Abstract

本申请要求2009年4月23日提交的美国申请序列No.61/172,004的优先权,其内容在此通过引用并入。
背景技术
传统上,塑料隔膜泵由树脂成型,该树脂在其中可具有增强纤维。
发明内容
本发明的目的是降低在气动双隔膜泵中使用的部件的构造中的较高成本材料的量。进一步希望提高在气动双隔膜泵中使用的部件的机械强度和刚度。而另一个目标是消除由材料在负荷下变形所引起的螺栓扭矩松弛的常见问题。还有一个目标是避免向与流体接触的材料添加增强填料。其它现有技术的设计通过简单地向整个部件添加增强填料来实现其它目标。
气动双隔膜泵的流体部分包括两个流体壳体、入口歧管和出口歧管。本发明主要关注(但不限于此)是对流体壳体和歧管的改进。这些部件通过两个步骤制作:模制内部框架和包覆成型最终形状。优选的框架材料是纤维增强塑料(尤其是纤维增强塑料-玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯和碳纤维增强PVDF),利用聚丙烯、导电聚丙烯或者PVDF将所述纤维增强塑料包覆成型成最终形状。乙缩醛是另一种选择。
框架设计成使得包封材料能从一侧流动到另一侧,允许了顶表面和底部之间的机械锁定,以不依赖于在两种材料之间的化学粘接。
框架的整个包覆成型的优选方法的替代方法是,仅用上面列举的三种兼容材料中的任意材料层压至材料接触表面或者框架的“浸湿部分”。
对1″隔膜泵的评估表明,使用少大约一磅的流体盖所使用的PVDF或者乙缩醛。这样,由于较薄的部件而减少了模具中的成型时间(保压时间)。这种设计允许减少压筋,这允许更容易的外部清洁。当部件使用时,本发明能增加部件稳定性,从而导致减少的基材变形。框架材料不与泵送的流体接触。
根据结合附图进行的下面的描述,本发明的这些以及其它目的和优点将更完全地呈现,其中在所有的数个视图中,相同的附图标记指代相同或者相似的部件。

具体实施方式
气动双隔膜泵10的流体部分包括两个流体壳体12、中心部分13、入口歧管14和出口歧管16。本发明的主要关注(但不局限于此)是对流体壳体12以及歧管14和16的改进,总的来说是对流体输送部件的改进。壳体(流体、歧管或者其它)制作成两部分。优选的框架18材料是纤维增强塑料(尤其是纤维增强塑料-玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯和碳纤维增强PVDF),利用例如聚丙烯、导电聚丙烯或者PVDF的包封材料将所述纤维增强塑料包覆成型成最终的形状。乙缩醛是另外的选择。
框架18设计成使得包封材料20能从一侧流动到另一侧,允许了顶表面22和底部之间的机械锁定,以不依赖于在两种材料之间的化学粘接。注意附图3是如何示出了延伸到表面22的结合部分24。该构造消除了任何与两种材料的分层相关的担心,该分层可能是由化学侵蚀或者机械应力引起的。
框架的整个包覆成型的优选方法的一种替代是仅用上面列举的三种兼容材料中的任意材料层压至材料接触表面或者框架的“浸湿部分”。
可以预期的是,在不背离由权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以对泵部件进行各种改变或者修改。
Claims (6)
1.一种隔膜泵,所述隔膜泵具有至少一个流体输送部件,改进包括由下述部件成型的至少一个所述流体输送部件:
框架;和
包覆成型包封,所述包覆成型包封完全覆盖所述框架,其中所述流体输送部件与泵送的流体相接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的隔膜泵,其中所述框架在不接触所述泵送的流体的区域中延伸通过所述包封。
3.如权利要求1所述的隔膜泵,其中所述框架由纤维增强塑料成型。
4.如权利要求3所述的隔膜泵,其中所述纤维增强塑料从由玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯和碳纤维增强PVDF构成的组中选择。
5.如权利要求1所述的隔膜泵,其中所述包封由塑料成型。
6.如权利要求5所述的隔膜泵,其中所述包封从由聚丙烯、导电聚丙烯、PVDF和乙缩醛构成的组中选择。
