Description
本申請案主張西元2009年4月23日提出申請之美國專利申請序號第61/172,004號案的優先權,該案的內容藉由參照併入於此。
塑膠隔膜泵傳統上是由內含有強化纖維的樹脂模製。
本發明之一目的在於減少用來建構空氣作動雙隔膜泵中所用之零組件所需之較高成本材料所使用的量。另外也希望增加隔膜泵(特別是空氣作動雙隔膜泵)中所用之零組件的機械強度及剛性。再另外一項目的是要消除材料因負載的作用所致之變形而造成螺栓扭矩鬆弛(Bolt Torque Relaxation)的常見問題。免除加添強化填料劑至與流體接觸之材料內則是另一項目的。其他的習用技藝設計是藉由簡單地將強化填料劑加入至整個零件內來達成該等其他的目的。
一空氣作動雙隔膜泵的流體段包含流體殼體、一入口歧管、以及一出口歧管。本發明主要的焦點(但不僅限於此)在於改良該等流體殼體及歧管。這些零件是以二個步驟來製作的:一模製內框體及一覆蓋模製的最終外形。較佳的框體材料是纖維強化塑膠(特別是纖維強化塑膠-玻
璃纖維強化聚丙烯及碳纖維強化PVDF),其是以聚丙烯、傳導性聚丙烯、或PVDF覆蓋模製成最終外形。縮醛是另一種選擇。
此框體是設計成可讓該包覆材料自一側流動至另一側,以在頂側表面及底側表面之間形成機械式鎖固,而不依靠該二材料間的化學黏著作用。
此框體覆蓋模製的較佳方法的另一種替代方案是僅在該框體的材料接觸表面或“潮濕部位(wetted portion)”上疊附前面所列三種相容材料中的任一者。
針對1英吋隔膜泵的估算,顯示出每一流體蓋只要使用約少於一磅聚縮醛或PVDF。這將可因較薄的零件之故而縮短模具內的模製時間(暫停時間,dwell time)。此種設計可以減少肋材,這可以讓外部清潔較容易。本發明所提供的較佳零件穩定性可以讓零件在使用時減少基礎材料的變形。此框體的材料並不會與被泵送的流體相接觸。
本發明的這些及其他目的及優點,將可下文中配合於所附圖式所做的說明中更充份地得知,而在所有的圖式中相同的參考編號將代表相同或類似的件。
一空氣作動雙隔膜泵10的流體段包含流體殼體12、一中心段13、一入口歧管14、以及一出口歧管16。本發明主要的焦點(但不僅限於此)在於改良該流體殼體12、入口歧管14及出口歧管16,其等是共同做為流體承載零件。該
等流體殼體(歧管或其他者)是製作成二個部件。較佳的框體18的材料是纖維強化塑膠(特別是纖維強化塑膠-玻璃纖維強化聚丙烯及碳纖維強化PVDF),其以例如聚丙烯、傳導性聚丙烯、或PVDF等包覆材料覆蓋模製成最終外形。縮醛是另一種選擇。
此框體18是設計成可讓該包覆材料20通過圖2所示之框體18的中心部位中的開口19自框體18的一側流動至另一側。這使得頂側表面22及底側表面23之間形成機械式鎖固,而不依靠該二材料間的化學黏著作用。第3圖中顯示出結合部位24如何延伸至頂側表面22上。此種結構可以免除該二種材料間因化學侵蝕或機械應力所致之剝離的煩惱。
此框體整體覆蓋模製的較佳方法的另一種替代方案是僅在該框體的材料接觸表面或“潮濕部位”上疊附前面所列三種相容材料中的任一者。
可以想像得到,在不脫離下文申請專利範圍所界定的本發明精神及範疇內的情形下,該等泵零件仍有多種的變化及修改是可行的。

Claims (8)
- 一種隔膜泵,包含:殼體;入口歧管,安裝於該殼體的頂側表面;出口歧管,安裝於該殼體的底側表面;框體,模製於該殼體上並於該殼體之內界定出一空間;以及包覆材料,完整地包覆該空間;其中被泵送的流體僅與該包覆材料接觸。
- 一種隔膜泵,包含:中心段;入口歧管;出口歧管;至少一殼體,設於該入口歧管與該出口歧管之間並固著於該中心段,該殼體包括模製於該殼體上的框體,該框體具有包覆材料,被建構成只有該包覆材料與被泵送的流體接觸;以及至少一結合部位,從該框體延伸並延伸通過該包覆材料。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之隔膜泵,其中開口延伸通過該框體的中心部位,使得位在該框體之頂側表面的該包覆材料及位在該框體之底側表面的該包覆材料之間形成機械式鎖固。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或第2項所述之隔膜泵,其中該 框體是在一個不會與被泵送的流體相接觸的區域中延伸穿過該包覆材料。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或第2項所述之隔膜泵,其中該框體是由纖維強化塑膠模製而成。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之隔膜泵,其中該纖維強化塑膠是選自於由玻璃纖維強化聚丙烯及碳纖維強化PVDF所組成的族群。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或第2項所述之隔膜泵,其中該包覆材料是由塑膠模製而成。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之隔膜泵,其中該包覆材料選自於由聚丙烯、傳導性聚丙烯、PVDF、以及縮醛所組成的族群。
