Description
本發明關於一種接頭的驅動裝置,特別是櫥傢俱用的翻板接頭的驅動裝置,具有一個可固定在一傢俱體上的殼體,在該殼體之上或之中設一電馬達,該電馬達經一聯動器將一個與一接頭部連接的聯接元件驅動,其中:該聯動元件設在殼體中央沿著垂直於該接頭部的運動平面的方向,且該驅動裝置可安裝在一傢俱體的對立側上以將一翻板接頭驅動。
有一些傢俱的接頭(Beschlag,英:metal joint),它們可利用電驅動器移動。在此,該驅動器大多個別地配合各接頭部分設定且為一特別之使用目的設計。這點使得製造成本提高,因為大多只能銷售有限件數的一特定之受驅動之接頭。對於翻板接頭的領域會造成一問題,即:希望有一驅動器,因為翻板接頭大多以高掛方式設在櫥傢俱中,且要將翻板接頭打開及關閉很累人。
本發明的目的在提供一種接頭,特別是一種櫥傢俱用的翻板接頭,它可廣泛地用於各種不同傢俱及用在傢俱體上的安裝位置。
此目的係利用具有申請專利範圍第1項的特點的一種驅動裝置達成。
依本發明,該與接頭部連接的聯元件設在殼體中央沿
著垂直於接頭部之運動平面的方向設置,且該驅動裝置可安裝在一傢俱體的對立側上,以將一翻板接頭驅動。如此該驅動裝置可廣泛地安裝在一傢俱體上的右側或左側,這點可減少庫存的必要量。由於聯接元件可廣泛地連接,故可使用該驅動裝置用於許多不同的接頭,因此構建在傢俱中的接頭可在以後加裝該驅動裝置。
依本發明一較佳設計,該聯接元件設計成橫桿形式,該槓桿穿過殼體中的一中央槽孔。如此,驅動裝置的構件可設在殼體中受保護以防污染以及免受其他環境影響。
為了要安裝該驅動裝置,可將聯接裝置以可轉動的方式支承在一條受驅動的樞轉槓桿上,如此當驅動裝置的殼體安裝時,可將誤差作某種補償。
為了預設接頭部分的樞轉區域,可設有端開關,利用它們可在達到最大開放位置或關閉位置時使電馬達關掉。在此,該端開關宜可經由至少一個裝在一樞轉槓桿上的帶動器動作。在此,樞轉槓桿的樞轉區域可經由該帶動器及/或終開關調整,因此接頭部的樞轉區域可間接藉這種調整而改變。這點可使之能對應地配合驅動裝置的使用目的。
依本發明另一設計,該電馬達與一控制裝置耦合,該控制裝置與一信號導線及/或一具有一切換裝置的遙控裝置連接。如此,接頭部可各依需要經由控制裝置打開及關閉,其中不需將切換裝置設成直接鄰接到傢俱體,而係也可經由某些距離作遙控操作或遙控切換。
為了作有效的驅動,該樞轉槓桿有一齒狀構造,它與聯動器的一齒輪嚙合。如果該聯動器有對應的增速作用,則電馬達可設計成較小。
驅動裝置宜在聯接元件上與一翻板接頭連接,其中該翻板接頭用於將一可樞轉的翻板打開。在此,可各依翻板的構造而定,在右側及左側在該翻板接頭上安裝一相關的驅動裝置。對於較少的重量力量,如果只將一驅動裝置安裝在翻板接頭上就足夠了。
本發明在以下利用一實施例配合附圖詳細說明。
圖1中顯示一翻板接頭(1)的驅動裝置,該翻板接頭經一保持板(2)固定在一傢俱體(特別是一櫥傢俱)上。翻板接頭(1)包含一樞轉部(4),其上設有一板(3)以與一翻板連接,樞轉部(4)設計成角形,且在一部段(5)上有一關節軸(6),垂直於板(3)的平面,有一導引槓桿(7)支承在該關節軸上。在部段(5)上形成另一軸(8),與軸(6)隔一段距離,有一第二導引槓桿(9)以可樞轉的方式支承在該軸(8)上。
導引槓桿(9)之背向樞轉部(4)的那一端經一軸(10)與一第一槓桿(11)連接,槓桿(11)同樣與導引槓桿(7)在一軸(15)上樞接耦合。有一第二槓桿(12)設在距第一槓桿(11)[它在保持板(2)上支承在軸(17)上]一段距離處,第二槓桿的一側經一軸(13)與導引槓桿(7)樞接,其另一端經一軸(4)與保持板(2)樞接。
如圖2及圖3所示,樞轉部(4)可相對於保持板(2)樞轉。
