本發明係關於一種在廢熱鍋爐停止期間保持焦爐室溫暖之方法,該廢熱鍋爐用於在至少一個焦爐室運作期間產生蒸汽或熱水,且該方法能夠保持焦爐組之焦爐室溫暖,該等焦爐室由外燃式燃燒器而非藉由煤碳化保持溫暖,由於該加熱類型自該等燃燒器輸出之污染物較少,因此實現在停止期間污染物輸出減少。本發明亦係關於一種在廢熱鍋爐停止期間保持焦爐室溫暖之裝置,該裝置包含至少包含一外燃式燃燒器之焦爐室,術語「外燃式」理解為特別涵蓋燃氣式或燃油式燃燒器。
在焦爐室運作中,需要定期或在規定時間間隔內對所謂廢熱鍋爐進行維修或清潔程序。廢熱鍋爐在正常運作時用於使來自至少一個焦爐室之煙道氣冷卻,及用於由如此回收之熱回收蒸汽或熱水。此類型之廢熱鍋爐常被稱為復熱器,與其相關之技術稱為「熱回收技術」。然而,在維修或清潔程序時,此等廢熱鍋爐必需停止,從而不再可用於使煙道氣冷卻。焦爐室中之煤碳化過程通常持續,因此常負載有大量污染物之熱煙道氣必需以未清潔狀態排放至大氣中。此為不合需要的。出於實現維修或清潔程序之目的而使焦爐室冷卻下來會引起對焦爐室耐火磚的損壞且因此不實施。
因此致力於尋找可用以保持焦爐排之焦爐室溫暖,而不引起不當輸出負載有污染物之焦化氣的方法。焦爐室常佈置成組,因為焦爐室之加料、焦化及排放循環不連續,且因此分配至若干焦爐室。焦爐室組亦可稱為焦爐室排。典型「熱回收」型焦爐室利用煤碳化獲得之焦化氣燃燒且因此產生熱。
完全燃燒煙道氣可因此自燃燒室獲取並通入相對於焦爐室橫向定位之集合管中,且自每一焦爐室吸收熱煙道氣且將其經由輸出管傳導至廢熱鍋爐中。廢熱鍋爐藉由間接熱交換使煙道氣冷卻產生蒸汽或熱水,由此獲得經冷卻之廢氣。此廢氣常通過廢氣清潔設施。廢氣清潔設施下游連接用於抽吸且產生負壓以將燃燒空氣吸入爐室中之裝置。若廢熱鍋爐不再用於使煙道氣冷卻,則廢氣清潔設施亦不可用。然而,廢熱鍋爐停止時,出於上文概述之原因使焦爐室保持運作,且煙道氣經由可直接連接之煙道氣煙囪排放,使得完全燃燒之焦化氣中所含之大量污染物進入大氣中。
US 4045299 A揭示一種焦爐室佈置,其具有焦爐室側壁、焦爐室前門、頂板加料孔,及上面裝載煤餅進行煤碳化之焦爐室底板。底板下有二級氣墊,其經由位於焦爐室側面之通道與焦餅上方之爐自由空間連接。二級氣墊又與裝備有外燃式燃燒器之燃燒後室連接,由此可使焦化氣中未燃燒之殘餘氣體完全燃燒隨後再將其饋入復熱器中。視需要可為燃燒後室供應來自焦餅上方爐自由氣體空間之焦化氣使得煙道氣穩定完全燃燒,且為之提供適於煙道氣燃燒之溫度。然而,此構造用於保持在最低溫度水準下完全燃燒而非保持單元溫暖。
廢熱鍋爐停止時產生之問題為焦爐室變冷。焦爐室通常由必需耐高溫之材料建造,但因為其特殊特性可能在變冷時會遭到損壞。某些材料之特性在較低溫度下可能會變化,從而使其不適用於預定目的。
因此,現在本發明之目標為提供在廢熱鍋爐停止期間確保焦爐室之最低溫度,而不引起煙道氣過量排放至大氣中之裝置。鑒於廢氣清潔設施在廢氣鍋爐停止時不再可用,不過仍存在保持焦爐室於最低溫度,而不引起因為正在進行之煤碳化而排放煙道氣或廢氣之可能性。不可能繞過廢熱鍋爐,因為在此時段內煙道氣會以未冷卻狀態通入煙道氣清潔設施中。然而,出於技術原因此為不合需要或不可能的。且若可能亦希望避免排放未清潔氣體。
本發明藉由提供在廢熱鍋爐停止期間確保保持焦爐室溫暖之方法來解決此任務,其中每一焦爐室裝備有至少一個外燃式燃燒器,其中集合管在煙道氣進入廢熱鍋爐之入口上游氣流方向上裝備有關閉裝置,且其中此集合管另外裝備有煙道氣煙囪,在關閉裝置上游氣流方向上提供垂直向上排放。以此方式焦爐室無需利用廢熱鍋爐即可在排放後保持受熱,而同時避免對焦爐室不利之變冷及再加熱。
藉由應用本發明方法,可運作「熱回收」型焦爐室。此等焦爐室佈置成所謂焦爐排組。在焦爐排內,焦爐室可任意佈置。舉例而言,藉由在一焦爐排內僅佈置兩個焦爐室來以本發明方法運作焦爐排為可行的。然而,亦可在焦爐排內佈置任意數目之焦爐室。舉例而言,此可為以鏡面對稱組態佈置於焦爐排內之兩個焦爐室。原則上,廢熱鍋爐之數目亦可任選。此等廢熱鍋爐可以任意方式連接至焦爐排或焦爐室。
每個焦爐室可佈置一或多個燃燒器,較佳每個焦爐室安裝一個燃燒器。每一焦爐室內通常佈置一個燃燒器。在一典型具體實例中,該等燃燒器在運作時在每一焦爐室中加熱位於焦爐室中之焦餅上方之空焦爐室爐自由氣體空間。燃燒器較佳由天然氣(一種含烴之燃氣)或由液體燃料來點燃。
特別主張一種在廢熱鍋爐停止期間保持焦爐室溫暖之裝置,該裝置包含:
‧至少兩個焦爐室,其歸組在一起形成一焦爐排,
‧至少一個集合管,其吸收焦化氣燃燒所產生之熱煙道氣且終端進入共同輸出管,

