Description

背光型按鍵組裝裝置
本發明涉及一種按鍵組裝裝置,尤其涉及一種背光型按鍵組裝裝置。
先前之背光型按鍵一般包括驅動電路板,設置於所述驅動電路板表面之導光板,位於所述驅動電路板以及所述導光板之間之反射片以及背光光源。所述背光光源發出之光線經過所述反射片反射以及所述導光板引導,可自所述按鍵內部透射至按鍵表面,達到背光效果。
先前之背光型按鍵在組裝時,一般先將所述反射片黏貼於所述驅動電路板表面,然後將所述導光板覆蓋所述反射片組裝於所述驅動電路板上。出於按鍵產品小型化之考慮,所述反射片一般為薄膜狀結構,其兩側表面分別塗敷有黏膠,用於分別與所述驅動電路板以及所述導光板相連接。由於所述反射片為薄膜狀結構,因此在將所述反射片黏貼至所述驅動電路板表面時,所述反射片極易相對於所述驅動電路板產生位置偏差或者表面褶皺,影響按鍵之亮度以及均勻度,因此組裝時需要耗費許多時間以及人力確定所述反射片相對於所述驅動點之位置精確度以及表面平整度,造成按鍵之組裝效率較低。
有鑒於此,有必要提供一種可提高背光型按鍵之組裝效率以及組裝精度之背光型按鍵組裝裝置。
一種背光型按鍵組裝裝置,用於將背光型按鍵之反射片組裝於驅動電路板上。所述背光型按鍵組裝裝置包括一個組裝部,一個與所述組裝部可滑動地相連之按壓部。所述組裝部內部形成有一個用於收容所述驅動電路板之容置空間,所述組裝部頂部開設有一個於所述容置空間相通之剪切口。所述剪切口邊緣依據所述剪切口邊緣設置有剪切刀片,所述剪切刀片用於將所述反射片切斷。所述按壓部包括一個壓板,所述壓板包括一個經精密加工為平面之按壓面,用於將所述反射片自所述剪切刀片切斷,並將切斷後之反射片壓附於所述驅動電路板表面。
所述之背光型按鍵組裝裝置利用所述壓板將所述反射片沿所述剪切刀片切斷,同時將所述切斷後之間切片壓附貼合於所述驅動電路板表面,因此可以既提高背光型按鍵之組裝效率,又能夠保證背光型按鍵之組裝精度。

下面將結合附圖對本發明作一具體介紹。
請參閱圖1,所示為本發明之背光型按鍵組裝裝置100之結構圖,所述背光型按鍵組裝裝置100包括一個組裝部10,一個與所述組裝部10可滑動地相連之按壓部20。
所述組裝部10包括一個組裝座11以及一個與所述組裝座11相連之連接架12。所述組裝座11包括一個底板111,兩個分別與所述底板111相同一側表面相連之側板112以及一個與所述底板111平行之頂板113。所述兩個側板112以及所述底板111共同圍成一個用於放置驅動電路板(參見圖2)之容置空間114。所述頂板113連接於所述兩個側板112之頂端,所述頂板113開設有一個貫穿其上、下表面之剪切口113a,所述剪切口113a之形狀對應於所述驅動電路板上之反射片黏貼區域之形狀。所述剪切口113a邊緣設置有剪切刀片113b,所述剪切刀片113b依所述剪切口113a之形狀設置,所述剪切刀片113b為頂端尖銳之片狀結構,用於將反射片切斷。所述組裝座11還包括一個定位件115,用於定位所述驅動電路板於所述容置空間114內之位置。本實施方式中,所述定位件115呈板狀且與所述底板111,所述側板112以及所述頂板113相連封閉所述容置空間114之一側,可以理解,所述定位件115也可以採用相互間隔之柱狀結構,並不限於本實施方式。
所述連接架12固定於所述頂板113之上表面,用於可滑動地連接所述按壓部20。所述連接架12包括一個固定於所述頂板113表面之支撐件121以及一個與所述支撐件121相連之導向件122。所述支撐件121包括四個固定於所述頂板113表面之支撐柱121a以及一個設置於所述支撐柱121a頂端之支撐板121b。所述支撐板121b為框形結構,其內部圍成一個用於使所述按壓部20通過之開口121c ,所述開口121c與剪切口113a對正且不小於所述剪切口113a,本實施方式中,所述開口121c為矩形。所述導向件122包括一個導向塊122a以及兩個自所述導向塊122a向相反方向延伸出之支腳122b,所述兩個支腳122b跨過所述開口121c且分別固定於所述支撐板121b上。所述導向塊122a開設有一個用於限定所述按壓部20之滑動方向之導向孔122c。
所述按壓部20包括一個壓板21,一個導向桿22以及一個壓柄23。所述導向桿22穿過所述導向孔122c且可以沿所述導向孔122c之軸向滑動,所述壓板21與所述導向桿22朝向所述底板111之一端固定相連,所述壓柄23與所述導向桿22遠離所述底板111之一端相連。所述壓板21之形狀與尺寸對應於所述剪切口113a之形狀與尺寸,所述壓板21包括一個朝向所述底板111之一側表面之按壓面211,所述按壓面211為精密加工之平面。所述按壓部20還包括一個套設與所述導向桿22上之彈性件24,本實施方式中,所述彈性件24為一個螺旋彈簧,所述彈性件24兩端分別與所述壓柄23以及所述導向塊122a彈性抵接,在所述壓柄23未受到按壓時,所述彈性件之彈力將所述壓板21保持於所述剪切口113a上方。