在圖示之翻板接頭(1)係具有七根關節軸(6)(8)(10)(13)(14)(15)及(17)的接頭,這些軸的設置以及槓桿(7)(9)(11)及(12)的幾何性質可各依使用情形改變。
為了使樞轉部(4)可更容易地移入開放位置,故設有一彈簧(25),該彈簧一端支承在一軸(24),該軸構成一槓桿(21)及一槓桿(22)的一樞轉點。槓桿(21)以可樞轉的方式支承在關節軸(13)上,而槓桿(22)在背向軸(24)的那一側固定在一軸(23)上,該軸設在保持板(2)上。彈簧(25)在背向軸(24)的那一側固定在一栓(26)上,該栓以可調整的方式保持在一螺絲(27)上,俾能調整彈簧應力。
在翻板(3)的關閉位置時,彈簧(25)將樞部(4)壓入關閉的位置,因為要將樞轉部(4)經此機構打開,須先將槓桿(21)及(22)隨軸(13)及(13)相對運動,如此彈簧(25)的長度在開始時略變大。在一角度(15∘~25∘)之後,彈簧(25)的長度才減少且此時將樞轉部(4)壓入一打開位置。因此在超過一死點後,打開的運動就受到彈簧(25)幫助。
為了使翻板接頭不但能用手,而且能自動關閉及打開,故設有一驅動裝置。它包含一聯接元件(30),呈一槓桿形式,該槓桿一端支承在關節軸(13)上,其對立側支承在軸(35)上在一樞轉槓桿(33)上。樞轉槓桿(33)支承成可繞一旋轉軸(34)轉動。樞轉槓桿有一齒部段(31),它和一聯動器(32)(由數個齒輪構成)的一齒輪嚙合。聯動器(32)的一齒輪(36)可利用一電馬達(38)的一出力軸(37)驅動。利用聯動器(32)造成增速,因此電馬達(38)可做得較小。
在樞轉槓桿(33)上設有二個相間隔的帶動器(42)及(44),經由它們可將一個裝在殼體上的端開關(40)或(41)切換,因此可藉控制電馬達(38)而斷路。
為了打開樞轉部(4),電馬達(38)將樞轉部(33)經由聯動器(32)沿反時針方向驅動,直到先到打開一半的位置(圖2)為止,然後到完全打開的位置(圖3)。在此最大打開的位置時,帶動器(42)壓向端開關(40)的接觸臂(43),該端開關將電馬達(38)斷路,如果樞轉部(4)再移入關閉位置,則帶動器(44)移向第二端開關(41)的接觸臂。如此電馬達(38)在此端位置關掉。帶動器(42)(44)及/或端開關(40)及(41)可調整以調整切換點。為此,在殼體(50)上或安裝板上設有長孔(46),螺絲(47)可放入其中以將端開關(41)固定,藉著螺絲(47)位置移動,可在某些位置檢出端開關(40)與(41)。
驅動裝置容納在殼體(50)中,殼體由二個殼體半部(51)及(52)構成,其中殼體(50)也可有多於二個的部分。電馬達(38)和聯動器(32)及樞轉槓桿(33)支承在殼體(50)內。設計成槓桿形式的聯接元件(30)從一中央槽孔突伸出來,聯接元件在一軸(13)上與翻板接頭的導引槓桿(4)連接。
如圖8所示,聯接元件(30)位在殼體(50),其中殼體半部(51)及(52)形成一槽孔,以讓聯接元件(30)通過。從聯接元件(30)到外側的距離在兩側的值為A。如此,可使驅動裝置固定在一傢俱體右側及一傢俱體左側。它只需提供一種類型之驅動裝置供翻板接頭兩側之用,其中驅動元件也
可廣泛用於其他接頭。為此只可配合樞轉桿(33)的樞轉區域,例如在此區域中,帶動器(42)或(44)作不同定位。如不用此方式也可將端開關(40)及(41)的位置改變。

Claims (10)
- 一種櫥傢俱用的翻板接頭的驅動裝置,具有一個可固定在一傢俱體上的殼體(50),在該殼體之上或之中設一電馬達(38),該電馬達(38)經一聯動器(32)將一個與一接頭部(7)連接的聯接元件(30)驅動,其特徵在:該聯接元件(30)設在殼體(50)中央沿著垂直於該接頭部(7)的運動平面的方向,且該驅動裝置可安裝在一傢俱體的對立側上以將一翻板接頭(1)驅動,該聯接元件(30)以可轉動的方式支承在一受驅動的樞轉槓桿(33)上。
