Description
本發明係關於為了包裝食品等所使用的深拉包裝機,尤其是關於可以製造包裝容器而不會產生包裝膜材之廢料,藉此得以實現可減少膜材費用、產業廢棄物處理費、及二氧化碳排放量的深拉包裝機。
在習知技術中,對作為供包裝食品等所使用的深拉包裝機而言,如第6圖所示之深拉包裝機1已為眾所週知。基本上,深拉包裝機1的構成,係為將食材等(未圖示)置入已成型為凹狀的底膜2後,蓋上頂膜3,利用密封裝置4將其密封,而製得包裝有食材等之容器5。
還有,在第6圖中,元件符號6係表示用於藉模具將底膜2成型為凹狀的成型裝置,7表示底膜2的原材捲(bottom film roll),8表示頂膜3的原材捲(top film roll),9表示將已密封之底膜2及頂膜3朝著對其移送方向呈垂直之方向予以切斷的橫向切斷裝置(cross cutter device),10表示將已密封之底膜2及頂膜3朝著與其移送方向呈平行之方向予以切斷的長向切斷裝置(length-cutter device),11係表示用於將底膜2朝成型裝置6引導的內饋輥(in-feeding roller)。
第7圖係為將深拉包裝機1之內饋輥11附近予以放大顯示的圖示。如圖所示,深拉包裝機1中,以移送底膜2的移送裝置之構成方式而言,係具有:用以挾持底膜2之兩側緣的挾持爪12;固定挾持爪12的環鏈(endless chain)13;以及繞掛環鏈13的鏈輪14。在此,藉由未圖示馬達的驅動,鏈輪14會轉動,藉此將底膜2朝圖中箭號方向移送。
再者,第8圖係顯示挾持爪12及環鏈13的詳細構造。如圖所示,挾持爪12的構成,係由上側爪15、下側爪16、以及彈簧17所組成,藉由彈簧17的彈壓作用,使上側爪15與下側爪16密接,令挾持爪12閉合以挾
持底膜2的形態。而且,如第7圖所示,挾持爪12藉由同軸地附設於鏈輪14之凸輪板(未圖示)的作用,在鏈輪14的位置處,上側爪15與下側爪16會形成打開的狀態。而且,此時,挾持爪12會如第7圖及第9圖所示,成為只有上側爪15一面移動到外側同時打開的狀態。
底膜2藉由設計成上述形態之構造的挾持爪12將兩側緣予以挾持,並利用成型裝置6成形為凹狀後,置入食材等(未圖示),然後,如第6圖所示,蓋上頂膜3,再利用密封裝置4予以密封。此時,如第10圖所示,由挾持爪12在鏈輪14之位置處將底膜2挾持後,一邊持續挾持底膜同時進行移送,直到長向切斷裝置10之位置為止。此外,頂膜3在朝密封裝置4移送之前,與底膜2同樣,利用挾持爪12挾持其兩端緣,然後,與成型為凹狀後之底膜2一起朝密封裝置4移送。
其次,密封裝置4藉由第11圖所示之步驟將底膜2與頂膜3密封。此外,如圖所示,密封裝置4基本上由上模具4a、下模具4b、和密封熱板18所構成。
首先,如第11圖(A)所示,利用挾持爪12挾持的底膜2及頂膜3移送到已上下打開的上模具4a與下模具4b之間。之後,如第11圖之(B)所示,下模具4b上升,使上模具4a與下模具4b閉合。與此同時,使空氣從分別設於上下模具4a、4b的通氣孔19a、19b抽除,使容器5之內部形成真空狀態。
接著,如第11圖(C)所示,密封熱板18下降,利用熱熔接使底膜2與頂膜3密封,以執行容器5之密封。然後,在密封熱板18上升之同時,下模具4b下降,使上模具4a與下模具4b打開,而回到第11圖(A)的狀態。這些第11圖(A)至(C)的步驟係重複進行,以進行密封裝置4之密封步驟。
此外,第11圖(B)的步驟中,容器5內部之空氣如複數個小箭號所示,係從底膜2之兩側附近經過設在下模具4b的通氣管20,朝容器5之外側抽出。在此,如第12圖所示,底膜2沿其兩側緣設有複數個衝孔21。由於該衝孔21之位置和通氣管20之開口端20a的位置係形成一致,故容器5內部空氣會穿過衝孔21朝通氣管20流動。
還有,衝孔21在底膜2移送到密封裝置4之前,利用同軸地附設在鏈輪14的衝切用齒輪等(未圖示)開設在底膜2。而且,在開設衝孔21時,為
