Abstract
本发明有关于一种保暖充填材,其中包含有第一纤维层及第二纤维层;第一纤维层包含有内侧面及间隔形成于内侧面上的多数个连接部;第二纤维层贴靠设于内侧面上,且第二纤维层包含有多数个分别与多数个连接部相接的衔接部及多数个褶曲部,多数个褶曲部各自成型于任两相邻的所述衔接部之间,多数个褶曲部同向倾斜,多数个褶曲部各自倚靠于相邻的所述褶曲部上,多数个褶曲部各自覆盖至少所述衔接部。由于冷空气及热空气会受到所述褶曲部的阻挡,且所述保暖充填材于使用上可直接作为外套及睡袋的内层,故所述保暖充填材同时具备提升外套及睡袋保暖效果及节省睡袋及外套的工艺的有益效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明有关于一种保暖充填材,尤指一种可应用于纺织品的保暖充填材。
背景技术
在寒冷气候下,人们是需要使用如睡袋或外套等具有保暖效果的物品以避免人体失温。
图7所示为现有技术的一种睡袋70。睡袋70于制作时,是先将二外层布料71相互贴靠重叠,再于二外层布料71上车缝数个间隔设置的缝线部72,以缝合二外层布料71,并使得二外层布料71与任两相邻的缝线部72之间围绕形成有填料空间;接着,于各填料空间中塞入如棉花73的纤维,以完成睡袋70的制作。睡袋70于使用时虽然可通过填充于各填料空间内的纤维达到保暖的效果,但是,由于二外层布料71需先通过间隔设置的数个缝线部72相对缝合后才能再将纤维塞入各填料空间中,于工艺上需要耗费相当多的时间及人力,造成睡袋70的制作繁琐费时。
为了改善前述的睡袋70的缺点,如图8所示,现有技术另提供一种保暖材80。保暖材80于制作时,是先于二表层布料81之间铺设纤维层82以得到半成品,再以高频波对半成品加热使得二表层布料81及纤维层82局部熔融,以间隔成型数个熔接部83,进而以制得保暖材80。当欲将保暖材应用至具保暖性的纺织品时,可视需求直接将保暖材80经过适当的裁剪及车缝后,制成所需的纺织品(如图8的睡袋70),而无需先缝制形成填料空间后才能填充纤维,故能大幅度节省睡袋70的制作步骤及时间。
于纺织成衣业界中,对于纺织品无法有效阻隔冷空气穿透的部分通称为冷点(coldspot)。前述睡袋70的经车缝形成的缝线部72必然具有同时贯穿二外层布料71的缝隙,导致冷空气能从睡袋70的一侧经由该缝隙到达睡袋70的另一侧。又,前述的保暖材80的熔接部83的厚度薄,熔接部83并无法有效阻隔冷空气的穿透及热量的散失。因此,前述睡袋70的缝线部72及保暖材80的熔接部83即为纺织成衣业所通称的冷点,其无法有效阻隔冷空气,致使前述睡袋70及由前述保暖材80制成的睡袋70具有整体保暖效果不佳的缺点。
发明内容
有鉴于上述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种保暖充填材,其能有效阻隔冷空气的穿透及减缓热空气的散失,从而使保暖充填材具有良好的保暖效果。
为了可达到前述的发明目的,本发明所采取的技术手段是令保暖充填材,其包含:
第一纤维层,第一纤维层包含有内侧面及多数个连接部,多数个连接部间隔形成于内侧面上;以及
第二纤维层,第二纤维层贴靠设于第一纤维层的内侧面上,且第二纤维层包含有多数个衔接部及多数个褶曲部,多数个衔接部分别与多数个连接部相接,多数个褶曲部各自成型于任两相邻的所述衔接部之间,多数个褶曲部同向倾斜,多数个褶曲部各自倚靠于相邻的所述褶曲部上,并且,多数个褶曲部各自覆盖至少一所述衔接部。
较佳的是,第二纤维层的多数个褶曲部各自与第一纤维层的内侧面围绕形成气室。
较佳的是,多数个褶曲部各自覆盖多数个所述衔接部。
更佳的是,多数个褶曲部各自覆盖二个所述衔接部。
较佳的是,任两相邻的所述衔接部之间的距离大于两相邻的所述连接部之间的距离。
较佳的是,第一纤维层为人造纤维单纺而成的布料层、天然纤维单纺而成的布料层、人造纤维与天然纤维混纺而成的布料层或棉状纤维(staple fiber)层。
较佳的是,第二纤维层为棉状纤维层。
进一步而言,所述棉状纤维层为人造棉状纤维层、天然棉状纤维层或人造棉状纤维与天然棉状纤维所构成的混合棉状纤维层。
更佳的是,所述天然纤维为植物纤维或矿物纤维。
较佳的是,多数个衔接部分别与多数个连接部相缝合。
基于上述的技术方案,当冷空气欲由外套及睡袋的外侧朝内传递以及人体表面的热空气欲由外套及睡袋的内侧朝外传递时,所述冷空气及热空气会受到所述保暖充填材的褶曲部的阻挡,使得冷空气难以进一步穿透到外套及睡袋的内侧,并使得热空气难以向外散失,从而达到提升外套及睡袋的保暖效果的有益效果。此外,所述保暖充填材于使用上可直接作为外套及睡袋的内层,故亦能达到节省睡袋及外套的制作步骤及时间。因此,所述保暖充填材兼具有提升外套及睡袋的保暖效果与缩减睡袋及外套的工艺的有益效果。