‧一廢氣管,其自該廢熱鍋爐輸出冷卻廢氣,且其中該廢氣管裝備有煙道氣關閉裝置,且該裝置之特徵在於
‧該等焦爐室裝備有至少一個外燃式燃燒器,且
‧該集合管在煙道氣進入廢熱鍋爐之入口上游氣流方向上裝備有關閉裝置,且其中該集合管另外裝備有在垂直向上方向上排放廢氣且佈置於該關閉裝置上游氣流方向上之廢氣煙囪。
煙道氣煙囪自集合管通向大氣中且用於將來自燃燒器之煙道氣排放至大氣中。在本發明之一適宜具體實例中,煙道氣煙囪佈置在通向廢熱鍋爐之輸出管上游。煙道氣煙囪宜裝備有關閉裝置。該關閉裝置阻斷煙道氣煙囪(例如在正常運作時)通向大氣。
廢熱鍋爐可為任何任意組態。在煙道氣側,廢熱鍋爐連接至煙道氣供應管,而在廢氣側,廢熱鍋爐連接至廢氣輸出管。為進行間接熱交換,其具備給水供應管線及蒸汽或熱水排放管線。
為執行本發明,需要為廢熱鍋爐在煙道氣側提供關閉裝置。舉例而言,此關閉裝置可包含閥瓣(flap)、滑動閘或關閉板。在一較佳具體實例中,廢熱鍋爐在煙道氣側及廢氣側皆具備關閉裝置。
本發明裝置較佳包含廢氣清潔設施。其可為任何任意組態。舉例而言,本發明裝置可具備冷卻廢氣引風機,藉助於該引風機可產生負壓。在焦爐室中利用該引風機來檢查且控制負壓。引風機較佳安裝在廢氣清潔設施下游。廢氣煙囪可位於廢氣清潔設施下游。

特別主張一種在廢熱鍋爐停止期間保持焦爐室溫暖之方法,其中:
‧將至少兩個焦爐室歸組在一起形成「熱回收」型焦爐排,且其中在該焦爐排運作期與停止期之間加以區別,且其中,
‧在運作期間,利用焦化氣藉由以空氣燃燒來加熱焦餅,且供應煤碳化所需之熱,因此產生熱煙道氣,該熱煙道氣傳導至廢熱鍋爐中,在該廢熱鍋爐中利用此煙道氣產生蒸汽或熱水,且其中
‧在運作期間熱煙道氣經由集合管自焦爐室通入廢熱鍋爐中,且其中

‧在停止期間集合管中之氣流在其進入廢熱鍋爐之前關閉,其中燃燒器之熱煙道氣傳導至煙道氣煙囪中,而非廢熱鍋爐中,該煙道氣煙囪位於廢熱鍋爐上游。
燃燒器可為任意組態。舉例而言,其可用天然氣點燃。然而,用不同氣體或用液體燃料點燃此等燃燒器亦為可行的。該等燃料較佳含有烴。
本發明裝置及本發明方法提供在焦爐排廢熱鍋爐停止期間避免過量排放污染物之優勢。

Claims (13)
