Description

一种雕刻机专用活动顶尖 技术领域
本发明涉及加工机械领域,特别是一种雕刻机专用活动顶尖。
背景技术
机械雕刻机是一种广泛应用于木工业、广告业、工艺业、模具业、建筑业、印刷包装业、装饰业的通用机械设备,可雕刻木工板、密度板、亚克力有机板、PVC板、芙蓉板、双色板、大理石、防火板、橡胶板、玻璃等多种不同材质。根据雕刻工件不同,机械雕刻机可分为平面雕刻机与圆柱雕刻机。平面雕刻机可在板材上进行表面浮雕,圆柱雕刻机则可在圆柱形工件上进行雕刻,其加工成品可应用于高档家具、仿古家具的立柱或者其它部件。圆柱雕刻机在作业过程中,工件尾部需通过顶尖固定,现有的顶尖结构锁紧螺钉在顶尖上方,螺丝锁紧时会把中间轴顶下去一点,这样容易引起偏心,而且套管跟活动轴直接接触,这样就会产生间隙,如果没有间隙就不能伸缩了,产生了间隙就会对加工的精度有影响,降低了雕刻精度。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种雕刻机专用活动顶尖,这种顶尖消除了活动轴和外套筒之间的间隙,锁紧螺钉从手摇轮端面锁紧,锁紧效果更牢固更安全。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明一种雕刻机专用活动顶尖,包括活动轴、中心活动轴、外套筒、活动顶尖及手摇轮,所述活动顶尖套设在所述活动轴轴肩端外侧,所述中心活动轴的一端设有外螺纹,所述活动轴靠近另一端设有空腔,空腔内壁设有与所述外螺纹配合的内螺 纹,所述中心活动轴的外螺纹端从所述活动轴的另一端旋入,所述中心活动轴的另一端与所述手摇轮端面固定连接,所述外套筒套设在所述活动轴的外部,所述外套筒和所述活动轴之间设有直线轴承,所述外套筒靠近所述活动顶尖的一端设有锁紧盖,另一端设有锁紧螺母,所述锁紧盖与锁紧螺母用于将所述雕刻机专用活动顶尖锁紧在雕刻机上。
进一步地,所述活动轴与所述活动顶尖之间设有轴承Ⅰ。
具体的,所述轴承Ⅰ的数量为3个,第三个与前两个之间设有内环套和外环套。
进一步地,所述锁紧盖紧固在所述外套筒上,所述锁紧盖的内表面与所述直线轴承的外表面贴合。
具体地,所述锁紧盖内圈设有止口,所述活动轴的外表面设有与所述止口配合的凹槽,所述止口卡在所述凹槽内。
进一步地,所述锁紧螺母紧固在所述外套筒的一端,所述锁紧螺母与所述中心活动轴之间设有轴承Ⅱ。
具体地,所述轴承Ⅱ的数量为2个。
进一步地,所述手摇轮通过平键与所述中心活动轴连接。
本发明的有益效果是:现有活动顶尖采用外套筒直接与活动轴连接,两者直接连接容易产生晃动,限位螺钉设置在圆周面上不易锁紧而且容易导致活动轴变形一起偏心,本发明装置采用直线轴承连接外套筒和活动轴,消除了两者之间的间隙使连接更加稳定,另外将锁紧螺钉设置到手摇轮端面,锁紧效果更牢固更安全。