具体实施方式
以下配合图式及本发明的较佳实施例,进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段。
请参阅图1所示,本发明的保暖充填材包含有第一纤维层10及第二纤维层20。
请参阅图1及图2所示,第一纤维层10包含有内侧面111、相反于内侧面111的外侧面112及多数个连接部12,多数个连接部12间隔形成于内侧面上。
请参阅图1及图2所示,第二纤维层20贴靠设于第一纤维层10的内侧面111上,且第二纤维层20包含有多数个衔接部21及多数个褶曲部22,多数个衔接部21分别与多数个连接部12相接,且任两相邻的所述衔接部21之间的距离大于两相邻的所述连接部12之间的距离,使得多数个褶曲部22各自成型于任两相邻的所述衔接部21之间。多数个褶曲部22同向倾斜,多数个褶曲部22各自倚靠于相邻的所述褶曲部22上,并且,多数个褶曲部22各自覆盖至少一所述衔接部21。且多数个褶曲部22各自与内侧面111围绕形成气室23。请参阅图2所示,于一较佳实施例中,多数个褶曲部22各自覆盖一个所述衔接部21,多数个衔接部21分别与多数个连接部12相缝合连接,且第二纤维层20为天然棉状纤维层,第一纤维层10为人造纤维所单纺而成的布料层。请参阅图3所示,于一较佳实施例中,多数个褶曲部22A各自覆盖多数个所述衔接部21A,进一步而言,多数个褶曲部22A各自覆盖二个所述衔接部21A。于一较佳实施例中,第一纤维层为天然棉状。
请参阅图4至图6所示,于使用时,是将本发明的保暖充填材置于二布料30、40之间,二布料30、40分别与第一纤维层10及第二纤维层20相接,再将本发明的保暖充填材的边缘与两布料30、40的边缘相缝合,进而制作为外套50或睡袋60。图4至图6中所示是令与第一纤维层10相接的布料40作为外套50及睡袋60的内表面,而与第二纤维层20相接的布料30则作为外套50及睡袋60的外表面,但不以此为限。
请参阅图2及图4至图6所示,当冷空气吹向外套50及睡袋60的外侧时,穿透与第二纤维层20相接的布料30的冷空气会受到保暖充填材的阻挡,尤其,通过令前述多数个褶曲部22同向倾斜各自倚靠于相邻的所述褶曲部22上且多数个褶曲部22各自覆盖至少一所述衔接部21,冷空气会受到保暖充填材的褶曲部22的阻挡,使得冷空气难以通过第二纤维层20的衔接部21及第一纤维层10的连接部12进一步穿透到外套50及睡袋60的内侧;另一方面,当位于人体表面的热空气欲由外套50及睡袋60的内侧朝外传递并穿透与第一纤维层10相接的布料40时,热空气会受到保暖充填材的阻挡,尤其,通过令前述多数个褶曲部22同向倾斜并各自覆盖至少一所述衔接部21,穿透第一纤维层10的连接部12及第二纤维层20的衔接部21的热空气会受到保暖充填材的褶曲部22的阻挡,从而难以进一步通过第二纤维层20相接的布料30从外套50及睡袋60的内侧向外散失。
因此,通过令前述多数个褶曲部22同向倾斜并各自覆盖至少一所述衔接部21,本发明的保暖充填材能达到阻挡冷空气的穿透及热空气的散失的有益效果,从而提升外套50及睡袋60的保暖效果。
另外,由于本发明的保暖充填材于使用时是直接夹设于作为外套与睡袋的外表面及内表面的二布料30、40之间,即,本发明的保暖充填材能提供成衣制造业或睡袋制造业作为外套或睡袋的保暖内层,故亦能节省睡袋及外套的制作步骤及时间。
此外,请参阅图4所示,通过多数个褶曲部22各自与第一纤维层10的内侧面111围绕形成的气室23,穿透与第一纤维层10相接的布料40的热空气的热能难以通过气室23中的空气传递至第一纤维层10,难以再进一步通过与第一纤维层10相接的布料30向外散失,使得热能可保持于外套与睡袋的内表面处,即,布料40处;从而提升外套50及睡袋60的保暖效果。
又,由于第二纤维层20仅于衔接部21与第一纤维层10固定连结,当第二纤维层20为棉状纤维层时,由于棉状纤维层有蓬度而具有可被压缩的特性,且棉状纤维层亦具有可挠曲特性,第二纤维层20的折曲部22可以在布料30与第一纤维层10之间随着人体的形状被压缩及挠曲,使得所述保暖填充材具有良好的贴身性,令所述保暖填充材于使用上能有效降低与使用者之间的空隙,降低身体热能通过空隙散发的情形。并且使得所述保暖填充材便于压缩以收纳。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何本领域的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案的范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

1.一种保暖充填材,其特征在于,其中包含:
第一纤维层,第一纤维层包含有内侧面及多数个连接部,多数个连接部间隔形成于内侧面上;以及
第二纤维层,第二纤维层贴靠设于第一纤维层的内侧面上,且第二纤维层包含有多数个衔接部及多数个褶曲部,多数个衔接部分别与多数个连接部相接,多数个褶曲部各自成型于任两相邻的所述衔接部之间,多数个褶曲部同向倾斜,多数个褶曲部各自倚靠于相邻的所述褶曲部上,并且,所述第二纤维层的多数个褶曲部各自与第一纤维层的内侧面围绕形成气室,多数个褶曲部各自覆盖多数个所述衔接部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保暖充填材,其特征在于,多数个褶曲部各自覆盖二个所述衔接部。

6.根据权利要求1或2所述的保暖充填材,其特征在于,第二纤维层为棉状纤维层。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的保暖充填材,其特征在于,多数个衔接部分别与多数个连接部相缝合。
