合件31位於第二位置P2時,離合件31之內環齒部34會嚙接於軸套21之外環齒部23,此時的手輪14即可透過離合件31與軸套21之間的嚙接關係而驅動手輪軸12一起轉動。另外,在離合件31朝第二位置P2移動的過程中,離合件31之內環齒部34會同時推動活動環38,使活動環38壓縮復位彈性件36而蓄積復位彈性件36的彈力。
假如要解除手輪14與手輪軸12之間的傳動關係時,只要釋放施以離合件31的拉力,離合件31即能藉由復位彈性件36之彈力作用而自動回到如第3圖所示之第一位置P1,使離合件31之內環齒部34脫離軸套21之外環齒部23,如此一來,藉由離合件31相對於軸套21之空轉,使得手輪14在被驅轉的過程中無法同步帶動手輪軸12轉動。
綜上所陳,本發明之手輪離合器10利用離合件31之內環齒部34與軸套21之外環齒部23之間的嚙接關係來達到手輪14與手輪軸12 之間的離合效果,如此與習用技術相比之下,本發明一方面在結構上能夠有效地簡化而降低加工成本及方便後續的組裝,另一方面在操作上可以提供十分穩定的離合效果,進而達到本發明之目的。

Claims (2)

  1. 一種用於機械之手輪離合器,包含有:一手輪固定單元,具有一軸套與二螺帽,該軸套具有二外螺紋部與一外環齒部,該二外螺紋部位於該軸套之兩端,該外環齒部介於該二外螺紋部之間,該二螺帽分別螺設於該軸套之外螺紋部,該二螺帽分別螺設於該軸套之該二外螺紋部;以及一離合單元,具有一離合件與一復位彈性件,該離合件具有一套孔,該離合件藉由該套孔可轉動地且可於一第一位置與一第二位置之間移動地套設於該軸套,該離合件具有一內環齒部,該內環齒部設於該套孔之孔壁,當該離合件位於該第一位置時,該離合件之內環齒部與該軸套之外環齒部之間相互脫離,使該離合件能相對該軸套轉動,當該離合件位於該第二位置時,該離合件之內環齒部嚙接於該軸套之外環齒部,使該離合件能帶動該軸套轉動,該復位彈性件套設於該軸套且推頂於該離合件之內環齒部,用以提供彈力將該離合件保持在該第一位置;其中,該軸套之該二外螺紋部分別具有至少一剖溝,使該軸套之該二外螺紋部能藉由該至少一剖溝產生徑向變形,且該軸套內壁面為平整弧面而沒有設置凹槽。
  2. 如請求項1所述之用於機械之手輪離合器,其中該離合單元更具有一固定環與一活動環,該固定環設於該軸套且抵接於該復 位彈性件之一端,該活動環可移動地套設於該軸套且抵接於該復位彈性件之另一端與該離合件之內環齒部之間。
