Description

保暖充填材
本發明係關於一種保暖充填材,尤指一種可應用於紡織品的保暖充填材。
在寒冷氣候下,人們是需要使用如睡袋或外套等具有保暖效果的物品以避免人體失溫。
圖7所示為現有技術之一種睡袋70。該睡袋70於製作時,係先將二外層布料71相互貼靠重疊,再於該二外層布料71上車縫數個間隔設置之縫線部72,以縫合該二外層布料71,並使得該二外層布料71與任兩相鄰的縫線部72之間圍繞形成有一填料空間;接著,於各填料空間中塞入如棉花73之纖維,以完成該睡袋70之製作。該睡袋70於使用時雖然可藉由填充於各填料空間內的纖維達到保暖之效果,但是,由於該二外層布料71需先透過間隔設置的數個縫線部72相對縫合後才能再將纖維塞入各填料空間中,於製程上需要耗費相當多的時間及人力,造成該睡袋70之製程繁瑣費時。
為了改善前述之睡袋70之缺失,如圖8所示,現有技術另提供一種保暖材80。該保暖材80於製作時,係先於二表層布料81之間鋪設一纖維層82以得到一半成品,再以高週波對該半成品加熱使得該二表層布料81及纖 維層82局部熔融,以間隔成型數個熔接部83,進而製得該保暖材80。當欲將該保暖材應用至具保暖性之紡織品時,可視需求直接將該保暖材80經過適當的裁剪及車縫後,製成所需之紡織品(如圖8之睡袋70),而無需先縫製形成填料空間後才能填充纖維,故能大幅度節省睡袋70之製作步驟及時間。
於紡織成衣業界中,對於一紡織品無法有效阻 隔冷空氣穿透的部分通稱為冷點(cold spot)。前述睡袋70之經車縫形成的縫線部72必然具有同時貫穿該二外層布料71的縫隙,導致冷空氣係能從該睡袋70之一側經由該縫隙到達該睡袋70之另一側。又,前述之保暖材80之熔接部83之厚度薄,該熔接部83並無法有效阻隔冷空氣的穿透及熱量的散失。是以,前述睡袋70之縫線部72及保暖材80之熔接部83即為紡織成衣業界所通稱的冷點,係無法有效阻隔冷空氣,致使前述睡袋70及由前述保暖材80製成之睡袋70具有整體保暖效果不佳之缺點。
有鑒於上述現有技術之缺點,本發明的目的在於提供一種保暖充填材,其係能有效阻隔冷空氣之穿透及減緩熱空氣之散失,從而使該保暖充填材具有良好的保暖效果。
為了可達到前述之發明目的,本發明所採取之技術手段係令該保暖充填材,其包含:一第一纖維層,該第一纖維層包含有一內側面及數個連接部,該等連接部間隔形成於該內側面上;以及 一第二纖維層,該第二纖維層貼靠設於該第一纖維層的內側面上,且該第二纖維層包含有數個銜接部及數個褶曲部,該等銜接部分別與該等連接部相接,該等褶曲部個別成型於任兩相鄰的所述銜接部之間,該等褶曲部同向傾斜,該等褶曲部個別倚靠於相鄰的所述褶曲部上,並且,該等褶曲部個別覆蓋至少一所述銜接部。
較佳的是,該第二纖維層的數個褶曲部個別與該第一纖維層的本體之內側面圍繞形成一氣室。
較佳的是,該等褶曲部係個別覆蓋數個所述銜接部。
更佳的是,該等褶曲部係個別覆蓋二個所述銜接部。
較佳的是,任兩相鄰的所述銜接部之間的距離大於與該兩相鄰的所述連接部之間的距離。
較佳的是,該第一纖維層為人造纖維單紡而成的布料層、天然纖維單紡而成的布料層、人造纖維與天然纖維混紡而成的布料層或棉狀纖維(staple fiber)層。
較佳的是,該第二纖維層為棉狀纖維層。
進一步而言,所述棉狀纖維層為人造棉狀纖維層、天然棉狀纖維層或人造棉狀纖維與天然棉狀纖維所構成的混合棉狀纖維層。
更佳的是,所述天然纖維為植物纖維或礦物纖維。
較佳的是,該等銜接部分別與該等連接部相縫合。
基於上述,當冷空氣欲由外套及睡袋之外側朝 內傳遞以及人體表面的熱空氣欲由外套及睡袋之內側朝外傳遞時,所述冷空氣及熱空氣會受到所述保暖充填材的褶曲部的阻擋,使得冷空氣難以進一步穿透到外套及睡袋之內側,並使得熱空氣難以向外散失,從而達到提升外套及睡袋之保暖效果的優點。此外,所述保暖充填材於使用上係可直接作為外套及睡袋之內層,故亦能達到節省睡袋及外套之製作步驟及時間。因此,所述保暖充填材係兼具有提升外套及睡袋之保暖效果與縮減睡袋及外套之製程的優點。

以下配合圖式及本發明的較佳實施例,進一步闡述本發明為達成預定發明目的所採取的技術手段。
請參閱圖1所示,本發明的保暖充填材包含有一第一纖維層10及一第二纖維層20。
請參閱圖1及2所示,該第一纖維層10包含有一內側面111、一相反於該內側面111的外側面112及數個連接部12,該等連接部12間隔形成於該內側面上。
