Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para mantener calientes cámaras de hornos de coque durante la detención de una caldera de calor de escape. Durante la detención después del vaciado, las cámaras del horno de coque se mantienen calientes mediante quemadores de calentamiento ajeno, con lo que de los mismos se obtiene un gas de humo pobre en sustancias nocivas, de modo que las calderas de calor de escape, que en operación normal enfrían los gases de humo de los bancos de hornos de coque y los utilizan para la generación de vapor, se pueden cerrar y someter a una revisión, y con la operación de los quemadores se obtiene un gas de humo pobre en sustancias nocivas, el cual se puede desviar directamente a la atmósfera. La invención también se refiere a un dispositivo para mantener calientes cámaras de hornos de coque, el cual incluye en especial las partes banco de cámaras de horno de coque, tubo colector de gas de humo, chimenea de gas de humo, caldera de calor de escape, tubo colector de gas de escape y purificación del gas de escape, siendo que la chimenea de gas de humo y la caldera de calor de escape se pueden cerrar del lado del gas de humo y del lado del gas de escape.