所述之背光型按鍵組裝裝置100用於將背光型按鍵之反射片組裝於驅動電路板上,請參閱圖2以及圖3,在使用所述背光型按鍵組裝裝置100時進行組裝背光型按鍵時,首先,將一個驅動電路板200置入所述容置空間114內,使所述驅動電路板200之一側邊抵接至所述定位件115上;然後將一個反射片300覆蓋所述剪切口113a平展固定於所述頂板113之上表面,本實施方式中,所述反射片300為薄膜狀結構,且兩面塗敷有黏膠並分別貼有膠紙(圖 未標示),在將所述反射片固定於所述頂板113上時,需將所述反射片300朝向所述底板一側表面之膠紙揭下;沿方向A下壓所述壓柄23,在下壓過程中,所述壓板21施壓於所述反射片300,並將所述反射片300沿所述剪切刀片113b切斷,由於所述壓板21之按壓面211為精密加工之平面,因此該表面對貼附所述反射片300表面之膠紙具有一定吸附性,可以使得所述切斷後之反射片不至於掉落;沿方向A繼續下壓所述壓柄23,使所述壓板21向所述底板111運動,以將所述反射片300壓附於驅動電路板200上表面,所述反射片300在下壓力之作用下,可以藉由所述黏膠固定於所述驅動電路板200之上表面,由於所述壓板21下表面為精密加工之平面,因此可以將所述反射片300均勻平整地黏貼於所述驅動電路板200之上表面,從而使得背光型按鍵具有理想之亮度以及均勻度。
所述之背光型按鍵組裝裝置利用所述壓板將所述反射片沿所述剪切刀片切斷,同時將所述切斷後之間切片壓附貼合於所述驅動電路板表面,因此可以既提高背光型按鍵之組裝效率,又能夠保證背光型按鍵之組裝精度。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士援依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種背光型按鍵組裝裝置,用於將背光型按鍵之反射片組裝於驅動電路板上,所述背光型按鍵組裝裝置包括一個組裝部,一個與所述組裝部可滑動地相連之按壓部,所述組裝部內部形成有一個用於收容所述驅動電路板之容置空間,所述組裝部頂部開設有一個與所述容置空間相通之剪切口,所述剪切口邊緣依據所述剪切口邊緣設置有剪切刀片,所述剪切刀片用於將所述反射片切斷,所述按壓部包括一個壓板,所述壓板包括一個經精密加工為平面之按壓面,用於將所述反射片自所述剪切刀片切斷,並將切斷後之反射片壓附於所述驅動電路板表面。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之背光型按鍵組裝裝置,其中,所述組裝部包括一個組裝座以及一個與所述組裝座相連之連接架,所述組裝座包括一個底板,兩個分別與所述底板相同一側表面相連之側板以及一個與所述底板平行之頂板,所述容置空間由所述兩個側板以及所述底板共同圍成,所述剪切口貫穿所述頂板上、下表面開設於所述頂板上。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之背光型按鍵組裝裝置,其中,所述組裝座包括一個定位件,用於定位所述驅動電路板於所述容置空間內之位置,所述定位件呈板狀且與所述底板,所述側板以及所述頂板相連封閉所述容置空間之一側。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之背光型按鍵組裝裝置,其中,所述連接架包括一個固定於所述頂板表面之支撐件以及一個與所述支撐件相連之導向件,所述導向件用於引導所述按壓部按預定方向相對於所述組裝座滑動,所述支撐件用於支撐所述導向件。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之背光型按鍵組裝裝置,其中,所述支撐件包 括四個固定於所述頂板表面之支撐柱以及一個設置於所述支撐柱頂端之支撐板,所述支撐板內部形成一個用於使所述按壓部通過之開口,所述開口與剪切口對正且不小於所述剪切口。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之背光型按鍵組裝裝置,其中,所述導向件包括一個導向塊以及兩個自所述導向塊向相反方向延伸出之支腳,所述兩個支腳跨過所述開口且分別固定於所述支撐板上,所述導向塊開設有一個用於限定所述按壓部之滑動方向之導向孔。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之背光型按鍵組裝裝置,其中,所述按壓部包括一個導向桿以及一個壓柄,所述導向桿穿過所述導向孔且可沿所述導向孔之軸向滑動,所述壓板與所述導向桿朝向所述底板之一端固定相連,所述壓柄與所述導向桿遠離所述底板之一端相連。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之背光型按鍵組裝裝置,其中,所述按壓部包括一個套設於所述導向桿上之彈性件,所述彈性件兩端分別與所述壓柄以及所述導向塊彈性抵接,在所述壓柄未受到按壓時,所述彈性件之彈力將所述壓板保持於所述剪切口上方。
