Abstract

Description
发明涉及在余热锅炉(Abhitzekessel)停机状态下给焦炉室(Koksofenkammer)保温的方法,其中在至少一个焦炉室工作时余热锅炉用于产生蒸汽或热水,并且该方法允许对焦炉群(Koksofenbatterie)中的焦炉室进行保温,其中焦炉室通过外部加热燃烧器来取代通过焦化进行保温,通过这种加热方式将减少焦炉室的污染物排放,使得当在停机状态下实现较少的污染物排放。本发明还涉及了在余热锅炉停机状态下给焦炉室保温的设备,其中该设备包括焦炉室,该焦炉室则包括至少一个外部加热燃烧器,其中外部加热特别是指可用燃气或燃油加热的燃烧器。
在焦炉室工作时,对所谓的余热锅炉进行不时的或者定期的维修或清洗是十分必要的。余热锅炉在正常工作时用于冷却来自至少一个焦炉室的烟气,并通过该烟气获得热蒸汽或热水。通常这些余热锅炉也被称作为换热器(Rekuperatore)并且与之相关的技术称为“热回收技术”。但是在维修和清洗的时候,余热锅炉必须停机,并因此不再能用于冷却烟气。然而在焦炉室中,焦化过程通常会继续进行,以致于通常充满大量污染物的热的烟气未经清洁就被直接排放到大气中。而这是不希望看到的情况。出于维修或清洁的目的而让焦炉室停机冷却会导致焦炉室的耐火结构(Feuerfestaufbau)损坏,并且出于这种原因不会执行焦炉室的停机冷却。
因此人们努力寻找一种方法,使用这种方法为焦炉组(Koksofenbank)的焦炉室保温,而不会产生不希望看到的对含污染物的焦化气体的排放。焦炉室通常被概括为一个群组,因为焦炉室装载、焦化和排空的周期不是连续的,因此被分割成多个焦炉室。焦炉室群组也被称为焦炉室组(Koksofenkammerbank)。“热回收”类型的典型焦炉室使用在焦化时得到的焦化气体进行燃烧,并由此生成热。

US 4045299A描述了一种焦炉室,其具有侧向的焦炉室壁、正面的焦炉室门、在天花板处的装载开口、以及焦炉室底部,其中要进行焦化的煤砖就装载到焦炉室底部处。次级气体底板位于所述焦炉室底部的下方,这些次级气体底板通过在焦炉室侧面中的管道和焦炭砖上方的气室相连。另一方面,次级气体底板和后燃室(Nachverbrennungskammer)相连,该后燃室安装了外部加热燃烧器,通过此外部加热燃烧器能够在焦化气体中未燃尽的残留气体(Restgas)进入换热器之前将其完全燃烧。根据需要可以用来自焦炭砖上方气室的焦化气体给后燃室提供燃料,使得烟气被不断地完全燃烧并且保持适于烟气燃烧的温度。但是这种结构只用于确保在最低温度水平上能够完全燃烧而不是保温。
在余热锅炉的停机状态下产生的问题是焦炉室的冷却。焦炉室通常由必须经得住高温的材料构成,但是受自身条件的限制在冷却时可能受到破坏。特定的材料在低温时会改变它们的性质,以致于无法用于预期目的。
由此本发明的目标在于,制造一个设备,其保证了余热锅炉在停机状态下焦炉室的最低温度,而不会造成过多的烟气被排放到大气中去。因为在余热锅炉停机状态下不能再使用废气净化设备,所以应当要存在一种方式,使焦炉室保持最低温度而不会通过进一步的焦化产生大量的烟气和废气。绕过余热锅炉(所谓的旁路通道)是不可能的,因为在这段时间烟气会未经冷却就进入烟气净化设备。而且出于技术原因这也是不可取或不能实现的。人们也希望尽可能避免污染气体的排放。
本发明通过在余热锅炉停机状态下对焦炉室保温的方法来实现该目标,通过该方法保证每个焦炉室配备至少一个外部加热燃烧器,其中在气流方向上,在烟气进入余热锅炉的入口处前面,集流管道配备有截流阀(Absperrvorrichtung),并且集流管道还配备有在气流方向上的、在截流阀前面垂直向上输出的烟气囱。通过这种方式,焦炉室在排空后可以被进一步加热,而不必再使用余热锅炉,同时避免了对焦炉室有害的冷却和重新加热。
使用根据本发明的方法,焦炉室可以按“热回收”的方式工作。这些焦炉室被成组地安装在所谓的焦炉组中。这些焦炉室可以在焦炉组中任意安装。这样就使得焦炉组按照根据本发明的方法工作成为可能,在这个方法中焦炉组里仅安装了两个焦炉室。然而,在焦炉组中可以任意安装多个焦炉室,比如在焦炉组中以镜像方式安装两个焦炉室。余热锅炉的数量在原则上也是随意的。这些余热锅炉可按任意方式和焦炉组或焦炉室相连。
此外,在每个焦炉室中可以安装一个或多个燃烧器,其中最好是每个焦炉室安装一个燃烧器。一般情况下,在每个焦炉室中都是安装一个燃烧器。在典型的实施方式中,焦炉室中的燃烧器加热位于工作位置处的空焦炉室焦炭砖上方的气室。燃烧器优选地通过天然气、通过含碳氢化合物的燃气、或者通过液态的燃料来驱动。

Claims (8)
1.一种在余热锅炉停机状态下给焦炉室保温的设备,所述设备包括:
·至少两个焦炉室,所述焦炉室被包括在一个焦炉组中;
·集流管道,所述集流管道能够吸收由焦化气体燃烧所生成的热烟气,并且所述集流管道能够通到总的输出管道;
·余热锅炉,所述余热锅炉通过输出管道被供给热烟气,并且所述余热锅炉配备至少一条锅炉给水的供料管道、一条蒸汽或热水的排出管道、以及一条经冷却的废气的输出管道,使得间接传热成为可能,所述间接传热是从焦化气体燃烧所产生的热烟气到冷却介质,即锅炉给水的热交换;

·在所述停止周期内,集流管道中的气流在进入所述余热锅炉前被截止,其中所述燃烧器的热烟气不被导入所述余热锅炉而是被导入烟气囱中,所述烟气囱位于所述余热锅炉前面。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,一个或多个燃烧器使用天然气来燃烧,或者使用其他的气体或液态的燃料来燃烧。