了使衝切時的切屑不會掉落,通常,其穿孔形狀經刻意設計。同時,因為頂膜3之存在,容器5內部之空氣並不會從上模具4a的通氣孔19a抽除,但為了保持容器5周圍的壓力平衡,也從通氣孔19a進行脫氣。
不過,在使用具有此種構成的深拉包裝機1來製造容器5時,設置衝孔21就成為必要而不可或缺。因為,若不設衝孔21,則空氣無法從容器5抽出。因此,為了確保設置衝孔21所需之空間,習知技術乃在底膜2的兩側緣設置如第12圖之S所示之具有預定寬度的多餘部分。然後,該多餘部分S因在容器5會成為無用的部分,故必須在容器5完成前予以去除,通常在製造時係利用長向切斷裝置10當作廢料切掉。
然而,經此處理而切除的廢料,必須當成廢棄物來處理,故有因該項處理而費時費事的問題。
在此種情形下,本案發明人就以解決以上問題的方法與手段一再專心銳意進行檢討,其結果,乃瞭解到將挾持爪從預定位置的底膜2或頂膜3移開的方式來構成深拉包裝機,即可解決上述問題,從而研創了本發明。
同時,在申請本發明時,經本案發明人及申請人調查過去專利文獻等的結果,在有關深拉包裝機方面,雖可發現下述的文獻,但並無法發現有詳述本發明技術性思想等的專利文獻。

底膜的兩側緣;以及移送裝置,將利用該挾持爪所挾持之頂膜及/或底膜進行移送,其特徵在於:該深拉包裝機之構成方式為:在前述密封裝置之上模具和下模具閉合時,位在藉該等上模具和下模具所挾持之範圍內的頂膜及底膜,會與前述挾持爪形成非接觸狀態。
再者,本發明之深拉包裝機具備:密封裝置,以上模具和下模具挾住頂膜和底膜進行密封;挾持爪,挾持頂膜及/或底膜的兩側緣;以及移送裝置,將利用該挾持爪所挾持之頂膜及/或底膜進行移送,其特徵在於:該深拉包裝機之構成方式為:在前述密封裝置之上模具和下模具閉合時,位在藉該等上模具和下模具所挾持之範圍內的頂膜及底膜,會在與前述挾持爪之間產生空隙。
此外,本發明之深拉包裝機具備:密封裝置,以上模具和下模具挾住頂膜和底膜進行密封;挾持爪,挾持頂膜及/或底膜的兩側緣;移送裝置,將利用該挾持爪所挾持之頂膜及/或底膜進行移送;以及刀具,將已密封之頂膜及底膜在預定的位置進行切斷,其特徵在於:該深拉包裝機之構成方式為:在前述密封裝置之上模具和下模具閉合時,位在藉該等上模具和下模具所挾持之範圍內的頂膜及底膜,會與前述挾持爪形成非接觸狀態;而且,位於與前述刀具接觸範圍內的頂膜及底膜,均會與前述挾持爪形成非接觸狀態。
又,本發明之深拉包裝機具備:密封裝置,以上模具和下模具挾住頂膜和底膜進行密封;挾持爪,挾持頂膜及/或底膜的兩側緣;移送裝置,將利用該挾持爪所挾持之頂膜及/或底膜進行移送;以及刀具,將已密封之頂膜及底膜在預定的位置進行切斷,其特徵在於:該深拉包裝機之構成方式為:在前述密封裝置之上模具和下模具閉合時,位在藉該等上模具和下模具所挾持之範圍內的頂膜及底膜,會與前述挾持爪之間產生空隙;而且,位於與前述刀具接觸範圍內的頂膜及底膜,與前述挾持爪之間亦產生空隙。
若依本發明,可以提供一種有關為了包裝食品等所使用之深拉包裝機,特別是能夠製造包裝容器而不會產生膜材廢料,藉此得以實現膜材費用
、產業廢棄物處理費及二氧化碳排放量之減少的深拉包裝機。

〔發明的實施形態〕
以下,就本發明深拉包裝機的實施形態加以說明。此外,本實施形態之深拉包裝機的基本構成,與第6圖所示之習知技術並無不同,故此處之說明中,係直接援用第6圖及第6圖中所用的符号。
本實施形態之深拉包裝機1和習知技術不同之點,如第1圖所示,在密封裝置4及橫向切斷裝置9的動作位置處,挾持爪12並不挾持底膜2或頂膜3,而是以離開底膜2或頂膜3再動作的方式構成。而且,第1圖中,存在於最初挾持底膜2之位置的鏈輪係當作第1鏈輪14a,此後環鏈13所接觸之鏈輪,在本說明書中係依序以第2至第11鏈輪(14b至14k)來表示。
首先,在密封裝置4的動作位置處,如圖所示,環鏈13被引導至第2鏈輪14b及第3鏈輪14c,通過下模具4b之下側,然後,被引導至第4鏈