如图1、图2所示,一种雕刻机专用活动顶尖,包括活动轴2、中心活动轴10、外套筒3、活动顶尖5及手摇轮12,所述活动顶尖5套设在所述活动轴2轴肩端外侧,所述中心活动轴10的一端设有外螺纹,所述活动轴2靠近另一端设有空腔,空腔内壁设有与所述外螺纹配合的内螺纹,所述中心活动轴10的外螺纹端从所述活动轴2的另一端旋入,所述中心活动轴10的另一端与所述手摇轮12端面固定连接,所述外套筒3套设在所述活动轴2的外部,所述外套筒3和所述活动轴2之间设有直线轴承1,所述外套筒3靠近所述活动顶尖5的一端设有锁紧盖9,另一端设有锁紧螺母4,所述锁紧盖9与锁紧螺母4用于将所述雕刻机专用活动顶尖锁紧在雕刻机上。
进一步地,所述活动轴2与所述活动顶尖5之间设有轴承Ⅰ6。
具体的,所述轴承Ⅰ6的数量为3个,前两个之间紧密连接,第三个与前两个之间设有内环套7和外环套8,减少轴承磨损保证轴承的同心度。
进一步地,所述锁紧盖9紧固在所述外套筒3上,所述锁紧盖9的内表面与所述直线轴承1的外表面贴合。
具体地,所述锁紧盖9内圈设有止口,所述活动轴2的外表面设有与所述止口配合的凹槽,所述止口卡在所述凹槽内。
进一步地,所述锁紧螺母4紧固在所述外套筒3的一端,所述锁紧螺母4与所述中心活动轴10之间设有轴承Ⅱ11。
具体地,所述轴承Ⅱ11的数量为2个。
进一步地,所述手摇轮12通过平键与所述中心活动轴10连接。
使用本发明雕刻机专用活动顶尖时,活动顶尖顶住工件,活动轴轴向滑动,外套筒与活动轴之间用直线轴承连接消除了外套管与活动轴之间的间隙使之滑动时更稳定,活动轴滑动到指定位置,中心活动轴转动到相对位置后,中心活动轴端面连接手摇轮用螺钉紧固锁死,避免了活动轴变形和限位螺钉与其他部件干涉的问题,锁紧螺钉设置在端面锁紧更牢固更安全,用锁紧螺母和锁紧盖将顶尖整体锁紧,手摇轮转动带动中心活动轴旋转,中心活动轴通过内外螺纹带动活动轴旋转,活动轴带动轴承Ⅰ旋转,轴承Ⅰ带动活动顶尖一起旋转。

  1. 一种雕刻机专用活动顶尖,包括活动轴(2)、中心活动轴(10)、外套筒(3)、活动顶尖(5)及手摇轮(12),其特征在于,所述活动顶尖(5)套设在所述活动轴(2)轴肩端外侧,所述中心活动轴(10)的一端设有外螺纹,所述活动轴(2)靠近另一端设有空腔,空腔内壁设有与所述外螺纹配合的内螺纹,所述中心活动轴(10)的外螺纹端从所述活动轴(2)的另一端旋入,所述中心活动轴(10)的另一端与所述手摇轮(12)端面固定连接,所述外套筒(3)套设在所述活动轴(2)的外部,所述外套筒(3)和所述活动轴(2)之间设有直线轴承(1),所述外套筒(3)靠近所述活动顶尖(5)的一端设有锁紧盖(9),另一端设有锁紧螺母(4),所述锁紧盖(9)与锁紧螺母(4)用于将所述雕刻机专用活动顶尖锁紧在雕刻机上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种雕刻机专用活动顶尖,其特征在于,所述活动轴(2)与所述活动顶尖(5)之间设有轴承Ⅰ(6)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种雕刻机专用活动顶尖,其特征在于,所述轴承Ⅰ(6)的数量为3个,第三个与前两个之间设有内环套(7)和外环套(8)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种雕刻机专用活动顶尖,其特征在于,所述锁紧盖(9)紧固在所述外套筒(3)上,所述锁紧盖(9)的内表面与所述直线轴承(1)的外表面贴合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种雕刻机专用活动顶尖,其特征在于,所述锁紧盖(9)内圈设有止口,所述活动轴(2)的外表面设有与所述止口配合的凹槽,所述止口卡在所述凹槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种雕刻机专用活动顶尖,其特征在于,所述锁紧螺母(4)紧固在所述外套筒(3)的一端,所述锁紧螺母(4)与所述中心活动轴(10)之间设有轴承Ⅱ(11)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种雕刻机专用活动顶尖,其特征在于,所述轴承Ⅱ(11)的数量为2个。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种雕刻机专用活动顶尖,其特征在于,所述手摇轮(12)通过平键与所述中心活动轴(10)连接。