請參閱圖1及2所示,該第二纖維層20貼靠設於該第一纖維層10的內側面111上,且該第二纖維層20包含有數個銜接部21及數個褶曲部22,該等銜接部21分別與該等連接部12相接,且任兩相鄰的所述銜接部21之間的距離大於與該兩相鄰的所述連接部12之間的距離,使得該等褶曲部22個別成型於任兩相鄰的所述銜接部21之間。該等褶曲部22同向傾斜,該等褶曲部22個別倚靠於相鄰的所述褶曲部22上,該等褶曲部22個別覆蓋至少一所述銜接部21。並且該等褶曲部22個別與內側面111圍繞形成一氣室23。請參閱圖2所示,於一較佳實施例中,該等褶曲部22個別覆蓋一個所述銜接部21,該等銜接部21分別與該等連接部12相縫合連接,且該第二纖維層20為天然棉狀纖維層,該第一纖維層10為人造纖維所單紡而成的布料層。請參閱圖3所示,於一較佳實施例中,該等褶曲部22A個別覆蓋數個所述銜接部21A,進一步而言,該等褶曲部22A係個別覆蓋二個所述銜接部21A。於一較佳實施例中,該第一纖維層為天然棉狀纖維層。
請參閱圖4至6所示,於使用時,係將本發明 的保暖充填材置於二布料30、40之間,該二布料30、40分別與該第一纖維層10及該第二纖維層20相接,再將本發明的保暖充填材之邊緣與該兩布料30、40之邊緣相縫合,進而製作為一外套50或一睡袋60。圖4至6中所示為令與該第一纖維層10相接的布料40係作為外套50及睡袋60的內表面,而與該第二纖維層20相接的布料30則作為外套50及睡袋60的外表面,但不以此為限。
請參閱圖2及4至6所示,當冷空氣吹向外套 50及睡袋60之外側時,穿透該與該第二纖維層20相接的布料30的冷空氣會受到保暖充填材的阻擋,尤其,藉由令前述該等褶曲部22係同向傾斜個別倚靠於相鄰的所述褶曲部22上且數個褶曲部22個別覆蓋至少一所述銜接部21,冷空氣會受到保暖充填材的褶曲部22的阻擋,使得冷空氣難以經由第二纖維層20之銜接部22及第一纖維層10之連接部12進一步穿透到外套50及睡袋60之內側;另一方面,當位於人體表面的熱空氣欲由外套50及睡袋60之內側朝外傳遞並穿透該與該第一纖維層10相接的布料40時,熱空氣會受到保暖充填材的阻擋,尤其,藉由令前述該等褶曲部22係同向傾斜並個別覆蓋至少一所述銜接部21,穿透第一纖維層10之連接部12及第二纖維層20之銜接部21的熱空氣會受到保暖充填材的褶曲部22的阻擋,從而難以進一步經由該第二纖維層20相接的布料30從外套50及睡袋60之內側向外散失。
是以,藉由令前述該等褶曲部22係同向傾斜 並個別覆蓋至少一所述銜接部21,本發明的保暖充填材係 能達到阻擋冷空氣之穿透及熱空氣之散失的有益效果,從而提升外套50及睡袋60之保暖效果。
另外,由於本發明的保暖充填材於使用時係直 接夾設於作為外套與睡袋的外表面及內表面的二布料30、40之間,即,本發明的保暖充填材能提供成衣製造業者或睡袋製造業者作為外套或睡袋之保暖內層,故亦能節省睡袋及外套之製作步驟及時間。
此外,請參閱圖4所示,藉由該等褶曲部22 個別與第一纖維層10的內側面111圍繞形成的氣室23,穿透該與該第一纖維層10相接的布料40的熱空氣之熱能係難以經由該氣室23中的空氣傳遞至第二纖維層20,則難以再進一步經由與該第二纖維層20相接的布料30向外散失,使得熱能可保持於外套與睡袋之內表面處,即,布料40處;從而提升外套50及睡袋60之保暖效果。
又,由於第二纖維層20僅於銜接部21與第一 纖維層10固定連結,當第二纖維層20為棉狀纖維層時,由於棉狀纖維層係有蓬度而具有可被壓縮之特性,且棉狀纖維層亦具有可撓曲特性,第二纖維層20的褶曲部22可以在布料30與第一纖維層10之間隨著人體的形狀被壓縮及撓曲,使得所述保暖充填材具有良好的貼身性,令所述保暖充填材於使用上能有效降低與使用者之間的空隙,降低身體熱能藉由該空隙散發之情形。並且使得所述保暖充填材變於壓縮以收納。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種保暖充填材,其中包含:一第一纖維層,該第一纖維層包含有一內側面及數個連接部,該等連接部間隔形成於該內側面上;以及一第二纖維層,該第二纖維層貼靠設於該第一纖維層的內側面上,且該第二纖維層包含有數個銜接部及數個褶曲部,該等銜接部分別與該等連接部相接,該等褶曲部個別成型於任兩相鄰的所述銜接部之間,該等褶曲部同向傾斜,該等褶曲部個別倚靠於相鄰的所述褶曲部上,並且該等褶曲部個別覆蓋二個所述銜接部。
  2. 如請求項1所述的保暖充填材,其中,該第二纖維層的數個褶曲部個別與該第一纖維層的內側面圍繞形成一氣室。
  3. 如請求項1或2所述的保暖充填材,其中,該第一纖維層為人造纖維單紡而成的布料層、天然纖維單紡而成的布料層、人造纖維與天然纖維混紡而成的布料層或棉狀纖維層。
  4. 如請求項1或2所述的保暖充填材,其中,該第二纖維層為棉狀纖維層。
  5. 如請求項1或2所述的保暖充填材,其中,該等銜接部分別與該等連接部相縫合。