輪14d及第5鏈輪14e,再回復至可挾持底膜2及頂膜3之高度為止。
在此,第2鏈輪14b同軸地附設有凸輪板(未圖示),藉該凸輪板之作用,在第2鏈輪14b之位置處,上側爪15與下側爪16會打開,藉此作用,挾持爪12得以從底膜2及頂膜3離開。
然後,第5鏈輪14e亦同軸地附設有凸輪板(未圖示),藉該凸輪板之作用,在第5鏈輪14e之位置處,上側爪15與下側爪16會閉合,藉此作用,挾持爪12得以挾持底膜2及頂膜3。
亦即,本實施形態之深拉包裝機1之構成特徴係在:在密封裝置4之上模具4a和下模具4b閉合時,位於藉該等上模具4a和下模具4b所挾持之範圍內的頂膜3及底膜2,與挾持爪12係形成非接觸狀態。
而且,換句話也可說,關於該特徴,本實施形態之深拉包裝機1的構成方式係:在密封裝置4之上模具4a和下模具4b閉合時,位在藉該等上模具4a和下模具4b所挾持之範圍內的頂膜3及底膜2,與挾持爪12之間會產生空隙。
又,在橫向切斷裝置9之動作位置處,如圖所示,環鏈13被引導至第6鏈輪14f及第7鏈輪14g,並移動至較底膜2及頂膜3高度靠下側之處,然後,引導至第8鏈輪14h,再回歸至可挾持底膜2及頂膜3之高度為止。
在此,第6鏈輪14f亦同軸地附設有凸輪板(未圖示),藉該凸輪板之作用,在第6鏈輪14f之位置處,上側爪15與下側爪16會打開。藉此機制,挾持爪12得以從底膜2及頂膜3離開。
又,第8鏈輪14h亦同軸地附設有凸輪板(未圖示),藉該凸輪板之作用,在第8鏈輪14h之位置處,上側爪15與下側爪16會閉合。藉此機制,挾持爪12得以挾持底膜2及頂膜3。
亦即,本實施形態之深拉包裝機1之構成特徴係在;挾持爪12和位於與橫向切斷裝置9接觸範圍內之頂膜3或底膜2都成為非接觸狀態。
而且,有關該特徴,換句話也可說,本實施形態之深拉包裝機1的構成係在:位在與橫向切斷裝置9接觸範圍內之頂膜3或底膜2,也與挾持爪12之間產生空隙。
此外,以上實施形態中,藉由將環鏈13降到比可挾持底膜2及頂膜3之高度更低,挾持爪12就會與頂膜3及底膜2形成非接觸狀態,但只要挾
持爪12能與頂膜3及底膜2形成非接觸狀態,其手段並無特別限定。
例如,如第13圖所示,藉由將鏈條13之軸27設成較一般為長,挾持爪12也可與頂膜3及底膜2形成非接觸狀態。以下,有關該實施形態之詳細內容,一併加以說明。
第13圖所示之鏈條13,其軸27甚長,鏈條13之滾子28可以沿著軸27大幅横向移動。因此,具備本實施形態之鏈條13的深拉包裝機1中,藉由將形成如第14圖所示之剖面形狀的打開塊29(opener block)配置於挾持爪12及鏈條13之下側,並如第14圖(a)至(b)所示使其上升,然後横方向移動,俾在令鏈條13之外板30横向移動之同時,得以使挾持爪12打開。
所以,藉由該構成,具備本實施形態之鏈條13的深拉包裝機1,在密封裝置4之上模具4a和下模具4b閉合時,在該等上模具4a和下模具4b所挾持之範圍內的位置處、或與橫向切斷裝置9接觸之範圍內的位置處,挾持爪12會與頂膜3及底膜2形成非接觸狀態。
此外,打開塊13移動之位置處,固定設置有如第14圖所示之鏈條導件31,即使打開塊29横向移動,滾子28也不會隨著横向移動。此外,第14圖中,29a為設在打開塊29的溝,其係用以藉打開塊29使外板30沿著外軸27横向移動的溝。
又,本實施形態之構成形態上,如第13圖所示,軸27與滾子28之間,即使因穿過套筒32而對鏈條13施加張力的情況中,也只有套筒32會受到該張力,滾子28可以沿著軸27横向移動,沒有阻力。
以上實施形態之深拉包裝機1,由於係形成為如上述的構成,在利用密封裝置4將底膜2及頂膜3密封時,其兩側緣不會被挾持爪12挾到。因此,在將容器5內部抽成真空狀態時,可以從底膜2及頂膜3的兩側緣抽除空氣,故沒必要在底膜2設置衝孔21。因而,若使用本實施形態之深拉包裝機1,可以使用如第2圖所示之不需設置衝孔用空間的底膜2,可以製造容器5而不會產生廢料。藉此得以實現產業廢棄物處理費、及二氧化碳排放量的減少。
