本实用新型公开了一种旋转式压片机上的中模锁紧装置，用以解决现有压片机结构中由于中模轴线与中模孔轴线不重合，导致上冲钉与中模孔不同心引起的吊冲现象。该中模锁紧装置包括紧定杆、外螺钉、导向键及联接螺钉，其中紧定杆的头部结构制作成环形凸圆弧，外螺钉通过联接螺钉与紧定杆进行连接，导向键固定在紧定杆上。本实用新型中模锁紧装置主要用于旋转式压片机上。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种锁紧装置，特别是涉及一种压片机上的中模锁紧装置。
背景技术
在我国的药品、化工、食品等行业中通常将具有一定作用的固体颗粒压制成片剂形状，人们常将压制成片剂的机械设备称为压片机，在压片机上将中模锁紧的装置称为中模锁紧装置。目前制片机械市场上常见的锁紧装置通常选用内六角锥端或平端紧定螺钉改制成球头螺钉，在设备上直接由中模正前方紧固于中模凹槽中，锁紧螺钉与中模之间为点接触，当中模与转台上中模孔配合间隙较大时，易造成中模轴线与中模孔轴线不重合，导致上冲钉与中模孔不同心，引起吊冲现象。为此必须对中模锁紧装置加以改进设计，才能消除这种吊冲现象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种旋转式压片机上的中模锁紧装置，以解决中模锁紧后，中模轴线与中模孔之间的同轴度问题。
本实用新型的旋转式压片机上的中模锁紧装置，包括紧定杆、外螺钉、导向键及联接螺钉，其中紧定杆的头部结构制作成环形凸圆弧，外螺钉通过联接螺钉与紧定杆进行连接，导向键固定在紧定杆上。其余零部件与现有技术相同或相似。
按照上述技术方案设计制作的中模锁紧装置与现有技术相比，其主要特点是：
1、由于采用了由紧定杆、外螺钉、导向键及联接螺钉构成的分体式组合结构代替现有技术中单一的螺钉锁紧，且紧定杆的加工精度易得到保证，紧定杆的头部作成环形凸圆弧形状，紧定杆的凸圆弧与中模环形凹槽之间形成面接触。且由于紧定杆上带导向键，在装拆过程中不会旋转，紧定杆的圆弧头与中模凹槽的接触位置不会改变，故不会造成中模与中模孔之间的同轴度误差，避免了吊冲现象发生；
2、由于联接螺钉是左旋螺钉，在拆卸中模紧定杆时，联接螺钉始终与紧定杆紧固，便于取出紧定杆，维修方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步叙述。
如图1、图2所示，本实用新型中模锁紧装置包括紧定杆1、外螺钉2、导向键3及联接螺钉4，其中紧定杆1的头部结构制作成环形凸圆弧，外螺钉2通过联接螺钉4与紧定杆1连接固定，导向键3固定在紧定杆1上
按照上述结构形式制成的中模锁紧装置工作时，将锁紧装置装入转台上的中模螺钉孔中，紧定杆1上的导向键3嵌入中模螺钉孔内的键槽中，旋转外螺钉2推动紧定杆1沿导向键3逐渐水平地进入中模环形凹槽内，使紧定杆前端环形凸圆弧与中模环形凹槽接触，直至锁紧为止。

1.一种旋转式压片机上的中模锁紧装置，其特征在于所述的中模锁紧装置包括紧定杆（1）、外螺钉（2）、导向键（3）及联接螺钉（4），其中紧定杆（1）的头部结构制作成环形凸圆弧，外螺钉（2）通过联接螺钉（4）与紧定杆（1）连接固定，导向键（3）固定在紧定杆（1）上。