再者,如使用以上實施形態之深拉包裝機1,除了不需設置衝孔21用空間,又不必考慮在密封裝置4及橫向切斷裝置9之動作位置處因挾持爪12所導致的干擾,就底膜2及頂膜3之任一者而言,均可使用寬度較習知
技術為窄的材料。藉此,可以減少膜材費用。此外,若依本案發明人之計算,現在的一般膜材寬度為420mm,而本發明可改用膜材寬度380mm的製品,從寬度減少直接反映在膜材價格的事實來看,實際上,可認為膜材費用減少將近10%。
接著,就本發明之其他實施形態加以說明。如第3圖之中央附近所顯示,本實施形態之深拉包裝機1與前述實施形態相異之點,在於又設有膜材暫時結合裝置22。如圖所示,膜材暫時結合裝置22係以配置於頂膜3之回行滾子23與密封裝置4之間的環鏈13上側,俾在利用密封裝置4將底膜2和頂膜3密封之前,暫時將底膜2與頂膜3結合而構成。
第4圖係顯示膜材暫時結合裝置22的基本構造。如圖所示,膜材暫時結合裝置22由匣式加熱器24與氣缸25所構成。匣式加熱器24之下側設有以熱能可傳遞到其前端的方式構成的三個突設部24a。再者,匣式加熱器24形成為可藉氣缸25上下動作的形態,且在密封裝置4的前面處,利用突設部24a之熱使底膜2與頂膜3溶接而暫時結合。第5圖係顯示藉膜材暫時結合裝置22而暫時結合之狀態的底膜2與頂膜3,本圖中,26係表示藉突設部24a之熱予以溶接的暫時結合點。
利用具備這種膜材暫時結合裝置22,本實施形態之深拉包裝機1中,因底膜2與頂膜3施以暫時結合,故在通過密封裝置4時,即使不被挾持爪12挾持,也可防止底膜2從頂膜3垂下,而且,可以有效防止底膜2與頂膜3朝寬度方向偏移。暫時結合點26的面積非常小,相鄰結合點彼此之間隔也很充分,在暫時結合後的密封裝置4處將空氣從容器5抽除時,也不會特別造成問題。
〔產業上的可利用性〕
如以上所說明,若依本發明,係有關為了包裝食品等所使用之深拉包裝機,能夠提供特別能製造包裝容器而不會產生膜材廢料,藉此得以實現膜材費用、產業廢棄物處理費及二氧化碳排放量之減少的深拉包裝機。

Claims (4)
- 一種深拉包裝機,具備:密封裝置,以上模具和下模具挾住頂膜和底膜進行密封;挾持爪,挾持頂膜及/或底膜的兩側緣;以及移送裝置,將利用該挾持爪挾持的頂膜及/或底膜進行移送,其特徵在於:該深拉包裝機之構成方式為:在前述密封裝置之上模具和下模具閉合時,位在藉該等上模具和下模具所挾持之範圍內的頂膜及底膜,係與前述挾持爪形成非接觸狀態。
- 一種深拉包裝機,具備:密封裝置,以上模具和下模具挾住頂膜和底膜進行密封;挾持爪,挾持頂膜及/或底膜的兩側緣;以及移送裝置,將利用該挾持爪挾持的頂膜及/或底膜進行移送,其特徵在於:該深拉包裝機之構成方式為:在前述密封裝置之上模具和下模具閉合時,位在藉該等上模具和下模具所挾持之範圍內的頂膜及底膜,在與前述挾持爪之間會產生空隙。
- 一種深拉包裝機,具備:密封裝置,以上模具和下模具挾住頂膜和底膜進行密封;挾持爪,挾住頂膜及/或底膜的兩側緣;移送裝置,將利用該挾持爪所挾持的頂膜及/或底膜進行移送;以及刀具,將已密封之頂膜及底膜在預定的位置進行切斷,其特徵在於:該深拉包裝機之構成方式為:在前述密封裝置之上模具和下模具閉合時,位在藉該等上模具和下模具所挾持之範圍內的頂膜及底膜,係與前述挾持爪形成非接觸狀態;而且,位於與前述刀具接觸範圍內的頂膜及底膜,均與前述挾持爪形成非接觸狀態。
- 一種深拉包裝機,具備:密封裝置,以上模具和下模具挾住頂膜和底膜進行密封;挾持爪,挾持頂膜及/或底膜的兩側緣;移送裝置,將利用該挾持爪挾持的頂膜及/或底膜進行移送;以及刀具,將已密封之頂膜及底膜在預定的位置進行切斷,其特徵在於:該深拉包裝機之構成方式為:在前述密封裝置之上模具和下模具閉合時 ,位在藉該等上模具和下模具所挾持之範圍內的頂膜及底膜,係與前述挾持爪之間產生空隙;而且,位於與前述刀具接觸範圍內的頂膜及底膜,與前述挾持爪之間也會產生空隙。
